Ozotto had all the Android Cell's Genetic Memories and the ability to copy other people's Genetic Memories to help Ozotto infiltrate the Capsule Corporation when the Time Machine Prototype fell under the Bulma Impostor's Control.

All Ozotto had to do was sneak into Bulma's Laboratory, copy her memories and then transform to take her place long enough to send the Time Machine Prototype into the past where Demigra found Ozotto panicking beforehand.

Ozotto had used Bulma's Memories to better impersonate her with the DNA Transformation Abilities that helped Ozotto turn into the Z Fighters and use their own Fighting Skills against them beforehand.

However, this time nobody inside the Kingdom Hearts Universe knows that Ozotto is not the Real Bulma Brief that runs the Capsule Corporation and the Bulma Impostor has the advantage of going undetected in the background of Master Xehanort's Return against everyone else.
