CHAPTER: Where Is My...?

«Logbook»
«Entry -2184 - Year:1511 - December-End» I began my stay on Gecko Island. After searching around, I confirmed my bag was not there. I also trained Usopp. I kidnapped him from his house while he was sleeping and put him on top of one a big tree. Then...
[Usopp opened his eyes to find a thick canopy and hard floor. He panicked and sat up, only to find himself on top of a branch. His heart nearly leaped out of his throat when he looked down. "Ah! How did I get here?" Usopp cried in panic.
He quickly laid down, holding the branch for dear life as tears and snot covered his face. "Help! *sniff* *sniff* somebody help! *sniff*," he cried.
"As a sniper, one should not be afraid of heights, and this is your first lesson. Get down from there," I instructed, appearing below the tree.
"Aahhh! Help me, Tatue-sensei," Usopp sniveled from above.]
«Entry -2194 - Year:1511 - December-End» Usopp's nightmare began that day, waking up in some tall places early morning, being thrown into the river to catch breakfast, and running around the beach. Shooting practice is the primary focus, shooting moving figures, shooting while running, rolling, lying down, running backward, upside-down, etc. Then as well... ["What is this?" Usopp asked fearfully, sitting on a chair in the middle of the forest.
"Nothing, you just need to shoot the targets around." I pointed at the targets.
"Phew! Scared me," Usopp patted his chest, thinking that's it. I grinned wickedly.
"Let's begin," I announced, pulling a crude lever nearby and starting a contraption.
"I can finish it fasttuueee, whaaatttt?" Usopp cried as the chair began to spin.
"Now shoot all the targets or it won't stop," I shouted for him to hear.
"AAHHHHH!" he shrieked.] ... Yeah, lots of screaming.
«Entry -2215 - Year:1512 - Early-January» One time, he almost died after I threw him into the traps of Pop Green. I also taught him how to grow and take care of them, so he is in charge of taking care of Pop Green, and he is talented in it. I also forbade him from using them as ammo until he passed my test. There were also some ordinary times, like this one time...
["Let's assume you are the captain of a ship," I asked, gazing at the star.
"I will be the captain," Usopp replied, dissatisfied.
"Shut up!" I glared at him as he shrank back fearfully. Even after all this training, he is still cowardly. It's in his bones. It can't be erased easily.
"And one of your crewmates was injured. A doctor is on a nearby Island. You reach there but the inhabitants don't allow you since you are a pirate. What will you do?" I asked.
"Obviously, I will defeat them," Usopp replied proudly.
"They are just protecting their home. If you attack them, then you are a bad guy," I opined.
"But... but then my crewmate will die," Usopp asked, confused.
"Yeah, but you can solve it peacefully," I implied.
Usopp thought for a while. "How?" he asked.
"You can negotiate with them or beg them," I replied.
"What!? Beg them? How can a captain do it?" Usopp yelled as if he heard something outrageous.
"Hmph! What can you do with pride? Can it save your crewmate? Sometimes you should let go of your pride, or the consequence will be disastrous," I explained.
"Of course! If the opposite person still doesn't give you face...] Yeah, I'm trying to reduce his stubborn pride, maybe it will change something.
«Entry -2225 - Year:1512 - Early-January» I also have not stopped training; I began to do exercises now but still didn't use weights and only use bodyweight. Now, the whole cave where I live has been renovated and it looks comfy. But, if anyone tries to get in, then good luck. I filled this place with traps. Even Usopp can't get in easily, and this is also one of his tests. I have left notes comprising basic physics and chemistry here. Well, he was interested in mechanicals and different chemical bullets. Besides, I have also recorded another important piece of knowledge.
["Listen, a sniper's important thing is to always have some distance from the enemy and also need to reach the higher ground easily," I taught Usopp.
"For that, you need to learn a secret technique called Parkour," I explained, trying hard not to laugh.
Usopp listened seriously and became excited, hearing the word, secret technique.
"It needs a strong physique so you can learn it if you finish your basic mission of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 pull-ups, and run 10 kilometers a day," I grinned Iris gleaming green as Usopp deflated.] How he gets the notes from the booby-trapped cave is not my concern.
«Entry -2245 - Year:1512 - January-End» As days went by, Usopp's mom's situation worsened, so I suspended his training and let him accompany his mom. Then I reacted. If the East Blue doctors can't cure his mom, then Grand Line doctors may cure her. And Usopp's asshole of a father seems to be on Dawn Island according to the timeline. Then... ["Usopp! Maybe doctors from other Islands can help your mom," I suggested.
"Really?" Usopp looked hopefully. "But... but... I don't know how to get them here," he sniffed.
"Um...! Don't worry, I will take care of it," I blurted, unconsciously, as my pink-dominant eyes widened. 'Ah! Why did I promise him? I don't know if I can save her,' I reacted. 'It's all Chopper's fault. Whatever, I will just find his dad and inform him,' I thought.
"Really...!" Usopp's eyes shined hopefully. "You are the best sensei," Usopp praised.
"Shut up! I won't be happy if you praise me, asshole," I replied merrily. Usopp snickered at my antics.
"Ok! I will leave now. Don't forget to train," I decided, and walked away.
"What! you are leaving, just like that?" Usopp exclaimed in surprise.
"Then what...] ... I left Gecko Island towards Dawn Island. The very place my instinct screams to avoid.
.
I closed the Log, "Yohohoho! So, I'm heading towards Dawn Island?" I reacted. "As mentioned, I always felt wrong going there. Didn't 'past me,' decided to join Gecko Moria? So I wondered, Why am I sailing to Dawn Island?" I muttered.
Standing from the chair, I pushed the lever on the dashboard, accelerating the boat. I looked at the calm sea outside through the glass made of Pop Green. "I will reach Dawn Island soon, Yohohoho," I cheered.
I somehow feel unaccustomed to this calm sea. The waves are smooth; the weather is not weird, no weird island... *er* maybe there are… no SeaKing attacks... *splash* Suddenly a SeaKing emerged.
I stared at the SeaKing blankly, "Oh! There are SeaKings in East Blue?" I mumbled. The SeaKing also quickly spotted me. We stared at each other for a while, and I felt the SeaKing was hostile toward me personally.
But what attracted my attention is... "Yohohohohohohohohoho! Pardon me. Your nose ring is too funny," I laughed, pounding the floor and pointing at the snout of the Eel SeaKing, which is swollen because of a bamboo spike sticking out of it.
*ROAR* it angrily pounced on me. I turned the steering and dodged it. The Eel submerged into the sea; I increased the boat's speed, as I didn't know where the Eel will emerge from.
I felt the long-lasting feeling of adrenaline coursing through my body and my heart pumping crazily.
