ep66 (w30 ep1) Mechanics Introduction (906 words)
this is out of order chronologically but I am trying my best to make sure nothing of the next chapter will be spoilt. granted I did not completely write the next chapter yet since I do these in order mostly. I am not sure how many people like which storylines but hope you enjoy this.
I usually save stuff about the actual episode for the end but I am just going to state when I saw the actual shop when I doublechecked the episode (of course when I was finishing this episode) I knew that I would have to re-work it because there was no way that the uncle would ever believe that was a regular place and to remote if a location for a child to have ridden their bike or bus service basically crushing all my ideas. I did not decide yet when I found out the location of the mechanic but I would have had to rewrite both I did not wanna write everything again since it is something that could be dealt with in the future episode. of course if he decides to go that route there is many ways this can go I am not going to say how. if you wanna what happened with uncle and how he got distracted or is not watching him I do not know yet, I just did not deciding. I try to do my best work but I am only a single person that is publishing more like a zee (probably spelling that wrong ,that was a fanfiction magazine back in the 80s) rather than a traditional online whenever I feel like it publication. I can list a few times that professionals did this (dragon Ball manga comes to mind) but I learned my lesson about assuming you remember the layout from an episode you watched years ago.

Ralphie has been thinking a few days if he wants to help with the mechanic or not. he is not sure yet but he decides to check it out. he did some planning and somehow everything worked out to visit the mechanic shop. he first visited her house saying hi ms fizzle with Frizzle answering hello Ralphie. with the boy answering I have been thinking and I would like to see you the shop again to you know consider it.
miss frizzle response back I was not sure if you were going to be able to join us but I am happy you're taking the chance. this made Ralphie stomach grumbles at the words the chance which means risk which he usually is into taking except knowing the risk of a particular babysitter.
at this she went on the bus with him to drive to the mechanic shop since it is in a remote location. as they get to the hill they are greeted with the mechanical hand that picks them up and drop some into the repair shop. as he walks in he sees the mechanic remembering him from the whole make a robot incident. Ralphie says hi with the mechanic saying hello back, following it with what are you doing here but before Ralphie could respond ms fizzle came out and said I am going to teach him some mechanics.
The mechanic says back 'really' looking at Frizzle and Frizzle says 'yes even though he still still deciding if he wants to do that or not.' The mechanic radius Humerus gives frizzle a look of I hope you know where you are thinking with his or shaking her head in a knowing yes. at that the mechanic goes back to his work knowing this is not the time to talk about it and frizzle puts her attention back to Ralphie.
she says do you want to check out the place. with Ralphie saying I kind of remember if I before but I would love to see some of those contraption again , feeling excited and happy with frizzle saying let's go.

Ralphie says yes kind of,not completely remembering all of that. frizzle says back well I wanted to show you how I repair of some of the components. I am mostly going to have Radius (The mechanic) teach you but I want to assist you and showing you the bus since that is the one you most familiar with.

usually I would be replacing it with these components but everything is currently in working order. some of the parts get changed here' showing where towards the front of the bus near the steering wheel and entrance where the gadgets are located (2) frizzle says I still got to thank you for helping both Wanda and Phoebe assist that Janet steer the bus down. ralphie says great but they did help. frizzle says yes they definitely did those two girls know what they are doing with their know how on different species and planes but you were the one who knew more about the bus itsself. Arnold father is launched through the door frame from the contraption that lets people into the mechanic shop saying I have something to talk to you about relating to my device. ms frizzle shocked at the appearance.
(1) "com poon what" - this is him sounding out the words frizzle said right before component. again another note mostly for Google translators but just in case my phonetic spelling was not understood.
(2) I do not want to look through all of the episodes for every single gadget in where they were located at that time. they are episodes in which case she shows that a part of the vehicle is repaired inside the bus and others in which they show her going under the hood in the front of the bus. (The shrinkoscope seems to be the most unstable portions of canon) again not the point of the episode so got less attention.

even though I knew I was doing this one and this one has been marked for weeks, no words were actually written until it finally occurred to me the Sunday before publication. mostly because I did not know if I was going to put it in between chapters out of chronological order or after. this also led to the fact that I had to know exactly what was going to end and if I did how I am going to do that without spoiling the next chapter.
I considered having the uncle come in on surprise but I still did not decide if I wanted the uncle to bring him there or not. in terms of the simple language particularly not using the word interior and stuff like that. this is the not to be lazy but to keep in mind that she is talking to a younger kid that would likely not have the vocabulary at that point. I hope this is understandable even though there are some contradictions particularly with the word interior versus inside but I really am trying not to have my early grade children sound 30 with the vocabulary of a 16-year-old. I actually usually write the notes sometimes before the chapter is done so I hope everything here is still relevant.
