The Doctor looked at Porsha and Kira, his gaze steely. "We need to get out of here!" He shouted. They nodded, and together they sprinted towards the TARDIS, dodging bullets and explosions. As they reached the safety of the blue police box, the Doctor flipped open the door. "Inside, quickly!" The TARDIS groaned to life, the sound of the engines drowning out the chaos outside. The Doctor worked the controls with a precision that spoke of countless years of experience, his hands dancing over the console. "Hold on tight, this might get a bit bumpy," he warned, and with a lurch, they were off, hurtling through the time vortex.

As the Tardis tumbled through the vortex, the Doctor's face was a mask of concentration, his eyes flicking between the various monitors and dials. "We're not just going anywhere," he explained to Porsha and Kira, who were holding onto the railings for dear life, "we're heading to the heart of the XeoKnight fleet!" The TARDIS lurched again, and Porsha felt her stomach drop. "Why?" she asked, her voice tight with fear. "Because," said the Doctor, not looking up from his work, "we need to speak with the Emperor directly. And there's no better way to do that than on his home turf." Kira was scared, but she knew better than to argue with the Doctor when he had a plan. The Tardis landed on the bridge of the massive warship. The Emperor was standing there, surrounded by his guards, looking surprised to see them. "Who are you and how did you get on board my ship?" he demanded.
The Doctor stepped out of the TARDIS, his hands in the air. "I am The Doctor, and these are my friends Porsha and Kira. We come in peace," he said calmly. The Emperor's gaze flicked between the three of them, his mask glinting in the light of the ship's instruments. "Your peace means nothing to me, Timelord," he sneered. The Doctor was confused "How do you know I'm a Timelord?" The Emperor chuckled "You don't fool me with your tricks however the last time we battled you looked a lot like the one you call Porsha however you were male with black fur." The Doctor wondered what this might mean "There's another version of me here?!" he exclaimed.
Porsha stepped forward "What do you want from us?" she demanded, her voice echoing through the vast chamber. The Emperor's gaze fell upon her, and his mask shifted again. "We are here to take over the earth," he stated simply. "Why?" asked Kira, her voice steady despite the tremor in her hands. The Emperor leaned back in his throne, a cold smile playing across his features. "Why do any species seek to expand their dominion?" he replied, "To grow, to conquer, to survive." The Doctor's eyes narrowed "But you're not just any species," he said, "So is that what you did to the Xoraians?" The Doctor asked accusingly.
The Emperor's smile grew "Ah yes you see Doctor our species invade and steal the technologies of other civilizations to enhance our own. Our fleet is made of thousands of stolen vessels from hundreds of conquered planets!" The Doctor's anger grew but he kept his calm "But why Earth? What's so special about it?" "Your planet holds something we need!" The Emperor answered, "The Tardis!" The Doctor's eyes widened in shock "Why would you want a TARDIS?" "Because with it we can control time!" The Emperor's voice boomed through the room "Imagine the power we would hold! The reign of the XeoKnights would be infinite!"
Porsha took a step forward "You can't just take over Earth!" she exclaimed "But we already have," The Emperor replied coldly "Your military is no match for our technology. Your world is ours for the taking!" The Doctor looked around the bridge, his mind racing "But why reveal yourself now?" The Emperor's smile grew wider "Because we need a distraction, a war to keep your people occupied while we extract what we need!" The Doctor's eyes narrowed "And what's to stop us from fighting back?" The Emperor gestured to the viewscreen showing a fleet of XeoKnight vessels surrounding Earth "My dear Doctor, we have already deployed a device that will wipe out all life on Earth should anyone interfere with our plans!" Kira suddenly found her voice "NO LEAVE MY HOME ALONE!" she shouted with a fiery passion that surprised even herself. The Emperor smile and evil smile "Oh but this is not your home is it little one your home was destroyed by the Cybermen!" Kira felt a pang of anger and sadness at the mention of her lost home "We will stop you!" she vowed. "I would live to see you try!" The Emperor said with a mocking tone. Kira suddenly unfolded her arm cannon and shot at the Emperor the bolt of energy flew through the Tardis shields and struck the Emperor in the chest, but it did nothing but bounce of the Emperors Armor.
