Draco and lung charged at their enemies in front of them. The fight between them and Reunion was quickly turning into a very bloody and violent affair. The Reunion members were recklessly throwing themselves at Talulah and Yua in an attempt to cut them down, but without success.

Yua was using her skills to evade every strike and swing that was coming her way. She would then look for an opening to retaliate, and then either she or Talulah would finish them off.

Talulah was using her strength and power to destroy multiple members of Reunion at once, but more and more Reunion fighters carried on throwing themselves at her in an attempt to kill her with sheer numbers.

W and Shirayuki were picking off who they could from a distance and helping to thin out the numbers on the ground for Talulah and Yua. The four of them were putting up an incredible fight despite the odds being against them.

Seeing her men fall caused Nine to feel incredibly frustrated with the situation unfolding in front of her. Those helping Talulah had put a huge wrench in her plans. "Damn them! Damn them all! This should have been easy! I just needed to kill Talulah! But this is wrong! This has all gone wrong!" The pythia became increasingly enraged as she saw more and more of her men die at the hands of her enemies.

Nine knew that something had to change, and fast, if not, her plans would fall apart, and everything she was fighting for would disappear.

Nine knew there was only one thing to do: she looked at her men and gave them new orders, "Everyone! I want you all to focus on that girl helping Talulah! Do whatever it takes to kill her! I want her head on a spike! I'll deal with Talulah on my own!" Nine ordered her subordinates to kill the white-haired lung.

Many of Nines underlings felt uncomfortable about the thought of having to fight Yua, despite them having a huge numerical advantage over her.

They had seen the way the lung fought; several of their comrades had already fallen at her hand, and the rest didn't like the idea of having to take her on.

Many of them knew they would probably be killed by Yua, so they hesitated. Nine could see their hesitation and decided to give them an ultimatum: "If you don't want to fight her, then you can die right now! By my hand!" The Reunion members quickly realized that they were in a no-win situation.

They were probably going to die anyway, whether it was by Yua's hands or Nines. Seeing that the former option gave them a better chance of survival, the Reunion members charged at Yua with everything they had. They hoped that with the numbers they had against the lung, it would be enough to bring her down.

Yua could see the horde of Reunion fighters coming towards her and shouted to W and Shirayuki behind her, "W! Shirayuki! A lot of Reunion are coming towards me! I'm going to need your help here!" Hearing the message, both the sarkaz and the ninja directed their attacks to the incoming charge on Yua's position.

They managed to take out some members, and this caused the horde to split into smaller groups to avoid losing too many people at once. Talulah could see what was happening with her niece and wanted to go to her position and help her, but many vines stopped the draco in her path.

Turning her head to the side, Talulah could see Nine with an enraged expression on her face, running right towards her. "So, finally decided to gather the courage to face me then, Nine? Let's see how resolved you are to kill me!" the draco wanted to know if her old comrade had the resolve to kill her.

Talulah sprinted towards the oncoming Nine, and once they were in range of each other, their swords met. The power of their swords clashing caused the ground beneath them to crumble, and a huge gust of wind emanated from around them.

The wind that blew between them drew the attention of everyone on the battlefield, Yua could only look on in awe of her aunt's strength, "Wow! She's so powerful! No wonder Aunt Talulah was the leader of Reunion! Who would dare say no against someone with that much power!" thought the white-haired lung while looking at her aunt and Nine fight each other, she was equally impressed and terrified and thankful that Talulah wasn't an enemy of hers.

Yua then remembered that she was on a battlefield and had enemies to deal with. Losing her focus would be deadly in this situation...

The fight between Talulah and Nine began to pick up in intensity. Both combatants started to pick up speed and increase power with their attacks.

The pair of them were intent on killing each other and were holding nothing back. After one big clash of swords, the draco and pythia had some distance between each other, noticing this Nine used her originium arts and vines came through the ground and surrounded Talulah.

Nine then controlled the vines to attack Talulah. Talulah dodged each incoming vine and used her own originium arts to burn them. The pythia summoned more vines and carried on her previous tactic as she did before.

This time, however, Talulah couldn't dodge every vine, and she was struck in the leg, which brought the draco to the floor.

Seeing her adversary injured, Nine summoned more vines with her originium arts and commanded them to wrap themselves around the draco.

Talulah tried using her originium arts to burn the vines so she could break free, Nine however summoned more to keep her completely in place. The draco tried to struggle to free herself.

However, with the amount of vines around her body, she was unable to get free. Seeing her enemy completely trapped filled the pythia with a sense of satisfaction, she felt she could now deal with the draco as she pleased.

Looking over from her own fight, Yua could see her aunt was in serious danger, "Oh no! Aunt Talulah! She's in trouble! I've got to help her!" the white-haied lung internally began to panic. The lung started to run over to where Talulah was being held down but many Reunion members blocked her path, the white-haired lung realised to get to her aunt she would have to fight through all of these fighters, but she was now too far away for W or Shirayuki to give her any help.

