William Wellington has returned after almost 30 years to Henry Scarlet's grave on the anniversary of his burial. He contemplates his life since he left for America that long ago and then he sees Eliza coming to the grave. What will happen when they meet? Will the love and desire still be there or has too much time and life elapsed?

William Wellington is walking home the private investigations agency he shares with his wife Eliza Scarlet when he finds a small animal needing some tender loving care. He brings it home to not only nourish it but to cheer up his wife who has been in a small depression after the miscarriage of their first child. The puppy grows and becomes an essential family member.

This fic will take place during the background of the wedding of Eliza and William's eldest daughter, Anna. It will be different memories from both Eliza and William and will be family fluff or some may be romantic and sexy. Each chapter will be a different memory or event during that day.

William has been in the US for a couple of weeks or so now and he is still concerned and reeling from Eliza. He misses her terribly and decides to go for walks. He encounters the team from his precinct. Does William have skill? Will this help him refocus on something other than work and Eliza or will he want Eliza to see him play?
