As she walked down the street Uraraka tried her best to keep a watchful eye on everything around her- which she found difficult at the moment considering she still had other things on her mind. She knew she shouldn't but every second of everyday had her questioning her baby's safety, wondering how someone like Toga who had been locked up in one of the most secure places in all of Japan had knowledge of her whereabouts as well as her son. Which only left her with one answer…Hana.

Flashback…

Once they got home from Tartarus Kenzo had been quiet during the whole drive back to the daycare. He was angry and so was she, so as soon as she laid eyes on Kiseki she didn't hesitate to pick him up and check his tiny wrist to make sure he still wore the blue bracelet. The same one she wore.

"The little runts safe for now." Kenzo had said as he stared out the window. "Let's make sure it stays that way."

Nodding she lightly began soothing him back to sleep when he began wiggling. "How is it possible that Toga knows all this?"

"Her and Hana had a complicated relationship. But there were things that Toga even kept hidden from the rest of us, worried about any of us interfering with what she craved most." When he saw her drop her head towards Kiseki he added. "You don't cross someone like Hana without her already being ten steps ahead of you Mouse. So, it could have been that Toga knew of Kiseki before any of the fight at the base even went down."

"Or it could mean that they're still in contact with each other." She shook her head. "I don't know… but I have to find out. I have to find out what Hana is planning with the Ipponmichi…with Bakugo and with…" Her voice broke at the thought of what could happen if she didn't stop this.

End of Flashback…

Her breathing began to pick up as the sudden panic started to build in her gut. 'I can't do this…' Balling her hands on either side she inhaled deeply trying to focus on the present, forcing her feet onward as she continued patrolling. She should just take him and go. Take Kiseki and get as far away from here as she could.

Her bottom lip began to tremble as the endless possibilities of the outcome threatened to overwhelm her until a gruff voice finally broke her out her panicked state.

"Oi did you hear me?!"

Freezing in place, she swallowed and forced herself to turn enough to see him standing next to her.

"H-hey Bakugo." She blinked back in confusion, and he didn't know whether it was because she wasn't expecting him to be there or because she was otherwise distracted, which she seemed to have been doing a lot lately. But when he saw her force a small smile that didn't fool him in the least, he knew there was something more to it.

"Care to tell me why I've been talking to myself for the last couple of blocks?" He scowled when she didn't even bother to offer an apology like she normally would.

"You were?" she tried to keep her voice normal but couldn't help the way it came out strained. She hadn't talked to him lately and for good reason since now that he was standing right next to her….it was all she could do not to break down in front of him and let it all out. Knowing that the old Bakugo as well as the one now currently standing there would always try to help if she asked him to.

But she couldn't.

"Uraraka…" His voice came out softer than expected and had him questioning why he felt the sudden need to raise his hand to her cheek when he saw the first glistening stream come down but stopped himself in the last minute. "Wanna tell me what's wrong?"

"I…" Parting her lips she looked up at him to see the concern in his eyes before he quickly masked it, which was when she realized that a tear had slipped down her cheek. 'I didn't even feel it…' she thought as she bit down on her lip trying to fight more tears threatening to come. "Nothing, it's fine."

"Bullshit." He fired back which just made her smile weakly before he exhaled slowly.

He shouldn't still be able to read her the way he always did. But she knew he'd always been that way. Never one to beat around the bush. And never feeling the need to. One of the many reasons she fell in love with him in the first place.

"I better keep going." She quietly said as she made to move around him.

"Oi space case, you really didn't hear what I said?" Grabbing her arm he nodded back to the way they came before quickly removing his hand. "We got a call for backup from that fist freak and that asshole from Class B."

By asshole from class B she could only assume he meant Monoma and by fist she could guess it must be Kendo.

"Wait-we?" She reiterated as she repeatedly blinked to try and get control of her emotions while at the same time trying to understand what he meant by we as while he already began walking away.

"Yeah we. So unless you want me to leave your ass behind I suggest you get those small legs moving." He shouted over his shoulder as he blasted himself into the air.

