Over the next few days they or at least she did the planning for the prank. even though they disagree with doing it they come to understand their methods and worked together in a way including the unusual idea for working the bell. Mikey was enjoying talking about computer stuff with someone but hated the event coming up knowing he would have to see that side of her that is the reason she want to do this. not to mention that he was getting deep into a rivalry involving the competitiveness of getting at someone else's side. particularly One that has not been completely explained. even though she does occasionally talk a few choice words on it over the days they have been together setting up, it is nothing that could give him the context onto why she is going this far and occasionally confusing. he knows sibling leave rivalries happen having a sibling himself but even putting aside the fact that they are not siblings but cousins it is on the slightly more extreme and to put it if the ramblings put it into any context. but even through that he occasionally feels something with her company it is not something he can immediately put a finger on but it is something that is not completely negative. Maybe is just the fact that she actually tries to understand the computer (even if the reason is not completely innocent.) but that cannot be completely confirmed.

Janet herself is thinking on how to beat her cousin at his own turf. definitely considering some of the things done around Arnold's classmate have not been in her favour (meaning she did not beat him) and even if they do not know it is her at least she will have beaten him here and watching him flustered.

as the both of them finish the work each with their own attitude they said goodbye for the night and know what is going to happen in the days to come as the both of them become closer and further from each other.

I decided I want to put just some thing in the middle. I knew I wanted 'middle material' and this is what came out of it even though looking back I realise it probably meant 'put some of the other students in'. basically this one was written later than the chapters surrounding it. I know this prank plot in general is more slice of life but I want to do one scene that showed the brevity and also add in some content with the rivalry. The prank stuff will be over after next week.

also I am aware of the word 'flustered' is above a fourth grader's vocabulary. Floundering. A alternative word was worse on that regard so I use flustered, in cannon she would probably use the word 'squirm'. but I took more internal thoughts and not spoken since someone can 'think' something without knowing the words to describe it. I was thinking of describing the bell method but I decided to make it a surprise. we will also go more into Janet's view about Mikey in a future episode (already made). I did not forget about that perspective I just put it after the prank since the competitive feelings are most important for the arc currently.
