Running through the white-walled halls of an unfamiliar part of the building. This was the first time he had been out of his room except for medical treatments and training. He was only allowed in certain rooms that weren't far from his own. Now he was running through the halls, his feet bare. He wore a white shirt and pants that were similar to a hospital gown.

A family vacation in Charleston, South Carolina seems like it will be a lot of fun (assuming Zeus doesn't blast the plane out of the sky), but people dying is sure to put a damper in it. An old enemy has to be the one responsible, but catching him is going to be hard, especially if the Virals and the demigods don't work together. But they have to keep their secrets...right?

Disaster seems to follow Hayden(OC) where ever she goes. After a school trip gone wrong, her family's close friend takes her down to South Carolina for some change of scenery. Back in New York, the ever watchful Avengers have found a lead to one of their targets that involves Hayden. This short story is based off of an idea I had to see what would happen if the Virals series had taken place in the Mass Effect Universe. I plan on eventually writing my own version of the rest of the series, but this short story is an introduction to my version.
