Chapter 3:Meetings, Wrath and Confessions!

Team seven walking into the chambers located underneath the office of the Hokage found the aged leader and the so called esteem councils waiting on them. Naruko opening her eyes wondered who the guest were but one of the fat civilian council members asked "Where is the damn demon?"

Naruko rolled her eyes and was about to respond when the Hokage sent killing intent at the man and said "Shut you mouth." The man shit a brick and did indeed shut his mouth. Sarutobi looking at the team asked "Team seven care to explain what happened to turn a low C-rank mission into a low S-rank mission?"

Kakashi groaned and said "Of course Hokage-sama."

He was about to do so when Sarutobi held up his hand and said "Before you do allow me to introduce our guest."

He then waived his hand five people walked into the room that made Naruko's blood boil. Kakashi nearly shit a brick spotting these people as his supposedly dead sensei, his wife, their two twin girls and Jiraiya all walked into the room. Sarutobi ignored the reaction of Kakashi, because seeing your supposedly dead teacher walk into the room should indeed shock you. No his eyes were set on who he knew to be Naruko as he could literally feel the absolute fury radiating from her. Minato laughing nervously said "What's up Kakashi long time no see."

Kakashi simply gaped like a fish for a few seconds before his mind remembered who was in the room with him. He blanched as he turned to look at Naruko. He then shit an absolute brick as the same dark aura that had been felt in wave was now wrapped around Naruko like a winter shawl. Naruko's white eyes were spinning as the pure fury swirled within her like a blood stained hurricane. She glaring at Minato, his family and Jiraiya could feel the skin around her eyes shifting into sharp scales. She quickly started to take deep breaths as she knew that scales manifesting on her meant that her inner dragon was trying to come out. Shutting her eyes she repeated the mantra of peace, love and happiness in her head.

It worked as she felt the scales vanish. She was still very angry but not to the point of transforming into a giant dragon. She opening her eyes looked at Kakashi and said "Give the mission statement Kakashi-sensei before I loose my cool." Kakashi hearing this quickly snapped out of his state and started to tell everyone what happened in wave. Everyone listened with rapt attention as the mission details were explained by Kakashi with Sakura and Sasuke occasionally chiming in.

Sarutobi with a serious look on his face looked at Naruko and asked "What were those jutsu you used during the mission Naruko?"

Naruko smiling at the old man said "Blood release is the literal control of blood. Not only of the users own body but also of those around them, plus any being around them." She tilting her head a little said "To be honest the jutsu I used on the bridge was one of the lower level ones as one of the higher tier jutsu could literally create a subspace of pure blood. I believe it's known as Sanguine Palace."

She ignoring the absolute dread that filled the room said "Taijutsu Wrath of the Raging Demon is what happens when one hands over control completely to pure unfiltered killing intent. This usually turns the user into raging berserker demon hell bent on ending everything around them."

Sarutobi hearing this gained wide eyes and asked "And you used this technique in wave?"

She looking at him smiled softly and said "Of course I did. The idiots standing around you and a good portion of this god awful village already believe me to be a demon so I embrace the hate and use it to send my opponents to the very gates of hell." She ignoring the pissed look on the faces of the council said "The Raging demon isn't really a technique made for excessive force. It relies on the scales of one's own karmic balance. Should the person being hit by the attack have an excess of negative karma then they will die a very, very painful death. On the other hand if they were good and kind people with few if any negative karma points on their scale then they will be bruised but otherwise alive."

Eyes widened hearing this and Sasuke said "You will teach me this jutsu now."

Naruko didn't even bother looking his way before flipping him the bird and telling him "You will learn to speak when spoken to you lowly joor."

Sasuke became enraged hearing this and was about to say something when a voice Naruko was very familiar with asked "Oh already speaking like the Dovah are you baby?"

Naruko feeling all of her anger fade to be replaced by an all encompassing warmth turned and smiled as Laura literally materialized feet from Kakashi. She letting out a literal purr said "I had a good feeling you would be making an entrance mother."

