It was a week later and Tayuya was shopping for tonight's dinner. It was one of the strangest things she had done in her life and was still unsure of what she was doing most of the time. All she knew was the Hokage had given her a list of things she had to eat 'or else' and she didn't want to find out what the 'or else' would be from that crazy old bitch.
"Hey Red you having fun?", yelled out Ino as she walked up next to Tayuya as she stared at the fruits on the table wondering what an avocado was. Showing Ino the list from the Hokage she said, "What the fuck are these?", pointing to the offending words on the list.
Laughing Ino took the list from Tayuya and quickly ran down the different tables of the open air market with the small redhead in toe filling her basket with a rainbow of fruit and vegetables until the list was complete. Ino at least took the time to name each of them as she dropped them into the basket.
Paying the young girl that was manning the tables they headed back to the Uzumaki compound building with its endless banging as the workers tried their best to finish all the floors at once. Lucky for them Tayuya didn't care about the noise having lived in the sound village's underground bases most of her life. At least now when she heard a scream of pain it was only someone hitting their thumb with a hammer.
As they walked into the kitchen at the top of the building they found Karin talking to a pair of Hyuga who had been 'assigned' to help cook. Ino knew they were branch family members but didn't say anything as she had gotten Naruto to agree to allow her 'cousin' to help with keeping the apartment clean.
Now that Hinata and Ino had their spies in place they had come to a small truce for now. Ino knew that Karin had figured it out and Tayuya was not anyone's fool so it was an open secret at this point.
"I have something to ask you guys now that we are all together.", said Ino as she pulled Tayuya's basket from her arm and handed it over to the nearest Hyuga. "I want to take you all out for drinks tonight and meet some of Naruto's classmates. Most everyone is in the village.
"You know I can't, if that old bitch hears I took a drink she would lock me up until I popped this little monster out.", said Tayuya rubbing her still very flat stomach. Ino turned to Karin to see what she had to say, "I don't see why not it would be fun to get out and meet Naruto's friends, you can come to you know just don't drink", said Karin looking over at Tayuya
"I know that but the smell of beer makes me feel like I am going to throw-up.", said Tayuya, now that the truth has come out Ino gave her a smile of understanding. She only hopped when it was her time she didn't have all the issues that seems to trouble the little redhead.
"Ok, then it's a deal, I will go find Naruto and tell him to get cleaned up for tonight. I heard he is training with Kakashi sensei and Sai over in training ground five.", said Ino grinning at everyone in the room and spinning around. "Hold up there blondie, you're not allowed to fuck my husband yet, you hear me.", said Tayuya, her words stopping Ino in her tracks. "I wouldn't do that,", said Ino turning back to the two wives as they stood shoulder to shoulder. "Yes you would, your chakra tells me you're lying, and as the first wife, Tayuya has the say in these things.", said Karin sharing for the first time the agreement they had come to once they entered the village.
They had agreed whoever gave birth first would run the house and be named Matriarch and the other would take the seat at the clan council to run the clan's business. Naruto hadn't put up much of a fight when they told him as he just wanted to train hard and become the best Hokage ever, Dattebayo!.
Ino looked at the two and put her finger to her cheek and said, "So you're saying that at some point I can have some alone time with Naruto." Her little mischievous smile was on display as they thought about it.
"You can be his fuck toy but if you get pregnant then the kid is mine you hear me.", said Tayuya, "I have been studying the clan laws you shared with us and you know the rules. The blood follows the male line unless you're an Uchiha.", said Karin crossing arms under her breast to stare at the blonde in HER kitchen.
"God you guys are way too intense, I have my own clan rules to follow and they don't include Naruto so let's just play nice and have some fun tonight.", said Ino, having her grand plan shot down so quickly was a bummer but she had been given some hope she would get her some Naruto. Sakura on the other hand was not allowed to come within a hundred feet of the overactive blonde.
Later that evening Ino found herself standing next to Hinata again as they waited for Naruto to come down to the lobby. "So why are you here again.", asked Ino not even looking at the shorter girl to her side. "I heard we were going out tonight, it would be nice to see everyone.", said Hinata. "I didn't invite you.", said Ino not sounding happy about having the shy little Hyuga hanging around. "No you didn't but Naruto did once someone got word to him I was free.", said Hinata, she had learned when they were still children that Naruto was controlled by his stomach and by extension the person controlling his food. It was a simple matter to have the Hyuga cooks openly talk about tonight's event to get him to invite her along.
"Bitch", said Ino, "Whore", said Hinata as they both looked at the elevator doors that started to open.
Naruto came out dressed in the orange and black outfit that the princess had gifted him and Karin was in her purple long shelved coat and super tight short shorts she seemed to like. Both heiresses felt a little jealous seeing Karin had her arm locked with Naruto's as they walked over.
"Wow this is great you made it.", said Naruto giving Hinata a one-armed hug as Karin didn't let his other arm free. He did the same to Ino who locked eyes with Karin for a minute seeing her reflection in a pair of bright red eyes.