"Are you sure?" she warily asked once she's up in the air next to him with the help of her quirk and rocket boots. "I mean after last time…"

"We're not talking about that day!" he snapped scowling at the clouds in front of them like they personality offended him. "We're partners idiot. So let's go."

"Oh, so now we're partners." She mumbled as she playfully rolled her eyes while ignoring the annoyed glare he threw at her before he increased his speed. "Just kidding!"

Surprisingly enough things turned out great and they managed to help the others out with no problem. But what else did she expect?

Working alongside Bakugo felt like second nature, like nothing's changed during all this time. When in reality deep down she knew everything had changed…

Afterwards she kept herself busy by readjusting her gauntlets every few minutes while he strolled next to her down the street with the usual scowl on his face.

"You know if you smile once in a while people won't be scared to approach you." She smiled to herself unaware she had said it loud enough for him to hear.

"Which is exactly why I don't." He simply said.

She hadn't expected him to respond to that, so she couldn't help but stare up at him.

"Don't need those clowns in my business any more than they already are."

"You mean the things they're saying about you." She nodded in understanding, having picked up more than a few news magazines and media articles about the Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight and reading more than enough for her liking.

It wasn't fair that people who didn't even know you thought they had the right to pry into one's personal life or make up things just to sell stories while in return those very same heroes were risking their lives for you.

At her responds he observed her from the corner of his eyes, understanding that to mean she must've read about him by now. That didn't change his mind though. "Couldn't care two shits about what they say about me so long as I get results."

"No, I get that…" she nervously placed a strand of hair behind her ear before it bounced right out which always made her remember how short it was. "But…then why did you agree to do the photo shoot that day or the interview coming up?"

He remained quiet for the longest time thinking about what he should say. To everyone else it would be obvious that he did it to save his reputation or in other words like his PR would say, safe and secure his career and make way for him to move up in the ranks.

Money, fame, Sex, drama all the things that always catch the gossip columns is what makes you famous along with of course saving people…but why did any of that matter?

One of the many reasons why he always found it pointless in school whenever they were forced to do those stupid Hero Interview lessons with Mr. Lady. What difference did it make what food you like, who's house you sleep in or what you do in your free time that has nothing to do with saving lives and doing what's important.

So to tell her that he decided to do the stupid photo shoot not for himself, but to avoid her having to go through the same shit he had to or get her love life invaded like his had been-not that he really had one to speak of- would only make things harder for her and her baby.

She just arrived back in Japan, so no doubt she was still going to be haunted by the media whether she like it or not but at least he would sleep better knowing it wasn't his doing only because he asked her to go grab a bite to eat.

By this point she had thought he either hadn't heard her or he just decided to ignore her stupid question knowing it wasn't any of her business to know. So, when she turned her head to the right just as they turned the corner she was surprised by his simple reply.

"Because I rather have them talk shit about me any day then about the people I care about."

"Hmm?" Momentarily pausing in her steps, she clutched her hand against her chest as the squeezing warmth emitted from deep within began to make her softly smile before quickly rushing to catch up to him.

"What's with you?" he quizzically frowned at her before continuing down another path.

"Nothing it's just…" She was aware of the small blush grazing her cheeks and frankly right now didn't mind if he saw it since his underlying sweetness was something she appreciated right now and to be honest… something she hadn't expected. "So you don't want to switch? Partners I mean."

"You heard that too." Flexing his jaw, he remained focused on something to his left as he turned his body to face her.

"I did." She deeply exhaled as she nodded. "Other than you telling me before, and the others…" She dragged her eyes towards a small blob on the damp alley ground. "I also overheard you and Todoroki talking on my way to the meeting with Hawks." She confessed.

She wasn't overly hurt by it-ok maybe just a little- but she could understand why he wanted a different partner at the time since neither of them were making it easy to work together. But she still wanted to know. "I mean if you do, I'll understand." She gave him a reassuring smile. Because she really did get it. It would be better if she remained a good distance from him before things got more complicated than they already were.

"No."

"What?" Rapidly blinking she shot her eyes up to see him shifting from one foot to the other before he settled her with a firm look.

