"Hi." Satoru was leaning on (Y/N)'s doorframe taking her by surprise. Not that she expected to see someone else, no, Gojo was the only person to show up at her place anyway, but she wasn't expecting him to do that after he had avoided her. Did their encounter in the morgue change something?
"Can I come in?"
"Yeah, sure. I wasn't expecting to see you here."
Gojo noticed right away the almost empty wine bottle and her computer that was paused on a movie. The frozen picture was rather amusing to him.
"Did I interrupted you?"
His sheepish smile confused her.
"No, why would you thin..."
She followed the direction of his gaze, knowing right away what he was talking about. She had completely forgotten about the movie she was watching and in which part she was when pausing it. Shocked she saw a sex scene on her computer screen.
"T-that's just a movie." Running to her bed she flipped the screen close.
Laughing out loud, Satoru lifted a hand as if to say he didn't believe her. "Hey, I'm not judging you, everyone watches porn sometimes."
Embarrassed, she tossed a pillow at the annoying man and pouted on her bed. "It's not porn! It's a movie called 365 days. You can google it if you don't believe me."
Needless to say, he caught the pillow effortlessly. "Yeah, whatever."
"Did you came all this way to make fun of me?"
"Not entirely." He tossed the pillow back on the bed.
She felt the need to drink some more wine. Picking up the bottle, she motioned it to Satoru, who was sitting down on the bed beside her. Since he declined, she poured the rest of the liquid into her glass drinking a sip.
"Spill it out then, why are you here?"
When she had seen him, she thought he wanted to have sex again, but he didn't make any move towards that. Did he come to talk about what had happened the other night?
'Why am I here.' Satoru asked himself.
He had planned to stay away from (Y/N), even after they had met in the morgue, but he couldn't. Although he needed to tell her to keep Yuji's revival a secret, he could do so through the phone. He was about to do so until he remembered she should be working and she doesn't pick up her phone during her shift. So he had an excuse to see her. Once at the bar, he found out she wasn't working, so his next excuse was to go to her place to make sure she hadn't left. But he wasn't to tell her that...
"I'm here to talk."
He had her full attention, but what he wanted to talk about wasn't what she was expecting.
"I want to keep Yuji's revival a secret for now. It will be safer for him that way until he gets stronger."
She didn't let show her surprise or disappointment.
"Hum makes sense. But you gonna tell Megumi and Nobara about it, right?"
"No. The fewer people know about it, the better."
"That's cruel, they are his friends. Hell, Megumi saw Yuji die in front of his eyes." She became mad at his decision. It didn't make any sense to let Megumi morn.
"He can handle it, he has been through worse."
(Y/N) couldn't believe what she was hearing and began to doubt if Gojo was really that caring towards Megumi as she thought he was.
She got up, finishing her wine, but she needed more alcohol to deal with her emotions. She searched for another bottle of wine in the kitchen, but then decided she may need something stronger. Taking out a shot glass, she poured some liquor in it and downed it in one gulp. As she turned around, Gojo had gotten up from her bed to see what she was doing.
He wasn't quite understanding her reaction. Was she mad at him? Couldn't she see that this would be the best for all his students?
What the sorcerer didn't know was that for (Y/N) a real friendship was more important than many things. Although she had been traveling from town to town and apparently didn't cared about friends, it wasn't true. Some people she had met during her journey had become her new family. That's why she kept in contact with them through e-mail. If they would need her help, she would go right the next day.
That's why she didn't understand how Gojo was planning to hide to Megumi that Yuji was still alive. They were friends and she knew how much it hurt the teen to see his friend die.
When (Y/N) turned around and was faced with Gojo again, she couldn't hold in her temper.
"I thought you cared about your students and hated to see them suffer, but I guess I was wrong. You are just an arrogant self-centered prick."
Satoru was taken aback by her spite. He thought the woman would know him better by now. But then again, how could she, if he always tried to hide his caring side.
"Is that what you think of me?"
He didn't intend to sound so hurt, but that's what caught her attention.
She sighed in desperation. She wanted to understand him and not get mad at him.
"No, but that's what it looks like with what you are asking of me."