"Where are we going again.". ask Karin as they walked down the street heading to the village center. She made sure to place herself between Ino and Naruto. Hinata had taken her place on Naruto's other side forcing Ino to take the lead.
"We are going to meet up at the Sliver Shuriken, it's a bar that only Chunin and above can enter. The Jonin's have their own hangout so it will only be Chunin tonight.", said Ino as she danced around to face them her short skirt showing off her long legs, walking backward for a couple of steps so everyone could see her smiling face. Hinata didn't miss the look she gave Naruto with that little wink of hers.
Once at the village center they headed down one of the lesser used side streets until they found themselves facing a pair of large wooden doors with a sign swinging in the breeze reading 'Silver Shuriken' overhead. It was a large windowless building with two floors and loud music blasting into the street.
With a flare Ino pushed both doors open and walked in with everyone following behind, a half a dozen people yelled out Ino's name waving her over until Naruto walked in and the other half of the bar tried to call him over to sit at their table. Naruto was beside himself waving at all the old and new friends sitting at the tables and some at the bar. Karin was holding tight as they weaved between the table shaking hands until they found seats at the bar proper.
"Drinks all around, it's on me.", yelled out Ino to the bartender as he came over. "Let's celebrate everyone being in the village.", said Ino holding her glass high and getting a cheer out of the room full of Chunin. None wanted to talk about the lost friends that they would never share a beer with again but for the memories of good times past.
It didn't take long for the drinks to flow and Ino being in her element was able to pull Naruto onto the small dance floor. Soon the floor was full of dancers and Karin lost sight of her husband in the bouncing crowd.
"I wouldn't worry too much, Ino is mostly harmless.", said Hinata to Karin as they declined a row of men trying to get them to join them on the dance floor. "I trust Naruto and Tayuya said to let him have his fun. It's that pink hair teammate that I worry about.", said Karin waving the bartender over to get a refill for her and Hinata.
"Sakura is devoted to Naruto, she would never do anything to harm him.", said Hinata trying to defend her friend. Ino and her still didn't know if Naruto told his wives what happen at the hospital and had agreed not to bring it up.
Kiba came busting out of the crowd with some random Inuzuka girl on his arm and walked over to Hinata. "There is my princess.", he yelled out wrapping his arms around Hinata and picking her up in a bear hug. The Inuzuka girl didn't seem to like it and hit him on the back of the head repeatedly before he dropped the Hyuga.
"Kiba! Stop it, you know what your mother said.", screamed the girl pulling him back into a hot-blooded kiss as if to remind him who he was with. Laughing at it all he waved goodbye as he got dragged away from the bar back to one of the tables full of his clan mates.
Later that night as everyone is having a great time, with most of them drunk and laughing at stories of past missions. Naruto with a beer in his hand stumbles over to a table with Choji and Shikamaru sitting and staring at their drinks. Taking a seat at the table Naruto slaps Choji on the shoulder yelling out over the music, "How's it going Cho, it been way too long!" a smiling and laughing Naruto looks around to see Ino heading over to their table as if she had something important to say.
Seeing Ino running over Choji gets all red-faced and says, "I hate you man, I really hate you!" Giving Choji a puzzled look Naruto figures he didn't hear what he said over the music and said, "what? What did you say", "I said I hate you. You took my Ino away from me,", yells out Choji.
"I did no such thing, she is right over there.", said Naruto pointing at Ino as she walked up. "You know what I mean you, bastard, you have your own teammate to take care of you. Ino is mine.", said a clearly very upset Choji as he emptied his drink in one go and slammed down the glass on the table.
"Now come on Choji Ino is her own person.", said Naruto but unknown to him Ino had walked up and was standing right behind him. When she put her hand on his shoulder Choji seemed to have lost all control over his temper.
Standing up and using body expansion on his fist he leans back and with no warning hits Naruto square in the face yelling "Fuck you!"
Naruto flies back out of his seat as Ino jumps out of the way and lands on the floor sliding backward, Ninja start to jump over his moving body, one even uses a wind jutsu to pick up their table to avoid Naruto from knocking it over. Reaching the end of the room Naruto slams into the wall on the far side of the room. As Karin and Hinata come running across the room, no one even looked up, as this late in the night this happens all the time in this bar.
Ino runs up to Choji's face and yells, "Stop being such a fool Choji", he responded by hugging her and starts crying like a baby.
Karin found Naruto out cold and pushed up against the wall, she checked on him to find he has a broken jaw with a concussion. With Hinata's help, she pulls him out of the bar into the street so she can try her best to heal him. If she was more sober or he could just bite her this would be easy but she struggles to do anything as Hinata looks around for help.
With her Byakugan fulling active Hinata stops and runs into a nearby alley to return with a struggling Sakura who clearly didn't want to get too close to Naruto.
