Chapter Forty-Nine
Time for the Nitty-Gritty

When Naruto first started using the Rasenshuriken he found that there are two flaws to using it. It would sporadically dissipate after being formed, forcing him to use it as soon as he could while it was stable, he would have to use a clone to thrust the Rasenshuriken into targets in the same way that he does the standard Rasengan.
He learned that he would need at least two clones in formation to create the Rasenshuriken, he would provide all the chakra and let one of the clones run with it to the target. The four large points could cut through anything until it exploded into millions of little wind blades so small he couldn't see them.
The only downside was it used so much chakra he needed time to rest between using this jutsu more than two times. As with anything in Naruto's mind, more chakra was the answer even when he didn't understand the question so he did his best to get the fox to add his chakra to the mix. That created even more problems as the clone was not able to hold the jutsu's form for more than a couple of seconds before it exploded into a ball of blue and red flames. The blowback was so bad it knocked the wind completely out of him.
Now that the sun had gone down and he felt completely drained of chakra but in a good way, he walked over to where he found Jiraiya sitting on the stone stairs. Looking around he found the girls sitting at a table eating something from one of the stores and staring at him while whispering into Fu's ears and giggling.
"Naruto, come here we need to talk about something,", said Jiraiya getting Naruto's attention. After the hot and sweaty boy sat down next to him Jiraiya got a faraway look in his eye as he looked at the sky turning bright red and purple in the setting sun.
"You remember the Sensei of that blonde girl you played princess with.", said Jiraiya starting off one of the hardest conversations he would have with Naruto. "Ya, he used to smoke all the time, Ino complained about it getting in her hair. His name is Asuma, he taught me some wind jutsu once but I couldn't get used to using his knives.", said Naruto falling back onto the stairs to look up at the changing colors of the sky.
"He was here about two weeks ago with his team. They had a battle with Hidan right here at the rest stop.", said Jiraiya pointing at the road and field Naruto just finished training in.
"Wow, that's cool, I bet he beat Hidan real good before he ran away.", said Naruto
"As a shinobi, we must always give our best to everything we do but sometimes that is not enough, Asuma didn't win that battle Naruto he died right there fighting for his team and all of Konohagakure.", said Jiraiya not wanting to confuse Naruto by dancing around the subject.
Naruto jumped to his feet and faced Jiraiya with wide eyes and his mouth hanging open but with nothing to say. They had already defeated Hidan and his partner, revenge was taken, he just didn't know it at the time. Jiraiya said his team was with him and with a fist of worry squeezing his chest he asked.
"What about Ino, and her team? Are they OK.", asked Naruto bracing himself for the worst news of his life.
"They are alive and back at the village. They got banged up some but Hidan didn't see them as a threat or Kakuzu stopped him for some reason. I really don't know but Hidan ran off without attaching them.", said Jiraiya.
Naruto looked over to the three girls sitting at the table in the distance. They were watching his every move like they expect him to do something stupid. Turning back to Jiraiya with a questioning look on his face Jiraiya said, "I told them already." There wasn't much else to say as all three didn't know Asuma or even anybody from Konohagakure but for the few Karin had to battle in the Chunin exams.
"There is nothing to say, I have already sent word to Konohagakure that we killed Hidan and Kakuzu. Tsunade will tell the members of team 10.", said Jiraiya.
Walking over to the girls Karin jumped up first and ran over to give Naruto a hug as he started to break down and cry on her shoulder. He hadn't spent much time with Asuma but he grieved for all his precious people. He knew that Ino, Cho, and Shikamaru would be in a lot of pain right now.
Seeing Tayuya and Karin wrapped around Naruto in a group hug a still shocked Fu from her lesson in the locker room walked over to Jiraiya. Taking a seat next to the older Shinobi Fu looks over at the newly formed clan she just learned she can be part of if she was willing to let Naruto do that thing to her that still freaked her out and says. "Master Jiraiya, I think I will be returning to Takigakure there are some things I need to know about my past before I decide to stay with Naruto or not."