"Listen Round-face, what I said before…yes I did mean it, but I know that if we put our differences aside like we did today then I know we could be a kick ass team if we wanted to."

"You do…?" she cautiously said not understanding were all this was suddenly coming from.

"Do you?" he asked right back.

"I mean I do but…" Looking around she pressed her lips together to try and explain to him how working together wasn't the best idea.

"Look you said you trusted me, right?" His lips curled slightly as he looked at her in amusement. "So as long as you watch my back, I'll watch yours."

'Oh Ochaco…' she thought as she took a shaky breath in, her stomach did flips when he gave her the same playful smile he always used to that could get her to agree to anything. 'You're in so much trouble…'

"You'll just have to stop pissing me off that's all." He swiftly flicked her on the forehead before he began walking again.

"Hey! Bakugo!" she pouted as she rubbed her forehead watching as a few kids came running down an apartment building.

"Dynamight!"

"Not again." He rolled his eyes but the small smile on his face told her that he didn't mind being stopped by them.

"Dynamight!" One of the kids shouted as he and the others stopped right in front of him.

"What the hell do you want now?" His smugly tilted his head never losing that ghost of a smile that made her eyes bounce between him and whoever these kids were.

"I did it! I did it!" the youngest of the bunch eagerly said. He looked maybe five or six with big blue eyes that stared up at the hero in awe.

"You did?" he asked rather surprised.

"What did he do?" Uraraka's amused tone had him flick his eyes to his left to see her stop next to him.

"Is that…?"

"Uravity!" A little girl happily squealed as she practically threw herself in her arms before she tilted her head up. "Wait, why are you here with Dynamight? Where's Red Riot?"

"Off being someone's lap dog." Bakugo scoffed referring to Kirishima and Mina.

Frowning the boy looked between them as if he just found out eggs came from chicken butts. "So, what is she like your girlf-"

"Partner!" They both said making the girl giggle.

"We're just partners." Uraraka calmy said ignoring the scowl Bakugo shot her way.

"Really?" Another boy piped in. "Oh yeah! My mom's got a partner too…or two."

"Ok." Uraraka awkwardly looked at Bakugo who tried to suppress a laugh.

"Well do you have any candy?" The girl asked her with a small pout. "Because Red Riot usually gives us candy."

"He does?" Uraraka quizzically looked at Bakugo while the little boy continued to impatiently tug on his arm which she found adorable.

"Yeah. Idiot carries it around like de fuckin Easter bunny during patrols. Feeds the kids with it like damn birds." He chuckled before crouching down to be at eye level with the boy. "Alright brat what did you do?"

"I did it! I punched him the same way you taught me!"

"You WHAT?!" she gawked as the boy proudly demonstrated exactly how he did it.

"It's not like it sounds." Bakugo dismissively shook his head.

"Yes, it is! You told me that if he picked on me again that I should-"

"Ok! That's enough!" Bakugo quickly clamped his gloved hand over the boy's mouth as he continued talking. "Don't you brats have anything better to do?"

Nodding they briskly began running back down the street as they waved goodbye.

"What did you do?" she disapprovingly folded her arms over her chest just knowing it was going to be something she wouldn't agree with.

Squinting his eyes he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head, not knowing why it even mattered to her anyway or why the hell he was hesitant to tell her. "I may have taught the little shit a thing or two about…"

"You told them how to FIGHT?!" As her eyes grew she couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"Says the girl who wanted to intern with Gunhead first year!" he bit back which didn't seem to help his argument at the moment. "Oi look, these older kids have been picking on the little kid since before we began patrolling this neighborhood." He gestured around as he began walking with her. "All I did was show him how to defend himself that's all." Chuckling he couldn't stop the proud grin from forming. "Guess it worked."

"He shouldn't even need to."