"Dam the Hokage's orders Sakura do something.", screams Hinata as she slaps Sakura in the face and pushes her down next to Karin who was holding Naruto on her lap. Karin looks at Sakura who still had two black eyes from Tayuya hitting her at the hospital, with the Hokage refusing to allow anyone to heal her Sakura had been forced to let nature take care of it.
Running a blue glowing hand over Naruto she nods to herself but stops as she reaches over to touch Naruto. "Can I touch him?", she asks Karin still not sure what she is allowed to do. With visions of what the Hokage would do to her for breaking her orders to stay away from Naruto flashing in her mind.
"Yes,", said Karin, she could see Sakura's chakra was fluctuating back and forth as if two people were fighting within her. "Just heal him and we can talk about it later.", said Hinata knowing about Inner and how she acts around Naruto.
Placing her glowing hands on both sides of his face she closes her eyes and focuses all her chakra into knitting his bones back in place. With the perfect chakra control that explained why she was the Hokage's apprentice, Karin marveled at how fast Sakura's chakra fell into alignment and she was able to heal Naruto in a matter of minutes.
With his jaw back to normal Sakura worked on his head bringing down the swelling and removing all effects the concussion may have had on his brain. Stepping back Sakura stands up and grabs the front of his jacket and pulls him to his feet as his eyes flash open to stare into hers.
"Hi Sakura-chan", he said as if on auto pilot as he was still unsteady on his feet. Inner takes her chance and standing on her toes gives Naruto a quick kiss on the lips before stepping back. Naruto, looking to his side sees Karin slide his arm over her shoulders holding him up. "Karin-chan!", he said pulling her close and trying to kiss her but she turns her face so his lips landed on her hair.
"Not now Naruto we need to get you to the hospital.", said Karin dragged him out into the street looking around with blurry eyes trying to figure out where the hospital is. Hinata shows up at his other side and said, "Let me help," as Naruto's knees start to give out and most of his weight falls on them. All Naruto can hear is the Fox laughing at him as he withholds any of his chakras, the fox wanted his pink toy and wouldn't be of any help until he got it. Not being used to being drunk and beat up Naruto just let the girls drag him around.
As they held him up they decided to carry him back to his new clan compound as it was closer plus with Sakura's help, he was as healed as much as he could be until Karin had time to somber up herself and get him to bit her.

As the doors opened Hinata turned to Sakura who had been following a couple of steps behind, "I think it would be best if you didn't come upstairs,", said Hinata as she turned around in the elevator to face Sakura. "Ya, I understand,", said Sakura as the doors slowly closed in her face leaving her standing there with the two lobby attendants.
Half walking, half carrying Naruto into the main living quarters they spotted Tayuya sitting back in one of the overstuffed chairs she had placed next to the windows overlooking the construction of the new Hyuga complex next to the river. As she looked over to them putting down the book on clan laws she was reading she said, "Wow you guy must have had a hell of a good night if you had to carry Naruto back, ", she laughed at her joke as they walked him down the hallway to the bedroom. "I will tell you all about it in the morning, right now I need to get some sleep.", said Karin as she and Hinata dropped Naruto onto the bed.
Taking the hint Hinata walked herself out of the bedroom to say her goodbyes to Tayuya as she made her way out of the apartment and out the front door of the lobby. Finding Sakura still standing out in the street she decided it would be best if she walked with her back to Ino's apartment over the flower shop.

Back at the Silver Shuriken Choji storms away from the table to get away from a pissed-off Ino and to get himself another drink at the bar. "What the hell was that all about?", said Ino to Shikamaru as he nursed his second drink of the night. Unlike Choji who had lost count at 15 or so, Shikamaru didn't like the feeling of losing control.
"He loves you or I should say he is infatuated with you if you don't like the L word.", said Shikamaru putting his elbows on the table to rest his head on his hand staring at Ino as she downs her drink in one go.
"I love him too, just like I love you, but I don't go around hitting people.", said Ino looking back over her shoulder at the still red face Akimichi as she slammed down her glass and ordered another.
"You know it's not that type of love Ino, don't fool yourself, Choji is completely in love and can't think about anybody else. I overheard our fathers talking about it and it looks like they are thinking of sending him on a very long-term mission with a couple of eligible Akimichi girls.", said Shikamaru.
"Good for him, at least he will get a chance to pick his future wife.", said Ino knowing that her future husband was chosen for her when she was born. "Yes, the Akimichi don't require a tight family bond for their techniques to be passed down.", said Shikamaru stating what she already knew but in her current emotional state he wanted to get her to focus.
"Fuck you Shikamaru, your clan and Choji's have always been more open, it's why you have so many rejects working on the farms or in the forest with those dam deer.", spits out Ino knowing most if not all of her clan was working for the village proper spread out over all the five great nations.
"We all do our parts Ino, its why I agreed to support you in your little plan but that support is dependent on you keeping your agreements. Choji feels you're not keeping up your end of the deal.", said Shikamaru.