Jiraiya looks over at the green-haired girl and wonders what happened to that carefree happy go lucky girl from this morning. "What are you looking for.", he asked
"I need to find out who my parents were and if they are truly Uzumaki, I know Karen said they can do some kind of test to see but I need to know more.", said Fu not taking her eyes off of the threesome now sitting at the table. "Being part of a clan, having a family is all I have dreamed about but if I do not know where I come from I can not move forward."
"Our past does not define who we are in the future but I know you have to learn that on your own.", said Jiraiya dropping his foolish act and showing her his true side to her.
"Thank you for all you have done for me, I hope we can meet again in that new future you talk about.", said Fu. She walked over to the table and having already told the girls she would be leaving said her goodbyes to the grieving Naruto who really didn't understand that she was leaving before picking up her travel bag and flying off into the setting sun. Free to travel at her own speed she would be back at the village before the next setting sun.
Knowing that it wouldn't be a good idea for them to stay near the bounty station Jiraiya walked over to the group and said, "We have to get a move on, it's not safe to stay around here." Gathering up their bags the now smaller ground headed down the road until it was too dark to travel safely. They moved deep into the surrounding forest to set up camp where the light from their fire wouldn't be seen from the road.
"I can't believe he is gone.", said Naruto sitting at the fire poking the red hot coals with a stick. With the girls setting up the tent and getting things ready for the night he was once again left alone with his thoughts.
Jiraiya took a moment to think about the life of a shinobi before saying, "We live in a world full of death and destruction. I only hope to see the day when peace is found among the great nations."
"Do you really think it can happen?", said Naruto
Thinking it was now time Jiraiya moved a little closer to Naruto and said, "The great toad sage told me that someday, someone would come along with the power and strength of will to lead all the nations not in war but in peace. The child of Prophecy he said would be one of my students." Getting a wide eye reaction from Naruto Jiraiya continued.
"I first thought it was the fourth Hokage but when he died I began to lose hope but then you came along and showed me once again that the prophecy could happen.", said Jiraiya before Naruto could say anything Jiraiya stood up and patted him on the shoulder. "Don't think about it too much Naruto just keep doing what you're doing."
Leaving the confused boy at the fire Jiraiya went off into the woods to write a mission report for the Hokage telling her they would be back at the village within the week. Sending the scroll off with a messenger toad he sat back and watched the moon shining down between the leaves and gave himself a moment to hope that his dream could come true in his lifetime.

Slowly waking up Naruto felt warm and safe with Karen's ample breast pressed against his face. "Not to steal your thunder but I love you too.", said Karin kissing Naruto on the forehead and trying to turn away to find her underwear, Naruto wanted a little more than just a chaste kiss on the forehead pulled Karin back into a long deep kiss taking her breath away.
"I love you both so much, let's get married.", said Naruto not even thinking about what words were coming out of his mouth, he was speaking from the heart and the heart has a logic of its own.
"You can't marry both of us,", said Karin knowing she would end up playing second to Tayuya in this of all things.
"Yes I can, Jiraiya said that clan law allows it when there are less than two males left in a clan. " said Naruto glade he was listening for once to Jiraiya and his boring lessons on village law and history.
Not believing him Tayuya quickly pulled on her clothes and said, "I am going to find that old perverted fool and ask him myself." After Tayuya closed the tent flap behind her Karin looked down at Naruto still hard member and said, "I am too sore to deal with that but I can give you a blow job if you like."
As Tayuya walked away from the tent she could hear Naruto moaning like an idiot and figured Karin was going for it one more time. 'good for her', thought Tayuya as she walked around the small clearing looking for Jiraiya or at least his tent.

Laughing at her choice of words Jiraiya said, "yes, in the clan bylaws, if a clan has less than two remaining males then they can marry as many women as are willing to produce more clan members. The only catch is that you will need to produce a child within 18 months or less it will be voided. It's to protect a clan from a bunch of young women married to the last retired clam member and stealing all his remaining wealth and still letting the clan die."
