Clutching the hot cup of coffee in her desperate sleep deprived hands Uraraka blissfully hummed as the hot liquid hit her tongue and she started to feel her humanity slowly returning to her. "So good…"
"Woah someone's had a rough night." Kaminari grinned as he and Kirishima walked into the break room.
"You could say that." She mumbled into her drink as she continued to let the coffee do its job. Last night was one of many sleepless nights she's had in the last few months whenever her son decided it was a good time to practice his vocal cords. It was only a miracle she managed to get up with only a couple of hours' worth of sleep, take him to daycare and drag herself over here. Which was why she held onto her cup like her life depended on it otherwise she wasn't sure how she was going to make it for the rest of her shift.
"Little man's keeping you up huh?" Kirishima leaned against the counter next to her while Kaminari busied himself with looking through the fridge to see what Jirou had packed them for lunch.
"Sort of."
"Denki, I swear if I see you going through our food again…!" Jirous voice could be heard outside the break room as he stiffened and quick as a cat slammed the refrigerator door shut.
"I wasn't doing anything!" he whined as he ran out.
"Anyways…" shaking his head Kirishima turned back to her with her face holding as much laughter as his at the sight of Jirou listening in to Kaminari's explanation down the hall. "If you ever need any help, just let me know ok."
"Thanks Kirishima, but I'll be fine." She tried to suppress her yawn but failed.
"Hey Ura-woah!" Deku did a double take zooming in on the way her half lidded eyes looked bloodshot from exhaustion with noticeable pegs under them. Her hair wasn't as straight and bouncy as it normally would but instead stuck out in every way possible. "Are you ok?!"
"Hmm? Of course." She tried to smile but it only came out lazy. "Once I finish this then I'll be back to normal don't worry."
"If you say so." With a sympathetic smile Deku quickly poured himself a cup.
"So, I heard Shinso came to visit yesterday?" Kirishima stared between the two.
"Yeah, we had a good time catching up." she said remembering how much fun they had the previous day.
"Yeah, he told me what happened. Gotta say I'm still not a fan of this whole thing…" he thoughtfully frowned. "But I've given it some more thought after you had left, and I get it. But still… can't be easy."
"It's not." she admitted.
"By the way where is Kacchan?" Deku curiously looked over his shoulder. "Haven't seen him yet."
"From what I heard he's usually here by now." Uraraka began to drink her coffee even faster in hopes of refilling it before she could make her quick getaway to avoid running into him.
Seeing both their awaiting expressions Kirishima looked from one to the other before waving his hands and giving a small glare at the two. "Guys I'm not his keeper! I don't always know where Bakugo is!"
Questioningly titling her head Uraraka saw him briefly look over his shoulder. "You don't?"
"Nah he's finishing up one of the night patrols since they needed someone to fill in, so he should be back any minute after stopping to get some coffee on his way here."
"Well, that's my cue." Without another word she quickly slipped past them and out the door.
"I don't know how long she expects to keep this up."
"I think she'll be fine. Kacchans pretty smart so I'm sure he's caught on to what she's doing." Deku said next to him. "If anything, he probably won't mind giving her space."
"Or…it could be quite the opposite." Kirishima ran a frustrated hand through his hair. "Especially when she's involved."
"Yeah, I guess that's true too." Deku thoughtfully nodded. "But then again that was before. The Kacchan we know now has no feelings for her in that way, so we can only hope things will stay that way."

The sounds of traffic horns honking had Uraraka quickly looking around to see if there was anything out of the ordinary going on as she continued down the street with Jirou. At least today it seemed to be a good day with only the bare minimum happening that required their assistance. So, when they made their way back to the Agency Urarakas feet couldn't walk fast enough, determined to get all her work done in record time and be in her apartment to give Kiseki a warm bath before it was time for bed.
Just the thought of snuggling into the warm blankets of her makeshift bed had her tiredly smiling until she felt the splash of water on her face. "Kiseki no." she pouted down at her happy child who grinned toothlessly back. "You're so lucky your cute." She smiled before hearing her phone buzzing and seeing who it was placed it on speaker. "Hey Mina."
"Hey babe, whatcha doing?"
"Apparently getting a bath meant for Kiseki." She giggled while continuing to bathe him. She silently listened in to how Minas day went, chiming in every now and then until she finished putting him in his snug pajamas.
"…so apparently Kendo finally said yes to Tetsutetsu can you believe that?! It only took them how long?"
