My Hero Academia: Lion of Courage

Chapter 15: Intense Bosses

In the main plaza, Razor Shell and Eraser Head were doing an excellent job taking down the army of villains. While Eraser Head picked them out with his speed, agility and mastery over his binding cloth, Razor Shell took them down with his immense durability and strength as he weaponized his shell, claws and large tail.

Meanwhile, at the entrance, the rest of the students who avoided Kurogiri's fog were still with Thirteen. They had to find a way past the creature as something or someone was blocking reception in the USJ, leaving them unable to contact the other faculty. If they were to have any chance of reinforcements, they needed to get past Kurogiri.

"Everyone, get behind me!" Thirteen demanded. The students quickly moved behind her; once they were out of her way, Thirteen raised her glove and activated Black Hole to suck in Kurogiri. Unfortunately, it didn't seem very effective against him, but it was their best option as they didn't see a physical part of his body that they could attack.

Kiyama, using her thermal vision, tried to look for a weakness in Kurogiri. Sadly, she couldn't sense any heat coming from his body. There had to be a way to beat him as Black Hole wasn't sucking him in fully.

Before they caught on, a warp gate appeared behind Thirteen, effectively turning her own Quirk against her. The power of Black Hole through Kurogiri's warp gate slowly started to tear Thirteen's suit apart and causing her to cry out in pain. She was forced to turn off her Quirk before she ended up killing herself.

"Thirteen!" several of the students cried out as they helped her to her feet.

"We…we have to get…past him…" she breathed heavily. "We need reinforcements…do what you have to…"

Iida looked down at the plaza, where Razor Shell and Eraser Head were holding off the army of villains. They were fighting very well right now, but sooner or later, the two of them may be overwhelmed by the sheer numbers…or worse.

A terrible thought ran across Iida's mind. Were these all the villains the invaders intended to bring or were they simply using cannon fodder and saving their stronger fighters for later when they were worn out from fighting? If they were indeed just currently wearing them down, then that place much more importance on getting reinforcements.

Iida then looked at the gates to the USJ, which were made of steel. It was safe to assume that the villains had found a way to lock the doors, so he'd have to kick them down to get out. But he questioned if his Engine Quirk would be strong enough to break through? If he could, he'd still have to worry about that black fog creature.

"Iida!" Uraraka whispered to him. "Look, near his face!"

At first, Iida couldn't see anything, but through the gaps in the black fog, he saw what Uraraka saw: a large piece of metal resembling a neck brace. Iida deduced that it might be something that kept his fog-like body together and gave him an idea.

"Uraraka, Sero, Sato," he addressed. "I need to make a run for the entrance and warn U.A. But with that creature's warp gate, he'll try to stop me. I need you three to keep him busy while I get to the entrance."

"What's the plan?" Sato asked. With very little time, Iida explained his plan to his three classmates before Kurogiri could catch onto them.

"I'm counting on all of you," Iida told them and then ran towards the USJ Entrance.

As expected, Kurogiri opened a warp gate to stop Iida, but he was able to avoid it thanks to his Engine speed and kept running towards the entrance. The Warp Gate user was about to start pursuing Iida, but suddenly, he found himself floating off the ground.

"What!?" he gasped.

As Iida predicted, he had managed to distract Kurogiri, allowing Uraraka to get in close and use her Quirk on the metal neck brace, thus making the Warp Gate user's body weightless. Sero then used his Tape to wrap around it and then Sato grabbed onto it to swing Kurogiri away from Iida. The plan succeeded; Iida was guaranteed his way out of the USJ and to U.A.

"Hold on everyone," he spoke softly. "I won't let you down!"

"DIE!" Bakugo shouted as he launched himself up at Talos. The black-and-red robot raised his left arm and fired the strange cannon, revealed to be a Cryo-Cannon. Bakugo was quickly able to dodge the first attack, but was caught off-guard when Talos launched himself towards Bakugo and blasted him again. Bakugo was unable to avoid the second freezing blast, sending him crashing into the ground.

"Bakugo!" Kirishima cried as he rushed over to him. Bakugo shook his head and groaned from the impact, but managed to get back up. Unfortunately, his arms were coated in frost, leaving him unable to create powerful Explosions.