Turning to look Shikamaru squarely in the eye Ino thought about what Hinata had said, yes she was willing to use her body to get what she wants but it wasn't with everyone. "Do you feel the same then, now that you brought it up.", said Ino waving over a waiter to get a new drink.

Over at the bar, Choji was staring at his half full glass thinking about how he should go and apologize to Ino or Naruto, hell to anybody as long as he could get his Ino back. Turning to look at Ino and Shikamaru with their heads together talking about some plan to take over the world or something, Choji didn't get what Ino was trying to do but had sworn to support her, looking back to Tenten he said, "Ino, you know my teammate, has been spending so much time chasing Naruto she hadn't had time to spend with ME.', Choji almost yelled out that last part, getting all pissed off again.
Tenten seeing his problem laughs at the now angry Akimichi, turned and pointed at her team still on the dance floor, "You think you got it bad, look at that, I can't get any from those two unless I threaten to kill them", she laughed at her own joke but Choji can see her problem.

Having heard the drunken retelling of what happened last night from Karin she wasn't sure if she was mad or happy that pink-haired bitch was around but she had business to take care of today so she pushed those thoughts aside for later.
Now fully dressed and making herself a quick morning meal before the Hyuga cooks could show up, Tayuya could hear the distinct sounds of Karin getting in a little morning sex to start the day. "Keep it down in there, you'll scare the cooks away.", yelled out Tayuya as she headed out the door for a morning walk before heading over to talk to the Hokage.
Waving good morning to the Yamanaka standing at the front door she walked her way to the village center. With the sun still working its way up over the mountain tops all the shops were still closed and only a few early morning shinobi were moving around the buildings. Entering the main intersection she laughed to herself seeing a blonde slowly walking down the street on unsteady legs.
"Hey Blondie, nice walk of shame this morning,", Yelled out Tayuya as she got closer to Ino who looked like she had a long and very hard night as her hair was out of its normal pony tail and seemed to have knotted up from something being strayed on it.
Ino's bloodshot eyes widened as she spotted Tayuya walking straight at her. Doing her best to straighten her clothes, she stopped and waited for the little redhead to walk over. "Dam Ino, don't they have showers at that guy's place, or do you get off walking down the street with Cum in your hair.", said Tayuya having way too much fun at Ino's expense.
Reaching up to touch her hair Ino got a look of panic before doing her best to stand tall. "What are you doing out here so early, don't you have small animals to torture.", said a pissed off Ino, this hangover from all the drinks from last night had removed any filter she may have had. 'Dam Shikamaru for deciding last night would be when he stopped watching and took a much more active role, I had no idea he could use his shadows that way', thought Ino as she put her hand on a nearby wall to steady herself.
A grinning Tayuya took her time looking Ino over from head to toe as she prevented Ino from running home to clean up. She took notice that Ino was bare footed and with a small wind Jutsu she learned from Naruto, Tayuya blew Ino's skirt up around her waist to display to anybody that was watching that Ino didn't have on anything under her skirt.
"Stop that you crazy bitch,", yelled out Ino pushing her skirt back down and glaring at Tayuya.
"What the fuck Ino, did you just run out into the street or something,", said Tayuya, "Someone didn't, you know, take advantage of you did they?", Tayuya didn't like the tall blonde much but she hated the idea of any women being used like that.
"No, it wasn't like that, I just wanted to get home and couldn't find all my clothes.", said Ino now feeling a little defeated, she was glad Tayuya had at least stopped picking on her. Shikamaru had said something about wanting her panties as a reminder of their first all nighter, he was turning into a real pervert.
"Come on, let's get you home,", said Tayuya pulling Ino along as she headed toward the street she knew the flower shop was on. As they walked Ino did her best to keep up with the fast-moving redhead. Trying her best not to step on anything sharp and pointy.
"I read that book you gave me on clan laws.", said Tayuya slowing down as Ino did look a little green around the edges. "It turns out you have to marry some guy your family picked for you.", said Tayuya
"Ya, as a member of the head house I don't get much of a choice.", said Ino matching Tayuya's pace so she could walk beside her.
"And that Hyuga girl that keeps hanging around Naruto, she in the same boat.", said Tayuya wanting to make sure she read it right.
"Hinata is the heir of the Hyuga clan, but it's her father that will pick her husband for her. The Hyuga clan laws are different, she can pick another husband once she becomes the clan head.", said Ino, "Why so many questions, can't we talk later.", holding a hand to her head Ino only wanted the world to stop spinning.
"It's nothing, just looking at how it works, I want to start writing up our own clan laws.", said Tayuya
Stopping at the front of the flower shop Tayuya turned and crossed her arms looking up at Ino as she felt around her belt only to notice she didn't put on her pouch with her house key in it. "Let's hope Sakura is awake, my parents are both out on some mission.", said Ino mostly to herself but Tayuya took note that Sakura was staying here.
"So what is it with you and that pink bitch?", said Tayuya
Looking over at Tayuya, Ino had forgotten she was still there, taking a deep breath she said. "We are lovers and best friends, you got a problem with that."
