this was going to be in w9 not in the between or I guess by this point right after the Easter chapters. but I had some decision-making to do with who will be rivalling with who so I pushed it out a week and I could not delay that easter chapter more. I think I am moving away from the outline since this 'outline thing' beyond avoiding inconsistencies since it seems to be making plain chapters that no one wants to follow anyway. I am definitely going to have to find the name for 'Janet's mom' but not today.

Janet's mom is very annoyed at many people but in particular that recycling plant relative of hers. she usually is annoyed by her because she decided that her 'junk' makes amazing presents though tries to play it slightly civil but now that recycler decided somethings wrong with her dumpster along with some 'fact' she left it out slightly too late, why do they care so much about the exact time. and maybe one or two cans might of been in the plastic. she should not have to sort at all. and to then listen to her lectures her about possible fines.
Janet's mom knows that her magical sorting thing can fix that which increases how pissed she is, so in return for the lecture and fine she is going to 'recycle' some condiments onto the lawn. before thinking then again she could just make herself look like a raccoon and spook her that way. anyhow she will be thinking twice to lecture her on her dumpster again after this lesson.

yes I know recycling bins are kind of petty but as my mom once said (approximately I am remembering a quote from a while ago) that petty things make the world go around. but I think this reason is big enough to be somewhat reasonably annoyed in real life, no one likes getting fines or getting lectured by family members. we are going to have some magical action with both sides for this one so stay tune. The people who were going to argue changed quite a few times it was first Janet's mom vs Arnold's mom then Janet's mom vs frizzle. The first one got booted after a very long thought because after editing the earlier chapters since i realize that some of the Magic versus non- Magic stuff is getting to a beat over the head portion. I decided to use one of Ms fizzles cousins is the fact that there are so many extended cousins of miss frizzle is the reason I thought this would make a good soap opera in the first place, where there is always a surprise cousin in the mitts.
I got Cooker l.l to help me with the recycling and trash rules (One of her stories about when she visited the Grand Canyon (The portion which was not exactly about the actual landmark) inspired this in the first place. (based on the 'bin regulation' not the person who told her about the regulation in the slightest bit)). even though she did not beta this, I say thank you to her. I put the disclaimer at the end because putting at the beginning spoils the story, I just reworked somewhat a older disclaimer I had made from one of my earlier published stories mostly because I would likely screw it up since disclaimer writing is different from fanfiction writing. still take the disclaimer to heart.