"Dammit!" he shouted in anger. Talos then charged towards Bakugo, but was stopped by Kirishima's Hardening. Kirishima threw a punch at Talos, but he leapt back and deactivated his jet boots. He then aimed his right hand at the two students and unleashed an SMG barrage on them. Kirishima was able to deflect the bullets due to his Hardening, but Bakugo was forced to take cover behind some rubble until he could get the frost off from his arms.

"That was smart of that damn machine," he growled as he wiped the frost off. "Takes me longer to…wait, how would he know that?"

One of Bakugo's weaknesses was that it took longer for him to secrete nitroglycerin in colder climates. Talos had exploited that weakness, leaving him temporarily unable to create Explosions. There was no way that robot could've figured it out so quickly. Or did he? Bakugo didn't know what that robot's Quirk was, but whatever the circumstances, he had used a major weakness against the Explosion Quirk user.

"Your Quirks cannot stop me," Talos stated before creating a tech-like sword on his right arm and a Cryo-Cannon on the other.

"Quit your damn talking and fight!" Bakugo barked. With his arms defrosted and being able to create bigger Explosions, he ran forward with Kirishima to attack Talos. Kirishima attacked Talos head on while Bakugo aimed for the Cryo-Cannon on Talos's left arm, preparing to destroy it with an Explosion. Just as he was about to do so, Talos kicked Kirishima away and slashed at him with the sword on his right arm. Bakugo used a small Explosion to move out of the way and jump to Talos's other side.

Kirishima continued to throw punch after punch against Talos while Bakugo tried to deduce what Talos's weakness was. His robotic body was incredibly durable, showing minimal damage from their attacks, and even though the time to change between machine-based weapons took around six to eight seconds, Talos was constantly on-guard to not leave himself vulnerable against their attacks.

To make matters worse, Kirishima's Hardening was starting to wear due to him losing stamina. Though he was able to deal a good amount of damage to Talos's armor, it wasn't enough to defeat him. He punched Talos's armor yet again, but this time, his Hardening had worn off and Talos easily got rid of him with a rocket-boosted punch to his face.

"I said DIE!" Bakugo roared as he held up one of his gauntlets and prepared to pull the grenade pin now that Kirishima was out of the way. Just before the explosion could go off, Talos converted one of his arms into a Cryo-Cannon and fired to freeze the gauntlet. Fortunately, the Explosion was powerful enough to break through the barrier of ice. Just before Talos could be caught in the gigantic Explosion, he activated his jet boots and launched off the ground.

After the monster explosion, Talos flew straight towards Bakugo and delivered a powerful barrage of rocket-boosted punches and kicks on the Hero Course student. Bakugo was unable to retaliate offensively, especially when one of Talos's power punches broke his arm.

After the barrage, Bakugo was now on the ground, beaten, bruised, bloodied. But despite all the pain, Bakugo was refusing to just roll over and accept defeat.

"You bastard…" he groaned. "You think…I'll let you win? I'm…I'm going to be…the Number One Hero…" Talos grabbed Bakugo by his neck and hoisted him into the air.

"You have failed." Talos then punched Bakugo in the face three times before he was finally unconscious. The robot then let Bakugo fall to the ground.

Kirishima woke up and his eyes widened in shock when he saw Talos standing over Bakugo's unconscious, beaten body. He tried to activate his Hardening to attack Talos, but he was out of breath from the fighting and beating.

"Talos to Kurogiri. Katsuki Bakugo has been neutralized. Next target: Izuku Midoriya." Talos then flew off to find Midoriya while Kirishima rushed to Bakugo's side. The Explosion Quirk user was too badly injured to move, so Kirishima picked him up and slung him over his shoulders.

"Put me…down, you idiot," Bakugo growled at Kirishima.

"Not a chance," Kirishima refused as he started making his way to the entrance. Bakugo growled and tried to hit Kirishima's back, but he was too beat up from the fight to hit him hard.

"I said let go of me, dammit!"

"Bakugo, I don't have time for your pride right now!" Kirishima rebuked as he carried him.

