*Asgard: Fimbulwinter*
Asgard, once radiant with the golden light of its towering halls and lush landscapes, is now engulfed in the harsh and unforgiving grip of Fimbulwinter, the Great Winter of Norse mythology, the sky is a dull, oppressive grey, with thick clouds swirling in the sky like a constant omen of doom. The sun barely pierces through, casting only faint, pale rays that do nothing to warm the frigid air.
The once-vibrant city of Valhalla has become a cold fortress, its grand halls rimmed with ice, and frost creeps up the walls of its mighty structures. The streets are desolate, covered in layers of snow and ice, with only the howling wind breaking the silence. The Bifröst, the Rainbow Bridge, has lost its shimmering brilliance, dulled to a muted array of frozen colours, slick with frost and treacherous underfoot.
Rivers that once flowed with clarity and strength have frozen solid, and the great Yggdrasil tree, whose roots bind the realms, stands resilient but shrouded in a heavy blanket of snow, its leaves pale and brittle. Even the air itself feels thin and biting, filled with a chill so deep it seeps into the bones of anyone who walks outside too long.
In Asgard's forests, wildlife has either fled or succumbed to the bitter cold. The trees, which once stood tall and full of life, are now barren skeletons, their branches sagging under the weight of ice.
The hearts of the Aesir, heavy with the loss of Baldur, seem to reflect the atmosphere. Odin's once keen gaze is now weary, his thoughts burdened with the prophecy of Ragnarok that looms ever closer. Asgard's warriors, normally brimming with vitality and pride, walk with a solemn, cautious step, fully aware that this winter is the herald of greater battles to is a world now steeped in silence and waiting, where every gust of icy wind feels like the slow, inevitable march toward an end.
*Valhalla's Great Hall*
*Crying& Weeping*
In the Great Hall of Valhalla is where we find our heros, dejected and broken, they where all huddled up together, to keep each other warmth and company, the likes of Amaterasu, Helios, Jesus and Ra would take turns, keeping the hall warm with their powers, it wasn't really that much of an issue for them, however they had to keep their powers always active, as the cold of fimbulwinter was relentless, looking for an opportunity to snatch any warmth that was present in Asgard.
Freya, Sif, Gná and the Valkyries have been crying and mourning non-stop, due to the death of Baldur, Freya in particular was worse for wear, days have passed since they have returned from Jotunheim and the Norse goddess has been doing nothing but crying over the death of her son, she has not eaten and she has not slept, her mind was just plagued constantly with the how her son was killed, the image of his dying face being on repeat in her mind's eye.
Odin, Thor, Tyr and Heimdall, all lost their inner fire and zest, the most pleasant and kindest among them Baldur, was no longer amongst them, the most warmed-hearted member of their family, the one who was the glue for the Aesir was gone, Baldur was always the person to make others feel good and confident, he was the one who would turn your frown upside down, the one to make you enjoy the gift of life, Baldur was known to be the Norse god of light, but he was more than that, he was the light for all those that were close to him.
"How long has it been?" Asuka questioned her comrades as she and her companions were sitting close to the fire place, trying to stay as warm as possible.
"A week." Mittelt responded while still looking at the flames as the young fallen angel didn't really feel like looking anyone in the eye.
"It's been a week since Madara-sama has left? This is bad." Asuka said while pulling her blanket closer to her body as a gust of cold entered the hall.
Indeed it is true, our protagonist, the Ghost of the Uchiha has been gone for seven days, after hearing the bad news that Baldur was killed from Yasaka, the Uchiha just used Kamui and disappeared, it seemed like he needed some alone time and to process everything that has just transpired.
"I'm sure Papa is really mad this time." Kunou said with a sad look on her face, as this is the second time Madara has entrusted them to accomplish something, and once again they have failed their leader.
For some of them, this is the longest they have went without seeing Madara, and it truly was an uncomfortable situation, especially for the likes of Asia, she has never, and truly never gone a week without seeing her older brother, when Madara returned from his fight with the Old Satan Faction for Yui, although he was unconscious he was still there, but now he was not even around physically, the blonde Uchiha was truly finding hard to cope without her older brother's presence.
(Sigh): "I don't blame Sensei...I probably would've done the same thing, to put your trust in people twice and in both times, they failed to accomplish what you wanted, Shit I would be fucking pissed off." Issei said keeping both his lovers close to him, as at this moment their love was the only source of comfort they have.
The ladies chasing for Madara's affection were not doing any better.
Yasaka has been worried and thinking about Madara non-stop, since she was the person to tell Madara what happened and that Baldur died, she was the first one to see the disappointment in his eyes, she has been wishing that she could see Madara again, just so she could apologize for what happened.
Tiamat has been growing anxious and agitated the past seven days, she just wish she could see Madara, grab him and tell him how remorseful she feels, it was so heart warming for the dragon god, when Madara said that he trusted her, she had such a surge of euphoria that she could not explain, and now that they failed in saving Baldur, the dragon god was riddled with guilt and sorrow.
Athena and Elizabeth were angry, not necessarily at Madara, they were angry at themselves as all though they didn't have their full-power, Madara gifted them with bodies, that never fatigue, never hunger and never feel pain, they are so angry at themselves that they wasted such a opportunity, both the ladies were just stuck in their heads, replaying the events that happened in Jotunheim and thinking of what they could've done differently that could've saved Baldur's life.
Aphrodite truly felt guilty and useless, the goddess of love simply was not a fighter, she was a lover, she has no power or ability that may aid her or her associates in battle, she was greatly annoyed with herself, the goddess of love was even watching Asia in Jotunheim, the blonde Uchiha was not a fighter, she was a healer, but even so, Asia was still able to be useful and be a tremendous help to the Akatsuki, the most beautiful goddess was truly riddled with insecurity, many of the ladies gunning for Madara's love were at least able to help him in terms of combat and yet here she was not being able to do much, she started to think that she doesn't have a chance against the likes of Yasaka, Diana, Tiamat and Athena.
Gabriel as well felt guilty, there was a specific moment in Jotunheim where she could've jumped in and taken the attack aimed for Baldur, the angel could've shielded the Norse god of peace from danger, however she was afraid, and she just didn't understand why she hesitated, she was not in her actual body, therefore if she died in Jotunheim it would've only been the wood-clone body not her actual body, but for some reason the angel held doubt, she thought that she would actually experience pain, it's unfortunate that she failed to realize that would not be the case.
"So what do we do now?" Azazel questioned while looking at Jesus who was doing his best to use the heat of Ultra Instinct to keep everyone warm, which was not the easiest of tasks as fimbulwinter was eating away any heat it could find.
Jesus just paused and gave his friend a defeated look, the son of the Holy one, truly hated this situation they find themselves in, no matter how much planning and preparation they could do, it would not stop the inevitable, which is that Ragnarok will be commencing, the Great war of Norse Mythology was creeping closer by the second.
(Exhausted Sigh): "We have got less than three months then Ragnarok will begin, less then three months Azazel...(Deep Breath)...the Old Satan Faction have the giants of Jotunheim and an infinite number of Hel walkers from Helheim, they also have Loki and his children, more particularly Fenrir, both you and I know that, out of all of Loki's children, Fenrir is the most dangerous of them all, that wolf has enough power to kill Odin all by himself...(Exhausted Sigh)...things are not looking good my friend." Jesus said giving Azazel a less than hopeful expression.
(Looks out to the Window): "Yeah you are right about that, in terms of numbers and fire power, Rizevim and his group have us in a corner, we already lost to them in Jotunheim and all they had were the giants, now if they add the Hel-walkers and the rest of Loki's kids, that just indicates impending defeat." Azazel said looking at one of the windows of the great hall and observing the aggressive nature of the snow blizzard happening in Asgard.
"No matter what, War is coming, all we can do is prepare for it when it arrives." Buddha said with him having his eyes closed and being in a meditative pose.
(Sigh): "War...how I dread that abomination, it saddens me because if a war is going to commence, it is only a guarantee that some of us here will not make it, for some of us this is our last days, after Ragnarok we will have to carry on with life without some of us present here." Michael said adopting a very sombre expression.
Many of the Akatsuki heard Michael's words and a good dose of anxiety and hopelessness was planted in their hearts, whether they like it or not, the leader of heaven was right, it's unfortunate however Ragnarok will claim some members of the Akatsuki, and that's what truly hurt them, for some of them, these are the final days they will see everyone like this together.
Many of Madara's companions also grew fearful, for some reason many of them pictured Madara, dying at Ragnarok and it broke their hearts, they couldn't bear seeing their leader, friend and lover fall in battle, or that they would have to carry on life without him, after all for many of them, he is the reason why they are here and the reason why they fight for a better future, so to carry on without him would just be too much for some of them.
Then Madara's subordinates looked amongst themselves, they were more than just followers of the Uchiha, they were friends, they were a unit, they were family, the thought that one of them would die at Ragnarok was just heart wrenching, the group would not be the same without Issei's goofiness and idiotic antics, without Asuka's boldness and passion, without Asia's care and tender-heart, without Kunou's naiveness and optimism, with out Raynare's and Kalawarner's hot bloodedness and stubborn nature and of course it would not be the same without Mittelt's sarcasm and satire nature.
Amaterasu for one also didn't like the idea of war, the Shinto goddess of the sun was indeed powerful, however her battle against Nyx truly did show that she was rusty and no-where near her peak, so the idea of them having an all out war, was not a pleasant thought, she knows for a fact that Nyx will come for at Ragnarok and this time she might very well die, it was clear that Nyx was head and shoulders above her now.
"We have no choice, like Buddha said, we have to prepare, Ragnarok is unavoidable, if there are any among us who wish to leave while they still have the chance, now is the time." Vishnu said as the Hindu god could see many of the Akatsuki where fearful.
The members of the Akatsuki looked amongst themselves, they thought about Vishnu's words, the Hindu god was right, if they wanted to, they could teleport away and be in the safety and comfort of their own realms, away from danger and certainly away from Ragnarok, a war was the last thing the Akatsuki wanted therefore they all had a decision to make, leave now and avoid the great war which is Ragnarok or stay and fight but there is a very good chance that some of them could die at Ragnarok.
The was a tense silence in the Great Hall of Valhalla, for many of them, this was not their realm, not their mythology and most certainly not their fight, it's Odin's and the Aesir's fight, the deities of the Akatsuki had to consider their own mythologies and their own people, if they died at Ragnarok it could spell disaster for their own religions and followers.
"I do not blame any of you, if you leave, I can understand that you all have your own responsibilities, if any of you walk away now, I still have the utmost respect for you." Odin said, addressing the members of the Akatsuki.
Once again a tense silence fell on the Great Hall, it was clear that everyone was thinking about it and considering their next move and action, Odin was right, they truly did have responsibilities of their own, more particularly each god's followers, if they died, who would take care of their mythologies and people, jumping into Ragnarok was so simple for them...well some of them.
"I will fight." Zeus said then shifted his attention to Odin.
Odin looked at his old friend with some tears forming in his eyes, he was touched and honoured, that his old friend would stand by him, when Ragnarok comes.
"Are you sure Zeus? You could die." Odin said looking at his friend with a great deal of concern.
"Don't forget Odin, I have a score to settle with Rizevim and his lackeys, they destroyed my home, therefore I will destroy their lives." Zeus said with sparks of electricity sparking at the edges of his eyes.
"Count me in as well." Shiva said with many shifting at the Hindu god with a curious look.
"What? Where have you ever heard that the Great Shiva was a coward? The Old Satan Faction, have committed too many sins, and they must be killed, every single one of them, this war...Ragnarok, I feel like many of you are looking at it the wrong way, yes there is a chance that we may all die, but it can also mean that we can kill every single member of the Old Satan Faction, the consequences of war do not only apply to us, it applies to them as well." Shiva said then closed his eyes and folded his arms as there was nothing more to say.
Many of the Akatsuki could not argue with Shiva there, he truly did have a point when stating that the consequences of war applies to the Old Satan Faction as well.
"Well after hearing that, you best believe that I am joining in." Susanoo said as the Shinto god would not be out done in terms of bravery.
Poseidon: "Hmph...I will fight as well."
Ra: "There is no ways I would ever run from the Old Satan Faction."
Athena: "War is my speciality, I will join your fight Odin."
Elizabeth: "It's to the death after all."