The Emperor was unfazed "You see we have been preparing for this day for millennia!" He boasted. The Doctor stepped in front of Porsha and Kira protectively "We will find a way to stop you!" He declared. "And how will you do that?" The Emperor sneered "I have faced a few things in my time, but I have won every time with the help of my friends and companions!" The Doctor said with a fiery look in his eyes. "Friends? Companions?" The Emperor laughed "You think those pitiful humans can match the might of the XeoKnight Empire?" The Emperor then gestured to a Solider who somehow disabled the Tardis shields. Then suddenly The Emperor gave a nod and a XeoKnight ran forward and rammed Porsha against a wall then the warrior charged at her and impaled her through the stomach with the sharp horns on his battle helmet. Kira watched in horror as Porsha fell to the ground unconscious. "NOO" The Doctor screamed and tackled the XeoKnight to the ground and started punching him until he was unconscious. He noticed that none of the XeoKnights were attacking him "And now we see it the anger of a Timelord!" The Emperor said with a grin "But what about your other friend? Let's see, shall we?" The viewscreen came to life again showing the army being slaughtered by the XeoKnight forces.
The Doctor knew he to do something "Emperor you're the leader of a warrior race right? Then why don't we settle this like champions!" The Emperor raised his eyebrow "You challenge me?" The Doctor nodded "A Duel for Earth's freedom! You and me no one else!" The Emperor looked intrigued "If you win Earth will be ours and so will the Tardis and if you win?" The Doctor looked serious "If I win you and your fleet will leave earth, and you will never return deal?!" The Emperor nodded "I accept your challenge, but it is between you and me." The Doctor looked ready as he picked a sword that was on the wall "Good because I don't fight for fun, I fight for those who can't!" The Emperor took out his own sword and the two locked blades in the middle of the bridge the two moved back and forth the blades impacting and sparks flying. The Doctor was fast and agile, but the Emperor was strong and skilled. Porsha slowly came around after being wounded but she was very weak.
Kira watched with bated breath as the Doctor and the Emperor dueled. Each clang of their swords sent vibrations through the floor, and she could feel the ship around them tense with the anticipation of the outcome. The Doctor was fast, dodging and weaving, but the Emperor's blows were powerful, and she could see the strain on the Doctor's face. The fight was fierce and unyielding, each strike a testament to their will to win. As the battle raged on, Porsha managed to drag herself to her feet, her eyes never leaving the Doctor's back. She knew that she had to do something to help, but her injuries made it difficult to even stand, let alone fight. She was very pale and felt cold, but she managed pushed herself up against wall with a paw over her wound watching as the Doctor and the Emperor dueled for the fate of planet earth.
The Doctor's blade sang as it sliced through the air, but the Emperor's Armor proved to be a formidable defense. However, the Doctor's speed and agility allowed him to find small openings, chipping away at the Emperor's defenses. As the fight grew more intense, the Doctor saw an opportunity and took it, disarming the Emperor with a swift move and pointing his own sword at the alien's throat. "You don't understand the value of peace!" The Doctor yelled, his voice echoing through the chamber. "But I'll make you a deal," he said, his voice dropping to a whisper, "Leave Earth alone, and I'll spare your life." The Emperor looked at him, his mask cracked and his yellow reptilian eyes gleaming with a mix of anger and
The two resumed fighting, their swords clanging in a rhythmic dance of steel and rage. The Doctor's eyes never left the Emperor's, searching for any sign of mercy or fear. Meanwhile, Porsha could feel herself losing conciseness as she watched the duel, her vision swimming with dark spots. Her breaths were shallow, and her heart felt like it was pounding in her ears. The room spun around her, but she couldn't tear her gaze away. Her love for the Doctor and her newfound friends fueled her determination to survive but even that was starting to wear down.