"That's not a problem, I plan on having a shit load of kids as quickly as possible.", said Tayuya now hopping on her heels, this is great news as she will not have to be second to Karin like she thought she would. Hearing a loud moan coming from the tent a couple hundred feet away she knew Karin was winning this little war.
"You know I can teach you a silencing seal for that tent of yours.", said Jiraiya watching Tayuya stare at the tent and licking her lips while thinking about what could be going on inside.
Spinning around she said, "Fuck ya old man that would be fucking great." Jiraiya could see she was grinning from ear to ear and was joking around with him.
Showing her the basic hand signs she learned the seal in a couple of minutes and as soon as Karin and Naruto came out of the tent she ran over like a kid with a new toy to show them what she learned. Using the seal on the tent she crawled inside and yelled showing them all how it worked.
Jiraiya watched from the sidelines as the three young shinobi played around with the new sealing technique.
"OK OK enough playing around, we got to get moving.", said Jiraiya
A couple of hours and many miles down the road Naruto was walking beside Jiraiya with the two girls following behind in some deep conversation when he asked out of the blue. "I heard them talking about some Monk at the bounty station, does that mean there is a monastery around here."
"The Fire Temple or what used to be the Fire temple is over there about a days walk.", said Jiraiya pointing to a low mountain range to the west.
"Do you think there are any monks there now.", ask Naruto
"I heard that some are trying to rebuild the temple. Why do you ask?", said Jiraiya, Naruto wasn't one to ask a random question unless it was about a new Jutsu or some new ramen place.
"Monks can marry people can't they.", said Naruto
Laughing and pulling Naruto into a sideways hug Jiraiya said, "Hell yes boy then can. You want to go see if there are any monks over there."
Stopping and telling the girls of the new plan Naruto was greeted by something he would never see again, Tayuya squealing like a little girl jumping up and down and soon joined by Karin as they both screamed yes.
It was already mid-day but with so much energy in the air over the very idea of getting married the little group was able to shorten the trip from one full day to half a day. They all entered the broken gates of the Fire Temple just as the sun found the top of the mountains and turned the valley red with the glow.
Walking to the temple they found a couple of old men and a couple dozen young men, some of them still boys all dressed in the traditional robes of the monks. They had tools and wood spread all around as they worked tirelessly to rebuild the temple.
An ancient-looking monk broke from the group and walked over to greet them. "Hello my name is Bansai, you are welcome at the temple, we don't have much but what we do have we share freely."
"Thank you Farther, your generosity overwhelms us.", said Jiraiya bowing to the elder monk, looking to the others they also bowed to show their respect.
"We do not wish to burden you in your time of rebuilding but we do have a favor to ask. Would you be so kind to marry these young people? They wish to rebuild their clan and would like your blessing.", said Jiraiya, honoring the elder monk as he knew the name of Bansai and he was a legend when Jiraiya was still a Genin.
Grinning the monk called over his men and told them to prepare for a wedding, "In a time of rebuilding the temple it is to have the honor of also the start of rebuilding a clan, this will bring a great blessing to all of us.", said Bansai to all gathered around.
In the controlled chaos that followed the stage was set and the candles lit. Robes of pure while were found for the two girls and a bight blue robes for Naruto to bring luck and honor to the newlyweds.
Gather at a long table with a line of the most elder monks on one side the three young people sat on cushions as chants filled the air. The elder monk read passages from a scroll written by Dogen of the Soto Zen school of thoughts, then the second eldest monk read of the harmonious domestic relations contained in the sigalovada Sutta, the thoughts of the Buddha himself.
Each of the couples offered a simple vow of love and devotion until the end of time then the younger monks guided the partners to show reverence to the Buddha by making offerings at a statue in his image.
Returning to the table a small silver bowl was placed in from of them, the monks asked each of them to pour a jug of water into the silver bowl. "The libation symbolized our togetherness and created merit for our loved ones," chanted the monks as each took turns pouring water into the bowl of togetherness.
Once done the three looked to the elder who smiled at them . "hold out your right arms and cross them over each other.", as they did as asked the monk tie a red string around the three crossed wrists and wrap the long white thread around their heads to make a joined headpiece.
