Chapter 13: Electrically Livestreamed
As they say in the Sonic Fandubs, I've come to make an announcement. Ash is a fantastic determined Pokémon Master. Ash next Gym battle is with Iono. That's right, he's going to be winning this thing and beating flipping Iono! And he said his Pokémon Team's strength was "THIS BIG" and I said that's awesome! So I'm making an announcement of a livestream dedicated to Ash Ketchum. Ash, don't listen to Liko, your Pokémon aren't noobs, they are so OP, except a few of them are lower evolution OP and here's what your team on your Paldea adventures so far look like...
Fuecoco, Pikachu, Clodsire, Solgaleo, Naganadel, Lucario, Sirfetch'd, Dracovish, and Melmetal. (Along with Koraidon)
That's right ladies and gentlemen, all cheat codes, no weaknesses, no mess ups, look at that, he is so ready to defeat Liko and in a Pokémon Battle! He's going to defeat Iono so guess what, we're going to be supporting him, this is what the haters get, WERE SUPPORTING ASH!
Except we ain't just gonna be supporting Ash, we're gonna go higher, WERE BRINGING IN RETURNING CHARACTERS! HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT, LIVESTREAM CHAT?! WERE BRINGING BACK THE CHARACTERS ASH HAS MET YOU SILLY GOOSES! We are making some fun out of this chapter with this one! Now get out of Ash Ketchum's sight, before he Pokémon Battles you too.
Sorry. If you don't understand the Sonic Fandub meme (from Snapcube), I totally get it. I was just referencing this so nothing too serious. Enjoy. ;).
On another note, I just realized I've been spelling Terastal and Terastalize and Terastallization wrong the whole time. Once this chapter is uploaded, I might have to think of a time and day for when I do some total grammar fixations on the latest chapters. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Brock: Age 23
Misty: Age 18
Outside of the Airship, Liko explains to Dot and Roy about Penny and things about her.
"She says her Eeveeloutions are her forte. I don't disagree with that. Eeveeloutions are adorable!"
Dot clapped her hands together excitedly. "If I had an Eeveeloution, that would be fantastic."
Roy jumped with joy. "My Eeveeloution would be a Flareon!"
Liko chuckled at Roy's choice of scenario. "You only say that because it almost matches your hair and clothes", Liko pointed out.
Roy stared into space and blinks his eyes for a second in response of his friend knowing him too well. "Wow. You certainly know me as much as Dot does."
Penny walks over to say hello. "Good morning! How's it going?!"
"Good morning to you!", said Roy.
"Morning.", said Dot.
"Hey, Liko! Have you told them about your Terastal Powers yet?"
"Ssshhh! Penny no...! Liko freaks out and waves her hands while shaking her head when Penny blurts out about her powers.
Penny hid her mouth for a minute while Dot and Roy's faces looked blank. She smiles and laughs away shyly. "Uh oh... I mean... Liko has been thinking about Carmine for total hours...? Hehe..." Penny tried to change the subject, but it was already known to be too late now.
"Told us... Terastal Powers..." Dot held that thought but then realized Liko is keeping something secret. "No. No. No! We are not doing this! Penny, say that again!" Dot was getting concerned and frustrated now.
Roy was getting a little frightened. "Dot... remember to calm yourself... I know that emotion you get when it comes to being frustrated with technology even though this is something completely different...", he said, trying to pacify Dot.
"Uhm... Liko has been... has been harnessing Te-...Terastal Po-... Powers...", Penny stuttered.
Dot turns to Liko and tries to restrain her worried emotions against her, but only looked at her with horrific dread and frustration. "Why are you gathering Terastal Powers?", Dot squealed fearfully.
Liko hysterically smiles as she unravels her excuse. "You know my pendant, right? I may or may not have gained Terastal Powers from that the night before visiting the Bombirdier Kingdom I told you about that has fallen now..."
Dot is just standing there with a bombshelled countenance. She can't grasp the thought of what she is hearing. Roy and Penny are a bit shooken up, but kept their cool to a T. Even though it's scary Liko has these powers, those two are very caring and willing to help her get through this whole situation. They just hope Dot would try her best to remain calm and do the same. But it doesn't sound like it right now.
"...I was getting electrocuted by my pendant in my sleep and then I touched my belongings and they were being sprinkled with crystalline particles after touching stuff, and I borrowed Friede's Charizard and did a test run around a random forest- I don't know, I didn't want to...!" She wanted to say more, but she couldn't even believe why she had these powers herself.
Dot sighed anxiously having her hands on her head. "So you thought to keep this a secret from us?!", she said, smiling sarcastically.
"I mean... at least it's not the end of the world right...?", Liko tried to calmly argue.
"THAT'S DANGEROUS, LIKO!", Dot shouted.
Liko looks at her pendant self-consciously. "I never thought the pendant had capabilities. That much capabilities. Why would it be dangerous if I used it wisely...?" She made a smug awkwardly and shrugged her shoulders.
"But-! BUT-!"
"Dot! Enough! Yelling at Liko because she should've told us this before hand isn't going to solve anything.", Roy shouted.
Liko looked at her hands. "Oh dear. I mean, I enjoy these powers, and using them on Ash and his stupid friends, but I also don't want to hurt you guys. I don't want Terastal Powers."