One by one the members of the Akatsuki made their decision, they would stand with Odin and oppose the Old Satan Faction at Ragnarok, they will fight and if it comes to it, die with honour, not a single one of them backed down.
Odin and Freya looked at everyone with unmeasurable gratitude, this truly were tough times for those of the Norse mythology, therefore it truly warmed their heart, that not a single member of the Akatsuki decided to back down and run away from Ragnarok, it was something the Aesir would never forget.
"Thank you everyone...truly thank you, I am honoured that all of you will stand beside us on the day of Ragnarok, know that if we make it out, I will never forget this kindness and I will make sure to glorify everyone single one of you accordingly." Odin said with a grateful smile, and this was the first time Odin smiled since the death of his and Freya's son.
"There is one big problem though." Tsukuyomi pointed out while looking at the members of the Akatsuki.
"And that is?" Jesus questioned.
"One of the important pieces of the Akatsuki, Madara Uchiha has disappeared, there has been no sight of him the past seven days, Ragnarok will be quite the problem if we are to fight without him." Tsukuyomi said.
The Shinto god was right, Madara was too crucial to the Akatsuki to not have him around, he is the one variable the Old Satan Faction greatly struggle with, Ragnarok will be incredibly difficult without the Ghost of the Uchiha.
Jesus sighed in agreement, the son of the Holy one could not deny Tsukuyomi's words, it truly was a problem not having Madara around, they desperately needed him now more than ever and yet he was no-where to be found.
(Scoffs): "He is a coward that ran away!" Amaterasu claimed with a lot of venom in her tone.
Many of Madara's companions shifted their attention to the Shinto goddess and gave the lady of the sun an icy glare.
Yasaka did not take kindly to Amaterasu's words and made her way to her best friend to get up close and personal.
(Growls): "You take that back Amaterasu!" Yasaka said with her eyes turning red indicating that the nine tailed fox was in rage.
Amaterasu being the proud goddess that she is, would never back down, even if it was her best friend, she stepped closer and her eyes began to start glowing while staring at Yasaka.
"No! He is a coward! for all his talk and ego he is not even here, he should be the first one to raise his hand for participating in Ragnarok and yet he is no where to be found." Amaterasu said glaring at her best friend.
"You don't know him! He fucking saved your life in Jotunheim Amaterasu! Show some respect!" Yasaka demanded with her body beginning to steam up, indicating that she was close to entering Nine tails Chakra mode.
(Scoffs): "Show some respect?! To him of all people?!...(Sarcastic Laugh)...don't make me laugh Yasaka, you say he saved my life? Please I had everything under-control, I didn't need him." Amaterasu said with her eyes glowing like to bright stars.
Many of the Akatsuki looked at Amaterasu with raised eye brows, last they remember, Amaterasu was at the mercy of Nyx and was about to get killed by her old rival, so for her to now claim that she didn't need Madara's intervention was a bit idiotic.
(Growls): "You are so ungrateful Amaterasu! Madara has helped both you and the Akatsuki numerous times! and you dare speak about him like that?! Nyx was inches away from taking your life and you just want to forget that Madara was the one that saved you!" Yasaka said as now her clothes were now changing to the fiery cloak of KCM.
"Hmph...like I said, I didn't need him." Amaterasu claimed with the tips of her hair transforming into flames.
Kunou watched on with a bleeding heart, this was truly heart breaking for the young nine-tails, she absolutely hated seeing the two women she loved the most acting like this to one another, never in her scariest nightmares did she think her mother and her aunt would be fighting like this.
(Growls): "To be honest with you all, I have had about enough of your hate of Madara, Amaterasu the man has done nothing wrong to you, damn it...it is because of him that you are still drawing breath...(Spits on the floor)...you disgust me Amaterasu, stop acting like a child!" Yasaka said with her now fully transformed into her Nine-tails Chakra mode.
Things were now looking serious and if these ladies do indeed decide to battle it out, the members of the Akatsuki will need to be ready to jump in and stop the fight.
"Shouldn't we do something?" Sirzechs questioned as it looks like the two ladies were close to punching things out.
"You think you can stop them two? By all means be my guest." Azazel said as he did not want to be involved for fear of getting the shit kicked out of him by the two ladies.
*Temperature picks up*
"What did you just say Yasaka?" Amaterasu questioned with her flaming aura now building up around her and the temperature in the Great hall raising steadily.
Yasaka got even close to the point where their faces where only centimetres apart.
"I said...stop acting like a child Amaterasu." Yasaka reiterated doubling down on her words.
The two friends glared at each other like they were enemies, the males of the Akatsuki really did want to step in and stop the fight, but they know that when women are angry, there is truly no stopping them.
(Neck Stretching): "Stand down Yasaka, you know that I am stronger than you, you do not want this fight." Amaterasu said with her flaming rainbow aura now surrounding the Shinto goddess of the sun and universe.
"Hmph...this is coming from the person who was at the mercy of Nyx at Jotunheim, and the person that needed a MAN! to save her from death." Yasaka said with her own golden flaming aura going back and forth with Amaterasu's rainbow flames.
Amaterasu: "That's it! Lets settle this!"
Yasaka: "Bring it!"
"STOOOPPPPP IIIITTTTTT!"
Yasaka and Amaterasu were seconds away from throwing down, but instantly stopped when they heard an all too familiar voice.
The two ladies shifted their attention to the side and could see Kunou looking at them with tears running down her face, the young nine-tails was hurt, she was so incredibly hurt that her two favourite ladies were fighting.
(Crying): "Why...why are you two fighting?" Kunou questioned with an expression that showed how hurt she was.
Yasaka and Amaterasu immediately switched off their powers and looked at Kunou with a great deal of remorse and regret, they allowed their emotions to get the better of them, they failed to realize that their fighting was hurting Kunou.
(Crying): "Why aunt Amaterasu?!...(Crying)...why?...why do you hate my papa so much?" Kunou questioned looking at Amaterasu with such sad and hurting eyes that the Shinto goddess felt unbelievable discomfort in her inner being.
"I...I...I..." The Shinto goddess was left speechless she just didn't know how to respond to Kunou.
(Crying): "Papa has not done anything wrong to you...but you hate him so much...(Crying)...if Papa did not swoop in, you would've died at Jotunheim...(Crying)...I just don't understand it, why do you hate someone who saved your life?...(Crying)...it hurts so much when you talk bad about him, that's my Papa and I love him so much, but for you to talk about him like he is the devil, just breaks my heart." Kunou said with her eyes now starting to become red due to all the tears it was producing.
Amaterasu just paused and looked at Kunou with a heavy heart, never in all her life would she want to hurt Kunou, the Shinto goddess absolutely adores the princess of Kyoto, and sees Kunou as her own child, so to see that she was one of the reasons for Kunou's hurt absolutely tore her apart from the inside.
"I just wish to protect you and Yasaka...(Short Pause)...truly that is my heart's desire." Amaterasu said looking at Kunou with remorseful eyes.
"Protect us from what?" Yasaka questioned looking at Amaterasu with an annoyed look.
"From him!" Amaterasu snapped back looking at Yasaka with anger.
(Growls): "Don't tell me you are talking about Madara?" Yasaka said glaring at her best friend.
"That's exactly who I am talking about...(Deep Breaths)...listen to me you two, don't be fools, do not allow a man into your hearts, they will always, and I mean always betray and use you, I'm telling you, Madara will betray you two, can't you guys see that he is just using you...(Exhausted Sigh)...just look at this situation right now, all of us are here, building each other back up after our defeat to the Old Satan Faction and the death of Baldur, the past seven days we have been consoling each other and yet he has left us, Ragnarok approaches and we must prepare for war and where is he exactly?!" Amaterasu questioned looking at Yasaka with narrow eyes.
For once Amaterasu had Yasaka silent, the nine-tails didn't know how to respond to Amaterasu's question, because truthfully she didn't know where Madara was, it did look like he decided to just get out of here as soon as he heard that Baldur was killed, the Uchiha didn't even hesitate once he heard that the Akatsuki failed in Jotunheim he just Kamui'd out of Asgard.
(Scoffs): "Exactly...you don't even know where he is, for all we know he could've decided to just up and leave everything to us, not wanting to get his hands dirty with the incoming war." Amaterasu said doubling down on her point that Madara was a coward.
(Crying): "Papa would never do that!" Kunou clapped back as she was not liking Amaterasu talking negatively about her father.
(Shifts Attention to Kunou): "Then where is he Kunou? Where is this Papa of yours that you love so much? A question to all members of the Akatsuki, did Madara tell anyone where he was going?" Amaterasu questioned now shifting her attention to the other members of the Akatsuki.
The members of the Akatsuki all remained silent, Amaterasu did have a strong argument there, Madara could've at least told someone where he is off to and what he would be doing, but nothing, no one knows the Uchiha's whereabouts or recent activities, our protagonist completely disappeared without a trace.
(Shifts attention to Yasaka): "We all have responsibilities, we all have duties, we all have realms, we all have people we need to look out for and yet where are we? We are here Yasaka, during these tough times we are here supporting Freya and Odin, a war is coming and we are here to help prepare for Ragnarok, none of us ran away, we are here to fight, can anyone really say the same about Madara?" Amaterasu questioned looking at Yasaka with narrowed eyes.
Yasaka balled her right hand to a fist and took a deep breath as the anger she had before was slowly returning to the nine-tails.
(Deep Breaths): "Like I said before Amaterasu, you don't know the man, Madara would never do that, I'm sure he has his reason for disappearing on the spot like that." Yasaka said doing her best to keep herself calm, for Kunou's sake.
(Scoffs): "Yes of course, I'm sure there is a valid reason for someone to disappear without a trace, during such troubling times...the reason is that he is a coward plain and simple, I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings Kunou and Yasaka." The Shinto goddess said looking back and forth between Yasaka and Kunou.
(Crying): "My Papa is no coward!" Kunou shouted out and due to the intense emotions she was experiencing activated KCM and blitzed out of the Great Hall as she she wanted to get away from everyone and everything.
"Kunou! You see what you have done Amaterasu! You are pathetic sometimes you know that." Yasaka said then activated KCM as well and blitzed after her runaway daughter.
The Great Hall now adopted an awkward and uncomfortable silence, many of the members just looked at Amaterasu with disappointed looks.
The Shinto goddess noticed that all eyes were on her she just closed her eyes and folded her arms, choosing to remain in her stubbornness and pride.
A few seconds went by and Amaterasu could feel a hand on her shoulder, the Shinto goddess opened her eyes to see who placed a hand on her shoulder and her demeanour softened when she saw it was one of the only man she could tolerate.
"What is it Jesus?" Amaterasu questioned.
"Amaterasu, in the bible, there are the seven deadly sins, do you know what they are by any chance?" Jesus questioned with a calm and stoic tone as he was not looking for a fight with Amaterasu.
(Scoffs): "Of course I do Jesus, your father is someone with unparalleled wisdom, it would be foolish not to know what they are, the seven deadly sins are pride, greed, wrath, lust, sloth, gluttony and envy." Amaterasu said while rolling her eyes at such an simple thing.
"Good, very good, but do you know which is most dangerous of them all?" Jesus questioned never breaking eye contact with Amaterasu.
Amaterasu just paused and raised her brow, this is a question that caught her off-guard, she didn't realize there was a sin greater than the others.
"Wrath?" Amaterasu asked not really sure of what the answer is.
"Pride...pride is the most dangerous of all the seven deadly sins, after all it is the sin Lucifer committed, be careful of pride Amaterasu, if it consumes your heart it will destroy and take away all you have." Jesus said then walked away from Amaterasu returning to where he was previously.
Amaterasu paused to ponder on Jesus's words, the Shinto goddess never saw herself as prideful, rather she saw herself as righteous, she was simply doing what she believes is best and if that hurts a few people, even if its people she cares about, then so be it, after all she is doing it for their sake after all, or that's what she believes.
(Clears Throat): "Regardless of if Madara is here or not, we still have a war to think about, Fimbulwinter started the day Baldur died and it has been a week since then, therefore we have two months and three weeks until Ragnarok, I suggest we prepare as best we can, we are going to need an army if we wish to have a chance against the Old Satan Faction." Jesus said assuming the role as leader temporarily, as someone needed to take hold on the mantle.