Kira's mind raced, trying to come up with a plan to help. She noticed Porsha was starting to lose consciousness, her eyes glazing over. "Porsha, hold on," she whispered, her voice strained with fear. The Doctor's eyes flicked towards Porsha for a brief moment, but the fight was too intense to risk looking away from the Emperor. "Such a dilemma Doctor," the Emperor taunted, "Your human emotions will be your downfall!" The Doctor's grip tightened around the sword, his jaw clenched.
Suddenly The Doctor felt the blade go right through his stomach, the Emperor had taunted him only to catch him off guard and make the Doctor look at Porsha. The Doctor stumbled back, the sword slipping from his hand and clattering to the ground. "You tricked me!" he gasped, clutching at the wound. The Emperor's grin grew wider "Yes, I did. For someone who is supposed to be so smart you are quite predictable!" The Doctor collapsed to the floor, his eyes locked onto Porsha's. "I'm sorry" he managed to murmur through gritted teeth. Kira stood in front of Porsha to defend her, but she easily got knocked aside by another XeoKnight soldier. "Now Doctor, I will make you watch as the ones you love die before your eyes!" But before The Emperor could kill Porsha a high pitched whining sound came from behind the Doctor it was a sound he knew well it was the sound of a Laser screwdriver and the only being who carried a laser screwdriver was The Master!
The Doctor watched in amazement as the Master materialized with his usual flourish "Well isn't this a cosmic coincidence!" he quipped as he shot the XeoKnight Emperor with his weapon, the beam of energy crackling through the air. The Emperor roared in pain as his Armor began to melt and his skin sizzled "You traitor!" he snarled at The Doctor. The Master smirked "Oh I wouldn't say that I just don't like competition!" He said as he helped The Doctor to his feet. The Doctor looked up at him "What are you doing here?" "I did some research on the XeoKnights after you left, and I decided you couldn't face them alone clearly I'm a bit late to the party but better late than never!" The Master said with a smirk.
The Doctor took a deep breath "Thank you" he said through gritted teeth, the pain from his wound was intense "But why are you helping me?" "Because were friends and that's what friends do." The Master replied with a wink. The Doctor couldn't help but chuckle despite the situation. Together they faced the Emperor "Now what do we do with you?" The Emperor's eyes darted back and forth, desperation seeping into his voice "What do you want?" The Doctor took a step forward "We want you to leave Earth alone, and we want the TARDIS!" The Emperor snarled "Never!" But The Master stepped in "Or I can show you what a Timelord can really do!" The Doctor was about to show how ruthless he could be "Master you have my full permission to make this Emperor suffer for his crimes!" The Master's eyes lit up "Now that's music to my ears!"
The Emperor, realizing he was outmatched, hastily offered a deal "Take your TARDIS and leave! I will spare your lives!" The Doctor looked at The Master who nodded slightly. "But what about the fleet?" Porsha asked weakly. The Emperor grimaced "They will leave with me!" The Doctor and The Master looked at each other before turning back to the Emperor "Deal!" they said in unison. The Emperor grunted in frustration and waved a hand, the XeoKnight soldiers retreated and the viewscreen showed the fleet moving away from Earth. The Doctor ran over to Porsha who had passed out from blood loss. He picked her up bridal style and made his way to the TARDIS. "Kira come on were leaving!" He called over his shoulder.
As the fleet retreated the Doctor, and the Master used their respective screwdrivers to blow up the fleet and the Emperor's ship. "Now that's a show!" The Master exclaimed as they watched the explosion from the TARDIS. "Now they will never again cause trouble for the universe," The Doctor said with a sigh of relief. "But what about Porsha?" Kira asked, her voice quivering with worry. The Doctor laid Porsha on the TARDIS medical bay bed, he looked at his hand it was glowing with golden regeneration energy "I need to save her." He said with a sad look in his eyes. "Doctor, I think you're going to change again old friend" The Master said with a sad smile "But I will always be here for you no matter what." He said as he departed the Tardis into the new moon theatre.