"Have you tried Area Zero?", Penny suggests. "Maybe there's away to get rid of them."
"I could try that, but my pendant kind of connects to Terapagos... Oh! Speaking of Terapagos..." Liko spawns Terapagos.
"Pagos!"
Penny stared at Terapagos, adoring him. "Aaaww! Such a precious baby Terstal Turtle!", she cooed.
"Tera.", Terapagos squeaked at Penny, saying hi.
She crouched down and hugged the Terapagos. "Aaw! Hi, cutie! Such a sweet bean!" She pets Terapagos's head and plays with his front legs gently. "Who's a good litte bebe! Yes you are! You are indeed! Cuite little turtle!"
"Pago-Pagos.", Terapagos chirped.
Liko felt awkward about Penny loving on Terapagos too much. "Hehe... Hehehehe... Hehehe... Please stop pampering my Legendary Pokémon."
Penny lets go of Terapagos. "Oops, sorry!"
"Hey, buddy! You think you can get rid of these powers I have for me...?!", Liko asks Terapagos.
The Legendary crystal turtle had a blank stare but then smiled. It use's its aura on the pendant and the pendant shocks Liko.
"Ggwwaaahh!"
She then tests out if she still has the powers by using her force. "Ggrrr! Rrrggh!" Nothing happened. Her powers are completely gone.
"Yes! They're gone!"
"Thank goodness. No more Terstal Powers! Please!", Dot begged to Liko.
"Alright, I promise.", said Liko.
"Pinkie swear.", Dot said in a serious voice while bringing out her pinkie finger.
Liko grinned and let out her pinkie finger and her and Dot both shook their pinkie fingers.
"Dot sure has some overprotective sister powers vibes going on huh?", Penny says.
"I HEARD THAT!", Dot yelled.
Roy laughed away which made Dot exasperated and chaces after him. "You dare laugh at me?! I outta get you!"
"UH OH!" Roy was afraid and ran away.
As Terapagos walked away up stairs to spend time with Captain Pikachu, he looked back at Liko and the others and mischievously grinned as if he was scheming something. He walked inside the pilot room where Captain Pikachu was.
Ash runs to Levencia and walks into town. He looks around to find Iono, but all he found was some very old friends. He gasped with a happy shock on his face. "Brock?! Misty?! Oh my gosh!"
Misty and Brock smiled excitedly as they saw Ash running towards them.
"ASH!", Misty shouted.
"Hey buddy! What's up?!", Brock said.
Ash and Brock gave each other a high five and then Misty and Ash hug each other.
"Oh my gosh! You've grown so much!", Misty squealed, hugging Ash very tightly.
"Agh..! Yeah...! So did you...! You're kinda suffocating me...!" Ash could barely breathe.
"Oh! Sorry! It's just that... You look even more adorable and handsome than back when you were young. Look at me! I'm still pretty as ever!" Misty does girl poses to flirt with Ash.
Ash gets nervous as he blushes. "Yeah. Pretty as always... Uhm... What brings you guys here?! You missed me a lot huh?!"
"Well that, and we are here to see you battle the most hottest livestreamer Pokémon Trainer in the world! Iono the Electric Typ Gym Leader!" Brock pouts and gushes about Iono and shows Ash a magazine of her.
Ash took a closer look at the magazine. "Sheesh. You even bought a premium magazine."
Misty scoffed. Brock is doing the thing again where he's hitting too much on girls which makes Misty a bit disgusted. "Anyway, me and Brock saw her latest livestream and decided to watch you battle in person. Iono is so awesome! I'm actually surprisingly a fan of her. You were so famous 8 years back at that Master's 8 Tournament, so we wanted to see you be even more famous!"
Ash chuckles, feeling flattered. "Thanks! Don't forget I'm the Champion Of Alola too."
Misty was in her thoughts of admiration on Ash now about how he won against Professor Kukui. "Oh... don't remind me." She remembers when his Pikachu overpowered Tapu Koko with Z-moves.
Misty sighed admirably.
"Uhm Misty...? Misty!", Ash called out to her.
"Huh?! Oh!" She laughed away while nervously sweating. "Forgive me! I must've stared into space for a second."
As Ash and Brock laughed, along with Misty, Iono comes over.
Iono does a livestream act in front of Ash. "And the legend returns, ladies and gentlemen! The exciting legendary Ash Ketchum is back to battle me! Who will win soon? Stay tuned to find out! This is Iono signin' off!"
Brock starts geeking out and fan crushing on Iono. "Oh my goodness! It's her! She's here!" He gently grabbed and held Iono's hand and gave it a gentle kiss. "You are such a beautiful livestreamer! Will you go on a date with me?!"
"Woah! Brock! Be gentle with her! She's here to Pokémon Battle with Ash. Not go lovey-dovey on you.", Misty scolded.
"Yeah, Brock, drop your fire before you hurt yourself, man.", Ash agreed.
Iono pushed Brock away in a kind but firm manner and smiles of understanding Brock's kind romantic gestures towards her. "You are too kind! Please refrain from any romantic affairs after my show with your friend." Brock looks at Ash and then back at Iono and frowned and sighed, feeling shame of himself. "Sorry... my manners shall be commendable..."