"That is true, no point arguing amongst ourselves." Tyr said as the Norse god of war was in full agreement with the son of the Holy one.
"There is already us, the members of the Akatsuki, we have the Aesir, the Valkyries and the Einherjar of Valhalla, I believe that our next cause of action is that we head to mine and my sister's home realm, Vanaheim, there we will be able to recruit more soldiers for our fight against the Old Satan Faction." Freyr said.
"Thank you Freyr, that's a brilliant suggestion, everyone in agreement?" Jesus questioned the rest of the Akatsuki and it was clear that no one was against the action plan suggested by the twin brother of Freya.
"Then so be it, to Vanaheim then." Odin said.
*Alfheim: Fimbulwinter*
*Ljosvalar Kingdom of the Light Elves*
In Alfheim, Fimbulwinter has touched the land as well, but its presence is less harsh and less severe compared to the brutal conditions gripping Asgard. Here, the icy breath of the eternal winter mingles with the land's natural magic, creating a landscape that is beautiful yet eerie in its chill, it truly looked like a winter wonderland.
The skies over the Light Elf kingdom have grown paler, with soft grey clouds drifting endlessly, blocking out the usual vibrant sunlight that once bathed the land in warmth. Instead of harsh, driving snow, delicate flurries fall gracefully, like enchanted feathers, blanketing the ground in a shimmering, thick layer of snow. The snow here reflects the faintest light, giving the kingdom an almost ethereal glow, as though the land itself resists the full grasp of winter with its natural enchantments.
The trees in the vast forests of Alfheim, typically rich with leaves of gold and silver, now hold frost along their branches, sparkling like crystals. Yet, unlike Asgard, they have not fully succumbed to the cold. Instead, they stand tall, their roots still humming with faint life, protected by the deep magic of the light of Alfheim. Waterfalls that once flowed freely with vibrant, luminescent streams now move slower, partially frozen, but still trickling through the ice. The rivers reflect the soft light, creating a mesmerizing mix of silver and blue beneath the delicate sheet of ice.
The Light Elf city itself, nestled within these magical forests, feels quieter, but not desolate. The towers of white and gold remain strong, though frost has crept up their surfaces, like vines made of ice. The enchantments that shield the city soften the bite of the cold, allowing its inhabitants to move through the streets in relative comfort. However, the light elves have taken to wearing heavier, ornate cloaks adorned with mystical symbols to fend off the growing chill.
The cold has brought a stillness, a sense of waiting, as though the land itself is holding its breath. While there is no sense of impending doom like in Asgard, the elves are aware that Fimbulwinter is no ordinary winter. It has a weight, a presence, and even here, in the magical haven of Alfheim, it is impossible to ignore the slow creep of this great and ancient force.
*Inside the Royal castle with Ályndra and Faylinn*
"Master Indra! Master Indra!"
Ályndra was with her best friend Faylinn and both ladies were calling out for the ancestor of the Uchiha as they have not seen him all day, they were wondering where in Alfheim could he be.
"You really think it's coming?" Faylinn questioned resting on Ályndra's shoulder, letting the light elf queen be her means of transportation.
"It has to be, you of all people know that it never snows in Alfheim, Baldur must have died, Ragnarok is coming." Ályndra said with a serious expression while continuing her search for Indra.
(Nervous Laughter): "It might just be climate change, or the Mother of All Creation is just trying something different." Faylinn said as she did not like the idea of Ragnarok happening.
"Be serious Faylinn, this is not Midgard, in all the hundreds of thousands of years Alfheim has ever existed, it has never snowed, the light of Alfheim makes sure that our realm always has perfect weather, but even the light of Alfheim is powerless to Fimbulwinter and Ragnarok, I am telling you, this is the great winter, Ragnarok approaches." Ályndra said, checking rooms and still there was no sign of Indra.
Faylinn's fear and anxiety began to rise, the fairy goddess knows very well that Ragnarok is the darkest time in the entire Norse mythology, it was the great war where all the realms collide, the fairy goddess is sacred shitless of Ragnarok because it is a guarantee that many lives will be lost and Faylinn truly didn't want to die, she doesn't want to lose her life to Ragnarok.
"What a terrible time for this to happen, especially since we are embroiled in our own war." Faylinn said hugging her legs as she was trying to find some way of calming her anxiety down.
(Sigh): "You are right about that and regardless of if we like it or not we will have to participate at Ragnarok, all the realms come together on that day, there is no dodging or running away from it, we must sort out this civil war before Ragnarok comes." Ályndra said with her frustration rising as it has been a solid hour of searching for Indra and not finding him.
"Master Indra! Master Indra!"
Ályndra continued her search for the Ōtsutsuki but to no avail, no matter how many times she went back and forth, up and down, she just continued find Indra, and it was beginning to stress her out.
(Frustrated Sigh): "But where could he be? I was just with him yesterday, we had dinner while discussing our plans to counter the dark elves, I remember even saying goodnight to him...(Frustrated moaning)...where are you master Indra?" Ályndra questioned out loud, it just seemed like the light elf queen was going to give up now.
"My queen! My queen!"
Ályndra shifted her attention to the side and saw one of her servants running towards her, being tired and extremely out of breath.
"Calm down now...What is it Elendir? What has you in such a frenzy?" Ályndra questioned placing her hands on her servant in order to calm him down.
The servant now known as Elendir placed his hands on his knees and was doing everything he can take regain his breath.
(Heavy Panting): "His...(Heavy Panting)...back." Elendir said still trying to catch his breath.
"Who is back?" Ályndra questioned giving her servant a curious look.
(Heavy Panting): "Master Indra...(Heavy Panting)...he has returned."
Ályndra's eyes lit up when she heard what her servant just told her.
"Where? Where is he?!" Ályndra questioned with a serious expression.
(Panting): "The...(Panting)...the throne room my queen." Elendir said.
All the care and concern Ályndra had for her servant threw out the window, as she juts activated her light elf magic and blitzed her way to the throne room, leaving Elendir to his lonesome.
(Panting): "I honestly don't get paid enough...(Panting)...for this." Elendir said know standing up right and controlling his breathing.
*The Throne Room*
*Doors barge open*
Ályndra cared very little for entering gracefully, she forced the doors of the Throne room open and what she saw did truly surprise her, but it also turned her extremely on.
Indra was sitting on Ályndra throne with his cheek resting on his fist, but what turned her own was Indra's condition, the ancestor of the Uchiha was shirtless, very sweaty and minor bruises on his person.
Ályndra had to stop herself from drooling as Indra's muscular physique was to die for, it was clear that the Ōtsutsuki was recently engaged in some strenuous physical activity, his muscles were still bulging and pulsing with blood and his veins were extremely visible, even from the distance Ályndra was standing at and the sweat just added to Indra's sex appeal as his sweat just made his body glisten.
Faylinn saw Indra's body and just passed out, it simply was too much for the fairy goddess to witness, Ályndra had to grab her friend from falling off her shoulder.
"Now is that anyway to make an entrance?" Indra questioned giving Ályndra a stoic expression.
Ályndra just swallowed her spit and lowered her head in order to hide her blushing cheeks the light elf queen didn't know how to react in such a situation.
Indra just narrowed his eyes while looking at the light elf queen, this the first time he has seen Ályndra not hit back with a cunning comeback.
The Ōtsutsuki got off the throne and began making his way to the light elf queen as this behaviour was unlike Ályndra.
Ályndra's heart rate started to increase as she could see Indra was getting closer the light elf queen just kept her head lowered and closed her eyes, she didn't want to show the Ōtsutsuki that she was flustered or turned on by his muscular body.
Indra was eventually standing right in front of her and continued to narrow his eyes at the light elf queen's strange behaviour.
With Indra being so close, Ályndra could smell the pheromones being released by the Ōtsutsuki sweat and it just turned on Ályndra even more, the smell of his sweat was oddly pleasant and intoxicating for the light elf queen.
"And then? When did you decided to be a mute? You usually always have a snappy comeback, how is it that this time you are silent?" Indra questioned looking at the light elf queen with a curious stare.
Ályndra bit her bottom lip in order to regain some pain and composure, she then took a deep breath and raised her head, looking Indra in the eye.
"You are sweaty and wounded, where have you been?" Ályndra questioned looking to change the subject.
"I did some training with my family." Indra stated giving Ályndra his classic stoic expression.
"You have family?" Ályndra questioned now giving Indra a curious and also surprised expression.
"Yes of course I do, everyone has a family." Indra responded.
Ályndra released a sad smile, unfortunately Indra's words do not apply to her.
"Not all of us." Ályndra said lowering her eyes as the death of her mother and father flashed once again in her mind.
"It does apply to all of us, yes your mother and father are not here, but you still have that fairy in your hands, would you not consider her apart of your family?" Indra questioned.
Ályndra just looked at Faylinn who was resting peacefully in her hands and a smile dawned on the light elf queen's face, Indra was right about that despite not having her mother and father with her, Ályndra still had Faylinn who has always been with her since the beginning.
(Gentle chuckle): "I suppose you are right about that."
Ályndra now shifted her attention back to Indra as she still has some questions that she wishes to ask the ancestor of the Uchiha.
"You said training? But where? You completely disappeared from Alfheim, there was no trace of you, where exactly where you when you were training with your family?" Ályndra questioned.
"I teleported out of here, we have our own pocket dimension, a place exclusively for us to come together as a family." Indra explained.
Ályndra couldn't help but be jealous of that, that sounded so cool to the light elf queen, she wish she could have her own dimension that she can spend with just the people close to her.
"I see...it must've been some intense training, based on the state of your condition." Ályndra said taking another glance at Indra's bulging muscles.
"It has to be, I am sure you know what's happening in the coming months." Indra said with a no-nonsense expression.
Ályndra immediately shifted her attention back to Indra's eyes with her own eyes lighting up in the process.
"You know? You know that Ragnarok is coming? How on Alfheim did you know that the great war is approaching?" Ályndra questioned now giving Indra a curious stare.
"I told you Ályndra, I have family, you of all people should see that I am not a normal human, so of course that means my family is not normal as well." Indra explained.
"So will you be participating?" Ályndra questioned with quite a deal of concern and worry.
"That I shall, after assisting you with your war and making sure the light of Alfheim is secured, I shall be leaving to prepare for Ragnarok." Indra said still giving Ályndra a no-nonsense expression.
Ályndra couldn't help but be a little sad after hearing Indra's words, the two of them have spent a week together and as the days kept on passing, the light elf queen has been finding herself bonding more and more with the Ōtsutsuki , the queen forgot for a moment that Indra was here for a mission and once that mission is complete, he will be going.
(Clears Throat): "Yes of course, since you know that Ragnarok is approaching, I'm sure you realize that our plan to counter the dark elves has to be put in motion as soon as possible right?" Ályndra questioned deciding to focus on what is important.
"Yes I do, come let me explain our next course of action while I tend to my wounds." Indra said and was about to walk away, but felt Ályndra grab his arm.
Ályndra was absolutely amazed at how hard and strong Indra's arm felt, it once again picked up the light elf queen's arousal.
"And then?" Indra questioned, narrowing his eyes at the light elf queen.
"You don't need to shoulder everythingyourself, pleaseallow me to also help, I will tend to your wounds." Ályndra said doing her absolute best to keep a calm face, but deep down she was extremely excited to get her hands on Indra's body.
"Hmph...you know how to tend to wounds?" Indra asked sarcastically, not believing that royalty know who to perform basic medical aid.
"Of course I do, now are we going to sort your wounds out or not?" Ályndra questioned now showing signs of her clapping back nature.
"So be it then." Indra said then started leading the way to the royal bedroom with Ályndra following close behind.
*Umbraethril The Dark elf territory *
*Nethrallion: The Royal Capital of the Dark elves*
The dark elf territory during Fimbulwinter presents a stark, eerie beauty that reflects both the mystical and foreboding nature of the domain. The forests at the dark side of Alfheim, typically cloaked in shadows, are now dusted with a thick layer of frost, giving the rough and twisted black trees an ethereal sheen.
The air is crisp but not biting, carrying a chill that feels more mysterious than menacing. The usual dense mist that blankets their forests now swirls with icy wisps, making the paths feel even more maze like and treacherous.
Just like the conditions at the light elves territory, the were similarities at the dark elves territory rivers, typically a deep, reflective black, now glimmer with patches of thin ice, and the sound of flowing water echoes eerily through the forest.
