It was either a boy's home in NYC or to live with Dallas Winston, his brother who ran away from home eight years ago. How do they both adapt to the change? Sodapop's relationship with Ponyboy has been on the rocks lately, ever since they lost two of their gang members. But when Ponyboy starts acting weird, it's up to Soda to try and figure out how he can fix it, by any means possible. But when Ponyboy and Soda get jumped, the socs take it too far. How much more can they stand to have on their plate?

Ponyboy is up to the enormous job of trying to find his girlfriend's brother in New York City's criminal underbelly. Of course, when he calls for the cavalry, they drop everything. But the gang aren't teenagers anymore, and this isn't Tulsa. Armed with nothing but Tim Shepard on the lam, and a link to Dallas Winston, Ponyboy realises they are in way over their heads.
