CHAPTER 5: STRIKE FIRST
Sakura stands at the door, her hands trembling. Slowly she lifts her arm and strikes the door with three light hits; no answer. Again she hits the door, slightly harder; again, there is no answer. Angry she starts pounding on the door, calling out "HEY NARUTO, SASUKE! GET OUT HERE, I KNOW YOUR IN THERE!" Next door, a door cracks open.
The neighbor swings his door open "WILL YOU SHUT UP!" Ino, angry her friend is being yelled at responds, "HEY PICK ON SOMONE YOUR OWN SIZE!" The man shoots back with "Shush it pipskeak!" "Oh, well if that's how it's gonna be" the girls respond ready to fight. At this moment, the door finally opens.
Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki of the Akatsuki emerge from their room. The aura they emitted quieted everyone in the hall.
"Hey, Itachi. I don't think little girls and old men should argue so loudly when we're trying to sleep."
"Kisame, calm down," Itachi said as he unleashed his imperfect Susanoo, swipping everyone in the hall and knocking them all unconscious.

Naruto and Jiraiya were having a nice, peaceful evening after training, well Naruto was. Jiraiya was going on a bender in the pleasure district with the money he stole from Gama-Chan. The loud banging Naruto heard earlier was a startling moment, but it was just annoying. He had tried so hard to fall asleep earlier and wasn't happy about being woken up. Barely awake, he got out of bed, stumbling out of the room towards the source of the alarm. Just as he turned the corner into the hall he felt a large, choking force.
Suddenly, he's completely awake. His eyes are forced open as he looks down and sees a wrist. 'Who's arm is this, what hurts, can I breathe?' Naruto hazily thinks before fully noticing.
As Naruto begins to squirm, he begins to notice the people on the ground around him. 'Who is that guy…Sakura!, INO!' he screams inside his head. Then, for the third time, a new fighter emerges. Sasuke for the first time in years sees his brother.
"Hey, Itachi," Sasuke smirks "I'm ba-ACK!" while charging his Chidori. He charges at Itachi quickly, but Kisame jumps in and easily deflects him. Sasuke, angry but not deterred tries again, still aiming for Itachi. During this commotion, Naruto activated Shadow clone jutsu filling the room with his clones, trying to overwhelm his opponents. Naruto, though shaken up frees himself.
With both boys now free they team up. While Naruto's clones distract the missing-nin, Sasuke charges up his Chirdori. Both bruised, battered, and tired, the two gennin strike. A massive burst of shadow clones moves to hold Kisame down as Sasuke charges toward Itachi. It was too little too late however, they were no match for the
missing-nin. Kisame easily smacked the Narutos back, knocking the boy out, and Sasuke was grabbed by his older brother at the neck. When finally, the fourth and final intrusion has arrived.

After a few hours of partying Gama-Chan ran out of money, with nothing left to do Jiraiya headed for the hotel when he suddenly heard the sounds of battle. Hastily he returned to the room to find Naruto missing, "I guess that means he's in the center of this." Jiraiya quipped as he headed to battle.
Though no longer involving Naruto, the battle was still of Jiraiya's attention. Jiraiya was quick to strike, not even introducing himself when he attacked. Only after quickly putting the Akatsuki under genjutsu did he decide to reveal himself. Though putting a genjutsu master under a genjutsu was risky, Jiraiya believed it was the safest option. Thankfully the genjutsu was enough to scare the black cloaked men off, much to Jiraiya's surprise. "Hiashi maybe you can explain why these people are on the ground," Jiraiya said looking at the door down the hall the Hyuga hid behind.
HIASHI PART 3: WHAT WAS HE UP TO?
Though he was trailing the girls originally, when the village came into view Hiashi rushed ahead of them to get a room. Not wanting to spend another horrid night in the forest, he rushed to his room. Before quickly falling asleep the clan head decided that any information he got would be lost to sleep deprivation anyway.
The commotion of yelling was what he awoke to a few hours later. Using his Byakugan he quickly found the combatants engaged in their battle of words just down the hall. The yelling drew his attention completely drew his attention when he noticed the girls were two of the participants. Under his breath, he muttered "at least we share the same taste in hotels. that makes them much easier to follow. From that point on he continued to spy from the sidelines, until he was spotted by the Toad Sannin.