The dark elves' architecture, built from stone and shadow, is wrapped with frost-laced vines, making their dwellings appear as though they've been carved from ice itself. However, unlike in Asgard, the chill here does not freeze solid; it lingers, cold but bearable, allowing the elves to move with their usual stealth and grace.
Despite the creeping frost, there is a strange stillness in the air, as if nature itself is holding its breath. The tension is palpable, yet the dark elves move about with their quiet confidence, adapting swiftly to the changes brought by Fimbulwinter. Their territory, already cloaked in mystery, now feels even more like an otherworldly place where winter is less a harsh force and more a subtle, creeping presence.
*Inside the Royal Palace with Thalara & the Old Satan Faction*
The dark elf queen was in her throne room with the members of the Old Satan Faction, they were some very important matters to discuss, especially since Alfheim was now snowing, Thalara was no fool, she knew very well that if it winter in Alfheim, that could only mean that the great winter has come to the Norse mythology.
The plan of Thalara and the Old Satan Faction capitalizing on the Light elves had to be put on hold, due to the sudden change of weather, Thalara knew that since the great winter has come, her plan of attack had to be changed greatly.
"So your comrades have done it? They have killed the son of Odin Baldur?" Thalara questioned focusing her attention on Hades.
"Hmph but of course, like we have told you before, we intend on killing Odin and the Aesir." Hades said releasing a devilish smile.
"But to start Ragnarok of all things, I never cared for Odin but starting Ragnarok doesn't only affect him, it affects all the realms." Thalara said looking at Hades with an annoyed look.
"Ragnarok is the best way of killing Odin, therefore it only makes sense to start it." Odin responded giving the queen a stoic expression.
Kazami just watched on and couldn't help but think of dirty things when looking at the queen.
'Damn she is sexy when she is angry, I wonder if she would give me that look if my dick is in her mouth.' Kazami thought with his little friend getting a bit excited.
"You do realize that me and my people will be forced to participate at Ragnarok, no one from the Norse mythology is exempt from the great war, because of your comrades, my people have to fight a war, they never asked for." Thalara said with quite a bit of anger, resulting in her eyes to begin glowing.
*Red Magic Circle appears*
Everyone shifted their attention the red magic circle and the members of the Old Satan Faction, couldn't help but smirk, as the symbols they saw on the magic circle were all too familiar to them.
The biggest problem of the Old Satan Faction, Rizevim Livan Lucifer appeared from the magic circle and as usual released his charming yet eerie smile.
"It is true that we have initiated a war, your people never asked for, but don't make things difficult for yourself, there is a simple solution to all this, join the Old Satan Faction." Rizevim said while mockingly bowing before the monarch.
"And who are you exactly?" Thalara questioned giving Rizevim a curious stare.
"Who me?...(Points at self)...Oh I am no one of importance, just a man with certain ideals and morales, one of them is don't make your life difficult and just submit to the Old Satan Faction." Rizevim said with a devilish smile.
"The agreement was that we partner up with the Old Satan Faction to eradicate the light elves and then the Old Satan Faction could do what ever they wanted to the light of Alfheim, we dark elves never agreed to joining the Old Satan Faction." Thalara said focusing all her attention on Rizevim.
"Ah yes that is indeed true, but that is such a boring partnership don't think, it would be much better if you all just joined the Old Satan Faction, we really would put you dark elves to good use." Rizevim said smirking at the queen.
When Thalara heard the word use, her blood began to boil, the dark elves were no ones servant, they are a proud and strong race that serve themselves, they bend the knee to no other.
"We are no ones servants or subordinates." Thalara said with her aura rising.
"Oh Lucifer no, you completely took it the wrong way, I wasn't meaning to undermine the dark elves, rather the opposite really, we see value in you and your people Thalara, and we believe that your full potential can be realized under the guidance and direction of the Old Satan Faction." Rizevim's stated.
Rizevim's words did very little to calm Thalara down, regardless of how he wishes to put it, to the dark elf queen it just seemed like the son of the devil wanted the dark elves as servants of the Old Satan Faction.
"Come now, what do you say? Are you willing to join the Old Satan Faction?" Rizevim questioned while extending his arm out for a handshake.
Thalara looked at Rizevim's hand with disdain, the queen of the dark elves just got of her throne and made her way closer to the son of the devil.
Rizevim just smirked, believing that he has successfully recruited another race to the Old Satan Faction, even the leader of the Old Satan Faction knew that he is going to need an army at Ragnarok, therefore the more bodies they have the better.
Thalara was no standing right in front of Rizevim and looked the devil in the eye with a great deal of anger.
"So? Do we have a deal?" Rizevim question still keeping his hand out for a hand shake.
Thalara just looked at Rizevim's hand and spat on it, indicating to the leader of the Old Satan Faction, that she and the dark elves have no intention of joining Rizevim's and crew.
Many of the Old Satan Faction looked at Thalara like she was crazy, so many of them were ready to attack the queen, for disrespecting their leader like that.
Rizevim's just sighed in disappointment, it truly was a shame that some people can remain stubborn and foolish, oh well at least he tried.
(Disappointed Sigh): "You offer people salvation and what do they do? Spit on it, truly such a sad thing, but oh well at least I offered a chance at Salvation, but now you must suffer the consequences of your action." Rizevim said than slapped Thalara with speeds the dark elf queen was expecting, Rizevim slapped her as a means of getting rid of the fluids she placed on his hand.
The dark elf queen crashed back into her throne, and was shocked at the absolute strength and power of the Rizevim.
"Kill them, harness the darkness and destroy the light of Alfheim, Ragnarok is less than three months away, there is no time to waste." Rizevim said then disappeared into a magic circle.
Hades just smiled, Rizevim's words were like music to the god's ears he has been wanting to let loose and end this partnership with the dark elves.
(Chuckle): "Finally, I was growing tired of this stupid arrangement, I have been wanting to kill this arrogant fucking queen." Hades said with his eyes glowing bright red and his aura filling the entire room.
"ATTTAAACCCCKKK!" Thalara screamed out to her dark elves and instantly the throne room was swarmed by dark elf soldiers.
The members of the Old Satan Faction sprung into action, and truth be told, it was not even a contest the likes of Hades, Kazami, Sekhmet, Hermes, Brynhildr, Ares and Cronus were making light work of the dark elves, but truthfully that was expected by Thalara.
Thalara always suspected that the Old Satan Faction would try something funny and initiate a betrayal, the dark elf queen planned in advance, but her plan truly did break her heart, Thalara knew that the dark elves stood no chance against the fire power of the Old Satan Faction.
As painful as it was for the queen, her dark elves were honestly sent to die, her soldiers were to sacrifice their lives for the queen, they were meant to by their monarch time, and they truly did not fail at that, they bought Thalara some time as the Old Satan Faction were too busy dealing with her warriors.
Thalara got back her bearings and sat back on her throne, she used her elven magic to sharpen her nails and pressed one against her palm, causing a small cut to form and blood to ooze out the wound, she placed the bleeding hand on the arm rest of the throne and once the throne had a taste of the queens blood, it began to drink it's fill.
Kazami was absolutely slaughtering the dark elves, but the thing is that the host of the Anti-Christ was not killing them because he was enjoying it, he wanted to get rid of the dark elves in front of him as quick as possible, because he wanted to get his hands on the dark elf queen, unfortunately for Kazami, he knows full well that what Rizevim said goes, therefore, whether he likes it or not Thalara would be killed, but that doesn't mean he can't have his way first with the queen before she is killed.
"Get, the Fuck out of my way!" Kazami shouted as hundreds of dark elves kept getting in front of the host of the Anti-Christ.
Thalara watched on with a bleeding heart, seeing her brave soldiers being killed like they were nothing in front of her, brought the queen to tears.
(Tearing up): "I swear I will never forget the sacrifices you made this day my warriors, I promise I will avenge you all and take care of the families that you are leaving behind." Thalara said to herself with the tears beginning to flow.
The Throne drank it's fill of Thalara's blood and the seat began to change properties, going from it's blackened iron to a more shadowy form.
Hades notice this change and knew for a fact that the queen is up to something.
(Dodge): "I don't know what she is doing...(Block)...but stop her!" Hades commanded while dealing with the attacks of incoming dark elves.
The rest of the Old Satan Faction noticed that Thalara's throne change form and they don't really know what she is planning, and they were not willing to find out, they know for a fact that dark elves are extremely sneaky and cunning individuals.
Kazami roared, pushing away all the dark elves that were surrounding him and began running towards the dark elf queen as his path was finally clear.
Mid-way through his run to Thalara, one dark elf risked it all and jumped for the host of the Anti-Christ and to his surprise he was successful, tackling Rizevim's protégée to the ground, and just like that, other dark elves pounced and jumped on Kazami, creating a mountain of dark elves on the enemy of Asuka.
"Fuck!" Kazami shouted out in frustration as he was immobile for the current moment.
Thalara's released a sad smile, she truly was honoured to see that her men would do anything, now more than ever she will never forget her soldiers sacrifice.
(Tears Running): "I thank you my warriors, your actions will always remain in my heart, goodbye and may you feel the embrace of the darkness." Thalara said and instantly her throne teleported her out there and into the territory of the light elves.
Once the dark elves could see that their queen has successfully escaped, they all smiled and used their elven magic to be one with the darkness and turn into shadows, disappearing from the throne room and the city but not without first informing their brothers and sisters of what has transpired.
Damn it...she is gone." Ares said in frustration while kicking the corpse of a dark elf he just killed recently.
"Check the windows, I have a strong assumption that she is not the only one that has escaped." Hades ordered.
Sekhmet took it a step further, she went to the balcony area of the throne room and once she was there she focused her sights on the city and what she saw was a complete ghost town, there was not a single elf left in the city, it seems like all of them just vanished.
"The city is abandoned, it looks like the citizens did what the soldiers did, they must of turned into shadows and fled the city, I detect no sighs of life, we are completely alone." Sekhmet said with her still at the balcony area, scanning the city for any signs of life and movement.
"Hmph...it seems like she always planned for an evacuation...(Chuckle)...I have to give it to her she was always one step ahead, but that it to be expected, dark elves are known to be quite cunning, therefore I expect no less from the queen of the race." Hades said.
"So what now uncle?" Hermes questioned as their initial plan of killing Thalara and harnessing the darkness of Alfheim was not going according to plan.
"Nothing has changed, our initial plan is to destroy the light of Alfheim, and that is still what we will do, Thalara may have escaped, however she is still somewhere here in Alfheim, we will just hunt her down, she is bound to show herself again, and then I will personally deal with her." Hades said with his eyes glowing bright red.
Kazami heard Hades's words and didn't like them.
"Hold up Hades, big dog, Mr strongest among us, the one and only god of the underworld, Mr..."
"...Enough! I know you what something Kazami, just spit it out." Hades said cutting Kazami off as the god of the underworld knows that if Rizevim's protégée was complimenting him, he knew that Kazami wanted something.
Kazami just sighed in defeat, as he could see his plan of trying to sweeten up Hades was completely out the window.
(Sigh): "Alright alright you got me...(Raises hands in the air)...Let me fuck Thalara before you kill her, because I know you will kill her quickly." Kazami said giving Hades a sheepish smile.
Hades just face palmed at Kazami's words, the god of the underworld thought that Kazami was going to speak about something serious, how foolish Hades was.
"No!" Hades said now focusing his attention on Kazami, which caused the host of the Anti-Christ to produce fake tears.
(Clears Throat): "Now hold on my son, we can actually use this to our advantage." Cronus said, placing a hand on Hades's right shoulder.
Hades shifted his attention to his father and gave the god of the titans are curious look.
"What do you mean by that father?" Hades questioned while raising his brow.
Cronus: "Kazami!"
Kazami focused his attention on the god of the titans, but still had the fake tears running down his face.
(Crying fake tears): Yes Mr Cronus sir?" Kazami said looking at the father of Hades.
"I give you my word child, I will allow you to have intercourse with Thalara on one condition." Cronus said giving the host of the Anti-Christ a devilish smile.
Kazami's mood went from zero to a hundred in a stupidly short amount of time, those were the words Kazami has been dying to hear.
"Name it!" Kazami said with such excitement that his eyes began to glow bright crimson.