Laura laughing said "Of course I was going to make an appearance baby. You and those two leeches called teammates did just complete an S-rank mission and that's extraordinary for a mere genin to complete."

Naruko laughing and ignoring the confused looks on everyone's faces said "You say as if you didn't train me to be capable of taking down gods."

Laura laughed and said "That I did." She then set her eyes on the councils, Sarutobi and the Namikaze family. Laura snarling said "Now to deal with the miserable insects and Sarutobi."

Laura then snapped her fingers and summoned a throne for her to sit on. She sitting down with the elegance of royalty. Staring at the councils said "Hello filthy ningen my name is Laura Mishima. My daughter, the one you filth call a demon is Naruko Mishima." She leaning forward and letting her menacing aura come forward said "I am a primordial goddess and you should all be very afraid of pissing me off."

She laughing at the sheer horror rolling off of the people in the room said "Now I believe we were discussing the results of team seven's successful venture into the small island nation of wave." The room was silent before Naruko said "No I was about to tell the oh so arrogant asshole of an Uchiha to take a long walk under a lake."

Laura giggled hearing this and said "Relax darling we will get to him." Naruko purred as Laura flooded her with pure love and adoration calming her even more. Said goddess turned to the shitting their collective pants councils and gave a bone chilling smile as she said "After team seven finishes this report we will all be having a discussion about how you filthy ningen have treated my darling child." Several civilians yipped hearing this, knowing damn well that they were in deep shit.

Two hours later and Naruko was laughing like a maniac as Laura figuratively tore into the councils, the Namikaze family and Jiraiya. Laura was really tearing into the old toad as the man had placed so much faith into a stupid prophecy which had ended up with her being alone and hated by an ungrateful village who didn't know just how close they came to being wiped from existence. Laura with murder clear in her eyes said "Your stupid plan nearly made the purest soul I have ever seen wilt and die. Your asinine plot nearly doomed this world and all of it's inhabitants."

This statement made eyes widen. Jiraiya pale and trembling asked "What do you mean?"

Laura snorting said "Your actions would have made Naruko's very soul wilt which would mean that giant ball of fur known as the Kyuubi would have free reign and no way to stop him."

One of the civilians quickly said "The Mokuton would be able to stop-"

They were cut off by Laura who said "Wouldn't do shit as the fox would have the body of someone who could've eventually awakened the Rinnegan."

This statement made people pale and one trembling council member asked "Really?"

Laura nodded and said "Naruko-chan already has all she needs to unlock the Rinnegan. She doesn't need it though as our bloodline is much more potent and less stressful."

This statement filled the entire room with silence as everyone except Naruko processed what they had just learned. Tsume with very wide eyes asked "Your bloodline is more potent?"

Laura looking at Tsume nodded and said "The Mishima bloodline is so potent that if it were to be transferred to someone without the proper training or body say like the Uchiha they would literally die a long gruesome death ending with an explosion capable of destroying entire villages."

The silence from before came back even heavier as this statement had demolished several plans by the civilians and quite a few of the ninja. Naruko not the least bothered by this information was still giggling like a mad man as all of this was very funny to her. Inochi with fear clear in his eyes asked "She has the training for it right?"

Naruko answered by saying "Of course I do Inochi. You really think she'd unleash a disaster class shinobi without the proper training."

Inochi flinched hearing this question as Laura said "Don't be so harsh with him baby after all he could be your future father in law."

She ignored the widening of eyes. Naruko blinked several times and thought about what her mother just said. Tilting her head to the right she said "Ya know Ino is rather pretty if not a little annoying with the whole Sasuke worship." She then smirking said "She'll probably worship me also."

Laura laughed hearing this and asked "Is there anything else or is this debrief done?"

The councils now very nervous said nothing as they were really thinking about their life choices. Naruko laughing waved and said "Cool I'm going home now. See you people later."