Iono pats Brocks head. "Good boy!"
Brock jumped up and spazzed out with admiration on his face. It's obvious that it's like he has hearts as eyes while blushing. "She called me a good boy." He falls to the floor.
Ash giggled gleefully. "Sorry about my friend Brock, Iono. He has this romantic obligation for women."
Iono blushed and put her finger on her chin, thinking about Brock for a second as she looks at him. "Oh? You don't say... Interesting..."
Misty smiles of amazement and felt like something cute was happening. She likes how Iono looks like she wanted to give Brock a shot since he hasn't gotten into any relationship since his attempts always fail. Could Iono be the one for him? "Are you okay, Iono? You look shy.", Misty asked Iono in a gentle voice, patting her shoulder.
She started growing a little curious and had interest in Brock. "Oh yeah. I'm fine. It's just uh... Nevermind! She clears her throat and focuses on Ash and Misty. "So, you must be Ash's friends, right?"
"Yep.", said Misty. "Nice to meet you." She shakes Iono's hand.
"Nice to meet you as well!"
"Where do we start so we can Pokémon Battle?", Ash asked Iono.
"Follow me. I'll get'cha registered."
Ash and Misty follows Iono, but Misty stops to bring Brock along too. Or drag him obviously. "I'll catch up. I got mister love bug pants to drag along since he's on fainting mode." Misty drags Brock to the Gym Leader registration room.
Brock groans in passionate romance while being dragged away. "This is gonna be fun..."
Misty rolls her eyes on that. "Such a romance drama queen."
Amongst the sky of Levencia, Team Rocket were on the airship again, but in the day time now. Will those guys ever quit? Well... not really.
"Do we have to keep coming back here?", Meowth whined. "Last time we were back here, apparently we got our butts whooped yet again by that twerp and his friends."
"Hush! Don't you see what this means? We are back in business since eight years of retirement. We have to make a comeback to capture that Pikachu.", Jesse silenced Meowth.
James scratches his head. "Honestly, why are we back here? Another attempt or something?"
Jesse winced emotionally. "Not this time, no..." She broought out some commemorative Iono outfits her and James and Meowth to wear. "We're actually going to be watching the Pokémon Battle of that kid and Iono!", she said excitedly.
"Wo? Wo! Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet seemed to like the idea.
Meowth looked embarrassed. "Ah man! Seriously?! You had to buy that stuff just so that we can cheer on a bunch of contest winners like we did at that Masters 8 arena..?!" He sighed and awkwardly frowns. "Fine. But we shouldn't be wasting our boss's time trying to capture that Pikachu or our goose is cooked."
After the registration center, Ash, Misty, and Brock walk outside of it. Then Ash gets a call from Iono on his Rotom Phone. "Hi, Iono! What's my task?", said Ash, excitedly.
"Well to start you off, I hope this may not come out as a surprise to you, but you and your friends are being recorded for this challenge as part of my livestream."
Brock was freaking out for odd some reason. "I'm too nervous to be livestreamed! I have seventy alternative accounts!"
Ash gave an exasperating look to Brock for a second. "Now the lie detector determined your telling a lie."
Misty chuckled to Ash's expression. "He's been doing way too much social media for a couple of years. But finally quitted."
"Don't worry my Kanto originating friends, I promise with all my heart of the internet and social media, you three will be the most famous Pokémon Trainers this year! Oh I can tell you're all going to love it! Now, first order of business, come on out !"
" ?", Ash, Misty, and Brock repeated.
Director Clavell walks by and sees Ash and his okd friends. "Hello Ash! Nice to coincidentally meet you here. And... who are they?"
Ash introduces Clavell to Brock and Misty and introduces them to him. "Oh, these are my friends from Kanto! This is Brock and that's Misty! Guys, this is Director Clavell, my Naranja Academy principal."
Director Clavell was charmed and flattered by being called a principal. "Well, it's sort of a prinicpal of the thing. I'm just the Director of guiding students to the success along with their Pokémon you might say."
Misty was fascinated. "Wow! I didn't know you were participating in another Pokémon school. Congrats Ash."
"Haha, thanks!"
"That's a real "shocker", Ash! You know this guy? I saw him walking down my street so I grabbed him and borrowed him for thislivestream."
Clavell felt kind of embarrassed about this whole thing. "You are too kind... Ha ha ha..."
"Anywho, since you three are today's challengers, I'mma have y'all play hide and seek with here. And yes this is part of the Gym Test. Find some good ol' gentleman using surveillance cameras! Search of 'im three times and you've passed the Gym Test. Good luck to y'all. And let's get this show on the road ."
Director Clavell smiles in dedication. "I feel that it is my purpose to owe the Pokémon League for many a past favor, so I am more than happy to help. Please bear with me as I try my best in my allocated role."
Ash smiles gleefully. "Thanks, Director."
"No problem, Master Ash." Director Clavell runs off.
"Alright guys, my goal of being the Champion Of Paldea is waiting for me. Let's do this."
Misty jumped up in excitement. "Alright! Ash is back at it with his Pokémon Master plans again!"
"Let's roll.", said Brock.
"We might have to split up though. Just so that way it'd be easier to find him.", Misty suggested.
"Good thinking, Misty!" Ash lends out a hand so that Misty gave him a high five. "Everyone, break away."