Tayuya was a little taken aback as she figured it was nothing more than an old-school friendship that hadn't had time to fall apart. "So you like girls or you just like to play both sides of the field.", said Tayuya.
"It's not any of your business but I don't see any reason you can't be with anybody you want.", said Ino, "Now if you will excuse me I want to go get cleaned up and sleep."
As Ino walked around the flower shop to use the back stairs leading up to the apartment she heard Tayuya yell out for all the neighbors to hear. "You can fuck anybody you want but stay the fuck away from my husband." Turning she watched a grinning Tayuya walk off down the street before she lost sight of her as she went around the corner.

With one of her self-assigned tasks done Tayuya stopped a shop owner as she was opening the front gates to her fruit stand as to the location of the ninja academy. Now onto her second task of the day, Tayuya walked off with a happy skip to her steps as she looked forward to putting the fear of God or at least fear of Tayuya into a couple of school Sensei.
Unknown to her she was using the same path Ino and Sakura had used every day on their walk to the academy. Turning the corner at the basket shop, the last landmark the nice old lady told her to look for, Tayuya stopped to look at the white and red walls of the buildings, the Academy was larger than she thought it would be and was comprised of several buildings that seemed to have been built at different times with miss-matched roof lines and colors. Each building did have a giant sign with the kanji for "fire" on it.
Standing near the main entrance she watched as hundreds of children from the very young to almost Genin age walked by and around her to get into the classrooms before the first bell. Walking up to the main gate she said to the first adult she found. "I want to speak with the headmaster."
"Wait here and I will get someone to show you the way.", said the woman Tayuya had confronted at the gate. Knowing it wasn't a good idea to just randomly walk around a school Tayuya waited by the front gates until a rather large and portly woman showed up.
"How may I help you.", said the rather large woman, she was at least a head taller than Tayuya with arms as big around as Tayuya's still small waist.
"You the headmaster.", said Tayuya
"No, Iruka Umino is the new Headmaster. I am the school's registrar. Miss Kaguya.", said Kaguya, "You look a little old to be starting at the academy, she added
"I am a Jonin you fat cow, I want to talk to this Umino guy, tell him I am Naruto's wife, Tayuya", said Tayuya remembering all the stories Naruto had told her about Iruka she knew he would see her once he heard who she was.
Kaguya wasn't fazed in the least by Tayuya's insult having heard it all before, she said, "Follow me", as she turned into the building and they marched down the hallway past classrooms of screaming children and sensei trying to get their rooms under control until they pasted the older classrooms that seem to be filled with half awake kids reading history books. Tayuya wasn't that impressed and now understood why the clans focused so much on teaching their own after the academy classes ended.
Crossing over into a new building they found themselves in front of the headmaster's office among rows of other offices. "Wait here,", said Kaguya pointing to a row of chairs in the outer office, chairs Tayuya was sure Naruto had sat in many a time waiting for a headmaster. It took all of two minutes before Iruka can out of his office followed close behind by Kaguya.
"Thank you, Miss Kaguya,", said Iruka getting no reply as Kaguya walked off down the hall to find her own office. "Come in, Come in. I have heard so much about you from Naruto.", said Iruka showing Tayuya to a seat in front of his large desk covered in papers.
"How can I help you.", said Iruka once they both had a chance to take their seat on either side of the desk. "You can tell me why you let Naruto leave the academy dumb as a rock.", said Tayuya cutting to the point.
"Well Naruto isn't the brightest of minds but I wouldn't call him dumb.", said Iruka trying his best to deflect the conversation away from the school.
Standing up and slamming both her hands down on the desk causing a rather large pile of papers to slowly side sideways until they fell onto the floor Tayuya said, "Don't fuck with me, you know what I mean, Naruto trusted you and you let them kick him out of every class."
"I served primarily as an instructor back when Naruto was a student. I had no real say on what was happening in the other classrooms. You must understand it had only been six years after the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack when Naruto started at the academy, the fox had killed at least one person in every family some like myself lost everybody. I am not saying it was right but Naruto was a living reminder that the fox was still alive.", said Iruka
"Naruto isn't the fox you son of a bitch, you know that and everybody else should have known that.", said Tayuya still standing over the desk refusing to let this go until she got a satisfactory answer.
Taking a deep breath Iruka recalls many arguments all the teachers had when Naruto first started, to his shame he was on the side of those wanting to kick Naruto out of school before he had a chance to get to know the young boy that would turn into the man he now calls friend.
"Hate,", he said, bluntly and to the point. "It was pure hate, hate of anything that was to blame for our family's deaths. Naruto was its main focus as you can imagine but many blamed the fourth Hokage, others the Third, I even blamed my own parents for dying and leaving me alone."
Waiting for Tayuya to sit back down Iruka continued. "The Third ordered Naruto into the academy against everyone's wishes, it was only much later I learned it was to keep Naruto out of the hands of Danzo Shumura who wanted to train him to be only a mindless weapon."