She then to the awe of many in the room vanished in a burst of crystals. Laura smiling at this knew that was only the bare minimum from her baby girl as Naruko had some outlandish ways to leave

Two days later and Naruko was sitting in a tree at training ground seven waiting on team seven to arrive. In the past two days Naruko had been relaxing as the village went into a fit. Apparently Laura had been quite busy as the goddess had let the entire village know just what was going on. People who had ignored her before were now trying their damn best to get into her good graces. She ignored these people just like they had ignored her before. The people who had hated her were also trying to get into her good graces. These people were trash to her, so she just didn't acknowledge them.

She had spent some time with her little ones and had the brightest smile on her face from doing so. She had spent several hours with Konohamaru and his two friends just hanging out. She had spent hours teaching the three of them some of her new techniques and buying them things. She had also taken the time to learn about just how far the reach of the Mishima clan went. She was really impressed until she came across the names of Heihachi, Kazuya and Reina. Two of the three were straight up evil bastards who needed to be put down like the rabid dogs they were. Reina hadn't done anything wrong or evil as far as the records went. Naruko was curious on what her mother knew of this but hadn't had the chance to ask.

She then cut her eyes forward as the pink haired menace was making her appearance. The girl seemed to be in deep thought most likely wondering how to impress the emo avenger. She could then feel said brooding person also arrive. She rolled her eyes when the pink haired girl instantly starting fawning all over the Uchiha. Said boy quickly told the pink haired girl to take a hike. Kakashi then appeared in a swirl of leaves reading his book. The man eye smiled at his team and said "Alright team today we will be working on our team chemistry."

Sakura hearing this blinked and whined out "Kakashi-sensei Naruko isn't here."

Naruko rolled her eyes as Kakashi pointed in her direction and said "Of course Naruko is here." Sakura blinked confused and asked "Why are you pointing at a tree Kakashi-sensei?"

Naruko jumping down out of the tree really wondered how the pink haired girl even made it this far with how little skill she showed. She easily ignored the widening of both of her teammates eyes and asked "Kakashi-sensei how exactly are we going to be working on something that does not exist. Like oil and water have better team chemistry than the three of us." She huffing at the rage coming from Sakura and Sasuke at her statement said "Hell I've had better team chemistry Konohamaru when he was a baby with the shits then I have with these two."

Kakashi eye smiled and said "That's the problem Naruko-hime. This team needs to tighten their bonds and we will do so with some training."

Naruko rolled her eyes and said "First of all call me princess again and there will be some dire consequences. Second just what kind of training do you have in mind?"

Kakashi chuckling responded by pointing to the path heading towards the village. Team seven turned and Naruko rolled her eyes when Jiraiya came walking towards them. Said toad sage waving said "Yo team Kakashi I'll be assisting you with your team building today."

Naruko turning to Kakashi said "Absolutely not."

Kakashi blinked several times asked "Why not?"

She pursed her lips and answered with "That filthy old pervert and his blind belief in a prophecy told by a senile old toad is a major reason why so much hatred was cast upon me."

Kakashi sighed hearing this and said "Yes and he has been punished by your mother so now he can help this team learn how to actually be a team."

Naruko rolling her eyes said "This team is only a team in name. The dumb ass Uchiha is to focused on his so called revenge to even know what friends look like. The pink haired menace wants nothing more than to tie the Uchiha down and force him to impregnate her. No amount of team building will rid those two of their notions or motivations."

Kakashi knowing that she was right sighed and said "You say as if you don't have your own motivations and notions."

Naruko nodded as she said "You are right I do have my own motivations and notions. My motivation is to become strong enough so that I can protect my babies. To someday settle down and have a very large family before I ascend into divinity. My notion is simply that the people of this village that couldn't see me as a girl just wading through life are nothing but trash. Those who saw me as said little girl are beloved and honored. Those are my notions and my motivations"

She ignoring the look on Kakashi's face turned and said "The old pervert can train those two so they cane become stronger. I'm going to meditate."