Brock, Misty, and Ash run in different directions in Levencia.
" is hiding somewhere in this video feed, my friendos! Open those eyes wide like a Magnemite and get searchin'!", said Iono on Ash's Rotom Phone.
Ash, Misty, and Brock search for Clavell on random surveillance cameras on their Rotom Phones.
"Where is this guy... Hmm... found you!" Ash found Clavell.
Clavell jumps out of his chair and gasps. "Oh dear. It seems you have found me."
"One of our challengers have found him! You are one cool Pokémon Trainer! Before we start our next round, challenge one of my fans to a Pokémon Battle and shut their Pokémon down! Get out here ya silly Poké Maniac!"
Gym Trainer Marti shows up. "Hey, Ash! It's not everyday you can have just one fan. I'm a fan of YOU too!"
Ash prepares his pokéball. "Alright! I love having fans as challengers!" Ash sends out Fuecoco. "Go, Fuecoco!"
"Fue fu!"
Marti sends out Luxio. "Go Luxio!"
"Lux!"
"Use Swift!"
"Luuuxxx-iioo!" Luxio used Swift.
"Fuecoco, dodge it and use Flamethrower!"
Fue-co-ccoooo!" Fuecoco dodged a star to the right and then another to the left and then breathed fire on the rest of the Swifts and burned Luxio.
"Oh no!"
"Lux-Luxi!"
"Quick, use Thunder Fang!"
Luxio uses Thunder Fang. "Llluuuxxxx...!"
"Use Mud Slap!", demanded Ash.
Fuecoco hurled Mud Slap at Luxio which is super effective. Luxio fainted.
"Alright!", yelled Ash.
"Fuecoco!", Fuecoco cheered.
"What a good battle. Luxio, return!" Gym Trainer Marti recalls Luxio.
"Aand you win! Well done, challenger friendo!Time for a change of scenery!"
Iono switches up the surveillance cameras a bit. Now Brock, Misty, and Ash have to find Director Clavell near the Pokémon Center.
"Time for the next stage of my test. Everyone knows this place! Everyone loves this place! That's right—The Pokémon Center! has to be here somewhere in this feed, ladies and gents! Panic! Aaah! Find 'im quick!"
Ash laughed at Iono's reaction. "What was that all about?"
"Sorry. I think that was supposed to be an emergency medic drama. But that was funny huh?", Iono giggled.
Ash giggled as well. "Yeah. I guess it was." Ash searches for Clavell on the surveillance. "Now where is he this time...?"
Brock searches for Clavell through his Rotom Phone. "Come on... Come on... Oh! There's that old man! He's hiding inside of the Pokémon Center stand!" He found him.
Clavell looked up at the camera. "Oh? And here I thought I had blended into my surroundings quite well."
" has been found once again! Well, Brock-sie, aren't you a sight-for-sore"Magnemite's"-eye."
Brock blushes and and pouts as he admires Iono flirting on him. "Yeah. I totally am."
"How's about we spice things up before we move on to ye olde next round. That's right—iiit's another Pokémon battle! Poké Maniac number two, Gym Trainer Micheal, you're up!"
"Ayo! Ready for a Pokémon fight?!", said Gym Trainer Micheal.
"Oh yeah! Time for a hardcore battle you'll never forget!", said Brock with determination.
"Good. Go Tynamo!" Gym Trainer Micheal sent out Tynamo.
"Go Toxicroak!"
"Toxi!"
"Use Bullet Punch, Toxicroak!"
"Tox-i-croak!"
Brock's Toxicroak charges at Tynamo with Bullet Punch.
"Dodge those attacks, Tynamo!"
Tynamo dodges a few punches of Bullet Punch. Toxicroak continues to attack Tynamo with Bullet Punch but Tynamo keeps quickly dodged them. Brock is locked in, seeing Tynamo dodge the Steel Type punches. He hatches an idea in his head.
"I got it! Toxicroak, use Cross Chop!", Brock commanded.
"Toxi-croak!" Toxicroak finally lands a blow on Tynamo by using Cross Chop.
"TY-!" Tynamo falls to the ground.
"You okay Tynamo!?", asked Gym Trainer Micheal.
"Tyna!", Tynamo chirped.
"Okay, then use Tackle! Let's go!"
Tynamo headbutt Toxicroak in the chest twice. It was about to strike the third time, but Brock didn't allow that to happen. "Toxicroak, Cross Chop again!"
Toxicroak dodges the next Tackle attack by making an "x" cross with its arms and then flings Tynamo down to the ground with Cross Chop. Tynamo fainted.
Gym Trainer Micheal let out an impressed laughter. "Wow. It seems you defeated me! Excellent work!"
Brock smiled. "Thanks. You were great too."
Gym Trainer Micheal nodded. "Tynamo, return." Gym Trainer Micheal recalled Tynamo.
"Everyone give it up for Brock!", Iono cheered. "You know, muscle boy, I love a strong man with such a strong Pokémon." She started admiring and flirting with Brock which made him blushed and gushed. He fell to the ground. "Such a cutie who has a nice way with words", he swooned.