"Look out!" Raionhato warned Ashido as the werewolf slashed at her, but missed thanks to her using her Acid to slide away from him. The werewolf then turned its red, feral eyes to Yaoyorozu and leapt at her with superhuman speed. She was about to throw a nylon net at him, but he proved too fast for her and he slammed her into the ground.

Before he could claw her, three throwing crosses were lodged into his arm, thrown by Raionhato. The Inventory Quirk user then summoned his grappling gun and used it to pull the werewolf away from Yaoyorozu, but the werewolf then pulled on the grapple with savage might, yanking Takeo towards with great force. He'd then throw Raionhato against the mountain wall and freeing himself from the grappling gun.

Zankoku then unleashed a barrage of stinger attacks at the werewolf, hoping to inject him with paralysis poison. This werewolf proved very quick as it was able to dodge all of Zankoku's attacks and then leapt to avoid an Acid attack from Ashido.

"Who is this guy!?" Jiro questioned. The werewolf, having heard Jiro's question, smiled. This smile disturbed everyone, not because of the sadism…but because of the blood staining his sharp fangs.

"Bloodmoon," he answered. "And I HUNGER!" He let out another feral roar, sending chills of fear into the students fighting against him. Bloodmoon's first target for attack was Jiro, grabbing her by the leg and slamming her into the ground several times. He was stopped by an arrow shot at him by Raionhato; along with Ashido and Zankoku, he attacked Bloodmoon.

While the three of them fought Bloodmoon, who was able to fend them all off, Yaoyorozu started creating several Flash Bangs. If they could temporarily blind Bloodmoon, they'd have a chance to capture him. But she had to hurry; the werewolf was proving to be a very dangerous and feral opponent against her classmates.

"AH!" Ashido cried out as Bloodmoon managed to bite her in her torso and then prepare to bite deeper, which would kill her. Before he could, Raionhato slashed at his eye with Lion Saber; though he dropped Ashido, he barely seemed hurt by the attack other than a small scar on his eye. He glared at Raionhato, continuing to snarl ferociously and baring his blood-soaked teeth.

"Everyone, close your eyes!" Yaoyorozu cried out as she threw the Flash Bangs at Bloodmoon. As told, they closed their eyes to keep them from being blinded by the grenades that were undoubtedly blinding Bloodmoon. When the light subsided, everyone opened their eyes and expected to see the werewolf blinded…but he was nowhere to be found. Luckily, he hadn't made off with Kaminari, who was still out of commission.

"Where'd he go?" Zankoku wondered.

"I'll find him," Jiro offered, plugging her Earphone Jacks into the ground.

"Ashido!" Yaoyorozu cried out as she rushed to the Acid Quirk user's side, along with everyone else. Bloodmoon had bit her harder than they thought; her torso and costume were drenched with her blood from the bite wounds she had received. She was breathing heavily as she found herself barely able to move from the pain.

"We need to get her medical attention now!" Raionhato stated. To Ashido's fortune, Raionhato summoned two bandage rolls and a bottle of disinfectant spray while Yaoyorozu created a blowtorch, a large knife, and a short metal stick.

"I'm going to have to cauterize the wounds," Yaoyorozu informed. "If I don't, she could bleed to death. Ashido, bite down on this." She handed Ashido the short stick to put in her mouth and bite down on, which the pink girl quickly accepted. Yaoyorozu then used the blowtorch to heat up the knife, steadily blowing the fire on the blade until it was hot enough to use.

While Yaoyorozu, Raionhato and Zankoku did what they could to help Ashido, Jiro kept looking for the werewolf. At first, she merely heard heavy breathing as if Bloodmoon had been distorted by the Flash Bangs, but presumed he jumped out of the way so he wouldn't be left vulnerable. However, it didn't appear as though he was coming back at the moment, most likely resting up until he could.

Then she heard a loud tear and crack, but she couldn't tell what it was. She then heard loud crunches…like he was biting and eating something. Suddenly, she heard a loud thump on the cliff above her to her left.

