-Hey, hey Rouny. Whom is that you got over there. I smell it.

-Shut up, Joker. Eat your shit.

A small window in a heavy metal door shot closed after a guard got food inside of it.

-Asking fucking questions, freak. - a guard mumbled and walked away from a door.

-Oh well. Next time, Rouny. - said the prisoner inside of a sell picking up a cupcake which was a morning treat from all patients of Arkham Asylum. - Ooo! Pumpkin taste! I love it! It means fall is in Gotham City! My favorite time of the year! Smell it! Ah-hah-ha! Rain mixing with gas and drawing beautiful rainbow circles on puddles! I got to see it! I got to smell it! Ah-hah-ha…

Few hours later the prisoner/patient was taken to his regular session but this time with a chief doctor of Arkham Asylum. The doctor himself was taking this session very seriously not to say the same about the patient.

-Doc! What a pleasant surprise! - a smile which showed all thirty two healthy white teeth emerged on a patient's face when guards brought him to the doctor's office.

-Good morning, Jack. I hope you had some good sleep. You can sit him right there. - doctor pointed to guards a place on a cushioned bench.

-Lollipop? - asked patient getting comfortable on a bench.

-Sure. - a doctor gave a small hard candy from his desk to a patient. - Now, Jack we will talk.

-Oh, yes Doc! I want to talk! I have a question for you! Ah-hah-ha.

-What is it, Jack?

-Who is in a sell in the end of a hall? Tricky question, ha?

The chief doctor fixed his glasses which didn't need to be fixed and cleared his throat a little.

-Jack, we have a lot of patients and I know them all by names but it's a patient's privacy we are talking about. Unfortunately, I can't tell you that information.

-Oh well. I thought you would come up with something like this… blah-blah-blah. You don't worry Doc. I'll find out it my way. Ah-hah-ha.

-Now Jack, this is not business of yours but you can try I guess. Anyway, today I want to talk about dreams. Did you see any dreams recently?

-Oh, yes! Yes, Doc, I saw a dream! One scary dream but it had a good ending. Do you want me to tell you about this dream?

-Yes, Jack. Lay down on this sofa and tell me your dream. - the doctor laid back on a chair and was ready to listen.

-As you wish, Doc. Here I am dreaming that I'm at this ugly house kept unwillingly without my consent. I am very sad and I want to get out! OUT! You see, Doc. I was kept there unwittingly!

-How does that house look like, Jack?

-It's big! Oh yes! It's huge! So many buildings on one piece of land. But all of them are one! And I am there! In a room.

-How does a room look like, Jack?

-Dark and cold and moldy! You see, Doc. A room is moldy and cold. And I'm there kept unwillingly! And I am getting mad and angry! I don't want to be there! … And guess what happens next?

-What is it, Jack.

-I got me a friend. And that friend helped me to escape! I am free! You see, Doc! I am free!

-In your dream?

-Sure! Yes! Of course in my dream! I got off from that nasty, cold and moldy stinking house.

-With a help of a friend.

-Exactly! Doc! Do you follow?

-Yes, continue, Jack. Does your friend have a name?

-No names, Doc! It's a dream! Imagine something I don't care!

-Ok, Jack. Ok. What happened next? Where did you go?

-How you know we go? No, no, no, no, Doc! We flew! It's a dream, you see, so we flew! Weeewee On a big bird! Exactly on a big bird! Ah-hah-ha!

-To where, Jack. Where did you fly?

-I don't know! Why should I know! But it doesn't matter, Doc! What matters is that there was somebody who wanted to stop me from leaving that ugly place! He tried! And he failed! Failed! Ah-hah-ha! He failed to stop me, Doc!

-Who was that, Jack? - a doctor looked at guards who were standing next to the exit and slightly nodded his head.

Two men nodded in reply and one of them pulled a small injector with a light purple substance in it.

-You see, Doctor! I think you know his name! You do! You do know his name! Everyone knows his name! Because he is Batman! Batman! BATMAN!!! - a patient jumped out from the sofa and darted toward doctor's desk screaming over and over again. - Batman! Batman! You know, Batman!

Two guards were on him in split second. They were no small guards. Those guys were huge. Doctor pressed a small button under his side table and he could hear people running from guard's room.

-Batman! Batman! He can't stop me! No one can! Ah-hah-ha! - a patient screamed.

-Did you get a shot? - asked doctor leaving his chair.

-He is strong! - screamed one guard holding a patient down while the second one tried to give a patient a shot of medicine.

Three more stuff members run into the doctor's office one of them had a taser but there was no use for it because a patient already got a shot and was almost unconscious.

-Take him out. - said doctor with disappointment in his voice. - Doctor Quinzel I would like you to stay.

-Yes. - she was a small woman with blond hair and big blue eyes she seemed calm and professional.

When they got left alone in the office doctor Quinzel was asked to sit down for a small conversation with a chief doctor.

-How is your progress with Jack, doctor Quinzel?

-Last five sessions he was pretty calm, so when you asked me to talk to him I was sure it wouldn't be a problem. But I guess he is still obsessed with… you know… Batman.

-Our conversation was pretty interesting anyway. I need your opinion about something doctor.

-Anything.

-Do you think that he is planning an escape?

-Oh Doctor Rex he can plan as long as he wants he has nothing to do anyway. The thing is he will never get out! - doctor Quinzel didn't even change her smile which she had on her face every time she got to talk to her boss.

-He was talking about a friend? Do you recall him saying something similar on your sessions?

-Friend? A guy is locked up here for the last five years. He doesn't receive any mail, all guards are hating him and he is in his sell twenty four hours a day, sir. No, my answer is no. Joker got no friends.

-Doctor Quinzel, we refer to our patients by name, you know that.

-I know… but I work with him for two years… the guy doesn't even remember his name. He lives in an imaginary world where he is the main character.

-I know that… I know… Ok, thank you Doctor. I will talk to you later you are free to go.

-Thank you, sir. - woman stood up and left and Doctor Rex set behind his desk thinking…