"Alrighty then, folks! You know what that means. Our fellow Kanto trainers have passed the test! That means ze last stage will be the battle court, where battles are a-ragin! Man, look how many subscribers I'm getting already! I mean good luck, and be ready and determined like a Pikachu to an Eelektross!"
Ash contacted Brock and Misty through Rotom Phones. "Guys, we did it! Meet me at the battle court in the very middle area that looks like a bridge. And wish me luck!"
"Got it! On route!", Misty said excitedly.
"You got it, Ash. And good luck to you too.", said Brock
Meanwhile, Jessie, James, and Meowty made it near the viewpoint of the battle court in their Iono outfits, readying themselves to watch the Pokémon battle with the rest of the audience.
"That twerp is definitely gonna win! Just like old times, right guys?!", said James.
"Just hope that this blows over soon... I don't like being ij this costume. It makes me look pathetic," Meowth whined in despair.
"Oh hush now! The battle is about to sta-" As Jessie was about to finish her words, she was shocked to see Ash's very old friends, Brock and Misty, who were ready to see Ash battle Iono as well. "WWWHHAAATT?! Ash's old twerp friends are here too?!"
Meowth was also surprised and spooked.
"No way! How many people are going to be helping this boy in this region at this point?!", James asks hesitantly.
Ash and Iono walked on the battle court and got to their positions.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Are you readyyyy?!", Iono shouted to the crowd.
Everyone started screaming, applauding, and clapping their hands even on an encore basis.
Iono's Rotom Phone is flying and she is of course livestreaming during a Pokémon battle. "You're eyeballs are MINE—caught in my Electroweb! Whosawhatsit? Iono! 'Ello, ello, hola! Ciao and bonjour!"
There were many viewers on her streamed who texted her, "'Ello, 'ello, hola!"
Ash was very happy to see Iono livestreaming during a Pokémon battle.
Aaww! She's living streaming this. Such an adorable famous livestreamer. She's really feeling loved by her fans! I hope Brock is enjoying seeing her like this.
Iono jumps up with excitement and danced around it bit. "It's time for the Iono zone, everybody! Today's challenger is the man with the plan, the legendary Monarch and Alola pro!" She turns the screen to Ash. "Give it up for Ash Ketchum!"
"Oh! Hi there, guys!", Ash said while waving at the camera, playfully playing along with the livestream.
Iono walks over to stand next to Ash. "How are ya feelin' about this battle, Ash?"
Ash clenches his fists with determination and confidence. "As one Champion I've battled would say, I'm fired up!" Then he does Leon's Champion Time pose. "It's Champion Time!"
Iono was speechless but also freaked out of admiration and excitement. "What a fascinating"shocker!"We have a Champion Monarch from Galar fanboy here, folks! I'm so excited! I feel so "electrified" right now!" Iono took a breather for a moment. "I'm so sorry..."
Ash giggled. "No, you're fine... I kind of went too all out, didn't I..?"
"Nope! You were awesome!", said Iono before turning to the livestream feed. "Now who's ready to see one of us kick some butts?!"
Every commented in response and one even gave a donation tip to Iono.
Iono looks through the comments on her Rotom Phone. Ash gets a peek as well. "Looks like you're all getting hyped!" She looks and sees the donation tip notification. "Ah! Thank you, Electro King! 5000 is just what I needed to see!"
But the Iono looked at Ash in an embarrassed and awe way. "Oh, wait a minute! Sorry, my electrifying friend! We're supposed to be battling!" She nervously laughed and got back to her battle spot. Ash chuckled and had a thought of how hilarious and adorable Iono is.
I totally just made a new friend. Just wait until she sees my Pikachu in action.
Director Clavell walks on the far side of the edge of the battle court, becoming the referee. "Ash vs Iono begins now! Please prepare your Pokémon."
Ash and Iono take out their pokéballs, prepping for a Pokémon battle.
"Three... two... one... You may begin!", Clavell shouted.
"Go Wattrel! Show 'im what you're made of!" Iono sends out her Wattrel.
"Watt!"
"Pikachu, I choose you!", said Ash, spawning in his Pikachu.
"Pika-pi!"
"Now let's see what you are, Wattrel" Ash scans the Wattrel with his pokédex.
Wattrel, the Storm Petrel Pokémon. An Electric and Flying Type. This bird will electrocute prey and catch them after hunting for them in the ocean.
Iono adored Pikachu. "Oh! Pikachu! Aw! Welcome to the battle party, cute-zie!"
Ash laughed. "Yep! Pikachu was actually my first starter back at Kanto. And he is an Electric Type. So I thought why not have some fun."
At the sight of it, Iono smirked confidentially. "You really know how to make us have something in common. But don't be fooled since I'm not gonna go easy on you. Wattrel, use Quick Attack!"

"Pikachu, use Iron Tail!", Ash commanded.
"Pika-Pika!"
Pikachu bashes Wattrel's head with Iron Tail.
"Ouch! Ash really thought outside of the box with a Steel Type move", says Misty, getting impressed.
"You got this, Ash! Keep it up!", Brock cheered.
"Wattrel?! Are you alright?!", Iono cried out.
"Watt! Wattrel!", Wattrel chirped.
"Alright, then use Quick Attack again!", Iono commanded.
"Waatttrrreeelll!"