"Guys," she warned. "He's back." She looked up, prompting the others to do the same. There stood Bloodmoon, but to their horror, his mouth was bloodied and rags of…flesh were in his mouth, which were from the severed arm he had in his right hand. He then raised it up to his mouth and bit down, eating more of the severed arm.

"Holy crap," Jiro gasped. "That's…that's a human arm. Is he a freaking cannibal!?" Having heard Jiro thanks to his wolf hearing, Bloodmoon smirked again, showing the mix of fresh and old blood in his mouth.

Raionhato quickly summoned his bow and shot two arrows at Bloodmoon, but he leapt and dodged the projectiles. Zankoku then leapt up with great speed and slashed at the werewolf with his arm stingers, then with his tail. Bloodmoon barely missed the attacks and tried to grab his tail, but Zankoku caught on and moved to avoid Bloodmoon's grasp.

After the werewolf landed by himself, Jiro quickly inserted her Earphone Jacks into her Stereo Boots and unleashed a soundwave attack against Bloodmoon. Unlike before with the Flash Bangs, he was caught in Jiro's Counter Balance Attack. The loud noises caused Bloodmoon to scream in agony as the sound disoriented him. This gave Raionhato the opportunity to punch Bloodmoon in the face with his Concussion Gauntlet and sending him flying into the mountain cliff.

Zankoku rushed towards him to inject Bloodmoon with paralysis poison, slashing him with both of his arm stingers. The werewolf didn't move, still disoriented from Jiro's attack, so Raionhato used his wires to entrap Bloodmoon.

A muffled scream that came from Ashido as Yaoyorozu pressed the burning hot metal against her wounds to cauterize them. Jiro and Raionhato kept an eye on Bloodmoon while Zankoku rushed over to help Yaoyorozu.

"You…" Bloodmoon growled to Jiro, murder in his blood red eyes. "When I get out of these wires, I'll rip your ears out and use them as chew toys!" He tried to break free, but even though he wasn't completely paralyzed, Zankoku's paralysis poison left him weakened enough so that he couldn't break free of Raionhato's wires.

Bloodmoon hated to admit it, but he had poorly chosen this battle. He thought he could easily take down all six of them; while he did take down Ashido, he had been defeated by Jiro's Quirk, leaving him disoriented and vulnerable. He had to wait until he had enough strength and then retreat. He was bound to find other students he could kill…and devour.

"Ashido!" Yaoyorozu gasped. Mina had closed her eyes and wasn't breathing due to the pain of having to cauterize her wounds. Luckily, Yaoyorozu checked her pulse and confirmed she was alive, giving a sigh of relief. She then used the disinfectant spray and bandages Raionhato had provided to continue treating Ashido's wounds. Once she was finished with wrapping Ashido's torso with the bandage, Zankoku picked her up bridal style.

"I'll take her to the entrance," he said. "That's going to leave you guys-"

RRRAAARRRR! Bloodmoon finally built up enough strength to break free from Raionhato's wires and then leapt off to run away from the group.

Bloodmoon didn't want to run, but he had chosen this battle poorly. Jiro was able to use her Quirk to stun him and give her classmates the chance to poison and restrain him. If Zankoku had used more poison against him, he would've been paralyzed completely. He hated this, but he had to follow his animalistic instincts and withdraw from the fight.

"He's getting away!" Raionhato shouted. "Should we go after him? He may go after our other classmates."

"We have to get Ashido to safety," Yaoyorozu stated. "I've cauterized and disinfected her wounds, but she'll still need medical attention."

"Don't worry, Princess," Zankoku rebuked. "I can take care of Pink Rose. Raionhato's right; Bloodmoon may go after our other classmates, so you may want to stop him."

"What about Kaminari?" Raionhato asked, gesturing to their classmate...who was returning to normal and shaking his head as if he was having a headache.

"Ugh," he groaned. "I hate it when that happens." He then looked around, seeing the number of unconscious criminals...and Ashido in Zankoku's arms with a bandage wrapped around her torso.

"What happened!?" he gasped.

"Some werewolf named Bloodmoon attacked after you turned stupid," Jiro responded. "He got Ashido, but he's run off, no doubt going after our classmates. She's stabilized, but we need to get her to safety."