I suddenly swerved right *SPLASH* as the Eel emerged, trying to swallow me. *Roar* it roared, realizing my escape. "Yohohoho! Let's entertain," I declared, pushing the accelerator.
The Eel chased after me rigorously. *Boom* *splash* *pitter-patter* *roar* *whoosh* the chase continued as the calm sea turned turbulent. Powerful waves are created because of our scuffle.
"Yohohohahaha!" I laughed excitedly as my Iris returned to normal. I guessed that even with this fastest boat, it would be difficult to outrun this huge SeaKing, so I needed to find a proper solution.
Noticing the power of the Dial acting as an engine is about to run out, I pressed a button on the dashboard. *Boom* The Impact Dial on the boat's back activated, sending the boat flying, gaining some time. As the boat landed some distance away, the Impact Dials on the bottom acted as a cushion, reducing the impact of the fall. This Impact Dial will be replaced with the one that sent the boat flying.
Using the time I created, I changed the Jet Dials that were acting as an engine with its backups. I sighed in relief as the Dials were changed successfully.
I pushed the accelerator to gain speed before the Eel arrived, *Bang* *Crash* but a sudden force from the bottom sent me crashing to the floor before a feeling of weightlessness appeared. I decisively pressed a button on the dashboard *click* *clank* *whirr* the Eisen clouds softened and retracted, revealing the outside. I saw a massive jaw, with teeth each half my size, entered my vision.
"Oh! Shit!" I twisted my body mid-air and kicked the glass falling along, toward the Eel. *crack* *squelch* *whoosh* The hard 'Pop glass' accurately hit the bamboo, sticking from the swollen snout of the Eel and sending it further in.
*Roar* The Eel roared in pain as it closed its mouth over the residual clouds, totally missing me. And this scene feels like a déjà vu. 'Ah! It feels familiar?' I thought before grabbing the bag that's reverted from the boat. *plop* *splash* Then we fell back into the sea. I switched to gills and looked around to find the Eel writhing in pain nearby.
I created some distance between us and this was the perfect time for me to escape, but the thing I saw when the Eel opened its jaws stopped me. I need to confirm it again before I decide.
I swam towards the sea's surface after noticing the Eel doing the same. Now I don't have a boat, which increases the difficulty of my escape, so I can escape only by flying. But the Eel, which reached the surface, was extremely vigilant as if knowing that I could fly. 'Did 'I' fight it before?' I wondered, emerging from the sea surface.
The SeaKing spotted me and then we had the second stare-off of the day. I noticed that only a small part of the bamboo remains on its snout. I don't know whether the previous attack broke it off or further sent it deep. If it is later, I'm impressed at the strength of that bamboo, and whoever put it... 'There.'
To confirm my previous doubt, I stared intently at the Eel. And I subconsciously felt that the large SeaKing in front looked small, so I blurted out what was on my mind. "You look so small," I yelled.
The SeaKing looked at me in a daze before *ROAR* and roared as if remembering something. I zoomed into the Eel's mouth using the watch I wore in sunglasses mode, to see the thing stuck between two teeth of the Eel.
"Damn! That's my bag 'I' am searching for," I reacted, recalling the picture of the bag in 'My Items List.' "The EEL is the culprit all along, 'I' have already lost one bag and I can't lose another one," I glared as the EEL pounced towards me. I dodged it and swam away, thinking about how to get the bag back.
Underwater, the Eel U turned to face me. "I hope it works," I bubbled, then took a stance and punched toward the Eel. For a while, nothing happened, and then a small wave originated from my fist and rushed at the Eel. The advantage of being underwater was that the wave gathered momentum and hit the Eel as a gigantic wave.
The attack fell on Eel, but it didn't seem to have any effect as it continued to approach me. "Shit!" I dodged, rolling sideways and vigilant to its tail attack.
"Fuck it has stupidly thick skin," I cursed, then cupped my hands to my side. "Ka~ Me~ Ha~ Me~" I yelled, *buzz* as a blue glowing orb formed in between my hands. Well, it's smaller than Jinbe's.
"Ha~" I yelled, swimming fast toward the Eel, causing the orb to form a spiraling water current. *swirl* Then I threw it towards the Eel that is turning around. The swirling water current hit the Eel from below, pushing it to the surface.
I followed it closely and jumped out of the sea. I saw that Eel was dizzy because of the sudden attack. So I rushed to it then punched it with all of my Electro reserves, *crack* *zap* with Seawater as conductor the electricity coursed through the Eel, paralyzing it.
"*pant* *huff* I hope it stays put for a while," I panted after using my Electro reserve. Maybe due to me being a hybrid, I can't use Electro endlessly, or I will get tired quickly.
*SPLASH* The Eel fell into the sea, paralyzed; I quickly entered its slacked-open jaws. Each tooth is half my size; some are even bigger than me. I quickly found my bag stuck between two teeth.
I sighed in relief after finding that the bag was intact. It may be because someone broke the tooth's tip that fits between these two teeth at the tip. "You are lucky this was not broken. Otherwise, hmph!" I muttered as my voice echoed.
"Get out before it regains..." I jumped back as its jaws closed. "Shit! It woke up," I cursed, looking for a way out.
"My full-blown electro attack only stopped it for 10 seconds," I complained, spreading my wings to fly.
Suddenly, the jaw opened, *RUSH* accompanied by a large volume of seawater pouring in. "Shit!" I cursed, gripping my bag before the Seawater submerged me.
Without giving up, I swam desperately against the current. When the Jaw closed, I found that I was not swallowed completely but still in the throat area and I could see the teeth some distance away. "At least *pant* I didn't get dropped into stomach acid *pant*," I grinned.
I climbed back into the mouth region as the water drained. Abruptly, the tongue of the Eel hit me, sending me down the throat, "Fuck!" I yelled, crashing along the way.
On the way down, I stuck my claws into the wall, slowing the momentum, and drawing a bloody path using both mine and SeaKing's blood. "*Hiss* I should do special training to strengthen my claws," I grimaced at my bleeding claws.
Then I checked my bag and sighed in relief after confirming that the things were intact after comparing their contents with 'My Items List.' "I don't want to smell the disgusting stomach acid again," I muttered. "Again? What again?" I thought and then shrugged.
After resting for a moment, "It's time to teach someone a lesson." I glared menacingly.
*blaze* My arms shrouded in flames, I jumped to the opposite wall and punched it. *sizzle* I can feel the flesh getting cooked. The Eel writhed in pain as I have a hard time not getting thrown off from all its shaking and rolling. *ROAR* Its deafening roar, vibrated the whole place.
I continued to cook meat moving to a different location, and slowly climbed, leaving a trail of cooked meat. It's hard to climb as the Eel will roll, jump, bend, etc., making it difficult to hold. On top of that, water will pour from time to time, adding to the difficulty.
