I just have to say, I've been following these series, since the pilots, as well as when both series started, and boy oh boy, I'm lovin' the dynamics and the humor, as well as the music. I love the music.

So I wanted to add my own touch to this.

Once upon a time…

There was a glowing city protected by golden gates, known as Heaven. It was ruled by beings of Pure light: Angels that worshiped good and shielded all from evil.

Lucifer, was one of these angels. The most favorite and powerful of the Almighty's followers. But he was also a dreamer, with fantastical ideas for all of creation, for he was the first one among his kind to be given an amazing gift: Free Will.

But it also made him something of an outcast, for he was seen as a troublemaker by all the Elder Angels of Heaven. Seraphim being one of them. For they felt his way of thinking was dangerous to the order of their world. So he watched as the Angels expanded the Universe in their ways.

From the Dust of Earth, the Almighty created the first two beings of Earth: Adam and Lilith. Equals as the First of Humanity. But despite all this, Adam demanded complete and total control, but Lilith refused to submit to his arrogant will. And as such, she fled the garden. Drawn in by her fierce dependence, Lucifer found her, and the two rebellious dreamers fell deeply in love.

Together, they wished to share the magic of Lucifer's gift of Free Will with humanity. Offering the fruit of knowledge to Adam's new bride, the beautiful Eve. Who gladly accepted it.

But this gift… came with a curse.

For with this single act of disobedience, Evil finally found its way into Earth. With this, a new realm of Horror and Sin was born, bringing forth Satan: The first Demon of his race, and General who found no Equal and despair. And with it came a War between Hell and Heaven. And within the midst of this war came forth the Nephilim: A race neither Angel or Demon, but both powerful and fiercely skilled in warfare; chief among them Absolum. The Order Heaven had strived to maintain for Earth had shattered. Until the Almighty appointed four rogue Nephilim to defeat and banish their people within the Void of Existence, imprisoning them forever in it. Afterwards, the four were appointed the Four Horsemen: the beings who brought Order to the Universe between Good and Evil, and would one day be awakened when the End had come.

As punishment for the chaos, they had unintentionally wrought, Heaven casted Lucifer and his love, Lilith, into the dark pit that he had created. Never allowed to see the good that came from humanity. Only the Cruel and the Wicked were he allowed to see. Ashamed, Lucifer lost his will to dream ever again, merely taking the role of a recluse warden/king in the prison/kingdom he had created.

But Lilith thrived, empowering all of demonkind with her voice and her songs. And as the numbers of hell grew, so did its power.

Threatened by this, Heaven made a truly heartless decision: that every year, they would send down an army. An extermination, so that to ensure Hell or its sinners would never rise against them.

But Lilith's hope remained. And her dream was passed down to their precious daughter. Princess Charlene Morningstar: the Princess of Hell.

But in these stories, a Princess always needs a hero to help them. Kinda cliché and Disney there, but whatever works for the story, I guess. Oh, you're wondering who is narrating. Well, my name is James. James Dante. My new name in my new life, so to speak.

And this is the story of how a band of Misfits who helped the most unlikeliest of places and people.