"Well maybe they just wanted to take things slow you know, not everyone's in such a rush to date when we're so busy doing what we do."
"Yeah, I guess I get that but that should also be one of the reasons we should find that special someone you know." Mina sat in her apartment keeping half of her attention on the conversation while the other half stared at the tv in front of her while drinking her shake since Hagakure was staying with Ojiro tonight. "I mean something could happen tomorrow, so what's the point in waiting. I would rather enjoy life to the fullest while I can and never worry about what if's you know. Remember my motto? No regrets? That's me. I'm all about that carpe diem stuff." Waving her hand, she stopped for a moment before putting her drink down. "Except Kiri…he always seems to ground me you know…in a good way."
"Yeah?"
"Mm-hmm, with him I always felt like I didn't need to look for something else to occupy myself with because I had him…someone I could seize the day with despite some of the things I wanted to do that would make that boy speechless."
"I'm sure he didn't mind." Uraraka couldn't help but laugh.
"I loved seeing him like that." Mina dreamingly hummed. "Boy I miss him…"
"I think he misses you too Mina."
"You think?"
"Of course. Who wouldn't want a Mina Ashido in their life to always spice things up."
"I do, don't I?" Laughing Mina began to feel ten times lighter than she was a few minutes ago. "Who knows what will happen, maybe I'll get him to squirm the way he used to."
Laughing Uraraka saw Kiseki quizzically frowning up at her no doubt wondering what his mommy found so funny while he drank his milk. "Alright before you go into detail, I have to go."
"Oh, that's right you have the moving company coming by tomorrow, right?"
"Actually…" groaning Uraraka tried not to think about all the hassle that awaited her the next day. "I got a call from them during work. They said all our stuffs there, but they can't get it delivered right now and if I was ok with waiting a couple of more days. So, Deku and Todoroki offered to help me and Kenzo tomorrow."
"And you didn't ask me?" Mina dramatically gasped. "I don't know if I should be offended."
"Are you sure? You're off tomorrow so I wouldn't want to-"
"Pff what good am I if I can't even help my friend out." Mina dismissively waved her hand even though she knew Uraraka couldn't see her. "As a matter of fact, I even have my very own private moving company available!"
"You do?"
"Yup." Mina grinned. "Plus, I have some stuff here that needs moving too anyways. Just send me the info and I'll be there tomorrow. I even know someone who drives a truck just in case we need it."
"Ok…." Glancing at her phone after they hung up Uraraka was surprised that Mina had her own company without her ever having mentioned it once, but nonetheless was grateful for the help. After burping her son, she carefully tugged him in next to her. "Time for bed sweetie. We got a long day ahead of us tomorrow."
X
Tiredly stretching her arms above her head as she laid on the floor of her living room, she continued to check her phone before glancing back up at the ceiling wondering how things were going since it's been a good minute since they were supposed to have picked up all of their things. When she heard the front door opening, she eagerly jumped to her feet to see both Deku and Todoroki walk in each carrying boxes.
"Sorry we're late." Deku quickly said as he walked inside followed by Todoroki. "Kenzo's parking the truck, so we decided to carry in the things we put in Todorokis car.
"You need help?"
Shaking their heads Todoroki pointed his finger at the writing on the box that read Pillows which made her smile. "Where would you like these?" he asked.
"Um in that rooms fine." She gratefully smiles before turning to Deku. "Have you seen Mina? I haven't been able to get a hold of her."
"She actually met us there and is now downstairs with the others."
"Really?" Uraraka shot her brows up in surprise when she heard knocking on her front door. "She said she was bringing help..."
"Yeah…" Deku nervously grinned preparing himself for the shocking news. "But's it's not the type of help I'm sure you were expecting."
"Huh?" Swinging the door open, the smile on her face instantly froze the minute she saw an overly caffeinated Mina grinning back with Kirishima awkwardly holding a stack of boxes next to an irritated Bakugo whose prominent scowl remained plastered on his face. "H-hey?"
"Surprise! It's moving day!" Mina happily lunged forward wrapping her in a ginormous hug. "Hope we're not too late. We had a little problem finding our way there."
"Little problem? Tch and who's WE?" Bakugo mumbled remembering her sense of direction was as useless as a blindfolded moth. It was only by sheer luck and the will to argue that they made it there in Kirishima's truck in the first place.
"Well, we made it didn't we?" she fired back.
"Erm Mina…?" Uraraka quickly pulled her aside "I thought you said you had your own people to help!"
"I do." she nodded back over to the two who remained waiting in the hallway unaware of what was being said.
