Batman looked through Justice's file over and over again and he couldn't believe what he was reading. She survived the fall but was pronounced dead for six minutes and sixty six seconds after all. Then she was in coma for two months and could not recover her memory for three weeks after she was awake from it. That was where weird stuff caught Batman's eye. Justice Creed remembered her childhood and life in an orphanage but after that she couldn't remember anything at all except that fact that Batman somehow is responsible for the city's destruction and lockdown. There was not a word about Evan she didn't know who he was but she repeatedly mentioned on every doctor's checkup that Batman was an evil man. She almost sounded insane repeating over and over again that Gotham City would be better without Batman.

-I don't believe in it, Alfred! It can't be her or her thoughts. They must played with her memory somehow some sort of drug!

-Just like Scarecrow case… - remembered Alfred.

-Almost but different more deeper and more harmful to a human. I have to find out what are they doing to her. The list of medication they are giving to her is definitely missing some items. They want to show her record as clean as possible. This is not her complete file, Alfred. I think it's most likely "clean file" where they put things which can't raise any questions if somebody looks into it.

-Master Bruce, if I understand it right and correct me if I'm wrong. Are you planing to … to take her out from Arkham!? I mean kidnap her.

-I am planning to save her, Alfred. They will never let her go and before it is too late for her health yes I'm planning to kidnap her.

-You are absolutely right, sir. But if somebody sees that it was Batman who kidnapped her they will make it sound as a horrible thing and not saving.

-You know I never care about stuff like that! They are calling me a terrorist anyway and a murderer and an inhumane psychopath. Every day there is news about a dangerous vigilante who doesn't want this city to come back to life! The matter of fact I want them to know that it's Batman and I want them to say whom I kidnapped because out there in the zones people are bringing flowers and ribbons to the house where she used to live. If those people see White Shadow is alive, the government won't have a chance to hide it and when I figure out what drugs did they use to change her mind I will help her and she will tell the truth.

-Or kill them all… you know Bruce she is violent and capable of murder. You may create a new psychopath.

-No, Alfred I believe she can be a good person as any other citizen of Gotham! But I have to get her out of there before it's too late.

-How do you know, sir that it is not too late already? She has been there for almost two years or at least one and before that we don't know where she was. What if her mental state is already damaged to the core?

-I hope no Alfred… I'm done with questions! I made a plan and I'm about to stick to it. The city is coming back to normal slowly but it's going to be a better place than before I believe in it! I will do my best for the safety of people and as Bruce Wayne I will make sure that this city is governed by people with good hearts.

Alfred didn't say anything but they both knew what he was thinking. The old butler feared only one thing - death of Bruce Wayne but he kept this thought for himself.

The late fall in the city was a great coverup for

Batman. It was raining a lot and days were gloomy and dark. It was the best time to get to Arkham and stay unnoticed by guards. He picked a day and an hour and was behind the Arkham's walls exactly at the right time.

It was pouring rain and strong wind, Batman's cape was flopping like a wild animal trying to escape. Old building was deep inside the Arkham territory but because of the weather all guards were inside instead of patrolling a perimeter.

Batman was invisible in the rain and got safely to the back stairs which led in the basement. Before his trip Batman examined all architect plans for the old building and got to conclusion that this back basement entrance was a weak spot.

While Bruce Wayne was taking his strolls with the head doctor he made a lot of video-footage of the territory so now Batman could use it to navigate around. Since the doctor agreed to show Mr.Wayne the old building and its patients Bruce got inside of it couple of times as a guest but it was a medical personnel and doctors wing but not sells. Batman was aware that the old building was remodeled couple of times throughout the years and he did his best to find all the information about it. Unfortunately, he still didn't know where exactly was Justice kept and it made him rearrange his plans a lot but the more he thought the more he realized that it would be impossible to leave that place unnoticed. When he accepted that idea things got in order and Batman was ready to risk and find Justice.

He stood next to the basement door listening for a while the noise from behind it but it went away fast. This basement entrance was used to deliver meals to the patients and also clean laundry. The entrance got two doors one was made of thick bars and a door behind it solid metal. Batman sneaked inside fast but doors were old and squeaky so it took him more time to close them than to open.