W could see the situation on the ground was starting to change for the worse, "Damn! Yua won't be able to get to Talulah in time! I can't reach her in time either! Nines is going to kill her!" The sarkaz was starting to feel a sense of dread; she was about to lose another person that she cared about.

Nine was getting closer to where Talulah was pinned down by the vines, seeing the draco still struggling to break free and failing was filling the pythia with glee. Looking at Talulah when she was closer, Nine could see a look full of scorn on her face.

"Going to kill me now? Are you Nine? Or have you simply come to gloat?" Talulah asked. The pythia replied, "You know I wished it hadn't come to this, Talulah, but you would have been too much trouble if I carried on letting you live. I would have lost more people; Reunion would have fallen apart. We would have lost our dream if every infected flocked to you, your weakness would have led us to ruin, and the infected would never be seen as equal." Nine then brought her sword over Talulah, ready to finish her once and for all. "This is goodbye, Talulah. We will achieve our goal." Nine was ready to bring her sword down to end the draco, but the sound of approaching vehicles stopped her in her tracks.

From where she was, W could see the approaching vehicles. At first, she believed her people had finally arrived to give them much-needed help.

But as they got closer, the sarkaz realised who had shown up. "Rhodes Island! What are they doing here?!" How did they find us?! Did the doctor find out about what we were up to?! Never mind! I don't care who is here! I just need to save Talulah!" The sarkaz was still in a position where she couldn't help, but with Rhodes Island here, that would soon change.

When the Rhodes Island vehicles stopped, Blaze and several operators charged straight into the horde of Reunion members Yua was currently fighting. Kal'tsit calmly stepped out and looked around the area. The ancient feline looked around the battlefield for a certain lung, when her eyes clocked Yua; she was relieved that Yua was still alive. "It's good you are still alive, Yua.When this mess is over, Yua, you and W will tell me everything." Kal'tsit wasn't concerned with the battle going on currently; she could see Blaze and the rest of the elite operators tearing through Reunion.

Kal'tsit knew she would only have to intervene if the battle looked like it could go wrong for Rhodes Island, which looking at how Blaze and the others were dismantling Reunion, the ancient feline doubted she needed to.

Nine could see her forces being decimated by Rhodes Island. She didn't know how they found out about her organization being here, but that didn't matter. Everything was falling apart in front of her eyes.

Looking down at the draco, the pythia could see a smug grin on Talulah's face. She was enjoying the fact that Nine's plans were going wrong.

Nine wanted nothing more than to wipe that grin off Talulah's face right now. She wanted to kill her. However, her men had already started to run, surrendering and hoping to live to fight another day. Nine knew if she stayed, Rhodes Island would kill her.

Recognizing that the fight was lost and her plan had failed, Nine sheathed her sword and prepared to flee.

Before leaving, she spoke to Talulah, "I don't know what guardian angel was watching over you today, Talulah. But mark my words: this isn't over. The next time we meet, it will be your last. Nobody will save you next time. I swear it!" The pythia spat at Talulah before deciding to flee back to the vehicles with her men, surviving to keep her goal alive is now what mattered most.

Nine and what men she had left managed to make it back to the vehicles. They then sped off into the distance. Blaze wanted to pursue them, but Kal'tsit ordered everyone to stand down.

The ancient feline told everyone to treat any injured on the battlefield except Yua. Kal'tsit instead told her to head inside a building and wait for her to find W. Kal'tsit told the lung that she wanted to speak to her and the sarkaz and to not go anywhere...

After what seemed like forever Kal'tsit had arrived with W, but another person was with them. It was her aunt, Talulah. "What's going on? Why has Kal'tsit brought my aunt with her?" The lung found it strange that Kal'tsit was with the draco. Kal'tsit however had brought her along for a reason.

The ancient feline wanted Yua to tell them both everything...

The ancient feline wasn't sure if the lung had told the draco anything but wanted to know if she did. Kal'tsit stared down the lung in front of her, and Yua could feel Kal'tsit was looking into her very soul. The atmosphere in the room the four people were in was suffocating. Nobody wanted to say anything.

Kal'tsit broke the atmosphere by reaching into one of her pockets to grab a piece of paper, she then handed it to Yua. Yua knew Kal'tsit wanted her to read it even without any words. When Yua saw what was on the paper she went incredibly pale, the white-haired lung didn't know what to say.

Kal'tsit however, did know what to say, she looked at Yua dead in her eyes and spoke, "I know what you are Yua, you have been hiding this from us. Now It's time for you and W to tell me absolutely everything." Even W flinched when Kal'tsit said what she did, she said it in a tone that indicated dire consequences would happen if they kept any secrets from her.

Yua looked towards her aunt, who simply nodded; she agreed with Kal'tsit that it was time the lung told them everything.

Knowing what her aunt wanted, Yua looked back at the ancient feline and spoke, "Okay, Doctor Kal'tsit. I promise I will tell you everything, and I mean absolutely everything." the lung composed herself before she began to tell Kal'tsit what she wanted to know...