"Mina…"
"Alright well Kirishima said he wanted to help." She whispered back with a small pout.
"And Bakugo?"
"I just dragged him along." She chuckled when she heard him mumble something under his breath. "It's like they come together in a neat little package."
"You do realize this shit's not getting any lighter!"
"You'll be fine Mr. grumpy. Otherwise, what's all that training for huh?" she snapped back before addressing a still startled Uraraka.
"Yeah, well I never agreed to partake in any of this!" Bakugo shot back before glowering at the red head next to him who stayed surprisingly quiet. "And your ass said we were going to the arcade! This isn't the arcade!"
"My bad." Kirishima grunted barely keeping it together with the three stacks of boxes labeled books stacked on top of each other.
"Fine." Reluctantly stepping aside Uraraka watched as Mina gleefully let herself in stretching her arms out towards Kiseki who sat in his car seat with Todoroki already peering down at him.
"Baby!" Mina kept her eyes on the child as she waved the others to come on in. "More moving less standing!"
"You are not my damn handler!" he barked back as he watched Kirishima move past him and into the apartment where Deku stood. He took one quick glance at Uraraka and could vaguely see the disappointed on her face. "Jeez airhead don't look so damn grateful." He rolled his eyes once he saw her silently move further aside.
"Sorry anywhere is fine."
"Help! Help!" Kaminari whimpered, taking one step at a time while desperately holding onto a large rectangular box as Jirou trailed behind him trying not to laugh with another smaller box. "Can't feel my fingers!"
"Sorry!" Shaking her head Uraraka quickly placed her hand on the box instantly relieving it of its weight. "Wish you guys would've told me you were here so I could've helped."
"Ah thank you Uraraka!" He blissfully grinned.
When she turned, she was surprised to see Bakugo still standing in the middle of the apartment with the boxes in hand.
"Alright Round face where do you want these?"
"Any-"
"Just tell me where the hell, otherwise you'll have to move them later and that's a damn hassle easy to avoid." He scowled back at her.
"I could always use my quirk." She answered back.
"Round Face…"
"Just tell us please, otherwise he won't let us just place these anywhere." Kirishima groaned readjusting his grip on the boxes. What made him think carrying these was the most chivalrous thing to do while impressing a certain pink girl in the process quickly made him regret it.
"Over there please." She pointed towards her bedroom.
"Now was that so hard?" Bakugo triumphantly grinned as they briskly walked past her, and she had to fight the urge not to roll her eyes.
"What is up with you two?" Mina placed her hands on her hips while the others walked back to the truck. "Although he does have a point."
"I guess." Exhaling loudly, Uraraka had to agree that it would save time later not that she would give him the benefit of knowing he was right again.
Stretching his arms out in front of him, Kirishima patted the boxes he had just set down before turning to the door. "Alright let's keep moving man."
Frowning Bakugo crouched down and turned the boxes they had carried so he could read them before scoffing and getting back up. "Are you kidding me Round Face?"
"What is it?" Looking over her shoulder she could see the ghost of a smile on his face.
"How many more damn boxes of this porn you call books do you still have?"
"What?!" Whipping his head around Kirishima stared wide eyed at one flustered Uraraka.
"Wait did someone say porn?" Kaminari intriguingly peeked his head inside the apartment carrying another box a second before Jirou smacked him in the head with her earphone jack. "Ow! It was a legitimate question babe!"
"Those aren't porn." Jirou said.
"Exactly!" Uraraka wildly waved her hands in front of her face. "Honestly they're not!"
"They are." Bakugo full on smirked at seeing her so flushed. "Or did you forget that I read one."
"YOU WHAT?!" They all gawked back except for Uraraka and Kirishima who were just as surprised but only at the fact that he flat out admitted it to everyone. And with the surprised look on his face, he hadn't meant for that to happen either.
"Ok well I think that we came in at the wrong time." Deku quicky dropped the boxes he'd been carrying with Todoroki before stiffly walking back out.
"Wait what is that?" Uraraka heard Todoroki quietly ask the green haired boy down the hall as she tried to bury her face deeper in her hands.
"Is that seriously what that is?!" Kaminari walked towards the doorway to her room eyeing the various boxes.
"Oh don't give me that shit, you were there reading something similar back at UA." Bakugo didn't even blink when Kaminari stopped right in front of him open mouthed.
"Dude!"
"Oh yeah that…" Kirishima mumbled only loud enough for him to hear, remembering that time they all found themselves in the school's library right before the giant stuff animal attack.