"If not for this stupid Eel, I would have reached Dawn Island," I cursed while climbing. Suddenly, I hear a 'KYAAAAA!' *crack* sound, from above, "What's that?" I looked up in confusion.
"KYAAAAA! ARGH!" Unexpectedly, a screaming voice along with a broken boat fell by my head, missing me by afoot.
"Is that a person?" I looked down the path leading to the stomach area. "Is it eating people to get rid of me?" I wondered, increasing my speed, ignoring the poor man.
I soon reached the mouth area, then I felt the Eel launching forward like attacking someone. "Fuck! It's attacking people again," I cursed, then eyed the uvula hanging nearby.
I felt Eel's mouth opening and closing, but my view outside was obstructed, so I didn't know who was the next hapless man that got eaten.
But, I felt the Eel shivering in fright. Using the chance when the Eel was motionless, I jumped onto the Uvula. When I felt the Eel turn around and swim frantically, I shook the Uvula in its throat.
"Puke me~, Come on~ puke~ puke~ puke~, gag~, gag~, gag~, gag~" I sang, shaking the Uvula. Then I saw an arm going down the throat. "Is this the second victim? Let's save him. I may be the reason for his situation," I decided, not accepting the fact that I was the only reason.
I lowered slightly and wrapped my tail around the person's wrist when it passed below me. But, I felt odd as the person was light, I didn't feel his weight.
Before I could find the reason, the water rushed from below and sent me out of the Eel's mouth. I felt fresh air once again and felt refreshed. I took a deep breath *bleh* *ugh* and nearly vomited after smelling the Eel's vomit. "How dare you vomit over me?" I yelled unreasonably.
The Eel ignored me and swam away as if running for its life. "Don't come in front of me ever again or..." I began before getting interrupted by "Haha... *wheeze* *cough* even God does not *ugh* want me dead *spit* *huff*." a weak voice. "I, Higuma, am destined to be a great person, Hahaha, *cough* *cough*" the voice continued.
"The Hell?" I searched around and found something floating on a broken boat at some distance, covered in vomit. "Higuma? Ha! Victim one has a similar name as the bandit swallowed by the Lord of the coast," I muttered. I'm astonished at how similar the situation of victim one is to the bandit Higuma, both swallowed by an Eel.
"Ah! I forgot about victim two," I reacted and brought my tail forward, and blinked in disbelief. I saw my tail was holding an amputated arm. "The fuck! Where is the person?" I speechlessly looked at the arm.
"Wait! Something doesn't seem right. Eel monster...? Higuma...? Lord of the coast...? A Left-arm...?" I paled as I listed out. I spun around to see an Island in the distance. I also spotted a ship docked at the port.
"This is Romance Dawn!" I squealed in delight, witnessing the first chapter. Forgetting how I nearly ruined it by trying to kill the Lord of the Coast, or saving Higuma, or holding Shanks's left arm, or the bag held by the tail is once again lost when saving the person...- *ahem* an arm.
I recovered from my fanfare when I unconsciously felt that someone face-faulted. I looked at Shanks's arm and 'mental' Higuma. "What to do now?" I stared blankly. "Wait! I saved him?" I reacted, looking at Higuma.
"Hmm!" I silently controlled the water and sent it toward him. The created wave carried the screaming Higuma away. "Whether he can survive or not is his fate," I whispered shamelessly.
-o-
I swam towards the Island. Anyway, it's the only place I can go, whether returning Shanks's arm or saving Usopp's mom can only be done there. I decided to get ashore where the dock is deserted. I found such a place soon. It may be because of the presence of the pirates there were fewer people on the dock.
I silently reached the dock and scaled it. After making sure no one was nearby, I climbed up. Since I was going to meet people, I wore my new mask and bandanna. Before I could take a few steps, I heard a voice nearby. I quickly hid behind a barrel and peeked out.
I saw a cloaked figure talking to someone, but from my angle, I couldn't see the other person. I rolled my eyes. 'Why are you covering yourself like a criminal? It only looks more suspicious,' I thought, wrapped tightly.
I don't know what they are talking about or I'm not interested in it. My only thought is should I return this hand to Shanks? Will it affect the plot? Then I reacted, 'Who cares? I have already destroyed many plots.' I realized.
It seems this group will not leave anytime soon. So driven by curiosity, I used my 'super' hearing to eavesdrop. "...just a small wound," a man's voice spoke.
"That doesn't look small," the cloaked woman pointed out. 'Woman?' I reacted. 'I can distinguish voices. I'm not an idiot.' To avoid confusion I clarified, Whose confusion? Readers? Who's that?
"Captain, don't move. I'm cleaning the wound," an impatient voice complained.
'It seems there are many people there,' I inferred. "What do you think of this village? You have been roaming the Blues for nearly ten years," the man voiced as the women stood silently.
"If not for us passing by, your identity would have been exposed. It's a miracle how you are not caught by marines yet," the man exposed.
'Marines? Oh shit! It's not that there are people here. They isolated this place for a secret meeting," I realized. 'And I'm eavesdropping on them. I hope they don't find and silence me,' I thought, uncaring.
Not getting any reply, "You should stop worrying. The person who informed me of your situation assured me that your daughter is safe. You will find her when the time comes, so you should rest till then," the man expressed worriedly.
"*sigh* Yeah! I know," the woman replied tiredly. She heard about that person many times from him but can't figure out why she was saved. "I heard you are leaving," the woman asked after a brief silence.
"Yep! We stayed here long enough," the man replied cheerfully.
"Oh! If you find my daughter, notify me. I will work in this village library," she told him.
"Dahahaha! So you finally decided to settle down," the man laughed happily.
"Yes! This village is nice and I will not die before finding my daughter," the woman left happily. I think she has silver-white hair. 'Maybe she is old,' I guessed, forgetting about my hair color.
Then I reacted, "Damn! That laugh. Is that Shank?" I muttered, trying to look behind the things covering them.
"It's not polite to eavesdrop on someone," a voice spoke nearby.
"Who wants to eavesdrop on some stupid people...?" I blurted. "GYAaaaa!" I yelled, waving my arm at the person who spoke.
That person blocked it. "Who are you calling stupid?" he yelled, crushing the arm. The man has short brown hair, wears an open orange sleeveless vest, and wears sunglass. "Uh! You are only a kid?" he reacted and loosed the arm.
I stared blankly at the broken arm. The man got flustered by my unique colorful Iris and let go of the arm. "I don't k-know you a-are a kid-d," he stuttered guiltily. "Why are you not screaming in pain?" the man asked, after realizing the anomaly. Even a grown man will scream if a bone is broken.