Ash smirked, knowing Pikachu's ablity. "Pikachu, let it have it!" Pikachu looks at Ash with an awkward and confused face. "Pi-pika?!", Pikachu squeaked with confusion.
Wattrel lands a headbutt on Pikachu, pushing him back a bit. Pikachu still stood in all fours, smirking as he shrugs off the sting of the pain from Quick Attack.
Wattrel, without knowing what just happened, is now in a state of paralysis.
Iono was surprised. "Woah! What was that?! You planned a trap, huh?!"
Ash nodded. "Yeah! I did! The Static ability caused by a Pikachu was just the idea that went into my head and that's because a physical attack is played out. And Quick Attack was physically contacted towards Pikachu. So now you're Wattrel is paralyzed."
Iono was pleased by Ash's strategy and compliments him. "Oh wow! I totally remembered Pikachus can have that type of abilty! You're so smart, Ash!" But then she gets more serious. "But can your Pikachu get any other ideas for long?"
Ash gasped with a confused expression. "...?"
"Wattrel, use Pluck!"
However, Wattrel tried to begin charging at Pikachu with Pluck, but the paralysis already kicked in.
"Now's our chance! Pikachu, use Quick Attack!", said Ash.
Pikachu ran towards Wattrel. "Pika-pika-pika-pika-pika!"
"Oh no! My precious Wattrel!", Iono worried.
"PI-KA!" Pikachu strikes down Wattrel and it faints.
"Wattrel is unable to battle", said Clavell.
"Wattrel, return!" Iono recalled Wattrel.
"Alright!", said Ash.
Misty giggled. "The same old Ash. Going in for the Ash tatics."
Brock smirked. "He's still a natural!"
"If that twerp keeps this up, he'll be a three time Champs-ter in no time!", said Meowth.
Jesse and James nodded, agreeing with Meowth.
"I'm impressed in your electrical skills, ! But remember, this is my spotlight!" She winks at Ash. "Go Luxio!" Iono sent out Luxio.
"Luxio!"
"Time for my fanboys and fangirls to get more z-erious! Luxio, use Bite!"
Iono's Luxio used Bite on Pikachu. "Lux-io!" It went for Pikachu's tail and flinged him to the sky.
"Pikachu!", Ash cried.
"Now use Swift!"
Luxio used fired Swift at Pikachu.
"Use Electroball!"
Pikachu somersaulted and flinged the Electroball against Swif, blowing the stars away. "Pika-pika-pika!"
"Use Fire Fang!"
Luxio bites Pikachu and burns him with Fire Fang.
"PIKACHU!", Ash yelled.
Brock was surprised of Iono's Luxio. "Wow. That Luxio is fast."
Misty looked worried for Ash and Pikachu. "This does not look good."
Pikachu was burnt now. He was wincing in pain. Ash got a flashback of when Pikachu was struggling against Liko's Hisuian Samurott.
No. I can't let Pikachu be traumatized like this. Not again. Not now!
"Finish this with Swift, Luxio!", said Iono.
"Luxio!" Luxio fires more Swift stars.
"Dodge those!"
Pikachu dodges them.
"Alright, now use Iron Tail!"
Pikachu springs into action and prepares his Iron Tail.
"Use Crunch!", said Iono.
Luxio goes for Crunch. "Lux,Lux,io!" Luxio dodges Pikachu's Iron Tail and then bites his tail again. He slams Pikachu with his fangs left and right and then throws him down to the ground. Pikachu had fainted after another burn affect.
"Pikachu, no!", Ash cried out.
"Pikachu is unable to battle", Clavell stated. "Luxio is the winner.
Ash has an overwhelming smile on his face and recalls Pikachu. "Get some rest buddy. I promise you'll be my ace again in the future soon. Go Lucario!" Ash sends in Lucario.
"Lucario! Luca!"
Misty and Brock cheered and applauded for Ash's Lucario.
Team Rocket was surprised and excited.
Iono was impressed to see Lucario. "A Lucario, aye?! Looks like we got some REAL competition."
Ash smirked. "You got that right. Lucario, use Aura Sphere!"
Lucario throws a Aura Sphere at Luxio. Luxio is sent flying back with total damge.
"Woah! That was something else!", Iono says with an excited smile.
Ash giggled. "You haven't seen anything yet, Lucario use Bullet Punch!"
"Luca! Lucario!"
"Dodge those steel hits!", Iono commanded Luxio.
Luxio dodged the multiple Bullet Punches.
"Now use Crunch!"
Luxio charges at Lucario using Crunch.
"Use Bullet Punch again!", said Ash.
Lucario gives Luxio a Bullet Punch to the face and Luxio is knocked down and faints.
Iono jumps with joy, seeing Ash get serious with battles. "Wowie! I hope my veiwers saw that! Anywho, Luxio return!" She recalls Luxio. "My my, Ash. You're literally trying to stop me from winning your friends heart back there. That Brock guy is cute." Iono winked and blushed specifically at Brock.
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure he can hear you from back there.", said Ash with a charming chuckle.
Brock was daydreaming of her and Iono while admiring her flirting on him. Misty tried to snap him out of it while snapping her fingers in front of his face. "Brock. Brock! You're daydreaming, man!"
Brock got back to his senses. "Oops! My apologies!" He nervously laughs and strokes the back of his neck.