Picking up a bowl of water the monk stood over their joined hands, "I bless this union and all that comes forth from it. ", said the monk as he poured the water over their hands until the bowl was empty.
Three monks came over to them each with a tray with three small bowls containing sake, the elder said, "These represent the three "jewels": the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Drink each in turn and together." As the three drank the sake one after the other until all bowls were placed back on the trays empty.
Sitting back they waited as the elder stared at them and he held his beads and said a small prayer. "My that which is joined today never be pulled apart.", said the monk as he stood up and looked down at them smiling.
"Welcome husband, welcome wives you may kiss each other.", said the monk to complete the ceremony.
Kissing each of the girls in turn and hugging them all together Naruto was the first to start crying in joy and the others soon followed. "Come we do no have much but let us feast and dance in joy and celebration.", yelled out a monk to the side, they had prepared what food they had and more Sake for all even the young monks for they needed this as much as the newlyweds.
Tayuya was fast and nimble as she danced around while Karin was more measured and graceful in her white robes. Naruto tried to spin around and dance with each but soon the sake was flowing and the music played long into the night and they all collapsed into a pile of robes watching the monks and some local girls dance the night away. It was time to live in the moment and celebrate the beginning of something new.

"Oh my fucking head is killing me.", groaned out Tayuya as she tried to sit up but found Karin was using her as a pillow or a stuffed doll, who knew but she had Tayuya wrapped up in her arms and wouldn't let go. Tayuya could hear what woke her up, Naruto was laying on her left side and snoring the world awake. With her head pounding she didn't have enough strength or willpower to break free of Karin, Tayuya kicked Naruto in the side repeatedly until he rolled over and stopped trying to end the world with his snore of doom. Now with some peace and quiet Tayuya pulled Karin's ropes back up around her head and decide to fight about this another day as Karin was warm and soft as she buried her face back into Karin's chest. 'I sure hope the world stops spinning when I wake up.', she thought.
"Oh my god why is the world spinning, I think I am going to be sick.", groaned out Tayuya, she had drank her fair share before and it was never this bad, 'what the fucking hell did they give me last night,', she thought as she untangled herself from Karin and Naruto who decided in the middle of the night that she was to be the middle of the pile.
Still, in her white robes, she crawled out of the tent they had put up to the side of the temple and running over to the remnants of a border wall emptied everything out of her stomach.
"What the fuck did they feed me", said Tayuya as she sat down on one of the old wall blocks and tried to clear her head. "Here drink this,", said Jiraiya handing her a bottle of water with some herbs mixed in. Taking a long drink to it seemed to help as the world stopped its wild ride and her gut calmed down.
"Thanks,", she said holding the bottle to her stomach before taking another drink until she finished its contents. Finally able to look around, it seems to be early morning but the monks were hard at work rebuilding there temple.
As Naruto came out of the tent soon followed by Karin, they spotted her and walked over to check on her. "You OK?", asked Naruto kneeling down and looking at her, she was pale, almost ashen, and didn't look too steady as she swayed on her seat.
Karin pushed Naruto out of way and placed her hands on Tayuya's neck and checked behind her ears and over her forehead. "Does it hurt anywhere.", she asked now in full doctor mode.
"Not really just my stomach and my head is spinning.", said Tayuya
Pulling her robe back Karin pushed her arm into Tayuya's face allowing her to bite down on her scared covered arm leaving a new set of scars as she pulled Karin's chakra into her system. The effect was quick and effective as she felt herself coming back to normal.
Letting go of Karin's arm she could see the tell-tale sign of blood in a nice circle on Karin's arm, "Sorry.", she said in a low tone as Karin placed her other hand over the new mark and using her own chakra healed herself.
"Don't worry about it, we are family now.", said Karin as she stood up and helped Tayuya to her feet. "Ya, family, I almost forgot about that part. ", joked Tayuya feeling almost back to 100%, she stretched he arms high over her head feeling her back pop back into place.
"We should get a move on and lets these hard-working monks get back to building their temple.", said Jiraiya heading back to his own encampments to start packing everything away.