"Oh! That's not my arm," I answered leisurely. The man reacted and looked down to see an amputated arm in my hand, then paled as if recognizing it. "I-is th-that C-captain's arm?" he stammered in disbelief.
"Oh! So, this is your captain's arm?" I quickly got the clue. 'Oh! He is Shank's crewmate. From his appearance, he seems to be something snake.? Burning or blasting snake? Who cares,' I thought.
"Yeah!" he recovered and reached for the arm. I dodged and created some distance, so he missed the arm. "Hey! What gives?" he barked.
"Hmph! I found it first." I looked at him in disdain.
"Does it matter? That's my captain's arm. Give it, maybe it can still be fixed," he yelled angrily.
"I don't believe you. You broke the arm just now," I pointed out.
"That... that's an accident," he scratched his head.
"I won't tell them if you give me your sunglass," I shamelessly asked him.
"Whaaat!?" he stared, and then reluctantly removed it after finding that I was serious.
"You first," he said.
"Are you a man? Bargaining with a kid?" I despised him. He handed the glass obediently.
I wore the glass and sighed contentedly. "What's the commotion about?" a voice sounded, followed by footsteps.
"Oops! Captain," Bushing Snake hissed and gestured to hand over the arm.
Soon a group arrived, led by a familiar Red Head. I was so excited that my heart pounded crazily, but I soon calmed down remembering my situation. I think Shanks's eye lit up after spotting my mantle-wing or my eyes are playing tricks because of excitement.
"What's going on?" Shanks asked, without taking his eyes off me.
"T-that Captain..." Blushing Snaked flustered.
"Why are you dragging? Spit it out," Benn Beckman urged.
"Oh! I just found this arm in the sea," I waved the arm. "But when I showed it to him but he broke it saying, 'Captain don't need some stupid arm, I will become his hands,' something like that," I lied as Bullying Snake paled.
Now everyone noticed the amputated arm I was holding. "Hiss! That's captain's arm," someone yelled.
"Maybe it can be fixed," another person spoke excitedly.
"So that's why the Captain rushed out hurriedly, without even finishing the treatment," one man nodded in realization.
"Yeah! I was wondering why the Captain was so excited," another one spoke. 'Why did he run out excited? Haki can't identify a hand. Did he identify someone familiar?' I wondered.
"And what's this about becoming his hand?" someone asked, displeased.
"Silence!" Benn Beckman thundered. "You guys are scaring the kid," he hinted as everyone calmed down after noticing me. 'Does he look scared? He is holding a freaking arm,' someone muttered.
I blinked innocently and looked around for the so-called kid, everyone's eye twitched. "C-captain! I didn't say that, he is lying," Bulging Snake protested.
"LIES! See, he even bribed this Sunglass for shushing me," I showed the glass.
"What!? You clearly said..." Booming Snake pointed speechlessly.
"Dahahaha, You Kid sure is gutsy," Shanks praised amusedly.
I stared at Shanks, and I felt a strange feeling, and I didn't like the look hidden in his eyes. It's the similar look I have when I look at the people I experiment with... *ahem* train for fun... *cough* Scyther *cough* Usopp. So, I decided to not let him take advantage of me.
"You know! What you said may sow discord in the crew," Shanks spoke sternly. "How do I know you are not lying?" Shanks asked. Their captain's sudden outburst bewildered the crewmates.
"Sure enough! All pirates are the same, they don't care..." I ranted raising the arm to pierce it on the broken rod nearby, which is used to tie boats.
"STOP!" everyone yelled in fright, soaking them in a cold sweat. Even Shanks looked shaken slightly. I stopped the arm just some inches above the sharp end of the broken rod. Everyone sighed with relief.
"Everyone move, go do your jobs. I will take care of it. I'm an expert in handling kids," a man broke the silence, waving the group to disperse.
"What are you doing?" Shanks asked, annoyed. The man reached Shanks and whispered and I can only make out some words, 'Want,' 'arm,' 'not,' 'follow along.' I can slightly infer from these words.
Shanks look reluctant and nodded at last. He pouted as if he missed a splendid chance to prank someone. And I also feel that he knows me, but he is not sure about it.
Then the man arrived in front of me. I quickly identified him. 'Isn't this Usopp's asshole father? And did he say he has experience with kids? What a joke,' I sneered.
"Hey kid, sorry about the Captain's behavior, he lost so much blood and is dizzy so he behaved rudely," Yasopp explained sincerely.
"Dahahaha, yeah! I thought you were my acquaintance and became excited," Shanks explained, rubbing his head sheepishly.
'That's it! He mistook me for someone.' I relaxed slightly.
"Really?" I asked, squinting, and they nodded their head.
"Well, it seems I misunderstood something," I clarified. They sighed in relief and they didn't even know what they were afraid of. They are pirates, God damn it.
I also know how dangerous my situation was. I would have been dead if it were some other pirates. And I don't want to push the wrong button and enrage them. "What now?" I asked.
"What?" they tilted their head in confusion.
"You group of people ganged up on a small kid. Don't you want to compensate? I suffered mental damage," I demanded with a straight face. 'What about not pushing the wrong buttons?' I seemed to hear a voice in my mind that I ignored.
Everyone's eyes twitched upon hearing this. 'We are the ones who got scared! And suffered mental damage, You are standing calmly, when do you look scared?' all of them screamed internally.
"What do you want?" Shanks asked as if expecting it.
"Manual to train Haki?" I asked.
"No way," Shanks denied it.
"Hasshoken Manual?" I continued.
"No" Shanks's mouth twitched.
"Rokushiki?" I asked.
"Do you think those things grow on a tree?" Shanks yelled, losing his temper. I felt abnormally satisfied seeing him lose his cool, my lips upturned unconsciously under my mask.
"*Tsk* you guys are so poor," I mocked, as they got tick marks.
"Fine! I will give you the instructions on Haki," Shank compromised. "Now give me my arm. Don't you see I'm bleeding pitifully?" Shanks pointed at his stump.
"Oh! What are you exchanging for it?" I continued to seek death. I can feel many glares falling on me, but I feel excited as the adrenaline courses through my body. 'Adrenaline Junkie,' I heard someone scolding.
"What!? That's compensation for my mental damage. And I retrieved the arm from that stupid Eel's stomach," I glared back angrily.
Everyone's taken aback. "What are you doing inside its stomach?" someone asked weakly.
"That Stupid thing ate me, so I went on a rampage inside its stomach," I replied in a matter-of-fact tone.
After a moment of silence, "YOU ARE THE REASON THAT EEL RAMPAGED!" Everyone yelled.
"Gah! It slipped out," I rubbed my head sheepishly.
Everyone's glare intensified. "Since we found out, return the arm honestly," Yasopp gritted, thinking this kid was not cute.
