Act Clear

Laplace, Sonic, Proto Man, and Wily were surprised when the place began shaking, and a siren went off, with a voice saying that the place was going to blow up. "What's happening?!" asked Laplace in shock.

"What the?! I didn't do anything! Why is the place self-destructing! Is it Eggman's doing?!" said Wily in shock. "We two are the only ones with the authority to set off self-destruction!"

Proto Man looked at him and asked, "You sure you have nothing to do with this?"

"No! I swear!" said Wily. "I wouldn't destroy this place without a good reason!"

"In any case, we better get out of here," suggested Sonic.

"Right, we better," agreed Laplace with a nod. She then went over to Wily and picked him up onto her back without saying anything.

"What are you doing?!" asked Wily in shock.

"Taking you out of here so that you can face judgment for your crimes! Having you die here without proper judgment is not heroic!" said Laplace.

"Huh, I was wondering if we should just leave him here, but you have a point," said Proto Man.

"You know the way out, do you? Guide the way if you want to live!" Laplace told Wily.

Following Wily's lead, the group headed out of the room and walked in the directions he said. Eventually, they came across Red Hood, Shadow, Mega Man, and Rush, all of whom were in the middle of escaping from the place. "Guys! I'm so glad to see you!" Sonic said to them happily.

"Is that Doctor Wily on your back!" Mega Man said to Laplace in surprise.

"Yep, he knows the way out, and he needs to face judgment for his crimes too," replied Laplace. "Where's Eggman? You fought him, didn't you?"

"He escaped and set this place to blow up," replied Shadow.

"That bastard! How dare he do this and leave me here! I thought we were allies!" said Wily in anger.

From the outside, the Skull Egg was seen exploding all of a sudden. All those fighting were shocked and stopped what they were doing as they turned to see what happened, and needless to say, they could not believe it.

"The Skull Egg blew up!"

"They did it!"

"We won!"

"Look over there!"

The good guys who went inside were seen running across the bridge that led to the fortress, and it was now collapsing due to the destruction of the latter. They ran as fast as they could and made it back to mainland safely. Laplace was seen carrying Dr. Wily on her back.

"All right!" exclaimed Sonic. "How's that for going down with a bang?"

"Yeah! Big victory for the good guys!" exclaimed Laplace, throwing her arms into the air and dropping Dr. Wily as a result.

"We did it!" exclaimed Mega Man.

"They did it! I can't believe they did it!" said Burningum in disbelief and awe.

Several people gathered around Dr. Wily, who was in fear as he lowered his head down to the ground with his hands over his head, while they spoke badly about him.

"So he's the one who took over the world and made life hell for us!"

"Not so strong now, eh?"

"Let us kill him right now!"

Hearing that line, Laplace stood in front of him and said, "Nobody is killing him! He may be a villain, but he needs to face the law for what he did! It is not the way of a hero to kill someone for any reason!"

"You will not be taking our leader!" said an evil robot, and several other robots said the same thing.

"Just because you defeated our leaders doesn't mean we're giving up!"

"We'll keep on fighting until our last breath!"

"You want to take our leader? You'll have to get through us first!"

"Looks like they won't back down just yet," said Snow White.

"Fine with me! I missed out the fun out here, so I might as well make the best of it now!" said Sonic while doing some stretched.

The good guys and the remaining bad guys continued to engage in battle until things were finally finished, with the good guys winning.

Eggman was flying through the air in his Egg Mobile after escaping the destruction of the Skull Egg. Pounding the control panel and making his ride shake a bit, he said in anger, "Dammit! They've ruined everything! The resistance army! I had everything, and they've taken it all! Especially those people from another world! I'm going to make every single one of them pay!"

Suddenly, he felt a headache, and in his mind, he began "seeing" images of him interacting with Sonic in antagonistic ways. However, those weren't from their interactions in battles before, but rather, ones that he didn't remember having at all.

Memories of him trying to hit him with a large wrecking ball attached to the Egg Mobile, him trying to grab him with giant red arms attached to his Egg Mobile, him teaming up with Sonic to deal with a giant monster made of water, the sky cracking and breaking open, and a large amount of light pouring out from it and towards him…

The images stopped showing up in his head just as his headache ended. He breathed heavily and looked as if he just recovered from a heart attack. "Father, I am sensing increased heart rate and breathing in you. Are you feeling all right?" Sage asked him from the Egg Mobile's computer.

"I'm all right now…" replied Eggman. "What… What was that…? What were those memories…? I don't remember having those encounters with that blue hedgehog before… Or… Or did I…? Gah! What is happening to my head?!"