With hugs from many of the monks and a blessing from Bansai, they headed back out to the east back to the main road to Kono. Now that all the passion of getting married is gone they moved at a much more normal rate. Jiraiya found it funny how Naruto just looked confused and overwhelmed as the girls talked about house decorations and how many bedrooms they would need. It was clear with the forceful way Karin was leading the conversation that Naruto may find he isn't the head of his own house, at least outside of the bedroom.
Finding the road and heading north they took their time and joked about how all of Naruto's friends would react to the news that he got married before any of them. They were all in high spirits as they walked quickly down the dirt road knowing that they had a bright new future ahead of them once they reached Konohagakure. The girls talked about how to rebuild a clan and what type of family they would have. Naruto for his part tried to stay out of that conversation, never having a family he really didn't know what was the best way to do things especially when it comes to kids.
"Don't worry Naruto, it will all come to you naturally once they start having little ones.", said Jiraiya seeing the blonde boy unnaturally quiet as they walked ahead of the two redheads.
"You think so sensei? It all seems so complicated now that I think about it more and more.", said Naruto.
"Take it one day at a time, it's like learning a new Jutsu, it's hard at first but once you do it enough times it will get easy.", said Jiraiya knowing that anything he can relate to a Jutsu will get Naruto's attention.
Now that Naruto has something to think about he falls into his thinking pose as they make good time. By the end of the day, they only have a couple of more days to travel to reach Konohagakure and its great barrier wall and welcoming gates. Making camp they joked around the campfire to lighten the mood of everyone as they headed to bed for almost their last night on the road.
Naruto wakes up the next morning to the sound of Tayuya being sick behind the tent as she empties out last night's dinner. Karin crawls out to check on her as Naruto does his best to get dressed having lost his pants at some point last night.
"What the fuck did you feed me last night you son of a bitch.", said Tayuya to Naruto once he found where Karin had Tayuya sitting on a log and getting her to drink from her water bottle.
"It was the same thing we have been having for the last three days,", said Naruto looking over to Karin, "How do you feel?", he asked her knowing that with the fox he wouldn't get sick unless it was some strong poison or a container of sour milk. That dam fox had a strange sense of humor when he does and doesn't help.
"I feel fine,", said Karin as he held Tayuya upright," I think there is something wrong, we will need to see a doctor as soon as we get to the village." With that, she pushed her arm into Tayuya's face trying to get her to bite her but Tayuya shook her head no, she didn't want to get dependent on Karin every time she didn't feel a hundred percent.
Once Tayuya was feeling a little better the two girls went back into the tent to get fully dressed while Naruto headed over to Jiraiya.
"You have any idea what could be wrong with Tayuya?", asked Naruto thinking the old man would have some clue having been around women longer than Naruto had been alive.
"Ya, I got some idea of what is going on but let's have the doctors check her out, I don't what to jinx her with what I am thinking.", said Jiraiya, as Naruto was about to force the issue, wanting to know what the old man was thinking they both jumped hearing a large explosion off in the distance.
"What do you think that was?", asked Karin as she walked up behind them in her standard travel gear. Naruto loved her super tight shorts and got distracted for a second looking at her legs. Using a finger she pushed his chin up so he would look in her eyes before continuing.
"Should we go check it out.", said Karin now that she had both men's full attention.
Jiraiya was about to say no when another explosion, this time much larger rocked the forest around them. Having seen the flash this time and counting how long it took for the sound to reach them Jiraiya knew it was eleven miles away. Any explosion that large was not from any normal jutsu.
"What the fuck is going on.", said Tayuya joining them in her fighting uniform, gone were the short skirts and open blouse, hearing the sounds of what she assumed was combat, she dressed in her long over shirt and long shorts with her lower legs wrapped in bandages. Naruto looked at her and remembered how formidable she can be when she is serious.
"Ok, that is some large area jutsu and this close to the village it can't be anything good.", said Jiraiya getting into his combat mode of thinking. The old war veteran knew the sound of combat as much as any of them but this sounded more like the last world war more than a couple of Jonin going at it.