"What about here, at the academy, I swear he didn't learn a thing the way he talks. Hell he can't even really read more than the most basic levels.", said Tayuya calming down now that she was getting the real answers she was looking for, hate she understood better than most as she had spent most of her own life in a blind rage against the world.
"Yes, I know, I only really had one year with him myself and I did the best I could, I spend more time with Naruto than all my other students combined but Naruto had learned one thing. It was not to trust any sensei.", said Iruka
"I heard that all of the sensei from the time Naruto was here are no longer teaching?", asked Tayuya
"I am the only one left from those days, the Third had started to rotate everyone into field missions that they never returned from. We have all new sensei now and lady Tsunade has changed the way students are taught so that everyone gets a fair chance. We no longer just teach our students to become only field shinobi but now allow them to pick a subject like medicine or science even some want to focus on seals.", said Iruka with a smile.
Crossing her hands over her stomach Tayuya said, "When my kids start the academy I will watch you like a hawk so don't fuck up."
Grinning even more Iruka said, "Yes Naruto told me about becoming a father, don't you worry when it comes time all the children will be taught to the highest standards."
Nodding her head Tayuya stood up to leave when Iruka said, "One word before you go, Miss Kaguya is an Elite Jonin of the Akimichi clan, it would be best to not get on her bad side."
Giving him a grunt for a reply Tayuya headed out the nearest door finding herself in the middle of a playground full of first-year students yelling and screaming as they played Ninja. Stopping and grinning at the controlled chaos Tayuya knew that someday this would be full of red-headed Uzumaki children.

A week had passed after the party at the Silver shuriken and Karin was looking for a tea house called the Pink Sakura. The Yamanaka attendant had given her a sealed note asking her and Tayuya to join Ino and 'friends' for tea. Naruto was off with Jiraiya doing perverted things she was sure but wasn't too worried about it. Naruto had a way of keeping out of the worst of it when it comes to Jiraiya's plans. She just wishes he could share the mission details or at least something more than going west to check things out.
"I think it's down this alley.", said Karin pointing to a small sign on the side of the building. "What the hell is it doing down there.", said Tayuya looking into the shadows of the alley, the buildings were taller than most in this part of the village and no sunlight was reaching into the far corners.
Pulling her flute out of her belt Tayuya gave Karin an evil little grin saying, "Let's hope it's a trap, it's been way too boring lately." With those words, she marched into the shadows with Karin following behind looking everywhere at once. At the end of the long alley after a small turn to the left they found a well-lighted sign handing from deer antlers over the door reading 'Pink Sakura', the deer motif carried to the door itself with intricate carvings of a herd of deer running in a forest.
Not one to make an ambush wait Tayuya pushed the door open and walked in ready for anything but for what she saw. The inside of the building was lit with sunlight from a dozen or more windows on the roof all shining down through the rafters on dozens of tables and chairs all seemingly made from one piece of wood, each was covered in more deer carvings and forest trees. What struck her the most was the complex design of shadows that seemed to be moving on the floor.
Karin knew of the Nara but didn't know they had an affinity for tea as every table was full of Nara clan members. They all seemed to be staring off into space and playing a board game of Go between them.
"The Ladies Uzumaki, please come with me.", said an elderly Nara woman that seemed to come out of the shadows. They followed her as she weaved her way between the tables and the many layers of sunlight and shadows until reaching a more private table in the back. Seated around the table Karin could see Ino and Sakura but it was the two Nara sitting in the shadows that focused her attention.
"Thank you for coming, please have a seat.", said the older of the two Nara pulling out two chairs with a shadow jutsu as if to show them who had the power in this place of light and dark.
"Thank you for inviting us.", said Karin taking her seat. Tayuya stood next to her and stared at Sakura before saying, "What is that bitch doing here."
"Sakura has a place on the board.", said the older Nara getting Tayuya to take her seat next to Karin. Seeing that there were two more seats empty to their right Karin said, "Are we expecting more?"
"This is a meeting of the last of the noble clans of Konohagakure.", said the older Nara as if that was the answer to her question. Tayuya was ready to get up and tell him to fuck off when she felt a hand on her shoulder. Looking up she stared into the blackest eyes she had ever seen above a tight smile of a black-haired beauty who took the seat next to her. "Sorry I am late, I had some unfinished business to take care of." said the new girl pulling the chair up to the table without the help of any shadows.
As they all sat in silence it was Sakura's expression that told Karin that the last member of this meeting had arrived. The two Nara men stood up as Hinata joined them, giving each of them the bow of equals she took her place at the table.
"Let me begin, I am Shikaku Nara, head of the Nara clan and Jonin Commander of Konohagakure, I speak for the Noble clans Akimichi and Yamanaka.", giving Ino a look he continued, "At least until their heirs come of age." Looking to his left Ino said, "I am Ino Yamanaka, heiress of the Yamanaka clan,", turning to her left the younger Nara said, "I am Shikamaru Nara Heir of the Nara clan."