"Oh! Ok," I shrugged. "I already got the Sunglass," I stated, as Bustling Snake paled.
'Is Captain's arm equal to some stupid Sunglass?' everyone glared at Building Snake. 'Can't you exchange it for something valuable?' they thought.
"Dahahahaha! It's a been a long while since someone has pranked me like this," Shanks laughed, looking nostalgic.
'Prank?' everyone thought. 'Where does it look like a prank? He really lost more blood,' they thought.
"Don't change the subject. Give me the instructions." I threw the arm towards Shanks, who caught it. "Fine! Wait for a while," he pouted as the doctor dragged him hurriedly.
'I don't know why he is tolerant towards me because I'm a kid. Or it's his character? Or did he find that I'm part Lunarian? Maybe he is linking me to his acquaintance,' I thought. 'I will find it afterward,' I decided, turning towards Yasopp.
"Oi! Are you Usopp's dad?" I asked knowingly.
Yasopp froze. "How do you know him?" Yasopp teleported to my face, looking excited. "Did you see him? How is he? Is he bigger? Is he still cute? Is he..." I pushed his face away annoyed.
"Yeah! I am coming straight from Gecko Island, Jeez! Usopp is fine! Alright," I replied irritatedly. "It's your wife that you need to worry about. She is sick for many months and the doctors can't treat her," I divulged.
Yasopp stumbled back in disbelief, "Banchina!" he whispered.
"You need to go there with a doctor before it's too late," I advised him.
Yasopp looks like he lost his soul. I ignored him as I speechlessly stared at Shanks, running away from treatment. Shanks reached me as if he thought of something. "Do you remember me?" he asked expectantly.
"Didn't I see you a minute ago?" I asked in disbelief.
Shanks looked disappointed. "Didn't you forget things? Don't you have a memory problem?" he asked hopefully.
I became vigilant, 'He really seems to know me, but I don't remember reading it in the Log,' I thought. 'Is it written in the secret file to which I don't know the password?' I thought.
"No! I'm fine," I lied. He then looked at my wings disguised as a mantle and prepared to ask for something. "Do you want anything?" I interrupted him.
Shanks came back to his senses and looked around. "No! Here is the instruction for Haki," he gave a rolled-up paper.
'It seems his crew doesn't know me. Then did he meet me in the past? While on Roger's ship. And from his behavior, he must have met future me when he is a kid. Did he also meet me like I saw Straw Hat figures on the altar of the mysterious Island?' I speculated, creating stories as my imagination ran wild.
I quickly erased my stupid imagination. 'He must know a Lunarian,' I concluded.
As we both were in our own world, thinking about something. "Did that kid explain why that Eel swallowed him?" I heard a discussion nearby.
As soon as I heard it, I froze, and then I looked around. Shanks's eyes brightened as if waiting for this reaction. "Where Is My Bag?" I yelled, looking around. Shanks deflated, 'Right expression, wrong sentence,' he muttered.
I looked at the doctor rushing here with Shanks's arm, and then I recalled catching that arm with my tail, which was supposed to hold my bag. "Ah! Stupid Eel," I yelled, stuffing the instruction into the belt's pouch and then jumped into the sea before anyone could react.
"WAIT! I need to ask something," the voice of Shanks and Yasopp yelled.
Ignoring them, I swam away in search of that stupid Eel. I searched along the coast for the Eel, then I recalled that the Eel Vomited, so it must also have vomited my bag out. I returned to the place where the Eel vomited and continued the search from there.
I swam along the coast and I found a trail of debris washed by the waves. I followed the trail and found my bag washed ashore shore. "Phew! I found it or all the trouble will be in vain," I lamented and climbed ashore.
The next second, I froze in disbelief as the contents of the bag were scattered all over the area. My clothes, mechanical parts, spider bot, Bat drone, Bag-E's grappling mechanism, etc. were strewn everywhere.
I noticed the signs of the bag being rummaged "Don't let me find the culprit or, hehehe," I sneered and began packing the bag.
"Who will be in this dangerous forest area? Is it Ace?," I wondered, looking at the thick forest. I think about who is brave enough to roam in this dangerous forest and rummage through my bag.
While packing the things, I reacted and searched the bag frantically. I paled as seconds passed by. "Where is my Devil Fruit?" I roared, searching around the area.
I soon found some footprints, but it is not humans but animals, precisely a monkey's footprint. "Hope you have not eaten it, or I'm going to have monkey meat tonight," I gritted murderously.
-o-
I followed the footprint into the forest, murderously not even excited about entering it. And shortly I found my Devil Fruit on the ground...*Erm* with two spots bitten from it. I deduced that there were two monkey culprits. "My money...!" I muttered, caressing the Avocado-shaped Devil Fruit.
I stored it in my bag and looked around with a ferocious expression. Deducing that the monkeys must be nearby. I closed my eyes to listen carefully *gurgle* *plop* I heard a stream flowing.
I followed the sound and reached the stream where I spotted two small monkeys, similar to the ones Luffy fought, forced by his grandpa when he was younger.
The monkeys are enjoying themselves with no care, unaware of the danger approaching. I observed them trying to differentiate which monkey bit the fruit first. I need to be careful as I don't know what power the Devil Fruit provided the monkey, and the power of new Devil Fruit users tends to be unstable.
I glared at the twin monkeys, thinking of a way to solve them. Taking a Sea Stone from my bag, I tied it to a stick, then sneaked towards the happy monkeys.
After getting near them, I swiped the stick horizontally to hit them both, but they were very vigilant and dodged left & right.
"How dare you eat my Devil Fruit?" I bellowed wings spread wide, fire burning along, tail swinging, electricity crackling over my body, looking very intimidating.
The monkeys froze in fear after looking at my form. Suddenly, I felt a strong fear and terror. I became vigilant and sweated looking around the area for any danger. I relaxed only after that feeling was gone.
I noticed that one of the monkeys fainted and its expression looked terrorized. I'm thankful that I can differentiate animal expressions. Another monkey has escaped, 'Hmm! That weird emotion also affected this monkey. And it fainted, unable to handle double terror,' I deduced.
"Is this Devil Fruit power of that monkey? To share the user's emotion with others?" I speculated.
I smirked and carried the fainted monkey with me, trying to lure out the escaped monkey. 'I hope that monkey is as spiritual as other animals and tries to save this monkey,' I grinned maliciously.
Just when I tried to enter the forest [Don't take my brother!] a clear child-like anxious voice sounded directly in my mind. "What the...?" I exclaimed in surprise.
Before I could find a reason, a huge tiger blocked my path. I jumped back. "Where did it come from? I didn't feel its arrival," I became alarmed. Then a gigantic bear appeared behind me. Again, I didn't feel its arrival. "What's going on?" I felt creepy.