"Naruto, send some clone out to scout for us, we will follow behind, grab any weapons you want but leave the rest of the gear here, we want to be able to move fast.", said Jiraiya as Naruto sent his clones out ahead and the girls ran back to the camp to collect some things they needed if they ran into any enemy shinobi.
Giving Naruto's clones a thirty-minute head start they jumped to the trees and headed out toward the last place they heard the sounds of combat coming from. "What are the clones planning on doing?", ask Karin not knowing he didn't have two-way communication with them. "More importantly what did you tell them to do before you sent them off. ", said Tayuya knowing Naruto had a bad habit of just sending clones off and letting them figure it out.
"They are going to try to help the chunin back to the village, I didn't give them that much chakra so I am not sure they can make it all the way but they have to try.", said Naruto as the remaining clones had talked about it before one dispelled to report back.
"OK, let's keep an eye on the sky and get moving.", said Jiraiya
Within an hour they found the burned-out forest, now a large clearing still smoking as small fires tried to burn in the still-green trees. Wondering around to try to find any clue on who or why this happen they spread out but remained in eyesight.
Spotting a body lying under some trees Naruto runs over to check it out calling to the others to come to see as he tried to move the tree. Rolling to his feet Naruto runs and dives behind some of the fallen trees as the bird explodes and blasts the Doki high into the air.
"Come on Sasori, we don't have time to play around with these guys anymore.", said Deidara as he lands next to Sasori who joins him on the back of the large bird and takes to the air. The remaining puppets rush back into the woods and Naruto stands up and looks around spotting Tayuya in the distance he waves at her and then walks over to Karin and helps her to her feet so they can join Tayuya.
"What the fuck! Who were those guys?", asked Tayuya as soon as they reached her. Turning to the sound of a large toad hopping into the clearing Jiraiya joins them, he looked like he had been caught in more than a couple of those detonations they heard. All in all the fight had only lasted ten minutes but it felt like hours to the three young ninjas.
"That was Sasori and Deidara of the Akatsuki.", said Jiraiya as he joined the three. He was burnt around the edges but seems fine and was back to his cheerful attitude.
"Do we know why they were here?", asked Karin still in a little shock at what just happened, Naruto had almost died and Tayuya was inches away from turning into a human pin cushion and they all seemed to be OK with that. God, she hated combat shinobi and their cool brashness after a battle.
"I have no idea, Deidara only talked about how he wanted to make great art out of me.", said Jiraiya
"That Sasori didn't say a word, it felt like he was playing with us the whole time.", said Tayuya as she checked on Naruto, looking under his shirt and turning him around to make sure there weren't any other holes she needed to check on. Giving Karin a look she said, "You do really nice work." Getting a small smile out of Karin.
Checking the sun and looking around Jiraiya said. "Ok, let's get back to the camp, clean up and get moving, we should be able to reach Konohagakure by nightfall."

Slapping her hands down on the desk the Hokage stood up and declared, "Then let us go and see how they are doing, Sora, I am leaving the office.", she yelled out that last part giving her assistant fair warning. Walking out of the office Naruto came face to face with Ino and Hinata, the two had been sitting on either side of the room as far apart as they could.

"Hey, bright eyes,", yelled Tayuya, "Are any of those sensei still teaching?", Hinata had pulled back thinking she had gone too far touching Naruto but seeing Tayuya didn't seem to care about that, she said, "Some of them are but most were sent on missions and didn't come back."
"The third Hokage was not a fool and once he got a chance to bypass the village's civilian counsel he started to send them on S-rank missions.", added Ino not wanting to be left out of the conversation.
"Why did he wait until Naruto graduated before taking action?", asked Karin seeing a hole in the logic. "He didn't have any real proof, but once Mizuki sensei tried to kill Naruto he had a chance to move.", said Ino proud of herself that she had a chance to read the action reports from those days at her clans compound in the Nara forest.