"All you have to do is find Thalara and bring her back to Hades, and I guarantee it, you will be allowed to have your way with her first, before Hades kills her." Cronus said keeping strong eye contact with Rizevim's protégée.
Hades just looked at his father through the corner of his eye, he wanted to see where this was going.
"Deal!" Kazami said excitedly and immediately dashed for the balcony area, jumping off it and to the city and began his search for the dark elf queen.
"You sure he can find her?" Hades questioned.
"Does it really matter?" Cronus questioned now looking at his first born.
Hades: "I mean not really."
"Exactly, our objective always was to destroy the light of Alfheim, harnessing the darkness of Alfheim was always a bonus, besides like you said, Thalara is still here in Jotunheim, we will find her sooner or later, I just sent Kazami out, because as we all know, a man that is motivated can do quite surprising things, if he finds Thalara, that's good for us we didn't waste energy chasing a runaway queen, if he doesn't find her, oh well...(Shrugs)...we will just destroy this realm, that is bound to make her reveal himself." Cronus said giving his son the same devilish smile he gave Kazami.
(Chuckle): "Well I can't say I hate the idea...so be it then, plus I like it, due to the fact that I don't need to baby sit that imbecile, he is quite the head-ache." Hades said.
"You sure he will be okay? Sending him alone like that? In a realm he is not used to? I'm not sure that was a wise decision." Hera said as she didn't like the idea of letting a lose cannon like Kazami out of their supervision.
"His got the Anti-Christ, he will be just mother." Ares said.
"That is true, the Anti-Christ is stronger than all of the elves in Alfheim, there is nothing really in this realm that is a threat to him, let him wonder around and stretch his legs, it's better than what he has been doing the past week." Hermes said.
(Sigh): "You right about that my son, the amount of sex he has had the past week is truly scary, I never though a human would have a sex drive that rivals Zeus, but it is clear that this universe is a strange place." Hera said with images of Kazami having orgies with female dark elves began flashing in his mind.
(Clears Throat Bowing): "Well it is clear that you all have things sorted here, I will be taking my leave to go and assist Lord Rizevim." Brynhildr said while bowing before the members of the Old Satan Faction.
"Before you leave Brynhildr, what exactly is Rizevim's next step? I have been in Alfheim for so long, I haven't been able to find out all the details." Hades said focusing his attention on the Valkyrie.
"Of course, certainly Lord Hades...(bows)... Lord Rizevim and King Thrum are heading to Muspelheim, the home of Surtr and the land of the fire giants, he intends to recruit them into the Old Satan Faction and for them to participate in Ragnarok, after all according to the legend of Ragnarok it is Surtr and his fire giants that burn Asgard to the ground." Brynhildr explained while still giving Hades a bow.
"Damn...he is trying to recruit Surtr? That giant is a problem, if we have him on our side on the day of Ragnarok, victory is guaranteed." Sekhmet said smirking at the idea of having the ultimate fire giant on there side.
"Hmm...is that all Brynhildr?" Hades questioned.
"Not quite my Lord, they also intend on getting Surtr's, the daughter of Loki who is the guardian and of course the most dangerous of Loki's children, Fenrir, who is watching over Skoll and Hati the two wolves that chase the sun and moon." Brynhildr explained.
(Chuckle): "Rizevim can sure be greedy, he already has the giants from Jotunheim and killed Baldur, now he just wants to add more fire power, he wants the Akatsuki to have no chance of survival at Ragnarok." Cronus said smirking at the idea of a team up of him Surtr and Fenrir.
"I see, that means we should finish up here in Alfheim and join up with the rest of the Old Satan Faction, very well than, you may leave Brynhildr." Hades said.
Brynhildr gave one more bow then teleported out of Alfheim to where Rizevim was.
"Come then, let's finish up here, Ragnarok is less than three months away." Hades said as he began making his way out of the throne room with the rest of his comrades following his lead.
*With Rizevim and the other members of the Old Satan Faction*
Rizevim and crew were standing right in front of the gates of Muspelheim and just by being near the gates, the members of the Old Satan Faction could feel the heat the realm exudes.
"Ah...finally some warmth." Pandora said as she hugged the gates of Muspelheim as the lady of misfortune was not enjoying a second Fimbulwinter.
"You can say that again." Victoria said, as she too was not fond of the Norse winter, now being the former queen of England, Victoria was no stranger to cold weather, but Fimbulwinter was another level of cold and Victoria was not shy to express her discomfort.
"It's only two months and three more weeks than it's Ragnarok, just bear with it for now." Rizevim said as he could see that his comrades hated Fimbulwinter.
(Clears Throat): "Anyway, is there some special way of entering Muspelheim just like how there is in Jotunheim?" Diana questioned as she was looking at the massive stone gates of Muspelheim that had streaks of lava flowing through them.
"Thrum?" Rizevim questioned now shifting his attention to the king of Jotunheim.
"No, not quite, Surtr is not like me, that being said, he actually doesn't need a reason to hide, Odin fears Surtr, the All father wouldn't dare enter Muspelheim, the residents of this realm would kill him." Thrum said while looking at the doors.
"Okay? So how do we get in?" Loki questioned.
"Getting in is not the problem, Muspelheim is open to all who dare enter it, the real problem is trying to survive Muspelheim, that is the real test." Rizevim said while focusing his attention on the gate.
"What do you mean survive?" Vlad questioned now giving Rizevim a curious stare.
"Muspelheim has what is known as the trails by fire, it is a challenge set by Surtr, if you wish to survive and have an audience with Surtr, that's fine, all you have to do is survive the trails thrown at you by Muspelheim, if we survive all the gauntlets, then we shall have an audience with Surtr and his fire giants." Thrum explained while placing his hands on the doors of Muspelheim and began pushing them open.
(Hiss): "I see." Medusa said and now everyone watched Thrum push the doors of Muspelheim open, as the doors kept creeping open, more and more heat could be felt and the likes of Pandora and Victoria were getting happier the warmer it got.
Thrum eventually opened the door and what everyone could see looked like a red portal standing in front of them.
"Well then, let's go." Rizevim said with him and Thrum stepping into the portal, after seeing the two leaders of this operation step inside, the rest of the members of the Old Satan Faction followed suit, until every single one of them was inside Muspelheim, once they were inside, the gates closed indicating that there was no turning back for the members of the Old Satan Faction.
*Muspelheim: Land of the Fire giants*
Muspelheim, the realm of primordial fire, is a chaotic and violent land where the very air seems to ripple with heat. As Rizevim and the Old Satan Faction enter, they are immediately greeted by an oppressive wave of searing heat that clings to their skin, even though they are beings of immense power. The landscape is alive with fire and molten rock—streams of lava snake across the ground like veins, while volcanoes tower in the distance, frequently erupting with bursts of ash and molten rock.
The sky is an unsettling blend of dark crimson and ashen grey, constantly swirling with hot winds that carry the acrid scent of sulphur and burning stone. The ground beneath their feet is cracked and charred, a scorched wasteland where nothing green or living can survive for long. Occasionally, they see massive, jagged black stones jutting out of the earth, glowing with the embers of ancient flames that never die out.
The heat is relentless, making the air shimmer, distorting their vision as they walk through this realm. Rizevim, while amused by the infernal surroundings, can feel the dangerous energy pulsing through the realm. Muspelheim's flames are no ordinary fire; they are the primordial force that existed before the world itself, and they burn with a hunger that could consume even devils, should they not be cautious.
In the distance, the members of the Old Satan Faction can see fire giants the children of Surtr towering in the horizon, their forms colossal and fearsome, wielding weapons forged in the very flames that surround them. Their deep, guttural roars echo across the wasteland, a constant reminder that Muspelheim is not a land to be trifled with. The sky above the giants darkens, as if responding to their presence, and it feels as though the realm itself is watching these newcomers, waiting to test their mettle.
The sensation of being in Muspelheim is overwhelming. The ground vibrates with the steady tremors of distant eruptions, and the air, so heavy with heat, feels like it is burning from the inside out. Every breath the members of the Old Satan Faction takes is filled with the raw essence of flame, making the act of breathing itself feel like a struggle against the realm's nature. Each step they take feels as though they are walking through the heart of an ancient forge, surrounded by the raw, untamed power of Muspelheim's fire.
Even Rizevim, who revels in chaos and destruction, cannot help but respect the violent majesty of the realm. The fire here is not something to be controlled it is a force of nature, an embodiment of destruction that demands submission or defiance, but never indifference. Muspelheim's flames dance in the distance, casting long shadows across their path, while the echoes of eruptions and the roars of giants remind them that they are now in one of the most dangerous and volatile realms in existence.
(Fanning herself): "Okay I take it back, this heat is a bit much." Pandora said as she could feel that her body was close to breaking out a sweat.
(Chuckle): "This is Muspelheim...what were you expecting? This is the realm that supplies all the other realms with heat and warmth, of course it was going to be a bit hot." Rizevim said now using his Stray-devil energy to keep his body at an ideal temperature.
(Deep Breaths): "Please tell me, we will have ways of cooling ourselves off and staying hydrated." Diana said ripping up parts of her outfit, so she can have more airflow circulating throughout her body.
Some of the other ladies followed the vampires lead as they would only suffocate if they continued with their outfits remaining in the same condition.
"But of course, besides Thrum here is proficient in Ice magic, so he will cool you off when the need arises." Rizevim said.
(Sweating): "Good." Victoria said wiping some sweat from her brow.
The Old Satan Faction continued their journey into Muspelheim and all though Muspelheim was literally like walking in a burning inferno for some of our characters, the realm was majestic in it's own way, you could see that the realm was ancient, but truthfully that's what added to its regal nature, a realm to admire but also to be weary off.
(Points):"There is a bridge ahead of us, everyone prepare yourself we are about to encounter the first trial by fire." Thrum said stretching his neck to allow the blood to flow.
"Let's do this." Rizevim said with his eyes glowing and his aura rising.
*With the Akatsuki in Vanaheim*
Due to Freyr being one of the leaders of the Vanir, he was easily able to transport himself and the Akatsuki into his and Freya's home realm and for those that were foreign to the home of the Vanir, this is what they saw.
The effects of Fimbulwinter have transformed this once lush and vibrant realm into a place of unsettling quiet and cold. Vanaheim, known for its boundless greenery, bountiful crops, and harmony with nature, now feels eerily subdued under the weight of the great winter.
"Home sweet home." Freyr sad with a heavy heart as the realm he calls his home looked like nothing he is usually use to, he wished the members of the Akatsuki could've visited Vanaheim when it's beauty was in full swing, however due to the circumstances, they were not afforded that luxury.
Freya looked at her realm with a sombre and depressed expression, it's almost as if the state of Vanaheim was a physical representation of the state of her heart, cold, quiet and devoid of any warmth.
The group walks through the now frostbitten forests, where towering trees that once had vibrant green leaves now stand bare, their branches wrapped in snow. The ground is frozen solid, every footstep creating a crunch that echoes through the stillness. Patches of frost cling to the bark of trees and a thin mist lingers in the air, wrapping everything in an ethereal chill.
The sky is perpetually overcast, thick with dark, swirling clouds that occasionally let loose flurries of snow. Even the air feels heavier, the icy wind biting into their skin with every gust. It's a cold that seeps into their bones, not as harsh as the brutal conditions of Asgard, but still enough to make them feel the weight of the impending end times.
Despite the cold, there is a strange energy here a low hum in the atmosphere, as if Vanaheim's connection to its natural magic still persists beneath the frozen exterior. The elite sensory members of the Akatsuki can sense it, the latent power of the Vanir and the forces of nature struggling to endure under the grip of winter. It's a realm that should be teeming with life, but now feels dormant, as if the land itself is holding its breath, waiting for the worst to pass.
Streams that once flowed freely now move sluggishly, some frozen over entirely. The scent of pine, earth, and herbs is faint, overpowered by the sharp, clean smell of snow and frost. The Akatsuki are struck by the contrast Vanaheim's reputation as a fertile and lively place is at odds with the bleak reality before them.
They can't help but notice how the cold, though biting, isn't as unforgiving as the Fimbulwinter in Asgard. There's a lingering warmth beneath the ice, a testament to Vanaheim's connection to life and growth. It's as if the realm itself is resisting, not ready to give in to the cold completely.