"You're right he shouldn't." he agreed. "But not everyone has it as easy Round-face. The people here…" he nodded at the broken-down buildings that had seen better days. "They don't have the luxury of coming home to a safe and warm neighborhood or meal every day. They work hard and only get to afford enough to have a roof over their heads and make it day by day. Which is why Kirishima and I decided to make this part of our regular patrol and help when we can." When he didn't hear her say anything he added. "So I decided to teach the little brats how to take care of themselves so what? It's better than letting others who think they're better than you try and beat them down every chance they get."

She saw it. She saw the remaining regret still lingering in his eyes as he looked away. The remains of the guilt and shame about his relationship with Deku, and although they made amends and decided to push past that that was no changing his mind about the feelings of guilt that would always remaining part of him.

And she doubts that it would ever really go away.

"No. I get it. Growing up wasn't always easy for me either."

'Shit…' mentally punching himself in the head, how could he had forgotten that? He remembered hearing about her struggles, remembered that stupid old phone she had for the longest time until she received a new one for Christmas or something from what he could recall. So if anyone knew what he was talking about it was her.

"But we made do with what we had." She fondly smiled down. "So long as we were together everything would be fine and we'd take it one step at a time."

"Round-face…"

"It's fine." She softly smiled as the memories washed over her. "Even in school sometimes I'd have a hard time trying to fit in. Which is why I worked so hard to get into UA that when I finally did…I couldn't believe it you know…?"

"But you did. You got in." he remarked, giving her a quick glance. "And that says a lot."

"So does what you're doing here." She looked around. "They're lucky to have you guys here watching over them. It's admirable and…and sweet." By the time she decided to take a glance at him he had already turned his head but she could've sworn the tips of his ears turned a deep red.

"You wouldn't want to fit in there anyways." He suddenly said. "There's nothing wrong with being different. I would rather be different and do what I want then to be just another extra."

She remained staring at him just an emergency call came through. "We've got an armed robbery taking place on the west side of-"

"On it!" Bakugo responded back as they nodded in confirmation before taking off.

It wasn't long before they arrived to see the police already on scene and began to debrief them of the situation on how there were three individuals involved with unknown quirks.

"So that's all you've got?" He scoffed as he looked back at the two officers. "Three measly wanna be criminals?"

Elbowing him in the ribs Uraraka ignored his comment along with his angry glare while he rubbed his side. "How many hostages?"

"Thankfully none. Seems they all managed to clear out before the robbery took place." The lead police officer said as he looked over his shoulder and towards the building.

"Perfect." Bakugo began walking forward as he cracked his knuckles. "Give me five minutes."

"Ba-Dynamight!" Quickly catching up to him she placed her hand on his chest to stop him from doing something stupid. Which was a huge error on her part when she could feel the hard ridged of his muscles that made her involuntarily blush at the thought of wanting to run her hands to find out exactly how much more he's changed during that one year.

"Quite touching me!" he flusteredly swatted her hand away before scowling back at her.

"I'm just trying to stop you from doing something we'll both regret."

"Oh yeah?" he sarcastically grinned as he tilted his chin upward. "And when have I ever-" at her pointed look his expression turned impatient as he narrowed his eyes. "What's your point?"

"My point is that I highly doubt you're wanting to add another damaged building to your list." She firmly folded arms over her chest.

'Great so she has heard of that too.' He thought as he deeply inhaled through his nose as he tried fight the urge to do exactly that.

At his silence, which even surprised her, she softly sighs before turning to face the building. "They said there's no hostages, but that doesn't mean we can just go in there and chase them out. We don't even know what their quirks are."

"If they have any quirks you mean." He followed her line of sight as he stood next to her. "Alright genius, then what do you have in mind?" He was well aware of his mocking tone, and she shot him a small glare before he could see the wheels working in that pretty brown head of hers.

He knew what he would do in this situation other than his first plan of barging in there and taking them out by force. But he couldn't deny that she had a point when she mentioned having to deal with another costly damage to his name. So if it came down to it he would probably make sure that none of those criminals had a way of escaping while they scoped out the place. There had to be some way to pinpoint where exactly they were located maybe by hacking into some of the cameras that he knew they should have in there since it was a bank after all.

Confidently nodding to herself she quickly turned to the lead officer. "Is there any way to see what's happening inside?"