Turning down a wide street that headed down to the riverfront Tayuya notice they started to move away from the city center and more into a business district. "What the fuck, he was the Hokage, why didn't he just send the ANBU into the academy and clean house.", said Tayuya
"After the end of the third world war the circle of clans was broken.", said Hinata, "The rich merchants and trade Unions petitioned the Daimyo to change the village charter. He placed restrictions on the Hokage in times of peace."
"That is one way to say it, with the backing of the wealth of the Hyuga the Daimyo felt safe to make those changes.", said Ino, knowing that the Hyuga had played both sides after the war, the war stopped the flow of silk to the other nations and the Hyuga would never allow that to happen.
Spinning around Hinata confronted Ino in the middle of the street, "The Elders are fools, greedy old fools but Farther was able to put in the clause that would allow the broken circle to be healed.", said Hinata almost screaming in Ino's face. Tayuya crossed her arms and stood back hoping to see the two girls go at it in the middle of the street.
"You have been saying that for years but the Elders still control the merchants that still hold power even with Tsunade fighting with them every day they still hold power.", said Ino between clinched teeth not wanting to have the whole village hear them scream at each other.
"You mind walkers need to get out of your dream worlds and start living in the real world with the rest of us. Learn Some Patience.", spit out Hinata with her Byakugan fully active scanning the surroundings for any onlookers. "Real World, Real World, like the one you live in that allows you to enslave your own family!", yelled out Ino with her own eyes blazing her distaste at the Hyuga.
Naruto seeing this was not going to end well and not wanting to see his friends fight moved to stand between them and pushed them farther apart. He knew Ino felt strongly about freeing any people held in slavery he just didn't really understand how the Hyuga fit into all this.
"You guys can talk about this later, I want to see the new building and hopefully get some sleep, it's been a really long day.", said Naruto with his trademark grin as he looked from one to the other.
"Fine, let's go,", said Ino marching off down the street with her short skirt flaring out showing off her long legs. As the other jogged to catch up to her Karin said to Hinata. "What is the clause your father put in the new charter for the village?"
Flashing on her Byakugan for a couple of seconds to check the area Hinata said, "The old clan counsel can be reformed if we can gather enough of the noble clans together in the village, with the support of the minor clans we can remove the civilian counsel and restore the village."
"What is stopping the clan counsel from reforming". Said Karin seeing there was much more to this than gathering a group of clan leaders into one room. "There are not enough noble clans in the village, it's a simple problem of too many deaths and not enough children.", replied Hinata.
As Karin was going to ask the most obvious question, what makes a noble clan Ino stopped in front of a very large building and holding her arms up in the air for added drama yelled out. "We are here, welcome to the Uzumaki clan home." With that, the Yamanaka clan member manning the building entrance turned floodlights on to display the name carved into the top of the entrance.
In bold letters befitting the clan, the name Uzumaki was carved into the stone over the main entrance with the clan symbol above it. They could see flags flying from the top of the five-story building each with the clan symbol clearly visible for all to see. It was clear the designer of the building wanted to make a statement, a statement that the Uzumaki are back and here to stay.
"Come on let's go in.", said Hinata wanting to show off what she helped build. She had wanted to go with less flash and more earth tones but Ino had insisted that Naruto would want bright flashy colors and Hinata knew she was right.
Looking around at the lobby it looked like a high-end hotel with marble-covered walls and finely carved granite floors in swirling designs to make it look like they were walking on a stormy ocean of whirlpools.
Sitting at the front desk they could see one Yamanaka and one Hyuga standing at attention as if they were the keepers of the front gates as much as attendants. Ino smiled at her cousin, glade he had heard her mind speak to turn on the lights.
"How big is this fucking place,", said Tayuya spinning around the very large entrance hall with its refined seating areas and what looked like a coffee bar to the far side that was closed for the night.
"The first floor contains room for 30 shops or restaurants as you see fit. The other four floors are apartments for the family as it grows, in all you will have 200 apartments to fill ranging from simple one-bedroom suites on the second floor to the large five-bedroom master suites on the top floor.", said
Tazuna themaster bridge builder who had spent day and night working his men to the bone to complete what he felt was his masterwork.
