Some people were born lucky, Harlan Delgado is not one of those people. His grand return home to the Bluegrass State is tragically cut short by the end of the world, and his struggle to survive is upended when he runs into the only other man alive in Knox County.

There is an apocalyptic pandemic coming. Hailey has to find a way to stop it. However a mysterious powerful man hinders her progress and tries his best to hide to truth.

One stupid mistake. One flash of gnawing teeth. A single sheet of paper in an empty house. Just one story among thousands.

This will be a story told in first person by 18 Year Old Cliff Madden who has managed to survive his way through the Knox Event many months in and is recounting all the experiences he had that shaped him the way he is currently.