Now he was inside in a small room and there was a door again and after that small room one more and one more door and then again. Quietly going from one section to another Batman wondered why would they had so many small rooms one after each other. Those rooms didn't have anything inside them until the last one. That was a provision storage room with a huge refrigerator and one more room to the right where suppliers of dirty sheets and bedding, towels and clothes were kept. That room stunk of death. A storage room itself was old and dirty it didn't seem like they ever remodeled the basement. Pipes under the ceiling was shading paint, some of them were repaired for many times but never replaced and yet here and there they were leaking some brown substance. "They store food in this room? It's inhumane!" - thought Batman. There were two doors from this room and Batman checked his map on an arm screen. He went to the one which supposed to lead him upstairs. But when he unlocked it he saw stairs going down. "This is not right all four plans I checked showed this entrance leading upstairs. There is not supposed to be stairs down" - checking his map again Batman got confused but didn't spend much time on it and went to the second door.

"There you are" - said Batman when he saw stairs going up after he unlocked the second door.

He walked upstairs and got into the long corridor. "This is not on a map at all!" - something wasn't right and Batman checked everything he could with no result.

"I just have to find a guard's quarters and see it from there! I bet they have cameras in every patient's sell. I'm surprised they have no cameras even hidden once anywhere here!" - Batman tried to be very cautious because everything was wrong from the start.

Very soon he realized that somehow he got back to the storage room.

"It's impossible! I have to get out because I don't understand where I am and how to get one floor up" - Batman walked towards small rooms where he came from and got to the metal door. It was an exit but it was sealed from the outside.

The signal of his phone line got cut off he couldn't even send a message. Lights which weren't bright to begin with started to blink and suddenly shut off.

-No! - whispered Batman. - They can't possibly know about me!

He turned on his night vision but it was still impossible to find an exit. He got back to the storage room and went to the door where stairs were going down. Walls of the staircase were moldy and wet, something was dripping from the ceiling and steps were slippery. Batman got down to what he was thinking could be a guards room. It was empty but all computers were on and Batman saw footage from outside cameras. It looked like there were some sort of lightning and first Batman believed it was just a bad weather outside but the more he looked on the screen the more he realized it wasn't lightning. It was sirens all over the Arkham Asylum, blinking lights which were supposed to be turned on only if there was an escape from the facility.

-What is going on!? I don't hear any sirens down here but on screens red flashing lights are everywhere. People are coming! I have to get out!

Batman run out from the guards room and there were open door made of chunky bars and after it one more and long corridor again. Inside was a dead end but on the left and on the right cells were open and empty.

-I don't understand. - Batman backed up in shock. - What happened here? Is it a prison because it doesn't look like a psychiatric hospital… the conditions are awful. Wait! How did they escape without me noticing it's a lot of people according to cells count. What is wrong with this building.

By the corner of his eye Batman noticed something in the a far corner of a coridor. Something or somebody wasn't moving it was dead.

-Damn it! What the hell happened here! - Batman saw a man laying on his back his tongue was laying on his forehead, his mouth was stuffed with brown substance and there was something sticking out from it. A man had his pants pulled down and had no genitalia.

Batman didn't need to think twice about what was sticking out from the brown substance in the mouth of a dead man.

-Is it a sick joke… joke…. Joker! Damn you! - Batman turned around and suddenly lights came back on and he heard people's voices they were coming closer from somewhere inside the building.

Batman run back to the storage room and from there was no other way but back to the sealed door. To his surprise it wasn't sealed and at this moment Batman felt a fatigue. He almost passed out. He opened a metal door and immediately got attacked by a dozen of guards.

-It's Batman!

-Hold him!

-Don't let him run!

-Stop him!

Batman got shot and hit and stabbed but he fought back as much as he could despite of his weakness and disorientation.

Being outside on the ground got a signal back and Batman called for his car. It got through the open gates of Asylum right to the old building, thanks to Luscious Fox and his inventions. For the love of God, Bruce Wayne didn't remember how he got to the car and how he got out all he knew when he woke up in his bad that he was still alive.

"What a nightmare…" was his first thought.