While still thinking about this, Eggman flew off into the distance, away from the resistance army as far as he could.

Defeated and charred, Dr. Wily was put inside a cage, while good people surrounded him, glaring at him angrily. "You shall face judgment for what you did all this time!" Burningum angrily said to him. He then turned to everyone else and said, "Good work, everyone! The battle is finally over! But let's not celebrate just yet, because there are lots of injured ones who need treatment, so get to helping them now!"

The battle was truly over. All the evil robots had been destroyed, while some surrendered. The place was a mess, with broken machine parts all over the place as well as dead bodies of brave souls who risked their lives to win the war. The injured and alive ones were taken away to be treated, while the deceased were taken away to be taken care of the proper way.

As they did so, Burningum looked at the otherworlders and said, "We couldn't have done all his without you! Thank you for making this dream a reality!"

"It was nothing! Just an average Tuesday to me!" said Sonic.

"I'm glad we are able to be of help, and I am glad that we've managed to restore peace again," said Snow White.

"What about Eggman? He got away…" said Red Hood.

"That happens to my Eggman all the time too. He always gets away at the end and then comes back with something new eventually," said Sonic. "But for now, I'm sure he'll want to take a break until he's ready again, and then we'll go after him again!"

"It is indeed a pity that he got away… But rest assure that we will definitely track him down and bring him to justice one day!" said Burningum. "But for now, we all deserve a break for living in hell for so long! And also as promised, we will help you otherworlders find a way back to your own world!"

"Regarding that, something came to me that I didn't tell anyone until now…" said Red Hood, grabbing everyone's attention. "You see, there was something that came into my mind because of sharing bodies with Rapi previously, and I believe it was part of her memory… I didn't say anything at first because I didn't think it was related, but now that I think about it..."

"What are you talking about?" Epinel asked her.

"Anyway, there's this thing in her memory that I also have, and I think it may have something to do with why we are here currently… It's called Gatekeeper…" said Red Hood.

The world is saved. Dr. Wily and Eggman's ambitions came to an end, and everyone can once again live without fear and oppression. It is a time to be happy and celebrate. However, the otherworlders have yet to find a way back home, or perhaps the answer to returning home is simpler than they thought? Or are things really that simple? Maybe it's something that speed won't be able to solve...

Marciana was seen with a distressed expression in front of a building, and standing before her were two large men. One is a dark-skinned man with yellow dreadlocks, and the other is a towering man with a flat top haircut resembling a maple leaf.

"We've already lowered the price to one that should be possible for a place like yours, and I'm sure you aren't actually that poor," the dreadlocks man said to her.

"I told you… Our school isn't as well known as you think it is… We don't have a lot of students, so our income… isn't as good as other schools…" Marciana told him trembling nervously.

"Then do something to get more students! You know this is bad for the both of us if neither of us are able to make money," the man said to her. "You make income through students, and we make income through your income! That's the way things work! You've been holding back on giving out the full amount for some time already, so I'm afraid we cannot allow this any longer!"

"Please! Just wait a little longer! I'll definitely pay everything!" Marciana begged him as she clasped her hands together.

"Lessons need to be taught to those who do not do business the right way, don't you say so, Abigail?" the dreadlocks man said to the towering man next to him.

The tall man named Abigail laughed and then said, "Yes, they should be taught a lesson! Want me to drive a truck through the front door?"

"That doesn't sound like a bad idea! I mean, who is going to complain that we caused a traffic accident? We get away with everything we do here!" said the dreadlocks man. "Once their school is wrecked, the staff will definitely do everything they can to make money to hire people to fix it, and then we can take what is left! Sounds like a great idea to me!"

"Please, don't!" Marciana begged them as she got onto her knees. "I'll do anything to pay you all the money! Don't damage our school or hurt the kids, please!"

"She's right! Don't you freaks hurt Miss Marciana!" shouted someone.

They all turned around and saw Ein and Zwei standing there with their guns pointing at the two men. Behind the two students are other Nikke such as Rosanna, Pepper, Poli, Bay, and Milk.

Other than them, there were four other standing there. One is a Japanese man wearing a white martial arts garb, and the other is an American wearing red martial arts garb.

The third man is a short dark-skinned man wearing a black sleeveless shirt and a pair of green shorts, and he has green boxing glove on his hands.

The fourth person is a kid about 13 years old and wears a red cap and a yellow and purple striped shirt.

With two of her "Feathers" floating around her and her sniper rifle pointing at the two men, Ein said to them, "You two better get out of here before we pull the trigger!"

"And in case you can't tell, you're outnumbered," added Rosanna.
