Chapter Summary: leaving off with kiss; Kara leaves making an important interview with her having adrenaline then Oliver calls Thea to be there while he goes after Somers.
A/N: The first half of this chapter will the end of episode 2 of Supergirl then it'll move on to the 3rd episode of both.

Chapter Ten: Interviews and Hunts

Both of them stared at each other next thing either of them knew Kara was kissing Oliver deeply.
The kiss lasted almost a full minute until Kara pulled back quickly standing. "I uh..." she patted her clothes looking for her phone until she felt it in her back pocket "I have to go help...a friend..." she and jittery and panicked as she clicked on the contact "Could you stay a few extra minutes?" she asked avoiding eye contact with Oliver as she turned around.
Oliver who had still been sitting on the couch staring at Kara a little dazed and confused of what just happened. "Yeah...of course..." he nodded knowing he had no intention of staying.
"Th—thank you," she muttered walking towards her balcony all Oliver saw was her clothes being thrown back into the apartment then he heard a whoosh.

NIGHT — Outside of CatCo
Cat Grant was walking to her car on the phone with James; "Mr. Olsen, I know that I gave you 24 hours to get me that interview with Supergirl, but if you haven't procured it by now, I would like to set up some interviews with new art directors for tomorrow," Cat told James on the phone then there was a thump "Eyes on the road up there," Cat said to her driver.
"Actually, Ms. Grant, your interview with Supergirl's already started," James told Cat "Look out your window."
Cat did as he had told her then saw she was midway in the night sky.
"What the hell," she muttered ending the call.
Then the car landed; Cat stepped out the car to see Supergirl floating in the air.
"Ms. Grant," Supergirl said her name "James Olsen said you wanna talk," she smiled "Let's talk."

NIGHT — Kara's apartment
Oliver sat and waited until Thea came he sat up when he saw his sister enter the apartment.
"You have a key?" Oliver asked.
"Incase of an emergency," Thea stated "What are you doing here?"
"I came to apologize to her...and let her in...but I ended taking care of the twins but now I have to go take care of something," Oliver explained he was out the door before Thea to asked anymore questions.
Thea turned as the door closed in her face "Was that lipstick on his lips?" Thea questioned outside "He definitely let her in alright," she smirked.

NIGHT — Warehouse
Somers is packing files with another man in the room.
"Triad b*tch screwed up the hit on Lance. Now, the Triad is gonna erase every ounce of evidence of their smuggling operation, including me. Except that's not gonna happen. Tell Wallace to get the boat ready. I'm leaving tonight." Somers said.
"Wallace? Wallace, you copy? Wallace?" A voice over the radio called out.
"Wallace isn't here. But I am." Arrow's voice came through.
"We need to move, now. Move!" Somers exclaimed terror laced his voice.
"Sir, we've got six men up there," a man tells Somers.
"Thats not enough!"

NIGHT — Somewhere in Starling City
"...You have questions," Supergirl stated, "I'm ready to answer them," Supergirl told her.
"Do you mind if I record this?" Cat asked pulled a recorder out her purse.
"I suppose not..."

NIGHT — Warehouse
Arrow shoots an arrow into a man. He jumps along the high metal beams and jumped to the ground, crouching. Arrow shoots another man.
A third man rounds the corner with a machine gun and Arrow jumps over the side of a fence in the warehouse. Arrow shot another man and runs toward a fifth, shooting him. He runs down stairs and nocks another arrow. He shot another man, who falls off of a ledge.
Arrow sees Somers run into a different warehouse. "Somers!" Arrow called out.

"I traveled to Earth from my home planet of..." Supergirl started answering Cat's first question which was where she was from.
"Krypton?" Cat raised an eyebrow finisher Supergirls sentence.
"Yes," Supergirl nodded before continuing "My parents sent me here where they thought I'd be safe."
"This sounds vaguely familiar," Cat sighed rolling her eyes.
"This is my story," Supergirl told her knowing Cat was referring to her cousin.

Somers ran into the warehouse stopping to catch his breath, he was panting as Arrow walked in as well. Somers let out a scream as Arrow shot an arrow into a wooden crate next to Somers' head.
"Oh, God, no, no, no!"
"He can't help you," Arrow told him.
Arrow shot another arrow onto the other side of Somers' head. "I want the truth about Victor Nocenti!" Arrow shouted.
"I can't. The Triad will kill me." Somersault stuttered.
"The Triad's not your concern right now." Arrow shot another arrow between Somers' legs.
"All right, all right, all right" Somers said shakily "It wasn't me that k*lled him. It was the Triad." He confessed.
"Acting on whose instructions?"
When Somers didn't answer Arrow shot another arrow above Somers' head.

"...Any plans to start a family?" Cat asked.
"Nobody ever asks my cousin these questions!" Supergirl snapped.
"Superman is your cousin?" Cat raised an eyebrow.
"This interview is over." Supergirl said turning to fly off.
"Well, what do you do all day when you're not flying around town?" Cat asked "Do you have a day job?" She asked her voice loud knowing the Supergirl could still hear her.
