Rick Sanchez stared in disbelief at Jerry Smith being the American President.

"You honestly didn't know anything about this?" Quantum Rick asked reading his Body Language like an open book.

"It's a Time Paradox Accident, why would I know anything about this?" Rick Sanchez asked him.

"Your Future Self was working with Bill Cipher before he died. Add the fact that Beth Smith is now living in the White House with Jerry being the American President and it all looks very suspicious." Quantum Rick explained.

"Where is the current me then?" Rick Sanchez asked.

"As far as this dimension goes, you left on an adventure with Morty and then Jerry ran for being the President. Your Beth is currently the First Lady inside the White House." Quantum Rick explained.

"So the Secret Service Agents are all protecting my family right now?" Morty Smith asked curiously.

"Your Morty has already figured out that your family runs the American Government right now." Quantum Rick added helpfully.

"I would never help Jerry Smith become the American President!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"You already did this, all the Council of Ricks wants from you is to know why." Quantum Rick told him.

"I don't understand how any of this happened!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"Maybe you should investigate." Quantum Rick tells him before leaving him alone to think.

"Morty, do you mind if we check out our old house before we contact your parents?" Rick Sanchez asked hopefully.

"Sure thing, Rick." Morty agreed.

"The Council of Ricks took away all my inventions! All they left behind is this Stupid Tape Recording of the Guard Ricks taking away my inventions!" Rick Sanchez started yelling.

"You have got to be kidding me! The Council of Ricks are even tracking my Portal Gun Coordinates!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"Rick, can we just see how our family is doing inside the White House now?" Morty Smith asked hopefully.

"Fine." Rick Sanchez reluctantly agreed.

Summer Smith was on her Mobile Phone. Rick Sanchez just glanced around the White House in boredom.

"Morty, you're back!" Summer Smith cheered. The Family Reunion was instantly done and the Secret Service Agents in the background just watched.

"Rick, I finally succeeded at something! I'm the American President and Tony Stark is the Vice-President!" Jerry Smith proclaimed.

"Iron Man is the Vice-President?" Rick Sanchez asked worried.

"It was a wonderful deal that I made with Shield Director Nick Fury, I get Presidential Power over the Avengers in exchange for Tony Stark becoming the American Vice-President." Jerry Smith explained.

"You do realize that Iron Man becomes the American President if somebody assassinated you, right?" Rick Sanchez asked Jerry worriedly.

"Who would want the Avengers in charge of the American Government when I'm here?" Jerry Smith asked innocently.

"Anybody who wants to brainwash the Avengers against Humanity." Rick Sanchez answers him pointedly.

"Don't worry, not even the Red Skull and his Hydra Terrorists are crazy enough to blow up the White House right now!" Jerry Smith declared before the Hydra Terrorists proved him wrong instantly.

"You just had to tempt fate!" Rick Sanchez protested as the Avengers defended the White House from the Evil Octopus Robots built by the Red Skull.

"Well, look what we have here. Rick Sanchez has finally returned home to watch his family get themselves hunted down by the Red Skull." Bill Cipher gloated.

"What kind of deal did my Future Self make with you?" Rick Sanchez demanded.

"Rick wanted his family somewhere safe, so I helped Jerry Smith become the American President. Your Smith Family now has the Secret Service Agents and the Avengers working together to protect them." Bill Cipher explained.

"You put Jerry Smith in charge of the American Armed Forces and the Avengers. Nobody is that dumb, something else is going on here." Rick Sanchez realized instantly.

"Have you ever wondered why Beth and Jerry always end up together in every dimension you have been exploring? I mean aside from their DNA Creating Morty Smith in the first place?" Bill Cipher asked him.

"It's one of the Time Baby's Genetic Experiments to modify history towards his own goals." Rick Sanchez answers back knowingly.

"Rick and Morty, the perfect distraction, chaos across several dimensions. You two are amazing to watch, seriously hilarious. My point is that Jerry Smith over there is your Daughter's Morty. Can you even imagine what Beth would do with her own Portal Gun? She becomes the Rick Substitute to the Lost Morty Smith Counterparts. An interesting development given that Beth Smith has similar Brainwaves to her father." Bill Cipher rambles on.

"So you want to see what Beth and Morty Adventures are going to be like before they get in your way?" Rick Sanchez asked Bill Cipher.

"Pretty much my entire plan here, I was just not expecting the Council of Ricks to be spying on me for the Time Baby after the Timeline changed." Bill Cipher admits truthfully.

"Why would the Council of Ricks be working with the Time Baby?" Rick Sanchez asked Bill Cipher suspiciously.

"I'm currently at war with the Time Baby and the Council of Ricks sided against me to save themselves." Bill Cipher explained.

Rick Sanchez started sweating nervously.

"Don't worry, you can side with me against the Council of Ricks." Bill Cipher offers.

"You want me to betray the Council of Ricks?" Rick Sanchez asked Bill Cipher suspiciously.

"I'm sure that your Morty will love you standing up for the Smith Family." Bill Cipher told him knowingly.

"I'm more interested in why you suddenly care about anybody other than yourself." Rick Sanchez told Bill Cipher.

"I need soldiers to fight the Time Baby, your Smith Family currently controls the Avengers. You see where I'm going here." Bill Cipher explained.

"You would never provoke the Time Baby into fighting the Avengers!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"Do you remember Kang the Conquer? I'm sure the Time Baby would want to stop him if he suddenly got his hands on your Portal Gun." Bill Cipher pointed out and then Rick Sanchez woke up.

"It's an Underground Bunker created by the Avengers." Morty explained.
