"Let me begin by thanking everyone for your interest in the Uzumaki building storefronts. As you see from these building plans we have room for many types of merchants. Some with kitchen facilities for restaurants and others are more designed for household items", said Karen laying out the building plans she had in her portfolio.
With that the group of merchants stood up and looked over the plans, each pointing out what they felt was good or bad about the location and layout Karen was presenting. It was clear to her they had already started the negotiations. If they were not interested they wouldn't have even moved from their overstuffed chairs.
After an hour of listening to them put down every brick and tile of every location Karen was about ready to fold up her plan and tell them all where to go when the Guild master said," Now that all our thought is out in the open. What is your asking price for renting out this location." With that, he places a large finger down on the most prime of the storefronts.
Without a moment's thought, Karen decided she would go large or go home saying, "1000 to start, and once you have a chance to advertise it goes it goes to 2000 a week after the second month." "A vote was taken after our last meeting, and I have been placed as the head of HITFA as CEO and President of the company.