This brought some comfort to Freyr and Freya, the two Vanir gods could see that their realm was not going out without a fight, the realm still held belief, for better things to come.
In the distance, the great city Hjartfjall, the birth place of Freyr and Freya can be seen.
As the Akatsuki arrive in Hjartfjall, the first thing that strikes them is the eerie silence. The city, built into the side of the towering sacred mountain, is covered in a thick layer of frost and ice. The once flowing streams of magical water that ran through the city have frozen solid, creating jagged, crystalline formations that shimmer faintly in the pale, sunless sky. The grand trees that lined the streets, their branches once adorned with glowing leaves imbued with Vanir magic, are now barren and twisted, their glow long gone.
The city's central plaza, which once served as a gathering point for its inhabitants, now lies empty, its great stone fountains frozen mid-spray. The homes and buildings, which once had walls of smooth wood and stone with vines crawling over them, are now covered in a thick sheen of frost, and icicles hang like daggers. The magical runes that once lit the streets now flicker weakly, their power diminished by the biting cold.
In the distance, the sacred mountain itself, Hjartfjall, looms over the city like a silent guardian, but its once lush slopes are now blanketed in a thick layer of snow, the birth place of Freyr and Freya looked like a shell of it's former self.
"So Lord Odin, I got a questioned." Issei said while looking at his surroundings.
"Yes Issei?" The All-father shifting his attention to the Red Dragon Emperor.
"It's snowing here as well, although it's not as bad as Asgard, so my question is, is it like this everywhere? You snowing and everything?" Issei questioned as he was hoping to receive some warmer conditions when they arrived in Vanaheim.
"Ah I see, that's actually a good question, Fimbulwinter is the great winter of Norse mythology, I can't say all realms experience cold conditions, but the fact of the matter is that all realms are affected, I can say with all due certainty that Muspelheim, the land of the fire giants is experiencing the polar opposite of what my home Asgard is going through." Odin said as him and the Akatsuki kept making their way closer to the mountain.
"So you saying it's summer that side?...(Frustrated moaning)...I'm so jealous." Mittelt said as she wished to be in Muspelheim and experience some heat.
(Chuckle): "You shouldn't be." Thor said while understanding exactly what his father was getting at.
Mittelt: "How come?"
"Muspelheim isn't what you think it is young Mittelt, indeed it is true that the realm is much warmer then what we are experiencing, but trust me, you don't want to be there, Muspelheim is one of the primordial realms of the Norse mythology, it's not just hot, it's a blazing inferno in there." Sigrun explained.
Mittelt's mood just dropped as the thought of Muspelheim really excited her, but to hear that it is a burning inferno, immediately turned her off, she would hate to be in a realm where she felt like she was being cooked alive.
Yasaka shifted her attention to Asia and Kunou and she could see the two Uchihas were struggling greatly without the presence of the Ghost of the Uchiha.
"Kunou my baby...how are you holding up sweetheart?" Yasaka questioned focusing all her attention on her daughter.
"I just miss Papa." Kunou said still keeping her sombre expression.
Yasaka and many other members felt for the young nine-tails, it was evident that she and the blonde Uchiha really missed Madara and were wondering where is he at the current moment.
Yasaka: "I know my baby...I know."
"I just wish I knew where he is...(Tears flowing)...I just wish I knew where Papa is right now." Kunou said with a few tears running down her face.
Freyr could see that the mood of the group was dropping as he could see the rest of Madara's subordinates were also beginning to wonder where their leader was, therefore he decided the best course of action is to change topics.
(Clears Throat): "Anyway, we are approaching the mountain now, it's time to stay focus, remember we are here to rally the troops to join us for the fight at Ragnarok." Freyr said looking to get people's minds of Madara Uchiha.
"Indeed you right, time to focus." Jesus said and the Akatsuki just followed Freyr into the mountain.
*With Indra and Ályndra in Alfheim*
Indra was seated on the edge of the bed, with Ályndra behind him discussing a plan of attack and the light elf queen was enjoying every second of this moment of her and Indra.
Ályndra was enjoying this, because she was able to have her hands explore the body of Indra Ōtsutsuki, of course the light elf queen knew that her main purpose was to take care and bandage Indra's wounds, but that didn't mean she can't have fun while doing it.
Indra: "You understand me?"
"Hmm?"
Ályndra was brought out of her trance like state due to Indra's question, the light elf queen was to invested in Indra's body that his words went in one ear and left the other.
"Are you even listening to my plan?" Indra questioned while shifting his head to the side and looking Ályndra through the corner of his eye.
"Yes...(Nervous nodding)...yes of course I am, please continue master Indra, I was just contemplating deeply about your plan." Ályndra said doing her best to cover up act of not pay attention.
"Hmm...fine, as I was saying..."
Once again Ályndra entered her trance like state as her focus went back to tending Indra's wounds and the light elf queen, just couldn't get enough of Indra's physique, more specifically his muscles, they were so hard and firm, they were absolutely perfect for Ályndra, she made sure to take her time really feeling Indra's body.
Up next was the ancestor of the Uchiha, Ályndra's touch was starting to have the affect that women have on a man, the first born of Hagoromo was starting to enjoy having Ályndra's hands explore his person, so much to the point that he was losing focus and have great pauses in his explanation of his plan of attack.
"Are you okay master Indra?" Ályndra questioned while giving Indra a smirk, as she could see that it was the Ōtsutsuki now who was losing focus.
(Groaning): "I'm fine...(Clears throat Deep Breath)... I'm fine, as I was saying..."
Ályndra was enjoying the affect she was having on the Ōtsutsuki, she decided now to use her nails to gently trace and caress Indra's body and now that was really pleasurable for the Ōtsutsuki , Indra was beginning to lose focus and all his attention was now directed to the pleasure he was experiencing due to Ályndra's sensual touch.
"You like that?" Ályndra questioned while bring her mouth close to the Ōtsutsuki's ear, giving Indra a sensual tone.
Indra didn't respond he just allowed Ályndra to continue to touch and caress his body, Indra would be damned if he admitted that Ályndra has some power over him, he had too much pride.
Ályndra just smirked at Indra's silence, as much as he didn't want to admit it, she could see very well that Indra was enjoying this, and she could see that she had a bewitching affect on Hagoromo's first born.
The two allies just remained in silence, one of them enjoying the feel and quality of the other's body and one enjoying the touch and tenderness of the other's hands, everything just went slow for Indra and Ályndra, at this very second, nothing else mattered to them except this very moment.
'This is the one moment where I am glad, my parents are not with me, if they were to see me do this with a human, they would be greatly angered...but I just can't help it, for some reason Indra just appeals to me more than males of my own race.' Ályndra said to herself while still caressing and massaging Indra's body.
'There is something so intoxicating and alluring about this woman's touch, I cannot help myself, I just don't want her to stop, I know that I should be focusing on the attack against the dark elves, however truthfully I don't care about that, I just want Ályndra to keep going.' Indra said to himself, while closing his eyes to embrace the moment, it seems like Indra was taking the advice of his father.
*Knock Knock*
Both Indra and Ályndra were brought out of their trance like state as they could see their intimate moment was going to get interrupted, though it was fun while it lasted.
"Shall we continue this...another time?" Ályndra questioned still giving Indra a seductive smile.
Indra: "Hmph...(Short Pause)...maybe, Enter!"
And with Indra's permission the individual from the other side entered the room, and both Indra and Ályndra could see it was one of Ályndra's servants.
"Forgive me for the intrusion, my queen and Lord Indra." Elendir said while entering the room and giving a respectful bow to the two allies.
"Do you have news for me again Elendir?" Ályndra questioned while focusing her attention on her servant, but still chose to keep her hands on Indra's body.
Elendir: "Indeed my queen, and this time I can assure you it is extremely good news."
"Hmm...I mean, you told me that Indra was back, and that was pretty good news to me." Ályndra said now shifting her attention to the ancestor of the Uchiha.
Indra just smirked and shaked his head at Ályndra's words.
"Oh...uhmmm...I see...(Clears Throat)...well I suppose this may be good news then..." Elendir said though this time you could hear the hesitation in his voice as he wasn't sure that this good news would equal the news he shared earlier about Indra's re-emergence.
"Go on then." Indra requested as he wanted to know what this good news was.
"Right...(Clears Throat)...our troops found and apprehended your greatest enemy my queen, we have captured Thalara the dark elf queen." Elendir said now raising his head so that he could look his queen in the eyes.
Indra just narrowed his eyes, as the Ōtsutsuki refused to believe that, it was simply that easy.
Ályndra froze, she didn't move, the words she has just heard from her servant, sounded like absolute nonsense, there was no ways, what Elendir said was true, it just sounds completely absurd.
There was a brief awkward silence and Elendir was starting to wonder that did he say something wrong, the reactions he was getting from the ancestor of the Uchiha and the queen of the light elves, left a lot to be desired.
Elendir: "Did I say something wrong?"
"It can't be..." Ályndra said in a tone filled with absolute shock and disbelief.
Elendir: "I swear to you my queen, we have Thalara in custody, we even have her chained up in the throne room."
'Something is wrong, it can't be this easy, I was planning a full on counter attack against the dark elves and now all of a sudden, the biggest piece of the dark elves is literally in our hands, how can this be?' Indra asked himself.
'I am just as lost and confused as you are my son, do you think it is some sort of a trap? Perhaps a plan to attack, by surprising you and lowering your guard?' Hagoromo asked.
'Perhaps...it definitely is not out of the realm of possibility, we probably shouldn't lower our guard then.' Indra said now thinking of plans for a counter attack, in-case this might be a surprise attack.
'Very well then, be careful my son, by the way Ályndra is calling for you.' Hagoromo said then ended the mental-link between him and his son.
Ályndra: "Master Indra!"
Indra was snapped back into reality and shifted his head to the side, to observe Ályndra through the corner of his eye.
Indra: "Hmm?"
(Sigh): "I hate it when you just switch off like that...I was asking what do you think I should do?" Ályndra questioned, as it seems like she wanted Indra's input on the matter.
"There is only one thing to do." Indra said now shifting his attention back to Elendir.
"And what is that Lord Indra?" Elendir questioned.
"You have to go and speak to her Ályndra." Indra said with him closing his eyes and once again contemplating counter attacks in case this is a trap.
Ályndra was truly worried, to her this whole situation didn't make sense, Thalara is her number one enemy, and even though Fimbulwinter has come to Alfheim, that did not mean that the war between the light elves and the dark elves was over, and now her biggest enemy is within her custody, this all just sounded too good to be true.
"Elendir, you know that the dark elves can be cunning and full of tricks, are you sure that it is the actual Thalara?" Ályndra questioned her subordinate while resting her chin on Indra's shoulder, indicating that she didn't want to deal with this entire situation and rather wanted Elendir or Indra to deal with it.
"Indeed my queen I know, that's why I called upon the elders to investigate and they all confirmed that it is the actual Thalara, no tricks no games, it is the real queen of the dark elves." Elendir said.
Ályndra just sighed in disappointment, she knew this day would come, the day where she would have to encounter her long term enemy, but truly she was not expecting it to be so soon and to be under such circumstances.
Truth be told Ályndra knows that she is not the bravest of individuals, so an encounter with Thalara was extremely intimidating to the light elf queen, out of all the people out there, the dark elf queen can see through the façade Ályndra puts on, Thalara could always see that Ályndra is not cut out for the dirty work that comes with being queen.
"Than there is no avoiding it, you must go and speak to this Thalara." Indra said and Ályndra could see that she didn't have a choice.
"Are you sure?" Ályndra questioned looking for further confirmation from the Ōtsutsuki.
"Yes...though we must not lower our guard, you must go and address the situation." Indra said with his eyes still closed.
"Wait...what about you? Are you not coming with me?" Ályndra questioned as the way Indra was speaking it made it sound like he wanted no part of what was going on.
"I will be watching on from the shadows, the dark elves do not know that I am your ally, we should keep it that way for now, until we have this war under-control, it would be foolish to reveal your trump card to your enemy." Indra said with him now opening his eyes and revealing the Sharingan.
"As long as you will be watching, then that's fine...(Deep Breaths)...Elendir come let's go I am ready." Ályndra said now letting go of Indra and getting off the bed.
