-Where is my pumpkin cupcake? Did you eat it again Rouny fat ass?! Ah-haha-ha!

-Fuck off! One more time you call me a fat ass Joker, I will stuff your mouth with shit, cut your dick off and make you swallow it all! - a little bit overweight guard walked away after leaving a breakfast tray in a small sell window.

-Oh yeh… you really think you that tough hah! Just wait… just wait for it. And again I smell it… that new smell! They brought somebody else in here I have to find out. Ha!

A day was going as usual for those who were patients at Arkham Asylum. Regular checkups and gatherings at a TV room where all vegetables were brought to watch a blue screen with pictures. Some of the patients were not allowed to leave the sells except a court yard walk on chain.

-Here. Thirty minutes starts now. - said a guard to a chined patient. - Your doctor will be here shortly.

-Fresh crisp air. - a man closed his eyes and inhale full chest of air. - Mmm… I smell fall in the city.

-Hello, Jack. How are you today? - asked woman's voice from the far right corner.

-Ah! Doctor Quinzel! Such a nice surprise! I am actually feeling very good today!

-Nice to hear that. Any concerns about dreams or your health?

-Mmm… I have one concern, doctor.

-What is it? I can help you, Jack.

-Oh, I hope you will! You see… mmm… somebody ate my pumpkin cupcake and you know how much I love fall and Halloween and Ba.. cupcakes! Yes!

-I will talk to guards again. I guess we have a problem with some of them. You are not the one who complained about missing food items.

-All right then! Doctor. - a man smiled showing all his bright teeth and flashing crazy eyes and a small woman doctor in the corner of his walk yard.

He walked up to her so close that the chain got straight. That was a corner without any cameras and it was impossible for guard to see what was happening there. A camera had to be installed but there was always something more important to spent money for than the corner in a yard. Anyway guards were advised to watch a patient and if he got into that corner whether or not there was a doctor they had to go and check on that patient right away. So all Joker had was one minute before a guard walked in the yard.

-Kiss me my love. - whispered doctor.

And he did with passion.

-Tell me who is in the far right sell? - whispered Joker.

-How do you.. It's White Shadow.

-So she is alive. - Joker smiled with his widest smile possible and moved back from a woman.

-Doctor Quinzel are you ok? - asked a guard opening a door.

-Oh, yes! I am fine, we were just talking. I think I will leave my patient to his walk. - said woman in calm voice.

-Good! He doesn't deserve to have a doctor like you! You are so nice! - said a guard and followed woman out of the yard.

A man got left alone and he walked in circles for the last twenty minutes thinking and laughing on rare occasion.

The guards took him back to his sell and while walking through the hall the patient kept murmuring something under his nose.

-What the fuck are you saying there, Joker? - asked one guard and pushed the patient to his back.

-Who? Me? Oh, I am just saying that today is the day! Today is the day! Today is the day! - Joker screamed so fearlessly and loud that the rest of the patients got noisy and unsettled as well. In a moment the whole section was going crazy. The guard toss the screaming and laughing patient back to his sell.

-Call upstairs! They all went nuts! - said one guard who was slightly bigger than the other, so he run to the guards room to call.

-Rouny! Rouny! - the voice from the hall was calling to the second guard who was closing doors to the stairs which led outside and the regular sectors.

The keys slipped through his fat fingers and went down on the floor with rattling sound. Rouny tried to grab the keys but his fingers were too fat to go through the door made of metal bars.

Suddenly, somebody down the corridor tossed a Molotov cocktail to the empty sell which caused an explosion and fire.

-Oh! Fuck that! - Rouny was trying to get out from the stairs, he knew there were three more doors which could stop patients if they opened the one he just locked.

-Rouny! Guess what I have! - the voice was so close that the guard looked back and his face turned pale.

-It's locked! You can't come here! - screamed Rouny shivering.

-Oh, yes I can! - there they were, the keys were hooked on the long skinny finger of a slender with a wide smile. Joker tossed keys up and caught them with a left hand, behind him was a blazing fire but he smiled.

-We have more people! We have guns! - screamed Rouny trying to stand up.

-Oh I love guns! Can't wait to see those toys of yours but unfortunately for you the game is over.

A key turned and the caged door shut open, the guard screamed his last cause words and there was no more.

The guards room was full of people, they called for back up but because of a heavy rain all power went down including sell phone connections. They heard their friend shouted but they didn't dare to go and check on him.

-Ok guys! I will send Will and Gragory to the main building looks like they can't see our cameras because of the electricity shutoff. You run and tell them that patients made a mutiny, there is a fire on a lower level we need more people, ambulance and fire trucks! Run!

Two young guards left the room but they never made it out from the building.

They were stopped by the most unexpected force.

-Doctor Quinzel! Hide! There is a mutiny going on!

-Oh! I know!

Shots got fired and the doctor went to the guards room. They didn't see her coming with one automated gun in her hands and one over her body.

She heard screams from downstairs and shouted:

-I'm coming cupcake! As soon as I'm done with these assholes!
