They nodded Jude looked up at the tower pensively, he took his twin's hand Alva smiled at him then readjusting her rectangular glasses she focused her gaze identical to his towards the tower where their destiny and their future would be decided.

POV of Alva
After 10 minutes of walking we finally reached the tower.
Just enough time to put my worries at the back of my mind and organize the most important questions I wanted to ask
Once in front of the huge door, Eden turns to us tense, a smile that wants to be reassuring on her lips.
-are you ready?
I saw my twin take a breath then plaster a confident smile on his face I did the same.
- don't worry we're not going to run away at full speed I laughed
- even if we really want to murmured Jude
Eden relaxed and laughed softly.

- Go open this door
The satyr nodded then he put both hands on the door.
Then he stepped back, Jude and I looked at him intrigued by the strange scene he had just made
When suddenly the door opened with a soft creak.
I opened my eyes wide seeing the huge door of the tower open by itself.
Jude had an expression similar to mine
I who believed that after a teleportation portal I could no longer be surprised, I was wrong but hey in a world where magic is omnipresent I will have to get used to it. I thought amused
We moved towards the inside of the tower once inside the door closed as soon as Eden entered, for a few seconds I saw nothing then little by little my vision adapted to the darkness that reigned in the tower
In front of us stands a huge spiral staircase that looks like the one that leads to my room, the only light present is provided by the torches that line the staircase.
I move towards the staircase and start to climb, Jude behind me, anxious I concentrate on my feet and I count the steps, arriving at 82 I suddenly hear a groan.
I jumped and looked back.
Eden is sitting five steps lower looking exhausted, he is covered in sweat and breathing like an ox.
-wow are you okay? I asked worried

I lean on the wall waiting for him to catch his breath.

She must be about 30 years old and she has short, tousled brown hair and warm, almond-shaped eyes of a very light apple green color, her outfit was light brown canvas pants and a white shirt.

Eden smiled before pointing to the woman sitting in the middle of the table.

An aura of power surrounds the councilor she must be like 29 years old, she has long black hair and big red eyes sparkling with intelligence, her outfit is super stylish she wears black fitted pants, a belt where a sword is hanging, she wears a black bodice and underneath she wears a white shirt.
I nod respectfully as does my brother.

Eden continued introducing the fourth councilor.
-Counselor Ana Lyeber is a powerful telekinetic in other words she controls things by thinking
The counselor is like 28 years old, she has big mischievous hazel eyes, curly brown hair that reaches the middle of her back, she wears white canvas pants, a dark yellow shirt, over her shirt a brown corset, on her belt hangs several knives of different sizes.
She gave us a mischievous smile.

Eden finally turns to the last counselor.

A cold aura surrounds the fifth counselor, she like 29 years old she has short black hair, onyx black eyes, she wears a black shirt, a black corset also, and fitted black pants.
She gives us a look as cold as her aura.

Eden turned to the last seat that remained empty with a worried look on his face.
-Where is Councilor Ophelia?

Alva took a deep breath.

Her twin chuckled just as panicked.
Several laughs were heard coming from the councilors Alica, Ana and Opale, the shadow of a smile for the other two.
Alva relaxed a little more when she heard the laughter, She placed herself in the center of the room with Jude.
-Come on I'm ready She turned to Eden and handed her her glasses would you mind keeping them for me

Eden stepped back and stood next to the door
The five Belladonnas stood in a circle around Alva and Jude, once in place they began to incant, The moonbeams returned at the same time.
The ritual finally began.
After a few incantations Alva and Jude felt surrounded by a gentle warmth that tickled her gently, Alva closed her eyes feeling strangely comforted.
Under the astonished eyes of the Belladonnas and the Satyr Alva and Jude rose a few centimeters from the ground.
Alva's long red hair escaped from her bun and fell in a curly copper cascade to her lower back, her clothes changed from her jumpsuit shirt shorts, sneakers to a lovely white summer dress with long sleeves and a pair of white flip-flops enhanced with small diamonds on the top.
Jude's tousled black hair seemed to electrify her clothes also changed becoming a sort of white Roman toga and a pair of brown leather sandals
Suddenly, blinding the councilors, powerful rays of light escaped from Alva and Jude and to touch the fans paused in front of them.
the fans in front of Alva changed color one became green and the other red, they began to spin around Alva at full speed.
The one in front of Jude the fan becomes black enhanced with dark green.
The strange scene lasted only a few seconds then the fans fell back to the ground and Alva and Jude stopped shining but they remained a few more seconds in levitation.
A little more ringing, Eden saw the little girl and the boy fall he just caught Alva before she hit the ground, then he let himself slide on the ground Alva curled up against him.
Jude was fortunately caught by the counselor Ana before he smashed his skull on the ground.
Alva and Jude had their eyes closed again, breathing erratically, they were also of a worrying pallor, Alica and Opal rushed in turn.
Alica wiped the sweat that soaked Alva's forehead gently, Opal took her white fan out of her pocket and opened it in front of Alva focusing her gaze on Alva's heart.
