3. I'm not accepting anymore S-Class Wizards. Your OC will automatically be a regular. That's why the 'RANK' was removed. So ignore it in my example.

4. DO NOT make your OC overpowered. The only exception to this is if it has to deal with their backstory (or if they're a demon OC). If that's the case, please include it.

NAME: Sebastian/Vincent James.

NICKNAME(S): Seb, Sebby (jokingly), Vince.

BACKSTORY: Not knowing anything about his origins, Sebastian grew up in the Sun Village with the Giants that lived there. He was best friends with Flare, as she was the only other human who lived there. While playing hide and seek with her, Sebastian came across Atlas Flame, the Hellfire Dragon. During the night, Sebastian sneaks out and goes to Atlas, begging him to teach him Magic. Atlas agrees and teaches him Hellfire Dragon Slayer Magic. Throughout the years, Atlas was like a father figure to Sebastian, since he didn't know his origins. On July 7th, X777, Atlas disappears leaving Sebastian alone. Later, the Giants of the village told Sebastian that Flare had left to find more people like them. So Sebastian decides to leave as well. While traveling, he meets his Exceed, Raden, saving him from criminals who only wanted to sell him. Raden joined Sebastian on his adventure. He ends up getting kidnapped by the Dark Guild Cursed Dragons, which lets out his second personality, Vincent, who was born before Sebastian's time in the Sun Village (has to do with his origins). Sebastian and Raden end up getting rescued by Souta who offers them to join his guild: Black Sun.

NAME OF MAGIC: Hellfire Dragon Slayer Magic (Third Generation).

TYPE OF MAGIC (Lost Magic, Maker, Caster, etc): Lost Magic.

WHAT IT DOES: Lets the user use fire from hell itself.

SPELLS:

1. Hellfire Dragon's Roar: Orange-red fire comes out of the user's mouth in a blast.

2. Hellfire Dragon's Wing Attack: Streams of orange-red fire attack the opponent.

3. Hellfire Dragon's Claw: The user's right foot gets engulfed into flames as they slam it down on their opponent.

4. Hellfire Dragon's Iron Fist: The user's right fist gets covered in orange-red fire as they punch their opponent.

5. Hellfire Dragon's Crushing Fang: The user ignites one of their hands and swings it in an arc, striking their target with their fingertips as orange-red fire gets left behind.

6. Hellfire Dragon's Grip Strike: The user grabs their opponent, blasting the foe with fire at point blank range.

7. Hellfire Dragon's Jaw: The user clasps their hands together before swinging their fists down, flames burning the target.

8. Hellfire Dragon's Blaze: User creates a huge ball of orange-red fire and throws it at the opponent.

SECRET DRAGON SLAYER ARTS:

1. Dragon Slayer's Secret Art: Blazing Hell: Similar to 'Hellfire Dragon's Blaze'. Except it creates a much bigger ball of fire and damages the opponent more.

2. Flame Lotus: Detonating Hell's Edge: Similar to Natsu's 'Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade'. The user swipes their arms in a circular fashion, creating powerful orange-red flames that causes a lot of damage to their opponent.

3. Planetary Core: Inferno Overdrive: The user creates a large wave of orange-red fire, causing severe burns to their opponent.

ABILITIES (OPTIONAL):

1. Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Sebastian is very skilled in combat. Can handle himself well in a hand-to-hand fight.

2. Enhanced Hearing: Being a Dragon Slayer, Sebastian possesses good hearing, and can hear even the lowest of conversation.

3. Enhanced Smell: Sebastian has a very keen sense of smell.

4. Hellfire Drive: This enhances Sebastian's magic abilities, including his Dragon Slayer Magic and his speed.

5. Dragon Force: Being a Third Generation Dragon Slayer, Sebastian can activate Dragon Force at will. When he uses Dragon Force, his hair spikes up and his face and arms get covered in dragon-like scales (think of how Natsu looks when he was using Dragon Force).

WEAPONS (Optional): Carries two throwing knives in his boots, just in case.

STRENGTHS: Is more powerful when he eats fire.

WEAKNESSES: Motion sickness.

MAGIC CIRCLE: Red with a dragon head in the middle.

PERSONALITY: Sebastian is mostly private and doesn't really talk to anyone. Very few people know about him having dissociative identity disorder (DID). As he doesn't really like to talk about it much. He can be sarcastic when it comes to fighting and often loves playing pranks on his guildmates. Though, he can be destructive when he goes on jobs and is the most out of everyone in the guild that makes Souta have a headache.

APPEARANCE: Gray-colored fur with green eyes. Wears a black hoodie, black cargo pants, and white shoes.

PERSONALITY: Raden is super protective over Sebastian. He doesn't really know much about Sebastian's second personality, because Sebastian often stays away from him whenever he switches. However, no matter how protective he can be, he always gets irritated whenever Sebastian does something stupid.

A/N: I'm opening submissions a bit earlier than I did before. So while I'm writing the Eclipse Arc, people can submit their OC's up until I get ready to start the Tartaros Arc.