Hinata sat tall and proud in her seat and said in her soft voice that still commanded everyone's attention, "I am Hinata Hyuga, Heiress of the Hyuga Clan." The last girl next to Tayuya straightened herself and said, "I am Itachi Uchiha, Matriarch of the Uchiha."
All eyes turned to the two Uzumaki and Tayuya cleared her throat and said, "I am Tayuya Uzumaki, Matriarch of the Uzumaki Clan." Looking to Karin who was staring straight ahead as she said, "I am Karin Uzumaki, head of the Uzumaki Clan"
With those final words, a seal on the table flared up and spread out around them all until everyone else in the room faded away into darkness.
"The seal of the noble clans is active, no one outside of this table will hear or remember us entering this room. No acts of violence or Genutsu will be permitted," said Shikaku placing his hands on the table.
"Why have called us here Uncle Shikaku,", said Ino in her Innocent little girl voice that never works on the Nara but she still tried anyway.
Giving her a look that told her he was not in the mode to play games Skikaku said, "It has come to my attention and that of the other clan heads that someone,", at this point he looked squarely at Hinata, "has been trying to complete the circle of clans and fill the red chair."
"The time has come for the red chair to be filled and the shame of the past to be forgiven.", said Hinata, "We have lived too long under the false leaders of the civilian council, they have bled us dry of funds for too long."
"Always about the money with the Hyuga.", said Ino crossing her arms under her breast as if to push them up.
"Erasure of the Shame is worth any price.", said Itachi in her cold voice locking eyes with Ino who had the courage to not look away.
"Red Chair, Shame, what the fuck are you people talking about.", said Tayuya always one to get to the point.
"The noble clans elected one speaker for us all but before the seat was filled the clan was destroyed. It has remained empty for many years but now that clan has returned and the seat can be filled.", said Shikamaru
"Do you mean the Uzumaki?", said Karin still not sure this was happening.
"Yes, before the start of the third world war the only clan everyone could trust and agree on was the Uzumaki, Naruto's mother was to take her place at the head of the table but with her death and Naruto only being half blood the clans could not or should I say would not elect a replacement.", said Skikaku
"But I know nothing about any of this, what is it you expect us to do?", said Karin looking over at Tayuya who was trying to slowly pull away from Itachi at her side.
"That is the problem, in order to fill the Red Chair and remove the civilian council, all clan seats must be filled with the last generation of heirs that have come of age. Lady Hinata has not only started the process to overthrow the civilian council, but every leader of every clan in Konohagakure.", said Skikaku.
"Wait a minute, what about the fucking Hokage, isn't the old lady the head of the Senju clan?", said Tayuya, taking her chance to slide her chair an inch closer to Karin.
"The Hokage is the last of her clan and has been for many years, when she dies the Senju clan dies with her.", said Skikaku, "The truth is she is a clan of one, it is out of respect for what her clan did for this village that she is called the Princess of Konohagakure."
"The plan was for the clan leadership to retire in due time, there was no plan to force the issue.", said Shikamaru.
Looking past Itachi, Hinata said, "I had planned on having Naruto fill the red chair but he is singly focused on becoming Hokage."
"Naruto?", laughed out Itachi. "You only wanted him in the red chair so you could control the village from the shadows." Turning to look Karin in the eyes Itachi said, "I think this one has a head on her shoulders, and having survived Orochimaru she will not shy away from doing what must be done."
"I am not sure having the backing of the Clan Killer of Konohagakure is something I want.", said Karin breaking eye contact with Itachi.
"Speaking of the Uchiha, you know that Sasuke will need to produce an heir within the next 5 years, or else the Uchiha will lose their seat.", said Skikaku.
"That is why I asked Sakura to join this meeting, she and Sasuke are very close, and I believe she can convince him to ask for forgiveness and rejoin the village as a shinobi. Then it would be a simple thing to find him a wife or two.", said Ino beaming at her grand plan.
Sakura tried to hold it in but she burst out laughing, holding her stomach as everyone look at her like she had finial lost her mind. Getting herself under control Sakura said, "The last time I talked to Sasuke I broke every bone in his arm and threatened to kill him if he touched Naruto again. I don't think I am the one to talk to him about starting a family."
The reaction around the table was mixed, Karin and Tayuya seemed quite happy to hear this and looked at Sakura in a new light, Ino was pissed at her plan falling apart, while Hinata using her clan's training displayed no emotion at all.
"He told me the Anbu did that when he tried to escape.", said Itachi now having to find a way to remove the nightmare Genutsu from a couple of Anbu.
"Sakura can still play a part, as a member of team seven she can ask the Hokage to release Sasuke.", said Shikamaru.