"Are they going to fight among themselves? No! They are clearly eyeing me." I dropped the monkey and prepared to fight.
*POP* I popped 'Sword Grass' and picked its grass as a sword, then I licked my lips in anticipation. "By the time I'm done with you guys, only your bones will remain, Yohohoho," my eyes flashing Black and white for a moment.
I moved away from the attack of the tiger *bang* and slashed its legs, then jumped out of the boar's attack *boom*. I launched forward and *swish* *swish* *swish* attacked with a flurry of piercing attacks on the bear, making its hind leg bloody.
"Fuck! What's happening? Why are they not shouting in pain?" The creepiness increased. I jumped high and stabbed straight at the tiger's head as I fell *squelch* piercing it.
"Their reaction speed is slow and they move stiffly," I began analyzing the weirdness. *thud* The tiger fell down after the fatal attack. I discarded the ruined Grass Sword and plucked another one, dodging the bear's paw *whoosh* swinging just above my head.
I activated electro, *swoosh* then I appeared behind the bear, "I already cut you," I muttered, discarding the sword. *squirt* A horizontal slash appeared on the bear as blood squirted, *thud* it slowly fell down.
"*Hu* their defense is weak," I frowned, unable to find the reason. "At least, they are not as strong as original," I comforted myself, 'or the current situation will be different.
Then *poof* *poof* *poof* *poof* tigers, bears, alligators, wild boars, snakes, and all the dangerous animals appeared one after another. Now, I clearly saw them appearing out of thin air, then I realized something. "Is this Devil Fruit?" I turned towards the fallen monkey only to find that I was lured away during the previous fight.
"It's interesting." My eyes brightened. I threw some pop greens around as bamboo spikes and sword grass grew there, to be used as a weapon.
*thump* *stomp* *bam* I rushed forward and kneed the Boar's side, and then I jumped backward and stomped on the alligator, then punched the python that sneaked at me.
I plucked two bamboo spikes and threw them at a bear nearby *stab*; I held another spike and rushed towards the tiger, piercing its eyes *squelch*. I somersaulted backward kicking the tiger, *bang* before a bear swatted me, I fell near the stream, "*cough* Low strength and attacking power," I analyzed.
I stepped into the stream and sent several water bullets at the group *swish* *swish* *swish* defeating some animals. "This is getting interesting." My eyes glowed with excitement as I plucked the sword. I held a spear on my right and a sword on my left.
*squelch* *slice* *thud* *bang* I thrust the spear into a wolf, sliced a snake, kicked the Bear's knee, slamming the spear at the alligator.
*bang* *whoosh* *stab* *thud* *squirt* *swoosh* *bang* *stab* *squirt* *bang* *thud* I continued to fight and found that they were slowly improving, and I received more wounds.
"These things are not enough to stop me," I roared, clawing at the wolf's throat, forgetting that it was injured and winced in pain.
As if hearing my shout, some new figures appeared, and my grin intensified when I saw these figures, clearing all my doubts. These new figures even contain some humans and even saw Dadan & co. among them.
Since my doubts were cleared, I didn't need to waste my time, fighting. "It's time to end this." I spread my wings and flew above, searching for the target. The target was dragging the unconscious monkey when I spotted it. I grinned.
I took the stick tied with the Sea Stone and dived towards the target. The target found me and panicked. Without waiting for it to take any action, I hurled the stick at it.
*thunk* The sea stone connected with the target, making it weak. I quickly reached it and prevented it from standing up. I turned back to see that all the animals, and the figures, disappeared, leaving only the destruction made by me. There is no trace of the animal attack on the ground.
"Sure enough, I guessed it." I looked down at the paralyzed target under my feet. It was the monkey that ate my Devil Fruit. And I guess the Devil Fruit is something like Illusion-Illusion fruit or Mind-Mind fruit. I'm betting on the latter. If my deduction is right, then the monkey subconsciously projected the thing it feared the most directly into my mind.
Since it lives in the forest, it only projected the things it saw because it did not know the correct details about these animals. The projected figures had many flaws. "And I'm even hurt for real." I looked at my bleeding self. The wounds are exactly the ones I got in the illusion or in my mind.
"This Fruit is very powerful and has many potentials," I thought of many uses. "But a stupid monkey ate it," I glared at the monkey. "Kree~ Kree~," it yelled weakly in fright.
"Since you ate my things, you need to pay for it," I grinned and dragged the monkey with me, "Kree~ Kree~" as it screeched in terror.
I soon found an open space and created a house with Eisen Dial. I tied the monkey with a Sea Stone attached and left it aside, and then I cleaned my wounds and bandaged them.
"Don't think of running, Hmph!" I warned before taking a rest. Today was a long day. I encountered a Stupid Eel, stupid pirates, and stupid monkeys.
-o-
I looked around in confusion after waking up from the pain. "Where Am I?" I muttered before calming down. My eyes brightened when I spotted a monkey.
"Wow! Are you my pet?" I asked the monkey excitedly. The monkey screeched "Kree~ Keee~" shaking its head in denial.
"What? You are not?" I asked doubtfully. "Then why are you tied up in my place?" I pointed out as the monkey looked away guiltily.
"Then get lost from here before I cook you up," I shooed it, inspecting my injured body.
"How the hell did I get injured like this?" I muttered in confusion and then checked the bracelet subconsciously as the monkey shook in guilt.
"Kree~ke~ke~," the monkey shouted. "Wait for a while! Don't be impatient. I will release you soon," I snapped at the monkey while reading the 'Reminder Note.'
[I need to get out before he finds I ate his disgusting fruit] the monkey thought.
"What!? How did you talk?" I asked in surprise, distracted from the 'Reminder Note.' The monkey tilted its head doubtfully.
"And what about some fruit" I recalled and checked 'My Item List,' and then my bag, I found a bitten Devil Fruit in it. "Aaaa! You ate my Devil fruit?" I screamed at the monkey in anger.
[How did this idiotic two-legged find out?] The monkey panicked.
"You ate MY devil fruit and now you are calling me an idiot?" I glared, stretching a rope in my hand, and pounced on the monkey.
Then the monkey is seen wrapped like a mummy and is hung from the ceiling. "Kree~ Keee~," [How did he know what I was thinking?] the monkey shrieked.
"What you ate is probably mind-mind fruit," I informed after reading the 'Reminder Note.' "So, you can probably project your thoughts to anyone's mind," I explained folding my arms and looking stern.
"Oh! Since you ate my devil fruit, which can be sold for a high price," I glared. "As compensation, you will become my pet, whether or not you like it," I declared, pointing at the monkey.
[No, I won't become a pet, whatever that is] the monkey protested.