"Let's see how things play out." Indra said with his Sharingan lazily spinning into the Mangekyou and used Kamui to teleport out of the room.
"We will also be on guard my queen, no harm will befall upon you, your majesty." Elendir said giving one more bow to his queen.
"Thank you Elendir, with you all and Indra protecting me, I know that I am completely safe, alright...let's go." Ályndra said with her and Elendir exiting the room, making their way to the throne room.
*With Rizevim and the Old Satan Faction in Muspelheim*
*BOOOOOOOOOOOM!*
Diana was becoming more and more grateful for having Madara Uchiha in her life as the vampire used Kamui to phase through what was truly speaking a life ending attack.
Diana and company were currently on the fifth trail by fire where they had to survive a wave and onslaught of fire giants attacking them and what was truly testing them was the heat of Muspelheim it just seemed the higher they went up the trials by fire, the hotter and more unbearable Muspelheim's heat got, it was incredibly suffocating.
Even Rizevim who was the strongest member of the Old Satan Faction here in Muspelheim was starting to break a sweat, of course with him being the leader, he was doing much of the heavy lifting, but even her was growing agitated by Muspelheim's climbing temperature.
Diana was doing everything she can to catch her breath, it was clear to see that her body has adjusted and grown accustomed to Kamui since the last time she used it, however it was still a Mangekyou Sharingan ability so it was still demanding for the vampire.
*BOOM Surface Shaking*
"Are you alright Diana?!" Victoria questioned after she just punched a fire giant to the ground.
(Chuckle): "I'm still breathing Victoria." Diana said while wiping away some sweat from her face.
"There is a lot of them." Pandora stated as she just kept seeing more and more fire giants heading their way.
"What is the fucking point of this trial anyway Rizevim?" Victoria questioned as the former queen of England was not enjoying the heat what so ever, especially since she is wearing a skin tight body battle suit.
(Slight Panting): "It's a time trail...(Slight Panting)...a count down has began and we have to survive these waves of fire giants until the time is up." Rizevim explained with him too removing some sweat from his brow.
Victoria just paused and looked at the army of incoming giants, it was clear that the Old Satan Faction was at a huge disadvantage and this was only the 5th trial by fire, there was still a ways to go before Rizevim and company and meet Surtr, so it didn't make sense to the former queen of England that all the members should exhaust themselves on this trial, rather the rest of them rest while she deals with this trial.
"Thrum! Send a wave of Ice our way love, I will handle this." Victoria said then took a deep breath and prepared her body for the crazy amount of power that is going to be flowing through it.
The King of Jotunheim just looked at Victoria with a curious gaze, but choose to not fight the queen, he just shrugged his shoulder and created a massive ball of ice and once it fully matured he threw it to the ground that was slightly ahead of Victoria and the ball of Ice create a massive wave of frozen air, that was greatly appreciated by the members of the Old Satan Faction.
Vlad: "Damn that feels refreshing."
Pandora: (Pleasurable moan) "Oh that's what I needed."
Rizevim: (Relieved Sigh): "This is why I am glad you are here Thrum."
Loki: "Since Victoria said she is going to handle things, I'm just going lay down here for a bit."
Diana: "It's moments like this when you truly appreciate decent climates and normal weather."
Medusa: (Hiss) "Thank goodness, my babies where beginning to burn up."
(Deep Breaths): "That is just what I need...thank you love." Victoria said then closed her eyes and began gathering up, all her power.
Rizevim could sense the energy building up in Victoria's body and the leader of the Old Satan Faction could only help but smirk, it was clear the former queen of England was about to let loose.
(Chuckle): "God save the queen." Rizevim said while looking at Victoria through the corner of his eye.
"Hmph...you of all people know that I hate that line." Victoria said while still keeping her eyes closed.
*The Surface Shaking Foot Steps Approaching*
(Hiss): "If you are going to do something Victoria...(Hiss)...now would be a good time to do it." Medusa said while seeing that the army of fire giants was edging closer and closer to the group.
"Yes...yes, I know love...(Short Pause)...Diana if you don't mind, may I please have my sword." Victoria questioned with her body now releasing a golden aura.
Diana just made her way to her partner and once again reactivated her Sharingan, once she was next to Victoria, she used Kamui and Victoria's favourite holy sword warped in via Diana's right eye.
"We really need to discuss this thing about you using my Kamui as a storage technique for your things, my ability is more than just a mechanism to keep your weapons." Diana said while looking at Victoria with a bored expression.
"Come now love...you have such a wonderful ability, don't be greedy, and besides you are my partner, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my swords." Victoria said with her now opening her eyes which changed from their usual hazel to a bright gold colour.
Diana just shaked her head and rolled her eyes and Victoria's words, it looks like whether she likes it or not, the former queen of England was going to use the queen of the vampires to her advantage as much as she can.
Victoria now grabbed her holy sword and was instantly hit with another surge of energy which just exploded her power to new levels, it truly has been quite some time since she used the sword that God of the Bible made specifically for her, a sword that can only be wielded by the second strongest member of the Royal Family of all time Victoria the woman that was once called the grandmother of Europe.
"Everyone stand back, and enjoy the show." Rizevim said with his smirk growing into a devilish smile, it was not everyday you get to see Victoria push herself, the former queen of England was much like her daughter Elizabeth, but also very difficult, the grandmother of Europe loved to fight just like her daughter, but she didn't like to go all out unless she absolutely had to, it looks like this time, she absolutely has to.
*Surface Shaking Foot Steps Approaching*
The fire giants were edging closer and closer to the group, one fire giant unsheathed his flaming sword and was within striking distance from the group.
The cold air from Thrum really did the trick for Victoria, her body was able to cool down and her skin tight suit was much more bearable, well for now that is, because unfortunately for the members of the Old Satan Faction, Thrum's massive ball of ice can only last for so long.
The fire giants that was closest to the group raised his sword and was about to strike at the group.
"I swear if you do not do something right now Victoria, I will personally drink every last drop of blood your body has." Vlad said as the other members of the Old Satan Faction had their guards lowered, because they placed their faith in the grandmother of Europe.
The fire giant was about to strike his sword on the group, but then all of a sudden he just stopped and everyone from the Old Satan Faction except Rizevim were surprised at what they were seeing, they were wondering why the fire giant just stopped mid-action, Rizevim just chuckled as he was the only one that was able to see what Victoria did.
The other members of the Old Satan Faction, soon got their answer as to why the fire giant stopped his his assault mid-way, the truth was that he didn't stop his attack, the fire giant simply couldn't continue as his head now fell of his body and landed just in front of the members of the Old Satan Faction.
"What the hell just happened?" Pandora questioned as she and the others were confused at what they just saw.
"I sliced off his head, that's what happened." Victoria said yet her comrades were finding her words hard to believe simply due to the fact is that they didn't even see her move.
"How in the hell?!" Diana asked out loud as she is standing right next to Victoria and didn't see her move a muscle, the vampire decided to reactivate her Sharingan to see if she didn't miss anything.
*Giant bodies dropping to the ground*
Seven more fire giants got decapitated and thanks to the Sharingan Diana was able to get a glimpse of what Victoria was doing, the former queen of England was moving fast, so absurdly fast that to the naked eye, you would think she is not moving at all, however she was moving at speeds beyond understandable means.
"How is she doing this? I'm looking at her and she is not even moving, how is this even possible?" Vlad asked himself while keeping his eyes on Victoria, who literally was staying in the same position or that's what Vlad's eyes tells him.
*More Giants bodies dropping*
Due to Rizevim's raw power and Diana having the Sharingan, they were the only two truly able to see Victoria move, her movements were truly godly as the others were not able to see Victoria in motion.
"Incredible! How can she move like that?" Diana asked herself while observing Victoria behead more fire giants.
(Chuckle): 'The Queen's dance, one Victoria's trump cards and one of the reason she is the strongest in the royal family after King Arthur, an ability that allows Victoria to move faster than the mind can process, only I and Diana can actually see her move, but to the rest here, it just looks like she is motionless...(Chuckle)...that couldn't be any further from the truth, I still remember when she used the Queen's dance on me for the first time, I almost lost my head, such a unique power you possess Victoria, it goes beyond speed, it can even bypass the mind and five senses.' Rizevim said to himself.
(Heavy Breathing)
The rest of the Old Satan Faction just blinked their eyes and they were now able to see some movement from Victoria, all though it was not the movement they wished to see.
Victoria dropped to one knee and used her Holy Sword as support, the Queen's dance has always been an ability that has taken a lot out of the former queen of England, Victoria proceeded to take her left thumb and wiped away some blood that was creeping out of her knows.
(Heavy Breathing): "The one thing I hate about this power...(Heavy Breathing)...it is just so demanding." Victoria said shifting her attention to her bloody fingers.
Victoria then felt a hand on her shoulder and shifted her attention to who was comforting her.
"Are you alright Victoria?" Diana questioned while looking at her Old Satan Faction partner with a great deal of concern, even though Diana was undercover and loyal to Madara and the Akatsuki, she still cared quite deeply for the former queen of England, out of all the members of the Akatsuki, Victoria was one individual the queen of the vampires bonded with.
(Heavy Breathing Chuckle): "Oh don't give me that Diana...(Heavy Breathing)...last time me and you went out, you were crying tears of blood because of the power of your Sharingan...(Heavy Breathing)...don't forget that I am immortal love, something like this could never kill me." Victoria said smirking at her partner.
"You are immortal from natural causes of death, like old age and diseases, your mortality is not exempt from overexerting yourself, yes the Sharingan and Kamui made me cry tears of blood, but I am a vampire, all I need to do is sleep it off, then I'm back to my best, you on the other hand are still human, please be careful Victoria." Diana said still giving Victoria a concern look.
Diana subconsciously knew that it was unwise to form bonds and friendships in the Old Satan Faction, because the vampire knew that the day will come where she will betray the Old Satan Faction and return back to Madara and the Akatsuki, but for some reason, with Victoria, Diana couldn't help herself, Elizabeth's mother was someone the queen of the vampires has grown fond of and views as a close friend, spending the last few months together as partners has fostered an unexpected friendship, a friendship that needs to be broken sooner or later.
(Chuckle): "Okay love...how about this, let me finish off the rest of these fire giants, then you will take care of me, because I will be exhausted after using the Queen's dance." Victoria said with her breathing now under-control.
"You still have enough in you to finish them off?" Diana questioned with her concerned expression never leaving her face.
(Scoffs): "Please...there is a reason why King Arthur is the only one stronger than me, in the Royal family, I am known as the all mighty queen, Alexandrina Victoria, the grandmother of Europe...(raises hand)...now help me up." Victoria requested, Diana could only smirk at her friend's words she obliged the all mighty queen and helped back to her feet.
Elizabeth stretched her neck and now focused her attention on the incoming army of fire giants, this time the other members kept their comments to themselves, they saw with their own eyes that Victoria is very capable of dealing with the fire giants, the all mighty queen had the faith of all her comrades.
(Deep Breaths): "I intend to finish this in one strike...(Shifts attention to Rizevim)...how much time do we have?" Victoria questioned.
Rizevim: "About one minute, that should be more than enough for you all mighty queen...(Bows mockingly)..."
"Hmph...you lucky I have to use Queen's dance on these fire giants then instead of you, otherwise I would punish you for sarcasm love." Victoria said shifting her attention back to the incoming fire giants.
*Surface Shaking Foot Steps approaching*
(Chuckle): "But of course, I truly do count myself lucky not having to deal with that power, but you of all people know that I have faced it before and countered it, unfortunately I know how Queen's dance functions, it won't work on me any more." Rizevim said while summoning a magic circle that spawned under the feet of Victoria, replenishing the all mighty queen's power and stamina.
"Hmph...don't be so sure love...(Blows kiss at Rizevim)...but thank you, I truly do need as much assistance as I can get for this final strike." Victoria said as she was grateful for Rizevim restoring back her strength and vitality.
"Any time Victoria." Rizevim said then expelled his magic circle as it was clear Victoria was ready to go.
*Surface Shaking Foot Steps Approaching*
Victoria took a deep breath and once again allowed her power to build up, and just like last time, a golden aura began to circulate around her person but this time it was much more thicker and violent.
*Surface Massively Shaking*
The members of the Old Satan Faction felt the earth shake heavy, but this time they could all tell it wasn't the giants making the realm yield to their power, this rumbling they were experiencing was being caused by none other than the Grand mother of Europe.