"We've already located them in the lower floors but they're making sure they keep moving around while staying away from any doors or windows. Any chance they get to one of the cameras they managed to take it out."

"How many men do we have?" she asked looking back at the building. "We're gonna wanna seal of any possible exits so our best chance is to surround this place with as many men as we can."

Impressively shooting his brows up he couldn't help but smirk at the police officers. "You heard her."

"Alright." She took a deep breath to calm her nerves. "Let's just hope-ARGH"

She tried shielding her face the moment there was a big explosion to keep any of the sudden shards of glass from her face as they got pushed back by the sudden force. "Bakugo!"

"It wasn't me!" he barked back before looking at what was left of the front of the building as she shook her head and pointed up to the roof where a guy could be seen running. "Seems like they got quirks after all." he gave her a feral grin which she knew all to well before she activated her quirk to jump up while he blasted himself forward and into the building.

Effortlessly landing on the roof she did a quick sweep to find no one there just as a blade swooped past her head and she managed to jump out of the way in time to float herself upward.

"You damn heroes are always in the way!" the guy snarled as he retracted another blade from his elbow and threw it at her along with a few more. She managed to use her rocket boots in time to jolt sideways but shrieked when one of the blades made contact with her boots.

"Why won't you all just die!"

Dropping down she quickly panicked as she rolled sideways just as another the blade came crashing down near her head again. 'That was close!'

She carefully eyed the man as her thoughts instantly went to Kiseki. 'I can't let him hurt me. I won't!' This man might just be your regular criminal like Bakugo had said, but that didn't change the fact that he was still dangerous, dangerous enough to take her life if he got the chance.

When she heard a rumbling underneath their feet, she used this moment that he was distracted by whatever fight was going on inside the building to kick the blade out of his hands. She knew Bakugo would be alright so all she had to focus on was making it back home the way she did every night.

As the man pulled out another blade from his elbow, she only stepped close enough to yank her right shoulder against his chest, and using her open hands quickly struck his upper and lower arm. Hearing him shout, combined with the force of her strike made his arm instantly go numb. Numb enough to hear the blade clatter to the ground much to her relive.

Without wasting time, she grabbed his arm when he tried to make a go for her, twisting it until the heel of his hand pointed toward the ceiling. Panting she was about to call it in when he used his other hand to try and reach for her throat. She didn't want to know what could happen if he did, anyone was capable of killing especially when desperate. It was an option she wasn't willing to give him as she pivoted, she placed her right shoulder under his elbow yanking until she heard a painful CRACK.

"YOU BITCH!" he howled instantly letting go of her and agonizingly grabbing his arm.

"Round face?!" she heard Bakugo's concerned voice come through her earpiece as she grabbed her throat while keeping a wary gaze on the man still clutching his arm.

"I've got him." She breathed out as she removed her quirk suppressant cuffs to carefully restrain him. "He's not going anywhere. But he'll need medical attention."

"You don't say?" she could hear the smirk in his voice. "And here I thought I was the unpleasant one."

Rolling her eyes she turned and didn't see the man kick her legs from under her before aggressively shoving his shoulder enough to startle her back and over the roof.

It happened so fast she didn't see what was happening until her eyes adjusted as the wind blew past her face. She could see the ground approaching so fast that the shock of it froze her to the bone. She tried to move her hands, but her body wouldn't move. As her eyes closed, she could feel her breath caught in her throat as she felt herself quickly falling. Was this how it felt to die?

Was this it?

She felt the tears in the corners of her eyes just as a pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around her body, drawing her firmly into their chest. She wasn't sure how much time had passed, all she knew was that she couldn't stop herself from burying her head into the crook of their neck, allowing the sweet smoky burned smell of caramel to pull her further into safety. 'Katsuki…'

"You can open your eyes now."

Cracking one eye open before opening the other she was startled to see his piercing crimson eyes indeed staring back at her while her lips parted in surprise. "Bakugo?"