"Then I'll help take her," Kaminari offered. "If you're planning to after that Bloodmoon guy, I won't be of any help." Jiro groaned in annoyance.

She was about to speak out against Kaminari leaving with Zankoku and Ashido, but Yaoyorozu stopped her. As shown, Kaminari had no way of controlling who his Electrification would hit. Bloodmoon would most likely continue to fight on his own, so Kaminari would probably end up becoming a hindrance rather than an aide.

"Fine," Jiro replied before her tone softened. "Though...thanks for saving us." Kaminari smiled and nodded his head as he fled with Zankoku and Ashido.

"He's heading to the Landslide Zone," Raionhato pointed out in the direction that Bloodmoon fled to. "Some of our classmates might be there. They could be in danger."

"We'll have to proceed cautiously," Yaoyorozu responded. She created six Flash Bangs and handed them to Raionhato to put in Inventory before they started moving.

"We know he's vulnerable against sound as Jiro was able to disorient him," Yaoyorozu stated. "But he's also very fast, strong and dangerous. Stay on your guard everyone. I don't want any of us dying today."

Yukine unleashed a blast of snow to create some distance between her and Enmaku before grabbing Koda and running out of sight. She didn't like the idea of running, but considering her lacking training in close quarters combat, she was at a disadvantage against Enmaku. As they ran, Yukine thought of the Enmaku Family.

Years ago, the Enmaku Family ran against her family for governorship of Hokkaido. They claimed that the Kuraokamis cared more about their reputation than actually helping the people of Northern Japan, a sentiment Yukine definitely agreed with. For a while, it seemed that the Enmaku Family would win the election for Hokkaido Governor…until that dreaded day.

Reitan and Kitamo Kuraokami supposedly found evidence that accused the Enmaku Family of money laundering, Quirk trafficking…all that led to the Enmaku Family being destroyed and leaving the Kuraokamis without political opponents. Many people suspected that the Kuraokamis forged the evidence to get rid of their rivals, but nothing could ever be proven to the contrary.

As Yukine thought on how her family may've ruined the Enmaku Family, Koda was left feeling depressed and angry at himself. While Yukine was fighting against Haiiro Enmaku, he just stood there, timid and scared to help. He couldn't do anything, not without animals he could communicate with. He felt helpless while Yukine and Tokoyami were fighting against the villains attacking.

Suddenly, more smoke emerged in a forceful blast, meaning Enmaku was nearby. Yukine created some snow and generated a chilly wind to blow the smoke away. As she did, Enmaku reappeared, slashing at her with his knife.

"I'll kill you, then I'll butcher your despicable parents!" Enmaku shouted. "I'll kill them for what they did to my family!" The Smoke Quirk user saw Koda by himself and slashed his knife at him, so Koda held up his arms out of panic.

However, he was pushed aside by Yukine and heard a sharp slash. Koda lowered his arms to look and saw Yukine's arm had been slashed by Enmaku's knife. Blood seeped from the wound, indicating that the cut was deep. Enmaku smirked in satisfaction as he prepared to attack Yukine again.

Upon seeing Yukine's arm bleed, Koda started to feel worse. He was training to become a Pro Hero; he should be trying to find a way to help her, not stand by and be nothing but a burden. He couldn't let his excuse for his Quirk being useless stop him anymore, not when his classmate's life was on the line.

"I want to become a Pro Hero," Koda thought to himself. "How can I be a Pro if I won't help my classmates? How can I just stand here and let Yukine fight on her own? No, no, no!"

He then finally let out a loud 'NO!" before charging Enmaku. This took him by surprise as Koda tackled Enmaku, causing him to drop the knife and start punching Koda. To his surprise, Koda took the punches and slammed Enmaku into the wall, knocking him out cold. When it was over, Koda just stood there, breathing heavily before falling to his knees.

"Koda?" Yukine asked him, hurrying over to him despite her arm still bleeding. Instead of looking triumphant as she expected, Koda looked apologetic. He tore off a piece of his costume and used it to wrap around Yukine's arm where she had been slashed by Enmaku's knife.

"I'm sorry," he apologized. Yukine just smiled and put her hand on Koda's shoulder to reassure him.