"Why do we need that prick anyway,", said Tayuya
"Without the backing of the last two members of the founding clans the shinobi of the village may not take kindly to a change in leadership.", said Skikaku, "Even with the Uchiha and Senju's backing, I will still need to convince the other clan leaders to agree to this crazy plan of yours, then we will still need to deal with Danzo. He has worked many years to put the civilian counsel in place. His control over them is almost complete, and with his root members he is a force we will need to deal with."
"I have my suspicions that Danzo is to blame for my clan's elimination. I was ordered by the Third to kill my father to prevent an uprising.", turning to look at Tayuya at her side with a small smile Itachi said, "I am not a clan killer, when I came out of my families house I found my mother dead along with everyone else I loved. Only Danzo would have the manpower and will to do such a thing, I need only prove it."
"Does the Hokage know of this?", asked Skikaku, he had long suspected Danzo, having been one the of people that trained Itachi it had been very hard for him to believe she was capable of killing her whole clan. She was powerful, yes but she was not that cold-hearted to kill innocent children.
"How else do you think I am in the village now? The Hokage is no fool and having fought beside my clan for forty years she knows how the Sharingan works and how to counter it", said Itachi
Shikoku stood up and placed his hand in the middle of the table causing the seal to flare alive for a moment before it faded away revealing the quiet tea house and its tables full of Go players. "We will meet again but for now let us order some tea and play a game of Go.", said Skikaku walking to a smaller table with Shikamaru joining him making the first move as he sat down.
Now with the table to themselves, the six girls all stared at each other wondering who would move first or if there is anything else that needed to be discussed. "How do you plan on dealing with your father.", asked Karin looking over at Hinata.
"The silk can not go to the weaves if the caterpillars do not grow and the cloth can not be sold if it can not be transported to the cities.", said Hinata, "The Aburame have agreed to stop caring for the silkworms and the Inuzuka will no longer guard the silk traders if I so wish it."
"That is a bold move, can't the Hyuga guard their own caravans?", said Karin
Smiling at the thought of her clansmen doing such a lowly job Hinata said, "My clan feels it is beneath them to do simple guard duty and only the Aburame can produce the fine silk we are known for. Father will bend when the time comes and the greed of the elders will prevent them from putting up a fight."
"How did you get them to agree to such a brazen plan.", asked Ino thinking of how she would do it but sleeping with an Aburame was something she couldn't see Hinata doing.
"They have long disagreed with the way the branch family members are treated, I have sworn to remove the seal and pay the branch members a fair wage for their work. The Elders will fight this but by then I will be clan head and they will be no more.", said Hinata, then looking over at Itachi she said, "You are not the only one willing to sacrifice family for the greater good."
Silence falls on the table as they all realize that sweat little Hinata was truly the Iron Fist of the Hyuga.
"What about Sasuke, is he still lusting after revenge.", asked Hinata wanting to change the subject and put Itachi on the defense. The older girl was silent for some time before relaxing into her chair and saying. "I have calmed his blood and visited him almost every night. He knows of my suspicion and now wants Danzo's head."
"Sasuke has forgiven you for killing his father, that I have a hard time believing.", said Ino
Letting out a dry laugh Itachi said, "Forgiven, I wouldn't say that but he is no longer blinded by rage and has begun the process of seeing father for who he was."
As Tayuya takes a deep breath to say what is on her mind Karin places a hand on her arm and gives it a good squeeze telling the smaller girl now is not the time to make new enemies out of the Uchiha woman. Looking to Karin Tayuya does say, "I know it must be 'hard' dealing with Sasuke from what Naruto has told me, he can be a real 'Prick'."
If Itachi was offended she didn't show it even when Sakura once again started to laugh into her hands. Ino knew that Inner was mostly in control at this point as Sakura didn't have the energy to stand up to Itachi in any way.
"Yes he is a challenge but not as much as Naruto was, but all men can be controlled by their urges.", said Itachi not bothering to look at Tayuya sitting beside her.
Karin grabs Tayuya and held her down in her seat as the small red head started to move toward the Uchiha Matriarch. "It looks like it's time for us to leave and let the Nara focus on their games.", said Hinata knowing that if they stay much longer there would be a cat fight or worst between half of them. Out of the corner of her eyes, she had already spotted moving shadows circling around their feet as if they expect a fight to start at any moment.
With a wave of her hands, Itachi exploded into a murder of crows that vanished into the sunlight shining down from the open windows above. Hinata stood and bowed as she turned to walk away leaving Ino to pull Sakura out of her seat to head for a side door not wanting to follow the Hyuga out the front.
Looking around Karin spotted an older Nara sitting alone and walked over to sit with him. "Would you mind playing a game of Go with me.", said Karin, getting a nod from the retired Nara shinobi she ordered a cup of black tea and allowed the man to make the first move. It was going to be a long morning but she felt it was time to make acquaintances outside of Naruto's circle of friends.
Tayuya watched Karin's game for some time but got bored quickly and left Karin to fend for herself as she walked out the front door into the alley to head back to the main square. She had a lot to think about and walking around the village was still something she found joy in doing.