"You too Kirishima?!" They now stared wide eyed at him.
"Apparently I wasn't as quiet as I thought." He winced when he heard Jirou and Mina laugh out.
"Oh my god this is too hilarious!" Jirou chuckled as she pulled out her phone. "Why would you guys even read that?"
"None of your damn business and you better not be recording any of this shit Ears!"
"Of course I'm not.' She grinned as she began putting her phone away.
"Ok could we just please change the subject!" Uraraka desperately removed her hands while the blush still remained.
Nodding Mina comfort wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "Uraraka's right. So what if she has porn-"
"Mina!"
Pointing his finger at the pink girl to prove his point Bakugo only grinned. "There. See."
"Yeah well…" Embarrassingly folding her arms over her chest Uraraka's humiliation began to turn into curiosity now, just wanting to know what else he remembered out of that little detail. "What were you doing reading one anyways?"
"That's what I'd like to know." Jirou said.
"Ooh this should be good..." Mina mischievous grinned.
Frowning Bakugo thought about it for a while before halfway shrugging his shoulders. "I don't know I guess wanted to see what the big fuss was about. I mean the story wasn't too bad and I figured that if Pink Cheeks over here likes these porn novels so much-"
"Not porn!" she pleadingly groaned.
"Porn."
"Porn."
"It's not. I read it for the stories." She defended herself before turning to Mina. "Mina help me out here."
"Sorry Ochaco but you already know why I read them." Mina giggled when she saw Kirishimas bashful face drop to the ground. "So, let's face it. Who isn't a little dirty minded here, am I right?" Mina soothingly patted her friends' shoulder as Bakugo scoffed. "Well, everyone except Bakugo who's a deprived grouch who's only purpose in life is to die alone."
"What the fuck?!"
"So, you see we're all a little perverted here...well not to Minetas standards but still…"
"Sure are, right Jirou?" Kaminari teasingly wrapped an arm around Jirous' waist who only gaped back. "What?"
"Not me. You all can have all that wasteless crap." Bakugo quickly brushed past them. "Now let's hurry and just get on with this."
"Alright let's go." Nodding Kirishima quickly followed with Jirou and Kaminari.
"That was so humiliating." Uraraka pouted picking up Kiseki so she could go downstairs and help take off some of the weight of the heavier items.
"It'll be fine." Mina linked her arms with hers. "Now come on my little slut there's plenty of work waiting for us." Mina full on laughed when she saw Uraraka playfully gasped knowing she was only joking.
X
"Alright…" Kaminari exhaustingly leaned against the wall. It wasn't so much the heavy lifting that had done the job since Uraraka's quirk had helped quite a bit, but rather having to go up and down the many flights of stairs on a hot day that did it. "How about a break?"
"I second that." Jirou said after grabbing the cold glass of water Uraraka had offered her and Kaminari.
"I can't thank you guys enough for helping."
"How about getting your ass up?! We still got a couple of boxes downstairs." Bakugo grunted as he and Kirishima emerged from the hall carrying a surprisingly heavy table with Mina close behind holding a couple of chairs.
"Oh man…" Kaminari pouted as he and Jirou went back downstairs.
"Uraraka where do you want this?" Kirishima bit his lip as he followed her to the small dining area that led out to a decent size balcony.
"I told you I don't mind helping you guys." She said once she saw them set it down while leaning on their knees.
"Pff, we got it don't worry." Kirishima waved off her concern. "Now if only these black spots would stop appearing…"
"Here." She quickly maneuvered her way through all the boxes and furniture now littering her apartment. It wasn't that she had so many things but given the size of the place it made it seem more than she really had.
"Thanks, you're a life saver." Kirishima tiredly grinned before taking a big gulp and thankful that he had thought about wearing his bandana to keep his hair out of his face.
"Hmm…" tapping her chin Mina tilted her head appreciatively watching the way his arms glistened and flexed anytime he took another drink of his water. "Not bad."
Rolling his eyes Bakugo disgustingly shook his head at the obvious exchange before heading to Uraraka's room. "Come on Shitty Hair let's finish this!"
"I guess I'm being summoned." He grinned before heading off in the same direction.
"Mina…" Uraraka gestured towards the side of her mouth which just made the Pink girl sheepishly grin back.
"Sorry not sorry."
After a few more minutes and a few trips in and out of the truck they were just about done filling the apartment with Kenzo bringing in the last of the boxes. "Alright that's the last of them." He said as he checked his phone. "Gotta get this truck back before meeting with Tsukauchi."
