w2 ep2 The Drive (563 words)

in case you skip the last note which I understand. I placed the story in the early 2000s likely 2002. (I know the main show starts in the 1990s but i think it is believable to have it in the 2000s) I use this year because it is before the iPhone release but after regular computers existed in day to day life. (and also on a different note before Pluto was excluded from planet hood) and it will give me 6 seasons to not have to worry about smart phones. (and at least give me time to get all the pieces together as that deserves a peace of a season and I want to get through things before then.)

In a world where Magic and Science meet. Where the mystical wonder, and tension is always at the surface just waiting to react. The Magical Generations.

Arnold family got into the car to go home (The distance between the houses one of the episodes). Even though they live relatively nearby they sometimes try to avoid each other or at least spend too much time seeing each trying to make it quick as possible and as unfrequent as possible, in general when the few family members that they stay in contact with visit Arnold's immediate family kind of get along, at least there parents get along, unlike the kids, which rival with each other. Arnold cares slightly for her cousin, he wants her to be safe and stuff, but can not stand her gloting. he also cannot stand her view on others that do not use magic. she never says it straight out, due to the rules, but everyone who knows knows what she mean. her parents are more reasonable, and they get along more civilly, either way he prefers not to go to the house. It was almost like that sound museum their class ones went to, waiting for trouble to happen with his cousin looking to one up him. Arnold prefers to stay away from unusual things anyhow unlike his cousin. Janet wants to mess with Arnold and preferably show off along the way. not to mention when the few people particularly around her age that is in the know. anyhow The rivalry between the two of them. even Arnold is not immune to falling in the trap of trying to one up back but he does not do it as often because he did not deal with anything anymore than he needs to reserving more for when they know they going to have to be with each other either way and not provoking would not even lead to less interactions. as they drove the car Arnold can hear his family are talking about trying to deal with Janet and her family 'why this' 'why that', "can you be less showy", the general stuff. back at Janet's house the parents are cleaning up the table saying thank goodness they are gone (One of them) says why does she have to be so uptight about magic. The other responded I do you know approve but they do what they do. The other said find them do what they do even if he does not believe it but do they have to complain and go against us because of it. The other said I understand and agree but we only have to do this during the few holidays a year and they are not the worst in the world. The one says back 'I guess you were right but' stopping midsentence before continuing Anyhow let get out those gadgets. The gadgets are good for many things but not always for cleaning. but they were happy to have them out anyway, Janet was trying to segway a conversation into how she could convince her parents to get a gadget. she eventually asked even mentioned that she could control it and the connection but the parent said no maybe in a year or two but not until then. she was very upset but only complain a little bit she has a little more time before School begins again so she decides to just make the most of it even if it is not going to be the week she gets the gadget.

this was weirdly one of the chapters I almost had to write the day before publication. I only had up to the part about the freaky museum. anyhow I used it as an excuse to put the other family cleaning up in. The 'not good at cleaning' references refers to the cleaning episode with Ralphie. anyhow The next chapter is at least mostly written.