"Who asked you?" I seethed, pushing the monkey as it swung like a pendulum. "I decided it myself; you have no rights," I declared, pushing him from the sides as it swung in a circle.
"Now I think about it. You are the reason I got injured, right?" I glared at the swinging monkey.
"I will give you two choices." I walked over menacingly.
"One, you become my pet," I stated, raising one finger. And raised another finger, "Two, help me in an experiment," I revealed, with a serene smile and a crazy glint in my eyes. The monkey shivered in fear.
"Think carefully and choose. I will give you as much time as you want," I incited, with the same smile. "Ten seconds," I added.
[How much time are ten seconds?] Monkey asked, fearfully.
"Ohhh!" I dragged. "Now ten seconds is over," I replied.
The monkey became angry, overcoming its fear [What? you said to take as much time as possible] it protested.
I nodded "Yeah! Choose within these ten seconds," ignoring the monkey's plea as if ten seconds is a long time.
"Choose slowly, so that I can experiment with you," I muttered, silently.
[What?] The monkey shouted. [You're going to expe… experi-thingy on me? What's that?] it questioned, shaking in the rope fearfully.
"What you heard it?" I exclaimed in surprise. "Forget what you heard," I ordered sternly. "And don't decide based on my influence," I advised, smiling politely.
"You are a brave monkey. How can you be a pet to some human" I implied trying to brainwash it into choosing the experiment.
[I choose one] the shouted, hurriedly.
"What!? There is still time, slowly reconsider it," I probed, upset.
[I don't care, I choose one] the Monkey yelled, determined.
"Well, your loss," I sighed, preparing to snack.
[Um! Since I chose the first option, what's this ex-peri… thingy?] Mo asked, difficultly.
"Did you change your mind?" I shouted excitedly, and the next second I teleported to the monkey's face just some inches away, with a crazy smile plastered on my face.
[NO!, My choice is final] monkey yelped in terror. "Tsk!" I pouted and returned to eat.
"You know! Devil fruit gives power?" I asked as the monkey blinked confusedly.
"How do you know? You are such a stupid monkey," I muttered. "That's why this devil fruit was wasted on you," I snapped angrily.
"It will be so helpful if it was eaten by a human. What can you do? Can only speak telepathically?" I fumed.
I calmed down and continued, "I'm going to experiment, whether a normal person can get the power of Devil Fruit users if they ate them?" I revealed, casually.
The monkey nodded [It makes sense] then reacted [You are going to eat me?] It shouted in panic.
"Who is going to eat you?" I rolled my eyes. Before the monkey could sigh in relief, "I will probably feed you to another animal and test it," I added, leisurely.
[There is no way it will work] the monkey shouted in panic.
"How do you know it won't work? You are just a dumb monkey," I retorted. "Do you know everything happening in this forest? How do you know what is happening out in the world?" I questioned.
The monkey became silent, unable to retort, "Hmph, I know someone who got power accidentally using this method," I smirked, thinking of 'Iron Balloon'.
[Really? Who is that?] The monkey asked, depressed.
"Why the hell do you want to know about someone out of your league? Dumb monkey," I glared at the monkey while preparing to start a fire.
"Anyway, the experiment…?" I asked the monkey eagerly.
[I don't want to do it, go find someone else] the monkey denied.
"No way! I can't start feeding humans to animals. I'm a good man," I refused, looking innocent.
I continued, "And I only know two animals that ate devil fruit. One is you." I pointed at the monkey. "The other one is a reindeer and I can't find him now," I explained, my hand covered in fire looking evil.
[Then go and experiment with that reindeer] shouted the monkey.
I lit the piled branches making a campfire, and then I looked at the monkey in disdain, "No way, he is smarter than you and a doctor to boot. You are just a dumb monkey," I waved dismissively.
"Um! I thought of untying you, but I'm sure you will escape," I grinned, bringing a plate of fruits.
"Here! Eat," I ordered, before removing some rope and placing the monkey on the ground, still tied up, but can move.
[What is this?] The monkey asked, looking at the fruit in confusion.
"Are you blind or what? It's a fruit," I informed rolling my eyes. "I brought it in the nearby town," I lied, looking obvious.
[Really? I don't believe it] the monkey protested, turning away from the fruit.
"Did I ask your opinion? You have to eat it." I grinned menacingly.
[Why should I eat this? There are many things to eat here] the monkey asked, pointing at other fruits.
"Oh! This is the same fruit you threw after a single bite. You should not waste food," I educated the monkey.
[When did I?] The monkey recalled and then remembered. [No way, I won't eat it, even if you kill me] the monkey protested palely and began to tie itself into a bundle.
"You can't escape," I yelled, then rushed and pinned the monkey down.
"You need to know the consequence of escaping," I grinned and dumped the remains of Devil Fruit into its mouth. *Gag* *poof* The monkey gagged and fainted, foaming.
-o-
After a few hours, the monkey woke up and staggered towards the fire where I was sitting. "Ah! You woke up, here eat," I greeted as the monkey shuddered.
"Oi! This is normal food, look," I comforted, eating a piece. After confirming, the monkey ate. The atmosphere became awkward. "Oh! I'm sorry, I don't know you are so weak that you fainted eating that fruit," I apologized without a shred of sincerity.
The monkey glared at my smug look [Do you know what it tastes like?] The monkey shouted angrily and subconsciously projected that memory to me.
I doubled over, clutching my throat, feeling a disgusting taste. "Why you! Little shit," I spat, gagging, then pounced on the monkey, biting its hand. It retaliated back, so we started a brawl.
After some brawling, we both lay side by side, panting. "Oh! Since you decided to be my pet, I will give you a name," I spoke, catching my breath.
"Since you are a monkey, let's take the first two letters of that word. Then it's Mo," I suggested, sitting up.
[That's a dumb way to name someone] Mo yelled, dumbfounded. "Hmm! Since you ate mind-mind fruit, How about Mindy?" I proposed another name. [That's obviously a girl's name] Mindy glared.
"Then, how about Dumb?" I asked, standing up. [Who are you calling dumb?] Dumb shouted, aggressively.
[Then I will take Mo, at least it sounds normal] the monkey compromised, before hearing other outrageous names.
I nodded getting ready to sleep; [Well what's your name then?] asked Mo. I was startled by this question since I can't remember it and 'I' did not even mention it in the Reminder Note.
"I don't have one. I will say whatever name I have on my mind at that time," I replied. "Well, I will forget it anyway," I grinned.
[What do you mean, forgot?] Mo asked, walking towards the fire and looking curiously at it. "I have short-term memory loss. I will forget things at a random time," I explained, looking back only to spot the monkey trying to put its hand into the fire. "What are you doing?" I shouted.
