Xion was Buying Ice Cream nearby as Ozotto walked past her undetected through the Market Street.

Axel on the other hand frowned at the Teenage Bulma when he failed to recognize her.

"Who is the New Girl and how did Organization 13 overlook her traveling between worlds?" Axel asked himself in sudden bewilderment while he watched her wander around Twilight Town by herself.

"Whoever she is, this is certainly her first time being inside Twilight Town." Axel told himself as Ozotto was Playing Tourist across the street from him.

Axel shrugged his shoulders and decided he would investigate the harmless looking female stranger another time.

Ozotto ignored Axel going over to Xion to Eat Ice Cream Cones together and continued Searching Twilight Town for something useful to Demigra instead.

"I might as well buy something with the money that Demigra gave me for this dimension." Ozotto the Shape Changer told itself thoughtfully before Buying 15 Healing Potions.