"Thanks," she replied. "For saving my life. Now let's get moving."

"You okay, Midoriya?" Tsuyu asked the green-haired boy after they were safe from the villains in the Flood Zone. As expected, Midoriya had crippled himself, specifically his thumb and middle finger when he had unleashed that attack on the villains. He had wrapped a cloth around his hand, meaning he'd probably be out of commission for a while and leaving the heavy lifting to Shiruku and Tsuyu.

"How did you get into the Hero Course?" Shiruku asked Midoriya as they trudged through the water.

"Huh?" Midoriya asked.

"Every time you've used your Quirk, you've crippled yourself," Shiruku brought up. "Midoriya, if you're going to render yourself useless every time you use your Quirk, then-"

"We can worry about that later," Tsuyu interrupted. "For now, we need to decide what to do. What do you think, Midoriya?" No response. The two of them looked to see Midoriya mumbling to himself.

"That was a very risky move, one that could've put myself and my classmates in danger. But I really had no other choice if we wanted to get away from those villains. It took everything I had to not panic and-"

"You're creeping me out," Tsuyu said. "Stop it please."

"Huh?" Midoriya asked. "Oh, sorry. What were you saying, Asui?"

"I said to call me Tsuyu," she reminded. "And we need to decide what to do next. Our other classmates may've been sent to the other zones. We may want to help them."

"But as Midoriya said, the bad guys may not know about our Quirks," Shiruku brought up. "They may be fine on their own. We should make for the exit and try to contact U.A."

Midoriya contemplated both courses of action: help their classmates or get to the exit. On the one hand, some of their classmates' Quirks, such as Koda, were useless in these circumstances. Even though the villains didn't know their Quirks, it was highly possible that their classmates may've been put in zones that hindered their abilities, such as if Bakugo was put in the Downpour Zone.

On the other hand, Midoriya had crippled two of his fingers and he knew that using more attacks would mean more injuries. He could ultimately end up becoming a hindrance rather than an aid. If he was captured, he could be used as a hostage against his classmates, leaving them at a major disadvantage.

"Well, Midoriya?" Shiruku asked. "What do you think?"

"As much as I want to help them, we'd be better off getting reinforcements," Midoriya answered. "We need to get to the exit and hopefully find a way out. If we can reach U.A., we can alert the teachers of what's happening. But…there's the problem of the main plaza…"

"That's where most of the fighting's happening," Tsuyu acknowledged. "We'd have to sneak past them or else we could be used as hostages against our teachers."

"So we have to avoid the main plaza," Midoriya stated. "Luckily, with Mr. Aizawa and Kompira fighting the villains, we have a better chance of slipping past them. Let's go." The trio kept trudging through the water, though they stayed low to avoid being spotted by the villains battling Eraser Head and Razor Shell.

Upon approaching the main plaza, Eraser Head and Razor Shell were still fighting the villains and keeping them occupied. As he watched them, Midoriya realized how effective of a team they were. Eraser Head was quick, nimble and able to cancel Quirks, but he wasn't a heavy hitter nor was his Quirk good against large crowds. Razor Shell's Quirk and abilities worked extremely well with Eraser Head, especially since Erasure couldn't affect mutant-type Quirks, something Midoriya had learned when he studied Eraser Head.

"Looks like they've got this under control," Shiruku pointed out. "Let's slip away before they notice us."

"Look out!" Tsuyu warned. Before either Shiruku or Midoriya could catch on, Tsuyu grabbed them both and jumped, narrowly avoiding a red laser from above.

"What was that?" Razor Shell gasped. He and Eraser Head looked up to see Talos flying with jet boots and a large red circle on his chest armor, presumably where the laser had come from. He was about to fire again, but was stopped when Aizawa used Erasure to cancel his Quirk. Talos's laser and jet boots disappeared, causing him to fall to the ground.

Just when Eraser Head was about to attack again, he caught sight of Tomura Shigaraki racing towards him. The Erasure Hero threw his binding cloth at Shigaraki, but he easily caught it…though that didn't stop Eraser Head from attacking him. As he attacked with his elbow, Shigaraki was able to grab it and glare at Aizawa through the fingers of his dead hand mask.