"Tazuna!", yelled out Naruto running over to the old man and pulling him into a hug. "It's so good to see you again. How is everyone!"
"Everyone is great and the Land of Waves is growing every day.", said Tazuna, the great Naruto bridge was full of traffic as the mainland used the deepwater ports to ship goods around the world using the land of waves as their starting point.
"Did you finish everything.", asked Ino knowing that he was having trouble finding a lot of the materials.
"Only the top floor is complete, we need to know what type of shops are going into the lowest floor and we are waiting for the next shipments to arrive to work on the other floors.", said Tazuna turning from friend to project manager in a snap. He hadn't had a drink for months and swore he would not until this building was complete.
Turning to the group Tazuna said, "Let's all go upstairs and let me show you the main family suites." Heading over to a wall he pushed on a small black dot that caused the wall to open and display an elevator. "This only goes to the top floor and can be keyed to a small number of handprints.", said Tazuna as he walked in and waited for everyone to join him. Pushing the close button the elevator quickly ascended the five floors to open onto a smaller lobby room in more earth tones and decorated with flowers.
"There are ten suites on this floor as well as a Dojo, come this is the main family suite,", said Tazuna acting like a proud parent showing off his children. Walling down the extra-wide hallway they ended up facing a set of large double doors. Swinging them open they entered a large room with one wall completely covered in windows overlooking the river and more of the village on the other side.
There was a sunken living room in the middle with seating areas around it to form a living space that could hold 50 people easily or over 100 if there was a party. Leading them to the side they found a large dining area full of low tables that look suspiciously like the Hyuga main dining hall. Walking past all the tables they found themselves in the kitchen that looked like it could feed an army or at least a very large family.
Karin looked at all the kitchen tools and said, "I can't cook." she seemed overwhelmed by everything and Hinata walked over and gave her a hug saying. "You don't have to, you will have a staff once everything is done."
Feeling better about the idea of staff doing the cooking Karin allowed them to exit the kitchen to find a long hallway that led to all five of the bedrooms with the master suite at the end of the hall. Each room had its own bathroom with a tub and shower but the master suite had all that and more with a tub that would fit 4 or more with a stream sauna to the end. The bedroom had its own balcony that they found was at the end of the building. Being on the corner they could see the river and both sides of the village. Looking down Naruto could see a dark area of the village spread out below, turning to Hinata he said, "What is down there?"
"That is the old Uchiha clan compound, the Hyuga clan now owns that section over there, ", she said pointing out some of the landmarks. "But Sasuke Uchiha still owns the oldest part of the compound, that is until the clan act comes into effect and he loses control of it."
"Clan act?", said Karin now giving this her full attention. "Yes, to be a clan you need three adults and children but he is alone after his sister killed the whole clan. He has 5 years to marry and produce heirs but he has not been willing to take a wife."
"So in five years he loses the land?", asked Karin. "No not lose so much as he has to sell it or give it back to the village, he would still keep the main house as his personal home but everything else would fall back to the village.", said Ino as she joined them at the railing overlooking the old Uchiha compound. "In five years you can try to buy it if you want to expand it for the future of the Uzumaki clan."
"I can't do that!", said Naruto walking back into the master suite, thinking once again that he had to find a way to talk to Sasuke and get him to come around.
Karin watched him go and said to the heiresses at her side. "Do you think that Sasuke Uchiha will let his clan die?"
Sharing a look Hinata and Ino seemed to share a moment before Hinata said, "No, he is too proud, but the pain of losing his clan is still too fresh. In a year or two, he will see the foolishness of his pride and take some wives."
"Hey come see this.", yelled out Tayuya from behind them, turning they found she had found the walk-in closet that was twice the size of Naruto's old apartment. Forgetting about clan politics they joined her in exploring the rest of the rooms.

I really need some feedback at this point, I can dive more into the plot with or without the lemons. Or do you guys not care about the plot line and just want a bunch of lemons. I was going to only write 10 or so chapters when I started but this story keeps writing itself. I can easily see this going another 20 chapters if everyone wants it to keep going.
