Launchpad McQuack, Riku and Kairi frowned after discovering that the Justice Ducks are inside the Duckburg City Hospital from reading the Local Newspaper.

Megavolt and the Liquidator soon learn the same information as they celebrated together.

"With the Justice Ducks out of our way, we can steal whatever we want and nobody is left around to stop us!" Megavolt proclaimed before the two of them started Terrorizing Darkwing Duck City together.

"I must find someway to save the city from Megavolt and the Liquidator!" Launchpad McQuack Proclaimed while Riku and Kairi followed him towards the Thunderquack Aircraft itself.

"Let's see what we have here... the Incorporated Missile Launchers and the Machine Guns on this Thunderquack Aircraft still work regardless of Darkwing Duck never using them... the Justice Ducks never liked using deadly force unless they had no other choice... that is why we build several Identical Thunderquack Aircraft to deal with Negaduck having the same Aircraft Design Named the Negawing." Launchpad McQuack remarked sheepishly to Riku and Kairi.

"You mean Negaduck shares all of Darkwing Duck's Technology?" Riku asked in disbelief.

"Unfortunately Negaduck comes from another dimension where he Developed Identical Technology to what Darkwing Duck already used before starting this whole Balance of Power between Darkwing Duck and Negaduck afterwards. Basically Negaduck is fighting the Justice Ducks into a stalemate inside the two dimensions." Launchpad McQuack explained to Riku and Kairi while flying the Thunderquack Aircraft towards Megavolt's Crime Wave.

"Look down there, the Shadow Heartless are attacking Megavolt for us!" Kairi yelled while pointing at the battle happening inside the Darkwing Duck City below them.

"Back off, this city belongs to Negaduck!" Megavolt yelled while firing electricity from his hands at the Shadow Heartless.

"I'm afraid my new allies disagree with you!" Taurus Bulba proclaimed beside the Orcus Heartless Creature.

The Orcus Heartless raised one hand and threw fireballs at Megavolt who dodged frantically.

"Megavolt is using Thunder Attacks against that Orcus Heartless, that is never going to work!" Riku protested in annoyance.

"It look like we must save Megavolt from those Heartless before we can capture him ourselves... the only question is why are the Heartless fighting Negaduck's Forces anyways?" Launchpad McQuack points out the obvious to Riku and Kairi.

"We have no time to land the Thunderquack, I'm attacking that Big Black Heartless from the air now!" Launchpad McQuack points out the obvious to Riku and Kairi again before firing Missiles at the Orcus Heartless from the Thunderquack.

The Missiles hit the Orcus Heartless into the side of someone's building and blasted the smaller Shadow Heartless apart at the same time.

With both Megavolt and Taurus Bulba knocked unconscious by the explosion, the Orcus Heartless roared in outrage as it picked itself up to attack the Thunderquack for revenge.