"Ok." Uraraka said watching Todoroki from the kitchen as he continued to pace the living room with Kiseki in his arms, she could have sworn she heard him quietly talking to her baby so maybe this was also therapeutic for him to have someone to talk to. But regardless she did find it rather sweet.
Exiting the bedroom Bakugo took another drink of his water as he let his eyes roam around the place. It wasn't anything fancy, just enough room for a living room, dining area that let into the small kitchen, bathroom and three rooms.
"Aww look he's yawning!" Kaminari happily grinned when he saw Kiseki relax into Todoroki.
"Guess your voice must really soothe him." Mina smiled when she saw Todoroki carefully hand him over to Deku next.
"Or maybe he just thinks you're boring." Bakugo grumbled and slowly smirked into his glass as he finished it off receiving disapproving looks from everyone. "Oh shit, did I say that out loud?"
"You really think that?" Todoroki genuinely asked but as Bakugo was about to answer Mina quickly cut him off.
"Of course not cutie. You're always the life of the party."
"Yeah man." Kirishima quickly chimed in clapping him on the back.
Frowning Todoroki slowly nodded. "Ok I thought so."
Shaking his head Bakugo watched as Deku began lightly bouncing on his feet when Kiseki started to tiredly wiggle in his arms. "There there Kiseki, don't worry Uncle Deku's here."
'Uncle Deku? What the hell…?' he thought frowning at the way his childhood friend seemed to be on familiar terms with the kid who seemed to captivate everyone in the room. It came as of no shock to him that Deku probably was aware of Uraraka's pregnancy from the start since those two were always so close in high school to the point it just became painful to watch. But then again it wasn't his business to meddle in other people's lives so what did he care anyways.
"Alright I think it's time I head off now." Deku said placing Kiseki down in the car seat.
"Yeah, me too. I've got to get back to the office since I have to meet with Mirko and Hawks."
"Mirko? As in the Rabbit Hero Mirko?"
"Is there anyone else?" Jirou amusingly asked as she walked over to the kitchen where Bakugo could see her talking to that beard haired guy again.
"Well, no…" Kaminari sheepishly grinned. "Just haven't seen her in a bit after she took some time off due to her injuries."
"From my understanding she's already back which I suppose is one of the reasons for why she's looking to meet." Todoroki followed Jirou and Deku to the kitchen as they also said their goodbyes.
"Oh, we do have one more box in the car." Deku suddenly stopped at the front door.
"Don't worry I got it." Kirishima was already halfway out the door when Mina quickly joined him.
"I'll come with you."
"Tch, yeah because it takes two idiots to carry a damn box." Bakugo rolled his eyes as he watched the pair leave. He just wished they'd finally get it over with instead of giving each other damn puppy dog eyes every chance they had.
When he returned to stare at the now quiet apartment, he realized he wasn't alone. Sure, Uraraka was only a few feet away still talking to that guy from before, but he couldn't help the uneasy feeling in his stomach as a pair of crimson eyes watched him closely from across the room.
"Just great." He mumbled breaking eye contact and scratched his cheek before stuffing his hands in his pocket and making his way in the direction of the kitchen. No way was he going to be stuck here with someone who continued following him with those big round eyes.
Call it curiosity but he couldn't help but stop next to him when he heard the child make a small grunting sound, making sure to keep perfectly still as he gave the baby a sidelong glance.
It was unnerving really the way this boy kept studying him almost as if trying to find something familiar about him but no matter what, his tiny mind couldn't narrow it down just yet.
"Tch." Taking a quick glance towards the kitchen where he could still see Uraraka busy, he inhaled deeply before fully turning to him and crouching down. "Kiseki right?"
When he didn't get any reaction out of the boy instead only chewing on a small toy he held in his hand, Bakugo carefully took another peek towards the kitchen before staring back at the chubby cheeked baby who no doubt held Urarakas same pink cheeks. "I'm Bakugo by the way. Guess we never really met." When he saw the boy briefly narrow his eyes before kicking his legs, Bakugo only scoffed when he saw the toy fall towards the side of the seat and into the carpet.
Picking it up he stared at it for a few seconds when he realized it was a small Deku toy before handing it back to him. "You dropped thi-" The minute he saw his tiny hand reach forward and wrapping around his index finger, his eyes slowly widened as he watched it curl around in a firm grip. He felt himself instantly tense and was surprised by the little boy's strength who continued to stare up at him in wonder.
