Chapter 9
All For One could only sigh as he watched Doctor Garaki gently lower a now knocked out Kagome onto the examination table. He felt guilt stab at him, he had hoped it wouldn't have to come to this but from the small conversation they had earlier he knew she would not budge on wanting to keep the child.
It would throw all of his plans for Tomura into chaos, he should have nipped their romance in the bud when it had started yet he had let the boy keep her. He had so much ripped from him that should he also have Kagome sent away he would have broken beyond repair.
Yet now there was a bigger problem at hand.
She was with child.
With Tomura Shigaraki's child and she had no intention of terminating.
Honestly had the timing been right, he would have been excited if not happy to hear the news. But the timing was not right and he would not let years of planning be ruined because the two teens could not be trusted to practice safe sex.
While he knew if word ever got out about what he was about to do it would shatter any trust built between him and his apprentice hence he had to be sure everything was kept quiet and that nothing was left to chance.
"Run the tests, I want to be sure it's Tomura's. If it is I need to know how far along she is." Sighing he moved to leave the room, he had much to do in order to make sure things stayed on track.
"What should I do if it is his?" Pausing he glanced back at the doctor and weighed his options. The easiest course of action would be to get rid of it, what was one life compared to his grand plans and ambitions? Yet as soon as the thought entered his mind he dismissed it. He was evil but even he had his limits, even more so when it came to Tomura.
Originally only a pawn the boy had stirred something inside of him, pulled at what little was left of his heart. He only wanted what was best for him and that was what he had planned out. Kagome had been a curve ball but eventually he had worked her into his plans, adjusting and adapting to make things work.
Sadly there was no way to make a child work.
Not now.
So he would have to change tactics again, twist facts and blur lines in order to keep things moving forward. It would hurt his apprentice but he would help him channel that anger into their cause.
"Keep her sedated until she's ready to give birth. Then take the child to an orphanage but don't lose track of it. Afterwards we can study her quirk. I know you were curious about it." He would not end the child's life but he would not let the child stay and become a problem. Plus there could come a day when he might need to use the child as leverage.
Kyudai Garaki could only nod, he was eager to study Kagome's time quirk, to see what it could do and how it could be used but he had always been told no due to her relationship with Tomura. Now that he had the green light he couldn't wait to see what made her time quirk tick!
