The sun was just beginning to rise when we first noticed the disturbance. The Transformers—Autobots, Decepticons, and Dinobots alike—had spent the night in an uneasy truce, scattered across my yard. I'd barely managed to get a few hours of sleep after cleaning up what little of the yard hadn't already been destroyed.

Then the shockwave hit, the first of many.

I was jolted awake by a sudden tremor, followed by a streak of light arcing across the sky. It crashed into the far side of the property, sending a plume of smoke and dirt into the air.

"What now?" I groaned, rushing outside.

The Transformers had already gathered near the impact site. Optimus stood at the forefront, his diminutive frame braced for battle. Grimlock and his fellow Dinobots loomed nearby, their metallic forms tense.

"Everyone, remain alert," Optimus ordered. "We don't know what we're dealing with."

"We do not fear the unknown, we conquer it," Megatron snapped, pushing his way forward.

"Grimlock handle Megatron if he no calm down," Grimlock rumbled, his tail swishing ominously.

"Enough!" Optimus said, his voice cutting through the tension. "We'll investigate together, move out."

When we reached the crater, I expected to find an asteroid, maybe some space junk. What I didn't expect was… them.

Three figures stood at the center of the smoldering impact zone.

The first was short, bald, and pale-skinned, with an aura of menace that made my hair stand on end. He floated effortlessly above the ground, his purple and white armor gleaming. His cold red eyes swept over us with a mixture of curiosity and disdain.

The second was lean and muscular, his black spiky hair standing tall. He wore an orange and blue gi, and his expression was calm but wary.

The third was shorter but no less imposing. His dark hair also spiked upward, and his navy blue and white battle armor glinted as he crossed his arms and surveyed the scene with a smirk.

"What… are those?" Bumblebee whispered, breaking the silence.

"Impossible," I said, staring in disbelief.

The floating figure stepped forward, his voice smooth and condescending. "Where are we, and why are we surrounded by mechanoids?"

"I could ask you the same thing," Optimus said, stepping forward. "Who are you?"

The taller of the two armored figures—Goku, I later learned—raised his hand in a calming gesture. "We don't mean any harm. I'm Goku, this is Vegeta"—he motioned to the smirking Saiyan—"and that's Frieza."

"You do not speak for me, Saiyan," Frieza sneered.

"Oh, great," Starscream muttered. "Another set of egos."

Optimus remained composed. "You're not Cybertronian. How did you get here?"

"We were in the middle of something important," Vegeta said, his tone sharp. "Next thing we know, we're… here," he said, gesturing to the crater. "And...little."

"That part sucks, doesn't it?" Ironhide rumbled.

"Watch your tone," Frieza said, his lips curling into a sneer. "I could turn you into scrap metal."

"You could try," Ironhide growled, stepping forward, his cannons spinning up.

Before things could escalate further, Goku stepped between them. "Hey, hey! Let's not fight! We're all trying to figure this out, right?"

It wasn't long before the newcomers began exploring the yard, much to the suspicion of the Transformers. While Goku marveled at the grass and the trees, Vegeta seemed more focused on testing his strength, launching tiny blasts of energy at rocks and sticks.

"Enough of that," I shouted. "I just fixed the fence!"

"Are all your dwellings this fragile?" Vegeta asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Pretty much," Bumblebee replied, earning a glare from me.

Frieza, meanwhile, floated lazily above the others, his eyes narrowing as he observed Grimlock and Megatron. "This planet is full of surprises," he muttered. "And potential threats."

It wasn't long before the tension boiled over.

Vegeta, frustrated by the limitations of his toy-sized body, fired a blast at a nearby tree, splitting it in half.

"Stop that!" I yelled.

Megatron took it as an act of provocation. "So, these… creatures think they're powerful?" He stepped forward, leveling his cannon at Vegeta. "Let me show you what true power looks like."

"Do it," Vegeta growled, stepping forward. "I dare you."

"Everyone, stop!" Optimus shouted, but it was too late.

The battle erupted in an instant. Vegeta and Megatron exchanged blasts, their attacks lighting up the clearing. Grimlock charged Frieza, who dodged effortlessly, laughing as he retaliated with an energy wave.

Goku tried to break up the fight, only to be tackled by Starscream, who was determined to take him down.

"Why does this always happen?" I yelled, ducking behind a tree as the chaos unfolded.

The Autobots tried to regain control, with Optimus shouting orders and Bumblebee darting between combatants. The Dinobots, however, seemed to enjoy the chaos. Snarl and Sludge cheered Grimlock on as he chased Frieza, while Swoop circled above, dodging stray blasts.

Even Paleotrex watched from the shadows, his skeletal frame rigid. "Fools," he muttered.

As the dust settled, the yard was once again a warzone. Frieza hovered above the clearing, smirking. Vegeta stood triumphantly on a broken rock, his arms crossed. Goku, slightly singed, shook his head in exasperation.

Optimus stepped forward, his voice filled with quiet authority. "Enough. If we're going to survive whatever is going on, we must work together."

Frieza raised an eyebrow. "And why should we care about you?"

"Because," Paleotrex said, stepping out of the shadows, "it will destroy all of us if we don't."

Frieza frowned, his curiosity piqued.

Optimus turned to the newcomers. "If you're as powerful as you seem, we need your help. Will you join us?"

Goku nodded immediately. "Of course! We can't let something ruin this place."

Vegeta scowled but eventually gave a reluctant nod. "Fine. But only because I refuse to let anyone else have the final victory."

Frieza smirked. "We'll see how this plays out. For now, you have my… cooperation."

As the group dispersed to plan their next move, I sighed and looked at the mess they'd left behind. "This is getting out of hand."

"You think this is bad?" Bumblebee said, glancing at the horizon. "Just wait until whatever Paleotrex is worried about shows up."

I had a feeling he was right.