"Go Belliobolt!" Iono's Belliobolt came up next.
"Bellioooo!"
"Belliobolt, eh?!" Ash scans Bellioboly with his pokédex.
Belliobolt, the Elefrog Pokémon. An Electric Type. The movement of its body allows its bellybutton in its stomach to preserve huge electricity proportions.
"Belliobolt, use Electro Ball!"
"Belli-o-bolt!"
Belliobolt used Electro Ball.
"Lucario, use Aura Sphere!"
Lucario used Aura Sphere. Both Electro Ball and Aura Sphere have collided.
"Use Bullet Punch!"
Lucario charged at Belliobolt and attacked it with multipe amounts of Bullet Punch and Belliobolt is getting damaged quickly.
"Thunderbolt, let's go!", said Iono.
Belliobolt shocked away Lucario, using Thunderbolt. Lucario took electrical damage.
"It's not over yet! Use Power-up Punch!", says Ash.
Lucario punches Belliobolt in the chest multiple times with Power-up Punch.
"Mudshot!"
Belliobolt spewed Mudshot at Lucario.
"Dodge it!"
Lucario jumps out of the way to avoid Mudshot.
"Now Close Combat!"
Lucario started kicking and punching Belliobolt in the form of Close Combat.
"Electro Ball!"
Lucario was about to prepare one last kick as a Close Combat move while Belliobolt charges up its Electro Ball.
"GO!", both Ash and Iono said.
Both Lucario and Belliobolt struck at eachother with there moves. And then both have fainted.
"Belliobolt and Lucario are unable to battle.", said Clavell.
Ash recalls Lucario and Iono recalls Belliobolt.
Ash and Iono look at eachother and smile.
"You're doing amazing Ash! Look how many likes and viewers I'm getting because of you!"
"I'm happy for you Iono. Say, let's make this battle last, huh?"
Iono liked the sound of that and giggles. "I would love a good finale for my fans. Go Mismagius!" Iono sends out her last Pokémon.
"Misma!"
"Go Fuecoco!" Ash sends out his Fuecoco.
"Fueco!"
"It's all down to the wire now", said Misty.
Ash and Iono sent out their Tera Orbs to Terastallize their Pokémon. Iono's Mismagius is Tera Electric and Fuecoco is Tera Fire.
"Fuecoco, use Flamethrower!"
Fuecoco breathed out Flamethrower.
"Dodge it, then prepare for Charge Beam!"
Mismagius dodged the Flamethrower and went for Charge Beam. Fuecoco gets electrically fried.
"Fuecoco, no!", Ash cried.
"FUECO!"
Ash grunted in overwhelmed frustration.
"Now use Shadow Ball!"
Mismagius went for a Shadow Ball.
"It's not over until I say it is! Fuecoco, dodge it and use Stomping Tantrum", said Ash.
Fuecoco dodge the attack and used Stomping Tantrum. Mismagius took super effective damage.
"Now follow up with Will-O-Wisp!"
Fuecoco then proceeds to burn Mismagius with Will-O-Wisp.
Iono gasped. "Uh oh! Not Will-O-Wisp!"
Mismagius takes a burn damage.
"Not for long! Use Shadow Ba-" But Iono was cut off when she saw Ash's Fuecoco glowing. "Uhm, Ash...? Look."
Ash was a bit befuddled. "What's wrong, Iono?" He looks at his Fuecoco. "No way. The aurabond... it's developing!"
Fuecoco was evolving. It evolved in to Crocalor.
"Crocalor!"
"So you're name is Corcalor now?" Ash scans Crocaloe with his pokédex.
Crocalor, the Singer Pokémon. A Fire Type. It's flame sac is closely connected to its vocals.
"Awesome! Let's finish this, Crocalor!"
"Crocalor!"
Both Iono and Ash and their Pokémon prepared themselves for the final finishing moment of their battle. "USE TERA BLAST!", they both said.
Crocalor and Mismagius both used Tera Blast. The two attacks struggled after colliding. Misty and Brock were amazed by this battle so far. Team Rocket are speechless of the Tera Blasts.
Mismagius electrical Tera Blasts attemps to overpower Crocalor's firey Tera Blast.
"Hey, Crocalor!"
Crocalor's eyes turn to Ash, who calls its name.
"I believe in you buddy! Everyone is waiting for us! Let's show them the way of a Pokémon Master!", Ash proclaimed.
Crocalor looks back on the battle. It pushes its Tera Blast strongly towards Mismagius as the beam gets more bigger and powerful. At the last second, Crocalor's Tera Blast exploded Mismagius, resulting in a big explosion.
As the smoke clears, Mismagius is seen, fainted on the floor. Crocalor cannot believe what it just saw. It just one a Pokémon Battle that was its first epic one that no one could ever forget.
"Mismagius is unable to battle", Clavell said. "Crocalor is the winner! Which means this victory belongs to Ash!", he cheered.
"Way to go Ash!", Misty cheered.
"Yeah, you did it buddy!", Brock shouted to Ash.
Ash smiled with pride at his friends. And then walked over to Crocalor as it runs to Ash. They both give eachother a hug. "Your aurabond is developing. You'll definitely be a Mega Evolution in no time. Just one more evolution", said Ash.