Before anyone could say anything else she was gone with a whisper. Kakashi sighed and turned to his two fuming students and said "Alright you two we will be training with Jiraiya to help you two learn the importance of teamwork." Sasuke furious glared in the direction Naruko had been. Sakura pissed huffed and decided to focus on training with Sasuke. Jiraiya looking in the direction Naruko just was sighed.

Naruko in another clearing was hovering above the ground as she indeed meditated. She was doing this as her mother had explained that after getting used to her current array of abilities and powers she was most likely going to start gaining her own powers. Laura had informed her that this would come as Naruko awakened more of her divinity and unlocked her own domains. Naruko didn't know what domains she was going to unlock but she really hoped that they weren't anything stupid.

Naruko with her eyes closed was tapping into the intrinsic energy around her could feel her inner dragon curling up around the now docile Kyuubi. Apparently the giant fox was gender fluid and would change it's gender to suit it's needs. Right now as Naruko's inner dragon was curling up to it, the fox decided that it wanted to be female. Naruko was sure her other inner being were also trying to get comfortable. She knew for sure her inner monster was spreading it's scent all around the corner of her mind it had claimed.

She blinked feeling a chakra signature invade her senses. This chakra had a strong yet calming feeling to it. She opening one of her eyes blinked finding a purple haired woman that resembled the cat masked anbu standing in front of her. The woman bowing lowly said "Princess Naruko."

Naruko opening her other eye asked "Who are you and how may I help you?"

The woman still bowed lowly said "My name is Yugao Uzuki and I was the one who gave you the scroll you read in wave my lady."

Naruko quirked an eyebrow and asked "Why did you do so why are you telling me?"

Yugao with a sigh said "Because it was the right thing to do. You deserved to know why you suffered such injustices. I am letting you know because no one else would."

Naruko hearing this stopped her meditation and set down on the ground. Popping her back she looked at Yugao and asked "So this is your confession?"

Yugao nodded and said "Yes."

Naruko was curious as she asked "Most people don't do things because it's the right thing to do, what makes you different? Why should I believe this is coming from the bottom of your heart?"

Yugao smiling softly at Naruko said "I did have my own selfish reason for doing this and it's because I adore you and have since I first saw you playing with your castle in the rain."

Naruko blinked hearing this as she hadn't played with the castles since she was 5. In fact those castles didn't even exist anymore as they had been demolished a year after that day. She then asked "So your actions were inspired by an affection for me?"

Yugao nodded and said "Yes. Right now I am in a relationship and I am happy but should I find myself single anytime soon I wanted there to be a tentative thread for a possible relationship with you."

Naruko hearing this blinked and then looked Yugao over and had to admit since her happenings with Tsunami in wave she was leaning towards older woman. Yugao spotting this smiled as she said "Now if you'd excuse me Naruko-hime I have to get to work."

She then vanished in a swirl of leaves. Naruko feeling the chakra signature vanish sighed and got back to her meditation. She ignored how her inner pervert giggled as memories of her times with Tsunami back in wave flashed across her mind. Naruko feeling her face flush at these memories. Her face flushed even more as her inner pervert sent her plans on what she wanted to do with Yugao.

Hello my lovely little amaryllis i bring to your third chapter to Heiress of Divine Power. This chapter is council meetings, Laura showing up, the Namikaze family returning and some explanations. So the thing about the Wrath of the Raging Demon comes from actual Street Fighter, like their wiki and some books. Sanguine Palace is basically another nod to the Elder Scrolls series. I'm trying to slowly introduce more powers and other realms. You guys and gals haven't given me any ideas for transformations, jutsu or even who you want as lovers. I know it's only two well three chapters out now but i'm mostly done with chapter 4 and once we get past 5 they'll start getting longer. The song at the start of the Chapter is Hell Finds You Everywhere by Thousand Below. I don't know if you guys are like me but i like to listen to music when i read, it keeps me from getting bored most times. Anyway i have an idea on domains for her, well at least two, but I'll hammer out more later. Lastly before i send you on do you guys want her and a group to travel to the lands between to end the cycle there or just focus on the trip to the Elder Scrolls realm. That's it and bloom my tulips.