Just like before Victoria's power exploded and a small carter was formed due to the massive pressure Victoria was exerting.
*Diana's point of view*
The queen of the vampires decided to back away from her friend as it was clear that she needed the space to operate, however Diana made sure to keep her Sharingan active just so she doesn't miss Victoria's strike.
The other members also decided to keep their eyes on Victoria as they did not want to miss anything, however it was futile, as only Rizevim and Diana have the visual prowess to Queen's dance, the rest can try as much as they want but once Victoria strikes it will be too quick for their eyes and minds to process everything.
*Foot Steps Approaching*
Diana could see that Victoria's eyes began to glow bright yellow once again and her friends attention was all on the incoming giants.
Victoria (Deep breaths): "Long live the queen."
*From Diana's and Rizevim's point of view*
Everything went in slow motion, the two members of the Akatsuki saw Victoria grab her Holy Sword and swing it in front of her with all her might and the force of her swing created a massive shock wave that travelled to the fire giant army and the shock wave sliced every single fire giant's head off, Victoria destroyed all of her enemies in a single strike.
*Giant bodies dropping to the ground*
The other Members Point of View*
Just like before, try as they want all they saw was Victoria stand still then a few moments after, they saw the entire army of fire giants without heads dropping to the floor.
"Incredible, I wish I could see what she is doing." Thrum said as he was in awe that the entire army of fire giants have been decapitated by Victoria.
Victoria: "Diana."
"Yes Victoria?" Diana questioned making her way to her friend.
Victoria: "About that favour in needed..."
Diana: "Yes?"
"I'm going to need it." Victoria said then collapsed to the floor, completely drained from Queen's dance.
Diana acted quickly and grabbed Victoria whilst Rizevim grabbed the former queen of England's Holy Sword, which surprisingly was having zero negative effects on Rizevim.
"Rest up Victoria, you deserve it." Diana said then carried Victoria's unconscious form in a bridal fashion.
(Hiss): "On to the next trial I suppose." Medusa said as she was still amazed at what she just saw, an entire army of fire giants lay lifeless and headless in front of them, it was incredible for the queen of the Gorgons.
"Indeed, come everyone, we owe it to Victoria to reach Surtr, her efforts will not be in vain." Rizevim said then began walking to the next trail, the rest of the Old Satan Faction nodded at their leaders words and followed his lead.
*In Vanaheim with the Akatsuki*
*Crowd Cheering*
"And that is why we must FIGHT!"
At this current moment, the Akatsuki were on the higher levels of the mountain, they were standing on a podium created by some of the Vanir servants that serve Freya, our heros were speaking to all the residents of Vanaheim, with Freyr leading the speech, as apart from Freya he is the only one the people of Vanaheim will listen to.
"A week ago, I lost my precious nephew and your goddess, my sister, lost her only child, her beloved Baldur, we lost him to those animals that are called the Old Satan Faction, and I do swear to you my people, if we do not fight, they will come and kill us all!" Freyr shouted to the crowd.
At this very moment, Freya was truly grateful to have her twin brother with her, she was glad that he could address and rally their people to arms, the Norse goddess was too broken and didn't have the capacity right now, to give an inspiring speech to the people of Vanaheim, truth be told, Freya was in a deep pit of hopelessness and depression, so anything that comes out of her mouth will just bring down morale not increase it.
Freyr:(Fist raised to the air) "My dear people of Vanaheim! Ragnarok is not just destruction and death, it is an opportunity! A chance for us to fight and re-structure our beloved Norse Mythology, where the other realms bow down and respect Vanaheim and Asgard, this is a chance to make Asgard and Vanaheim the king and queen of the Norse mythology!"
*Crowd Cheering*
Freyr: "We fight for a better future, a future free of the evils that fester in the Nine realms! We fight for our families! We fight for our children! we fight for our parents! we fight for our significant others! we fight for our friends! we fight for our brothers! we fight for our sisters! we fight for each other! and most importantly we FIGHT FOR VANAHEEEEEEIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMM!"
*CROWD CHEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGG*
Freyr: "PREPARE YOURSELVES MY PEOPLE! WE TAKE ARMS IN LESS THAN THREE MONTHS... FOR VANAHEIM!"
Crowd: "For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim!"
Freyr just paused, a single tear running down his face, he was absolute stunned and amazed at the passion his people where displaying, it truly was beautiful, but it was also extremely heart breaking, because throughout majority of his speech, Freyr was lying, he knows for a fact that the Old Satan Faction will crush them, Rizevim and his crew had too much working for them Freyr was sending his people to death and it was tearing him apart.
Crowd: "For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim! For Vanaheim!"
Freyr bowed before the crowd then walked back in the mountain the other members of the Akatsuki bowed as well as a token of their gratitude to the people of Vanaheim as it looked like the Vanir will fight on the side of the Akatsuki when Ragnarok comes.
*The Throne Room of Vanaheim Mountain*
The throne room in the mountain of Vanaheim is an awe-inspiring space, a natural wonder sculpted by both the elements and the ancient magic of the realm. The room is embedded deep within a towering mountain, hidden from the outside world by sheer rock walls and protected by the natural magic that still pulses faintly beneath the surface, even amidst Fimbulwinter's grasp.
Inside the throne room, the space is vast and cavernous, with high ceilings that disappear into the darkness above. Massive stalactites hang from the ceiling, some of them sparkling with frost, giving the room a shimmering, ethereal quality. The stone floor beneath is polished smooth, with veins of glowing minerals running through it, casting a soft, eerie light that illuminates the room with the centre of the room having Freya's old throne..
Fimbulwinter's effect on the throne room were subtle but noticeable. A light frost covers the walls, giving the stone an icy sheen, and a cold mist lingers in the air, creating an atmosphere of stillness and quiet. The once warm, golden light that used to fill the room has dimmed, replaced by a pale, bluish hue. The natural heat that radiated from the mountain has lessened, leaving the air cool but not unbearable, a reminder that even here, in this magical sanctuary, winter's grasp cannot be entirely ignored.
"Not a bad speech." Susanoo said while placing his hand on Freyr's shoulder.
(Scoffs): "That was an absolutely horrible speech." Freyr said with a face that was consumed with grief and guilt.
The rest of the Akatsuki looked at him with confused looks, as the overwhelming majority of them found the speech rather inspiring and passionate.
"Why speak so negatively about your words?" Helios questioned.
(Eyes watering): "Because I am sending my people to death...let's be honest, the Old Satan Faction have us out numbered, out smarted and out matched...(Tears Falling Body Shaking)...Ragnarok is going to be a blood bath and I am sending my people to be slaughtered." Freyr said then collapsed to his knees and started breaking down crying.
Many of the Akatsuki looked at Freyr with a great deal of empathy, none of them were fools, the Old Satan Faction truly do have the advantage, when Ragnarok comes, there were no words they could say to comfort the twin brother of Freya, Ragnarok will produce a high death count and unfortunately many Vanir will be casualties.
Freya went to her twin brother got on her knees and began hugging her sibling, the two Vanir deities just looked at each other, embraced one another and cried in each others arms, the rest of the Akatsuki did not interrupt them, it was clear the two siblings needed this moment.
Asia shifted her attention the podium that they were standing on a few moments ago and she can still hear the crowd cheering, it truly was sad, as it was true, many of the people of Vanaheim will perish at Ragnarok.
The blonde Uchiha then looked down to her chest and placed her fingers on the emerald gem necklace Madara gave to her on her birthday.
'Oh big brother...where in the world are you?' Asia asked herself while still looking at her necklace.
*With Ályndra and Indra in Alfheim*
"And that is the entire story." Thalara explained.
At this current moment we find our characters in Ályndra's throne room, with Ályndra sitting on her throne looking down at the captured Thalara's we was forced to her knees with multiple chains and seals imbued with light elf magic, but also as a safety measure the were multiple light elf soldiers surrounding the dark elf queen with their weapons ready in case she tries something.
As for our protagonist, Indra was also present, however he was not visible he was currently putting his Shinobi skills to the test, Indra was standing upside down on the ceiling of the throne room, he made sure to mask his presence and the darkness that was produced by the room was enough to mask him physically as well.
"So you telling me, the allies that you made, turned their back on you? And are now after the light of Alfheim?" Ályndra questioned giving her bitter enemy a no nonsense expression.
"That is correct." Thalara said.
Indra made sure to pay close attention to the dark elf queen's eyes and he could see that she truly was telling the truth and the Ōtsutsuki could see that the dark elf queen had no plans to attack Ályndra, or perhaps she simply just didn't have the means to do it right now.
"Hmph...and how am I supposed to trust you?" Ályndra questioned still giving Thalara a no nonsense expression.
(Sigh): "You will just have to take my word for it...I cannot force you to trust me, however the longer you spend time on me, the more ground the Old Satan Faction make." Thalara said giving Ályndra a blank expression.
Ályndra just paused and looked at her number one enemy, truly the light elf queen could not sense any deceit from the dark elf queen, but of course it never hurts to get a second opinion.
"Master Indra! What do you think?!" Ályndra asked out loud as the light elf queen knew very well that Indra was in the room, although she cannot see him, she knows very well that he is here somewhere.
"She is not lying." Indra responded but the ancestor of the Uchiha was still not visible to the elves, so it just looked like a disembodied voice responded to Ályndra.
Thalara narrowed her eyes and began moving her head around, scanning the throne room, the dark elf queen was wondering where exactly was that voice coming from.
"So is he your secret weapon that you have been hiding for a week?" Thalara questioned now shifting her attention back to Ályndra.
Ályndra narrowed her eyes as well and gave the dark elf a curious stare.
Indra as well was surprised at what he just heard, how exactly did Thalara know that Indra has been allies with Ályndra for a week.
"How do you know that Master Indra was my secret weapon? master Indra has never gone beyond the light elf kingdom." Ályndra said wanting answers from her number one rival.
"So he is...I was correct all along." Thalara said giving Ályndra a cheeky expression.
Ályndra snapped her fingers and the chains and seals pull on tighter on Thalara's person, which was causing the dark elf queen quite a level of discomfort.
"Answer me!" Ályndra demanded now giving Thalara an intimidating glare.
(Wincing): "Hmph...this is the problem with being a light elf, you guys cannot hide anything, how I knew was because the light of Alfheim, a week ago, the light of Alfheim shined brightly, more brighter than usual, that could only mean one thing, the light of Alfheim was rejoicing, there has to be a reason to it, therefore I put two and two together and came to my conclusion that you had some reinforcements or a weapon of some sort." Thalara explained.
Once Ályndra heard Thalara's words, all the light elf queen could do was sigh in defeat, that truly was the problem with being a light elf, no matter what, they cannot hide anything to the dark elves.
"Well then I suppose there is not point in me concealing myself any more." Indra said then descended from the roof and landed elegantly just before Thalara, so that the Ōtsutsuki can get a better look at the dark elf queen.
"Now then...tell me exactly who is in this team of the Old Satan Faction, so I know exactly who I am dealing with." Indra requested with his Sharingan shinning brightly.
*End Scene*
As Ragnarok approaches, the Nine realms prepare themselves for the long predestined battle, the Akatsuki are doing everything they can to regroup and recruit numbers on their even though things are not looking ideal for our heros, they have to try and put up a fight against the now overwhelming regime that is the Old Satan Faction.
Speaking of the Old Satan Faction, they were truly doing everything they can to dominate as much of the Nine Realms as they can, they already conquered and recruited the giants and have Jotunheim as an ally, they have conquered Helheim and have an infinite number of Hel-walkers ready to be unleashed upon the Akatsuki, they are making excellent progress and are well on their way to recruit, Surtr the king of the fire giants, plus they are getting closer to destroying the light of Alfheim, which will greatly cripple their enemies, things are looking positive for our antagonists.
However as the Nine Realms move forward, one question has been plaguing the minds of many individuals, especially those of the Akatsuki, the one thought that keeps repeating in their minds.
"Where in the Nine- realms is Madara Uchiha?"
*In a distant Void*
(Collapses to the Floor Heavy Breathing)
"Madara...are you sure you want to continue? You are pushing your body too far."
Madara: (Gets on his feet Heavy Breathing): "We go again...(Heavy Breathing)...now come at me!"