"Crocalor!", Crocalor says excitedly.
Misty and Brock runs up to Ash and gave him a group hug. "You did so amazing out there!", Misty says proudly.
"Your new Pokémon is astounding!", said Brock. "I gotta battle the Crocalor sometime!"
Ash smirked. "Whenever you're ready for that, Crocalor will be up for it. Right Crocalor."
"Crocalor!"
Iono walks up to Ash. "Well, well, well, well, WELL! That was the most epic battle ever displayed! Looks like that shocks it folks! Ash Ketchum just earned himself an Electric Gym Badge!"
Iono gives him her Gym Badge.
"Thanks Iono!"
Iono shook Ash's hand. "No problem friendo!" She proceeds to interact with Brock now. "Oh muscle boy... I'm not done with you...", she said as she flirts at him.
Brock smiles nervously while flushing with a red blush on his face.
"You know, about that date, I'd love to date you. You're strong." She kisses him on the cheek softly. "Call me."
"I'll definitely get your phone number. Just one sec while I..." he obviously faints on the floor again.
"Darn it! Not again!", said Misty, feeling more annoyed with Brock than usual.
Iono looks at the camera through her Rotom Phone. "Aaaannndd that's all my dear thundering viewers! Tone in next time for my next livestream! But before that, I saved a private livestream just for Brockie boy here. This is Iono signing off!
Clavell smiled and looked at how happy, Iono, Ash and his friends are.
It seems Ash is growing more stronger by the minute. He'll be a grand champion of fhis region in no time.
Team Rocket were about to strike to kidnap Ash's Crocalor, but they get a notification from Giovanni to come over to a secret location.
Jesse, James, Meowth, report to a secret location immediately. It seems we made allies! Their names are The Explorers. I will be sending you the secret location and coordinates now.
"Out boss made allies with another organization?!", Jesse wondered.
"Let's hope they're WAY nicer than the last ones we've encountered", said Meowth.
Team Rocket left in a flash.
While walking away from Levencia, back home to Naranja Academy, Ash explains to Brock and Misty all the things that have happened recently around his adventures.
"And then there's Nemona. My girlfriend", said Ash.
"You have a girlfriend?", Misty asked. "Wait- I thought you were with Serena!"
Ash sighed, feeling embarrassed. "Me and Serena don't really see eye-to-eye any more. I feel like the world retconned our feelings for each other since that elevator kiss back at Kanto."
Misty teases Ash a bit. "Ooo, Aaaassshh! What's Serena gonna say when she finds out you've cheated on her?!"
Ash smiled and chuckled nervously. "I've been through it since I already told you about Penny! I don't wanna know what Serena will do in the future!"
Misty scratches her head with regret on her face for asking that. "Oh... right... sorry, I forgot."
"What happened to Red? How's your boyfriend doing?", Brock teased.
"My baby Reddy is none of your beeswax, Brock!", Misty yelled.
"Who's Red?", Ash asked curiously.
Misty facepalmed of embarrassment. "He looks somewhat like you as if he was your twin, except he barley talks to people much. But he'll be more talkative towards me since I've been nice to me" Misty then gives Ash a scapegoat stare. "And he was nice enough and a sweet hearted dream boat when it comes to always protecting my stuff. Like my new bike for example since YOU destroyed my old one when we were kids from the moment you and I first met!"
Ash laughed a bit and then whistled. "Uh, I don't know what you're talking about... HEY! Let's forget that ever happened over a scary game of Ouija Board!"
Brock can imagine Ghost Type Pokémon possessing Ash and Misty and haunting his every lasting dreams. That made him spooked about that it as he knows what that board game is capable of. "Can we NOT do Ouija Board! Let's do a more family friendly game...!"
Misty started teasing Brock back. "Yeah, maybe instead, we should give you a turn to talk about your actual first girlfriend, Iono!"
Brock looked away with a grimace. "Ugh! Forget I said anything."
"So, why did you get her phone number?", Misty asks.
"I didn't! It was because I'm one of her biggest fans!", Brock claimed.
Misty doubted that. "It sounded like a date approach", she said with a snarky tone.
"Why are you crossing towards embarrassment?!", Brock said as he stomped his foot on the grounf and yelled at Misty.
"So you admit she's your soulmate!", Misty presumed.
"Misty, you don't know anything!", Brock protested against Misty.
Ash chuckles quietly while he enjoys Misty and Brock argue about Brock liking Iono on the way back to the academy.
It was good to have Brock and Misty see Ash again. But looks like it my be over for the day. They might return soon in the future however. Who knows when that'll be. The journey still rages on from Ash.
And that was it! This chapter is done! Chapter 14 will suprise you! My next Chapter will be the character's Pokémon creatures talking while also giving out day in a life of Carmine and Kieran moments included in that chapter as well.
That's right, if you guys don't remember, there was a Pokémon episode where Pokémon could talk, except they'll be speaking actual languages, but however, I will also explain this in the 14th chapter, the Pokémon speaking languages is not canon and will NEVER be canon to this fanfic. Meaning it's only temporary for Chapter 14. Let me tell you... there will be references from video games and memes you might recognize in Chapter 14 included, so if you found those Easter Egged references, let me know.
Chapter 14 will be really fun.