Her answer made his heart feel lighter. Giving a sad smile he explained:
"The higher-ups didn't just send Yuji alone to his death sentence, they sent Megumi and Nobara with him too, not caring if they would kill three innocent teens as long as Sukuna's vessel would be killed too. That's why it's safer for them not to know the truth. I know it's hard for them, but I'm sure they can handle it."
(Y/N) was leaning on her counter considering if she should take another drink, but thought it would be enough for now. She left her kitchen and sat on her bed again, while Gojo preferred to stay standing.
"I don't like it, but I guess you're right."
"What did you say? I couldn't hear that." He teased to lighten up the mood.
"You heard me just fine, so don't get cooky."
"Then, can I count on you to keep it secret?"
"Yeah, yeah... Any other thing you want to talk about?"
"Ah, yes. I'm going to be busier now with Yuji's individual training, so I thought to ask Nanami to train with you. Don't know if he is free tomorrow, so you don't need to come to school before your shift."
"Oh, actually, I don't have to work anymore. When I called my boss to say I wouldn't make it today, he told me it was okay because the new one could already handle things on her own."
"Perfect, so you have more time for practice. After talking to Nanami I'll send you a text to let you know when your next training will be."
"Okay, I'll wait then."
Satoru didn't really want to leave, but it would be for the best to do so before he would do something to (Y/N) that he might regret later. He had told her everything he needed to and since she had quite some liquor, she wasn't probably thinking straight and he was reaching his limit too while watching her in her short-shorts and that tight tank top with no bra underneath it...
He clapped his hands to focus before walking slightly to her door.
"So, that was it. See you tomorrow..."
"Wait..."
She wouldn't let him go without them talking about what had happened the other day. For her, it was a thorn in her side the way Gojo had left her to sleep alone in his bed.
"... There is something I want to talk to you too."
Curious he went back.
(Y/N) got up again to have one last drink. "Don't you want something to drink too? Or some snack?"
She was getting tired of drinking alone, but to go through whit what she wanted to tell Gojo, she needed just another shot.
"No, I'm good." As Satoru saw her downing another shot, he added. "Didn't you had enough already?"
With her back, she leaned on the counter so she could see Gojo.
"I'm good, it's not like I'm going to drive or something. I still know what I'm doing and saying, so..."
"Okay, then what do you want to talk about?"
Crossing her arms to look more serious, she began.
"We are both adults, right Gojo?"
Wondering what this was about he said "Yes?" in questioning.
"When we talked about relationships, we both said we weren't looking for something serious."
He kept silent while still not understanding a thing, remembering their first date when they talked about that.
"I know that at that time I was hiding my true identity and you probably lied about some things too, but I wasn't lying about that part, and I'm convinced so weren't you, right?"
She waited for his answer.
"Right."
"With that in mind, we had sex and both of us knew it was just that. We just had fun together, we knew there were no feelings involved."
Slowly she made her way towards him. Each of her steps was taken with confidence although she was scared to be refused by him. Even tipsy as she was, she didn't waver, that much was her focus.
"So why did you slept on the couch the last time we fucked? Were you scared that if I would wake up next to you I would think you had fallen for me?"
She stopped in front of him, leaving him, probably for the first time, speechless.
"I..."
While he was searching for words she interrupted him while pressing her hand on his chest to force him to step back.
"You don't have to answer me, just know that you don't have to do that again the next time you want to fuck me."
His legs had reached her bed and she stopped pushing him but continued to talk.
"But don't expect me to always be willing for you. If I say no, you will respect me."
She waited for his answer.
He simply nodded since his voice was muted by the intensity she was talking. He knew she was strong-willed, he had seen her before so empowered, but now, she surpassed that first time he had slept with her.
Accepting his nod as an answer, she gave him one last push so he would sit back on her bed.
"That said, I have needs too, you know. Maybe there will be some times I want to fuck you too. If you don't want, you simply say so and I will respect that."
With her knees on her bed on each side of Gojo's leg, she stood directly over him. She was pleased when she felt his hands go directly to her body. To see into his eyes, she slowly removed his blindfold. Looking down at him, she continued.
"So, Gojo, answer me just with yes or no."
She lightly pulled his hair to tilt his head further back, their lips almost touching now.
"Do you want me to fuck you?"
