It took me an hour to get everything ready and to sort another beach after sense stuff has changed but here we go. this keeps getting pushed back with the prank chapter and I might not know where this is going to lead but I do know you are here for a ride. granted I made the most of the edits back in week 27-ish. (possibly w25) before I knew Arnold was going to be involved for the prank chapter. (originally it was just the dad or mum or even no one) I am at a point that I just have to publish it as it is because any more edits would just lead to confusion.

I am not interested in activating it or anything do you want me just to keep it safe. at that the teacher said o Arnold it has already been activated.

Arnold responded wait what, I think I would know if I pressed it. knowing that he made sure not to do any button pressing or go anywhere near any controls like he always does.

Arnold said partially you mean. frizzle said yes it was already active to a extent, enough to affect the ecosystem but well it is complicated, I thought we as a class had this discussion when we rescued it from the bottom of the ocean about how it affected the local environment. Arnold says 'I thought it was because of a leak, a leak of that stuff not will.' him very hesitant on what's to come next. ms frizzle says it might stay put but it will not lose consciousness completely.

miss Frizzle very seriously says there's only a limited amount of things I would mention about such gadgets in class and it was and not the purpose of the lesson of that day anyhow.

frizzle says you know better than that, it is only partially active anyway. I can try to sever the connection but it might be difficult and painful along with having consequences. Arnold consequences do you know what sever it.

Arnold says 'this is not for me and I just want everything over with already', thinking about that incident that weekend in which some reaction happened almost in front of his father. frizzle said I recommend trying first who knows you might enjoy it. Arnold thanking that is what I am afraid of. frizzle knowing that there is many working pieces and more than one device might come into play.

(1) to be honest I have not decided if they were on the side of his family yet or the side of resource family he is not related, I added this last minute. anyhow I want cover my bases just in case I change my mind after the Janet incident which I said the wrong side of the family.

(2) she gave the ship to Arnold before the 'joyriding incident' (before this story begins actually) so she would not have been able to prove herself during that event the way Ralphie did.

The funniest thing is I wrote this because I thinking of ways to have him activate it since possibly episode 1 (though it was going to happen way later in the story) but the scene replayed in my memory and I remember him touching it to shrink it and then this one came. except there is a twist to this when I looked at the scene again I realise it was Wanda who pressed it. in terms of the partial thing, I was between many things having a not be active at all paving it be already activated. this was a good compromise between the two. anyhow stay around this is going to get interesting. I planned to go on a different direction than I was when I made this but there should be some bumps ahead.

I tried to think if there was really a way to talk about that scenario from the chapter before in some depth but the chapter was really already finished and anything added would obviously make it look bulky like some of the other chapters right before it. this chapter was had portions made long time ago so some stuff may not fit.

I am going to probably take a three week break because I am having of some eye issues. not as serious as some in the past but I do not wanna repeat of some of the issues that happened last year in which I had sudden temporary blindness. also it is earlier easter so I think it is okay for a few weeks off. I will probably begin again after orthodox Easter and after the eclipse. I kind of regret that I did not already post the next mechanic shop chapter and if there is time I might just post that chapter alone but do not get your hopes up.