"You looked tired, Eraser Head," he taunted as Aizawa started feeling the skin on his elbow start to rot. "Good thing Razor Shell was here, otherwise we would've overwhelmed you by now. But make no mistake: the level's not over yet." Eraser Head pulled away from Shigaraki, but his elbow had already rotted to the flesh. As he looked at his wound, he made the realization that this was the man he and the faculty had seen in the camera footage.

"Just so you two know," Tomura continued. "I'm not the final boss here. Nomu, get them!"

A large, grotesque monster with a bird-like beak, exposed brain and razor teeth let out a savage roar before charging at Razor Shell. The Alligator Snapping Turtle Hero saw the opponent coming and swiped his large tail at the Nomu, knocking him down. The Nomu quickly got back up and rushed to attack Razor Shell again, engaging him in battle.

"Go!" Eraser Head told Midoriya, Shiruku and Tsuyu.

"Well, so much for trying to get to the entrance unnoticed," Shiruku replied. "But let's get out of here before-"

Shigaraki appeared right in front of them in a flash and extended his hand to touch Tsuyu's face. Shiruku and Midoriya were unable to react in time to such speed, fearing that they'd have to watch their classmate die right in front of them. Fortunately, when he touched her face, she didn't rot; instead, nothing happened and he was grabbed and restrained by Aizawa's binding cloth.

"Go, now!" he told the students.

"Mr. Aizawa, behind you!" Midoriya warned.

Eraser Head felt a powerful impact on his back, causing his Quirk to deactivate and his binding cloth to release Shigaraki. Luckily for the students, Tsuyu grabbed Shiruku and Midoriya and leapt towards the stairs leading up to the entrance.

Unfortunately for Aizawa, Talos grabbed him by his head and slammed him into the ground. The Erasure Hero was unable to stop the robot's brutal barrage of attacks on him, leaving him bruised and bloodied as he did to Bakugo and Todoroki.

As for Razor Shell, he was putting up quite a fight against the Nomu, but he hadn't counted on it having a powerful healing factor and seeming invulnerable to his attacks. As for him, the Nomu's punches and attacks were starting to wear him down and break through his dermal armor.

The Nomu then unleashed an extremely fast barrage of punches on Razor Shell, punches so strong and fast they were able to break through his shell. The Alligator Snapping Turtle Hero was unable to defend himself against such speed, so much so that the Nomu was able to grab him by the head and pound him into the ground. He then proceeded to beat down Razor Shell, striking him in the face over and over and over again.

Midoriya looked back and saw the Nomu and Talos brutally beating their teachers. If this continued, they could end up being killed. He had been told to run, but he couldn't move his legs anymore towards the Entrance as he watched the two teachers be brutally beaten by the villains.

"Midoriya, come on!" Shiruku told him.

Midoriya didn't hear Shiruku's words. Instead, he heard other words from a memory of All Might.

"You moved to help your friend without hesitation, even though you didn't have a Quirk. You reacted to save someone from danger. That is the action of a hero."

Without thinking, Midoriya ran towards Eraser Head as he was closer. His entire arm started to glow with the sparkling veins that would appear when he was getting ready to use One For All. He didn't care if his arm would break or not; he had to do something before his teacher was killed. As he ran and watched Talos beat his teacher to a bloody pulp, Midoriya's blood started to boil with great rage and passion, so much so that as soon as he got close to Talos, he screamed 'Detroit SMASH!' and punched the villain.

The robot was sent flying into the Flooded Zone and crashed into the water, but something happened that Midoriya didn't expect; his arm was just fine. He expected his arm to be bruised purple and in immense pain, but instead, it was perfectly fine.

"Huh?" he gasped, shocked by how this turned out.

"Nice Quirk," Shigaraki whispered loudly as he appeared next to Midoriya. "But it's game over." Before he could reach out to use his Quirk on Midoriya, a loud crash came from the entrance. From below, everyone could see a very familiar figure walk through the dust.

"Everything is going to be alright!" All Might shouted. "Do you know why? Because I am here!"

"All Might…" Shigaraki growled. "I guess it's not game over yet."