Repeatedly opening and closing his mouth he couldn't do anything but feel the warmth radiating though his chest in an odd way he wasn't expecting before it quickly filled with panic. Panic that someone that small could make him feel so vulnerable and it was nerve wracking to think about. "No no nononono." Bouncing his wild eyes between the kitchen then back to Kisekis tight grip he gently pried his finger free before curling his hands around the boys' smaller fists and softly fist bumping him instead. "We don't do that; we do this understand?" When he did it again, Bakugo nodded to himself instantly feeling his shoulder relax. "Ok, good."
"Alright that's everything." Kirishima grunted when he placed the box down before turning to see Bakugo abruptly getting to his feet and eyeing the child. "What's wrong with you Bakubro?"
Silently shaking his head, his eyes remained fixated on the baby even after he felt Kirishima stop next to him.
"So, you finally got to meet the little guy huh?" Kirishima fondly grinned watching the way both father and son continued to stare at one another.
"Yeah." He calmly said before feeling Kirishima's firm grip on his shoulder allowing him to finally remove his eyes from the boy and instead stare into Kirishimas glistening ones. "Oh what the hell's wrong with you now?"
"What do you mean?" Kirishimas proudly smiled with a shaky voice. "I'm just so happy."
Shooting him a strange look he decided it was best not to dig deeper into his odd behavior knowing otherwise he'd be looped into something he probably didn't want to be in. So instead, Bakugo headed for the kitchen just as Kenzo made his way out without a word.
As he entered, he found Uraraka busying herself with drying some of the empty glasses she had washed while he leaned back against the counter holding his own glass. "So, where do you want me?"
"What?!" Startled, she whirled around almost dropping the glass she had in her hands. Thankful to his quick reflexes he managed to catch it before it hit the ground.
"Just when I thought you couldn't get any clumsier, you prove me wrong." Raising himself up he placed the glass on the counter next to her before waiting expectantly for her.
"I'm sorry what?" tilting her head sideways she wasn't sure if she heard him right.
"Where do you want me?" he repeated, this time a little slower watching the way she turned away from him with a deep blush.
"Jeez Round face get your mind out of the gutter." He leaned his head back with a hidden smile enjoying the way she began to look so flustered before returning to drying the rest of the glasses.
"It wasn't." she firmly said, refusing to let him see her any more flustered than she already was even as he moved to lean on the counter next to her. "You need something to drink? Or anything for the help?" When she saw him raise his glass, she quickly went to fill it back up.
"Shitty hair and I already build your bed, so that way you won't have to sleep on the floor anymore."
Looking over her shoulder she saw him focusing on something past the kitchen and into the dining area. "Thank you, you guys really didn't have to do that." When he didn't respond she awkwardly cleared her throat before handing him the glass which he took.
"Got a nice place here." He said, taking a much-needed gulp from his water as she pressed her lips together in a tight lip smile thinking he'd leave now. The silence dragged on for a little while before he decided this was the best time as any to finally talk about the other day. "Oi listen, I know we've had this conversation before but the day when you heard…" When he saw understanding flicker in her brown eyes, he decided he was going to tell her this even if she bit his head off again like before. "I didn't mean any disrespect by it. And…I guess I wanted to say I'm sorry. I get how it must've sounded…but I just wanted you to know that when I said that…what I mean was that not everyone has the balls or strength to do what you do. Being a hero is hard enough without adding the responsibility of taking care of a child." He briefly paused letting out a nervous chuckle. "I will admit it did catch me by surprise…but if anyone can do it, I know you can."
She had long finished drying as her soft eyes turned to see him still staring off in the distance. Her voice coming out small as her heart began to swell with emotions as a small smile tugged at her lips. "I'm sure you're not the only one that was surprised." She softly giggled when he finally turned to her. "But thank you Bakugo, that really means a lot to me."
"Yeah well…" Rubbing the back of his head he paused when they heard Kiseki banging his toy against the seat. She followed his gaze that stayed in the direction the dining room was before he spoke again. "You got a good kid there."
"Alright all done here." Kirishima voice cut through the apartment immediately making the blond walk out to find him, Mina, Jirou and Kaminari already waiting for him. "You ready man?"
"Yeah, I've got shit to do anyways." he said, stuffing his hands in his pockets as he exited the apartment and into the hall.
"Nu-huh Kirishima didn't tell you? We still have my stuff to move!" Mina shouted back waiting for the usual shouting to come any minute.
"DAMN IT!"