[I am trying to see what this is?] Mo replied innocently, retracting his hand from the fire. "I forgot how dumb you are," I muttered, facepalming.
"That's a fire. It is used to cook food before eating," I explained. "Do you want to be eaten? Then we can start the experiment," I asked, grinning evilly.
Mo shook his head like a rattle, [You will forget things at random] Mo exclaimed, trying to change the topic. [Then what should I call you?] Mo asked, again.
I thought for a moment, "You can call me John Doe," I revealed with a bit of realization. "From where I came from, it's the name used for people who can't be identified or don't have any information on," I explained happily.
"Hey! It even has D in its name 'John D Oe'," I muttered, repeating it. "No way! It's lame. If someone called, 'Oi! Idiot,' should I respond?" I shook my head, discarding the idea.
[What is this D thing?] Mo questioned hearing my mumble.
"How do I know? Most of them call it 'Will of D'. I know only that much." I rolled my eyes, preparing to sleep.
[Then what's this DOE mean?] Mo asked, ready to climb onto the roof. It's his agreed-upon sleeping place.
"Hmm! It has many abbreviations but I prefer Death On Exit," I revealed, laying on the cloudy bed. "I don't know what other meaning it has, but for me the only exit from reaching my Dream is death," I declared.
"No one, but death will stop me from reaching my goal," I vowed. "If I die, I won't blame anyone. It's all on me," I yawned, slapping a mosquito. 'Ah! Stupid god, my awes...ess was ruined by mos…,' I mumbled, covering myself. Mo gaped at me confusedly, before climbing to the roof to sleep.
-o-
I woke up looking around in confusion, then calmed down as if my body was used to it. Then, giving in to my urge, I operated the bracelet on my wrist and read the Reminder Note.
Then I looked around the area. "Where Is My Pet?" I observed. "If I find out that he escaped, Hmph!," I snorted, packed the things, and went out.
Clicking a button, I retrieved the house "KREEE~" *thud* a monkey fell from above. *Grunt* I gritted as it subconsciously projected the pain to me.
"You didn't escape?" I glared at him.
[I'm currently thinking about it] Mo replied.
I stomped towards him and tied a Sea Stone to him. [Hey! What are…] "Kree~ keee~," Mo cried, weakly.
"Until you learn to control your power, you wear it," I ordered, then picked him up.
Now I need to find a proper place as a base. I quickly flew high and quickly found a proper place near the beach. Mo cried in terror, clinging to me.
I quickly landed at the place and it looked the same as in canon, with cliffs around, a beach, parts from Grey Terminal, and a half-finished ship.
"Who are you? Noshi," an old man asked, appearing out of nowhere.
I saw an old man with long, grey, unkempt hair, missing a tooth, and thick eyebrows. He is wearing a long, brown hat, frayed along its brim. He wears orange-lighted sunglasses and a dark blue cloak.
'Yep! He is Naguri. A filler character,' I nodded. "Oh! I just arrived on this Island. So I decided to stay here," I replied, without the shame of intruding on someone's place.
"Oi! This is my place, kid. Where are your parents?" Naguri asked.
"Don't worry, I will stay on the opposite cliff," I replied, ignoring his question.
"Oh! Then you have to help me as a rent," Naguri grinned slyly.
I ignored him and chose a proper place, then popped a house using Eisen Dial. Naguri's eyes popped out. "Where…? How…? Noshi," he stuttered.
"How about it, old man? I will help you build an awesome ship, but you need to help me with something," I asked back, slyly.
Naguri looked at the white house, then at me. "Ok! Fine, what help do you need?" he asked, gritting his teeth in defeat.
Yeah, this is what I like about pirates, straightforward, few dramas, cliché plots, etc. "Nothing much! You just need to teach common knowledge, how to read, write, and other things you specialized in," I listed.
Naguri looked at me suspiciously. "That's it?" he asked in disbelief.
"Yeah!" I nodded innocently.
"Deal!" Naguri accepted. "So, when do we start?" Naguri asked.
"Well, my timetable will probably be full for the next few months, so wait for a while," I scratched my head, thinking about the training that I had planned.
"Oh! Then how will I teach you?" Naguri asked in confusion. He has already waited for many years, so he can wait a few months.
"Did you get mistaken? You don't have to teach me. Teach him," I revealed, picking up Mo, who had just recovered from the flight.
Naguri is dumbfounded, "Are you kidding me? Noshi," he yelled as if I had cheated on him.
"What!? Are you going back on your word? Or are you looking down on monkeys? You know humans came from monkeys. You should be proud of teaching your ancestor, not disdain them. Understood," I asked sternly.
Naguri nodded speechlessly and felt like he had committed a grave sin. He shook his distractive thoughts and then looked at the monkey complicatedly.
"Don't worry, he is a Devil Fruit user, so you can communicate with him," I revealed to ease his worries.
"Really!" Naguri's expression improved.
I removed the Sea Stone from Mo, and he quickly stood after regaining strength. [Stupid, John! How dare you do that?] Mo yelled.
"Fuck! Who are you calling stupid? Do you have that right? You don't even have common sense, Senseless monkey," I snapped back.
"Wow! This monkey can really talk, Noshi," Naguri commented.
"Look! Idiot monkey. You are clearly talking to me, but he can hear your voice. Stupid Monkey! You can't even use your Devil Fruit properly," I sneered.
[Who is this old man?] Mo reacted, hiding behind me.
"Oh! He is your teacher. He will teach you everything," I introduced. "And this is a stupid monkey, MO," I added to Naguri.
"Fine, I have not had an interesting challenge for a long while," Naguri looked confident.
I nodded and hoped he wouldn't die of frustration while teaching this stupid monkey.
[Hmm! John, I seem to forget something] Mo said suddenly.
"If you have a small brain, you will forget things," I mocked.
Mo rolled his eyes. [Then what about you?] He sneered.
"That…! If you forget, then it's probably not important," I replied as if the last conversation did not take place.
Mo looked speechlessly at my shameless behavior, [Whatever, What did I forget?] Mo thought, and then he remembered. [John! We forgot my brother! ] Mo yelled in panic.
"Yeah! He really is not important." I nodded mercilessly. Mo glared before he could protest.
"Don't worry, he probably returned to your home. We can search for him afterward," I comforted him and sent him to Naguri for his first lesson.
Then I eagerly opened the Instruction to train Haki notes provided by Shanks. "Instructions for Hockey. It is a sport played in some regions of the Grand Line. In this sport, two teams will compete against each other to score a goal. There are many types of hockey, Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, ship…," I silently crushed the paper, and the drawing of mini Shanks with his tongue out was irritating.
I opened 'The List' after a long time and recorded Shanks's name a hundred times. "You will pay for it. Where Is My...?" I yelled angrily.