"I told you I've got your back." He nervously smiled down at her while she slowly blinked back with those big brown eyes of hers. To be honest she had dropped so quickly that he barely managed to catch her before she hit the ground. Luckily for him he didn't think twice before he lunged himself towards her after witnessing what happened from down below.

He frowned at the way her body seemed to fit perfectly with his and what was worse was how she felt so…soft. 'Not now you idiot.' He inwardly scolded himself as his feet made a loud THUD once they hit the ground. He knew she was probably still a little shaken up about the whole ordeal, but he couldn't help himself on wanting to hold her for a bit longer than he probably should.

Blinking once then twice she slowly tried to detach herself from him as she steadied her feet on the ground before backing a save distance away.

"Sorry I was just…" He trailed off not knowing what else to say or how to describe how he was currently feeling. "You alright?"

"Yeah." She quickly nodded as she looked towards where the police were now walking all three men in the van. "I should go see how the people are doing while you see to the guys that were captured."

He opened his mouth like he wanted to protest, and she could see an internal war going on through his eyes before he snapped it shut. Not like she was faring any better right now considering this was the first time they've been this close since she had came back, other than then when she help him with his cuts which apparently he didn't want to talk about.

It was just too much right now. Only made worse when Bakugo's eyes locked in on the same guy who she had fought on the roof as he was shoved inside the van.

"Bastard!" He growled while advancing on him as his palms crackled with explosions.

Whipping around she was startled when she saw him jump into the van and pull the guy to his feet before slamming him hard against inside of the van. "Bakugo don't!"

"What's the matter Dynamight?" The guy grinned as Bakugo's murderous glare made the hairs on his neck stand up.

"Bakugo…" She tried to keep her voice as low as possible as she looked around at the many people curiously trying to see what was going on inside the van. Thankfully Bakugo had the good sense to slam him against the closed section of the van as she tried to find out a way to get her partner to calm down. "Let's go, we've done what we needed to do." When he still didn't budge, she lightly placed a careful hand on his arm which seemed to snap him out of it. "Please."

Baring his teeth he shoved the guy once more before shrugging her hand off and stepping out the van before stomping back towards the agency without so much as another word.

"Hey what's with the long faces?" Sero's grin subsided once he saw the furious look on the blonds face.

"Rough day." Uraraka tiredly said. Rough being an understatement. She basically almost broke down in front of Bakugo and was nearly killed by your everyday criminal because she wasn't at her best like she should have been.

"Rough?" Sero asked just as she passed by. "Oh, I heard about that."

"Not even the half of it." Bakugo only briefly stopped next to him before following her. "Almost killed the fucker myself if I had the chance."

"You know you don't have to come with me." She said keeping her eyes downwards.

"Who says I am?"

At his responds she couldn't help but give a small smile. "Listen Bakugo, about what you did-"

"Don't mention it." He quickly said. "I mean it. Don't ever mention it."

"I still want to say thanks for catching me when you did." She quietly said, still refusing to meet his eyes out of shame. "Guess I was a little off my game today."

"It could've been worse." He said as he looked at her. "Not the first time someone's had an off-day Round face."

With a faint giggle she briefly looked at him then. "Even you?"

"No not me." He confidently smirked as he looked forward. "Just know that that's bound to happen to one of you idiots eventually. It's only natural."

"I see." She suppressed a smile as he opened the door to see Sora briskly moving about.

"Uraraka!" Sora grinned as he got to his feet.

"Hey, do you have a minute? My suits in need of repairs." She apologized.

"Sure, come on in." he frowned when he saw who was right behind her. "Hey Bakugo..."

"Asswipe." Bakugo gave a grunt as he made himself comfortable leaning against the wall.

"It's Sora." He unamusingly glared. "Or when I'm out in the field Thunderbird."

"Yeah, who gave you that stupid name?"

"I don't know…" he bluntly grinned at Uraraka who smiled back, and that sight alone made him sick. It seemed almost as if they had some kind of stupid inside joke that he wasn't aware of nor did he want to be a part of.

"I like it." She said as she sat herself down and was surprised to see Bakugo still standing there with a look of disgust on his face. "You don't have to wait for me Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight." When her eyes met his it was filled with a playful tease.

