In the hideout of the Foot Clan, the Shredder sits in his throne, thinking about all the times he fought the turtles. He remembered how Karai learned that she was the daughter of Hamato Yoshi aka Master Splinter. He did lie to her all these years, but he raised her and loved her like she was his own daughter.
Tiger Claw entered the chamber.
"Report, Tiger Claw." Shredder said. "Have you found the turtles yet?"
"No, Master. But someone's coming to New York to form an alliance." Tiger Claw said. "He contacted me an hour ago. He goes by the name Black Phantom."
"Black Phantom, huh? Why would he want to make a partnership with me?"
"I do not know, but he knows about the turtles, and he insisted that we form an alliance." Tiger Claw said.
"Who is this Black Phantom?" Shredder asked. "Is he a mutant, or one of the Kraang?"
"I have no idea." Tiger Claw said. "This person is unknown to me, but he seemed to be a genius."
"Very well. We'll wait for this Black Phantom." Shredder said. "If he wants to make a partnership, he'll have to proof his worth."
"As you command, Master." Tiger Claw said.
"Now, go. Find those turtles. Bring Karai back." Shredder said.
Tiger Claw leaves the room. Shredder walked to the window with an evil stare.
"Let's see if this Black Phantom can help me with my war with the turtles."
A ship set course to New York City. Inside, there was a shadowy figure was witnessing something. He seemed to be creating something in a machine. The creature inside the pod of the machine was growing as it was living.
The figure laughed evilly as he had given birth to his creation.
"Soon, WOOHP will fall, and the world will be mine! Nothing can stop the Black Phantom!"
The figure called the Black Phantom laughed again in his moment of evil.