The Doctor focused getting Porsha home and getting her help. As he placed her on the medical bay bed, he studied the wound, she had 6 holes where the XeoKnight Warrior had impaled her with his horns. Her breath was shallow, and her heart was beating faintly. The Doctor knew he had to act fast. He cleaned her wounds causing her to wince at the stinging pain, then he took a dressing and applied it gently pressing down to stop the bleeding. He took a deep breath and placed his glowing hand over her, he only gave her enough to heal her organs, but her skin and fur would have to heal by themselves self. "Porsha, can you hear me?" he asked as he watched her eyes fluttered open. She looked up at him with a look of pain "Doctor?" she whined weakly.
The Doctor nodded "You're going to be okay, I promise," he whispered, his own voice filled with relief. "But you're hurt," she said, her voice barely a whisper. "It's nothing that can't be fixed," he assured her, his smile tight. "We need to get you to a hospital." The TARDIS whirred to life around them, and the Doctor could feel the ship's gentle embrace as it took them back to Earth. He knew that while he had managed to save her life, Porsha would need professional care to recover fully.
Kira hovered anxiously by Porsha's side, her cybernetic hand on the unconscious wolf's shoulder "Is she going to make it?" she asked, her voice shaking. "Yes, she's going to be fine, but she needs to rest and recover," The Doctor said, his own voice filled with exhaustion he looked at his hand that was still glowing with regeneration energy. After the Emperor had stabbed him with his sword it had killed him, but it had also triggered his regeneration cycle. "Well, I have enjoyed having this face for a while, but it seems it's time for a change," he said with a sad smile. The TARDIS landed with a gentle thud. The Doctor stepped out into the theatre's alley, the cold night air hitting him like a slap in the face. The theatre was empty except for Buster and Suki who were busy reading through some letters and contracts.
"Doctor!" Buster exclaimed as he saw The Doctor emerge from the TARDIS with Porsha in his arms "What happened?" The Doctor sighed heavily "The XeoKnights attacked, we had to fight them off, Porsha was injured and I'm going to regenerate." Buster's eyes went wide "Porsha!" He rushed to her side and took her from The Doctor "Take her inside, I'll call a doctor!" Suki followed closely behind, her eyes filled with worry. The Doctor nodded and followed them into the theatre, his mind racing with the events of the last few hours. "Thank you," Buster said as they laid Porsha down on the couch in his office. The Doctor nodded "It's what I do," he said simply, his eyes lingering on Porsha's still form. The Doctor could feel the regeneration energy starting to overwhelm him, his vision blurring slightly. "I need to be alone for this," he murmured, his voice strained.
Buster and Suki nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. They stepped out of the office and closed the door behind them, leaving The Doctor to his fate. The Doctor took a deep breath, the pain in his stomach growing more intense by the second. He stumbled to the TARDIS controls and set a course for the nearest safe place he could think of - the Arctic. He knew he needed to be far from civilization when he changed. The regeneration was going to be a rough one. As the TARDIS took off, he felt the energy building within him, his body preparing for the transformation. He leaned against the console, his eyes closing as he whispered, "See you soon, Porsha." Outside in the baron snowy wasteland of the Arctic, the blue box appeared with a thump and a hiss of displaced air The Doctor stumbled out looking up at the sky to see the aroura borealis dancing above him. He took a deep breath of the cold, crisp air, feeling the chill bite into his skin. It was a stark contrast to the heat of the regeneration that was consuming him. "Well at least I get to see such beauty before I change again well here, we go again," he murmured to himself. he stretched his arms out wide, welcoming the change. The Golden energy flew out of the Doctors hands and face some of the energy mixed with the greens and blues or the aroura. The Doctor's body started to change his teeth gritted in pain, as his body rewrote itself, molecule by molecule and finally the regeneration was finished. The Doctors new body now had green eyes, His hair was now short and brown, He also had stubble. He around and spoke "Well this is new" he now had a Welsh accent. But he also noticed something else he now sounded like Johnny the gorilla if he was Welsh. "No way" He exclaimed.