Scoffing he clicked his tongue when he realized what she was doing.

"Alright let's see." Sora hummed as she stood up and he began taking her measurements while briskly jotting it down in his notes. "You still want the same design?"

"I don't know um…"

"Because if you want, I could change it along with those weird two black dots on your chest." He pointed his pencil in that direction.

"And why the hell would she want to do that?" Bakugo cut in with a displeased frown on his face. He didn't know why or why that thought alone pissed him off like that was a direct jab at him. Who the hell did this guy think he was? Hell even someone like gearhead had at least the good decency to keep parts of his hero suit-including the same black dots like he had asked. It wasn't like he was sentimental when it came to things like that, but the reminder of how far he'd come from the first time he got to ever wear his hero suit during his first year made him feel proud of where he was now. And he'd want to keep that reminder.

"I don't know, some people prefer a completely different look after a while." Sora shrugged as he looked over Bakugos changes. "Hatsume's pretty good."

"I'll think about it." Uraraka quickly cut in, pretty aware when the air grew tense.

"Think about it?" Bakugo unfolded his arms offended that she'd even say that as he watched that damn extra look over her busted rocket boot as she explained to him what happened. He wasn't stupid, he remembered that guy from their third year Sports Festival and then again whenever he decided to grate on his last nerve. But when he saw him raise his measuring tape and place it around her waist, he just about lost it.

"The fuck?!"

"Hmm?" Tilting her head sideways she wasn't sure what caused her partner to suddenly snap at them when all Sora was doing was taking her measurements like he always had. Despite their rather awkward first encounter in school, she found Sora to actually be someone who took his work seriously. Not to mention he did have a girlfriend, so this was strictly professional.

Before she was able to say anything she felt herself being tugged on by the wrist and dragged out of the room. "Bakugo what are you doing?" she frowned instantly snatching her wrist free.

"Gearhead. She's done a decent job with my hero suit and I'm sure she could do yours too. Even if you want a change."

Scoffing, she looked back at the still opened door where Sora entertainingly leaned back in his chair as if he was enjoying himself. "Hatsume's really good." She admitted. "And Sora has been working with us since graduating from the same school we did, and he's been in charge of our costumes since Italy."

"Oh yeah I'm sure he's real dedicated." He sarcastically squinted his eyes before glaring at the other man over her shoulder. 'Groping's more like it.' He thought and that just made his frustration begin to grow. She was right. It was a rough day only being made worse by this extra who didn't see a problem putting his hands on his damn partner right in front of him!

"He was just taking my measurements."

"Like that?!" he waved his hand towards the door.

"How else would you do it?" she fired back not understanding what he was getting at.

"Not like that!" He didn't care if he's voice raised a smidge. He didn't care if she decided to call whatever the hell that stupid extra with his stupid ponytail thought was considered measurements or how the thought of gearhead trying to put her hands on him again during her own 'accidental measurements' had him now doing his own before shoving the numbers in her face whenever he asked for upgrades.

"Bakugo it's been a long day…" Uraraka tiredly closed her eyes before staring at him. "And I-"

"Is something going on with you two?"

He wasn't going to do it. He really wasn't, but as soon as those words left his mouth, he knew there was no taking them back. Watching as her mouth dropped open along with the distinct sound of Sora's tools being dropped as he too stared in shock with a hint of a smile on his lips made Bakugo's own eyes widened in shock.

"W-w-what?" She stuttered, feeling herself blushing.

Well since he basically dug his own grave there was no need to hold back he guessed. "You know what forget it. You can keep that shit to yourself and remove those stupid dots for all I care!" Frowning as he stormed off, he realized that yeah maybe he really shouldn't have said anything else. "Damn it!"

Repeatedly parting her mouth, she wasn't sure what came over him. She found it comical just how much removing those two dots ruffled his feathers and to be honest she wasn't going to remove them in the first place because they meant as much to her as it seemed it did him. But after his sudden outburst she was at a complete loss for words.
