Dimensional Location: Dragon Ball Universe Number 4

The Council of Ricks had never seen Bill Cipher begging for their help before.

It honestly scared them to see Bill Cipher desperate.

The growing implications that something terrified Bill Cipher into begging the Council of Ricks for their help felt disturbing.

"I can't take that sound... I hate you sound. There has to be some shortcut or clue. Who would know about secret codes?" Dipper Pines rambled to himself with distraction.

"I think I know a guy." Bill Cipher stated knowingly.

"You again?" Dipper Pines asked rhetorically.

"Your Laptop Password is Stanford. Enter it and behold your answers." Bill Cipher tells him.

"The password is working, why are you suddenly being helpful?" Dipper Pines asked suspiciously.

"Do I really need a reason to help you right now?" Bill Cipher asked Dipper Pines.

"You worked with Gideon, you invaded my Uncle's Mind!" Dipper Pines accused him.

"It was just a job and now I really want to make it up to your family." Bill Cipher told Dipper Pines.

"Wait a minute, are you trying to say you're sorry for working with Gideon?" Dipper Pines asked suspiciously.

"I just got another employer that made me a better offer than Gideon ever did." Bill Cipher told Dipper Pines.

"So helping me is just a Business Investment to you?" Dipper Pines asked curiously.

The Axolotl frowned knowing that Bill Cipher was using Dipper Pines for Cannon Fodder against something else.

"This variation has never played itself out before, Bill Cipher is afraid of something outside of Gravity Falls." The Axolotl told itself nervously.

"Don't worry, Pine Tree, I just want something from the Northwest Mansion. The Dragon Balls are a fair trade for the Laptop Password that I just gave you, then again, I can always ask Gideon to get them if you're not interested." Bill Cipher says pointedly.

"Are you trying to blackmail me?" Dipper Pines asked suspiciously.

"I'm just pointing out that my goals have been changed recently, all you need to do is stay out of my way or better yet, you can help me steal from the Northwest Family. Either way, I win instantly." Bill Cipher says thoughtfully.
