Chapter?: Chemy Card Vs Class Card

Chemies: miraculous artificial life-forms created through the art of alchemy.

When the seal on the Chemy Cards is broken, destiny itself rests upon the shoulders of one young man!

The battle between Tohsaka Rin, Luvia Edlfelt and the black armored Saber wasn't going well for the pair of Mages, both of whom were the heiresses of their respective families.

Moments ago the dark armorer Servant had sliced the air in front of her with her ebony black sword, in turn launching a wave of dark energy at them, one that they narrowly managed to avoid as it sailed overhead and flew off towards the distance.

All her life Rin had been told stories of Heroic Spirits, legendary figures from the world history that had transcend into legend, however it wasn't until she and, much to her chagrin, Luvia had been given this mission to Fuyuki did she begin to appreciate just as to what made these individuals so formidable.

Take this black clad knight that stood before her, whoever she had been in life she was indeed both powerful, formidable and relentless in her efforts to dispatch them. Not only that but it seemed that nothing that either heiress threw at her even seemed to phase the silent foe that was opposing them.

"This isn't working." She heard Luvia say, "I'm running low on gems. What about you?"

"Same." Rin replied reluctantly. "Guess we'd better make them count."

"Rin-san, Luvia-san!" Hearing a familiar voice call their names both Heiresses turned their attention away from the black clad Servant, in doing so they were met by the sight of Illyasviel and Miyu running towards them.

Despite the danger that both of them faced, both Illya and Miyu wore an identical expression of determination on their faces, both of them committed to the course of action that they had been decided upon.

From their brief engagement with the black clad Saber Servant it had been made more evident that this opponent was beyond them and that at their current level they were neither capable of defeating the black clad Servant that was threatening them or do anything to rescue Rin and Luvia from her either.

Leaving the two of them with but a single option.

Just as they were about to toss their Kalidosticks a glowing spot appeared on the horizon catching the attention of both all four girls as well as the Saber Servant, the air around it warping and rippling, before all of a sudden it erupted in a large flash of light from which a large form that resembled a steam train erupted from it.

STEEEEEEEEEEAAAAM! It cried out as it passed by in front of both Illya and Miyu, leaving behind a pair of figures as it then rose up into the air on invisible track, its large form glowing before it transformed itself into a card which then launched itself towards the new arrivals where one of them snatched it out of the air.

"H…huh, there's more people coming?" Illya exclaimed, "What are they doing here?"

"Not good…" Miyu muttered, her grip on Sapphire tightening as observed the new arrivals.

"Seems we've attracted some unwanted attention." Rin muttered, narrowing her gaze at the pair. "Wait, Don't tell me that they've come for the Class Cards as well?"

"Tsk, how annoying." Luvia scoffed, sounding most annoyed before shooting Rin an incredulous look. "Another fine mess of yours that I've have the misfortune of being drawn into."

"What! You're blaming me for this?" Rin shot back.

"Kudouh, are you sure this is where the signal was coming from?" One of them asked their partner, their attention drawn towards Saber while seemingly being unaware of Illya, Miyu, Luvia and Rin's presence. "You don't think that's a Chemy do you?"

"If it is, it's unlike any Chemy we've seen so far." The other replied, glancing at an odd looking device that they had attached to their left hand. "Whatever it is, be careful, I'm getting some weird readings off it."

"Hold on, you don't think that it's a Malgam do you?" The first one asked.

"It's possible." The second replied. "Whatever it is, we should take care of it before it can cause any damage."

"Right." The first replied, producing an odd looking rectangular device with a clear screen on the front.

Illya's eyes widened, quickly recognizing the voice of her own brother, Emiya Shirou. Not only that he wasn't alone, the second figure being a girl who looked to be around the same age as her brother, long dark hair falling down her back like a waterfall. wearing an odd looking sky blue jacket that had what looked like a shall woven into its design.

"O…Onii-chan!" Illya blurted out, eyes wide as both she and Miyu stared at him in

Hearing her voice, both Shirou and Rinne looked over in the silver haired girl's direction, both of them seeing Illya, Miyu staring back at them. "H…huh…Illya!" Shirou exclaimed, quickly trying to hide his Gotchardriver behind his back to obscure it from view.

"O…Onii-chan," Illya exclaimed, quickly doing the same with Ruby. "What are you doing out here?

"What am I doing here, what are you doing out here?" Shirou replied. "And how come you're out here with Tohsaka this late? And what the heck are you wearing?"

"Well, uhhh…uhhhh, y'see…" Illya stammered, racking her brain trying desperately to come up with a response to her brother's question that fit the situation that they found themselves in that wouldn't arouse suspicion but also didn't reveal anything that she wasn't supposed to.

"Wait, could it be?" Shirou muttered, a look of realization suddenly appearing in his face. "Never thought that any of you would be involved in something like that but…it would explain so much…"

All of a sudden a feeling of dread washed itself over both Illya and Rin. could it be that Emiya had somehow figured out the existence of Magecraft and the Class Cards?

"Illya, be honest with me," Shirou said, looking at both girls with a serious look on his face. "Are you and your friends…larping?"

For a moment no one that was part of Illya's group moved or made a sound, all of them too dumbfounded by Shirou's question.

Illya stood there, a wide eyed and open mouth look of complete shock on her face, too stunned by her brother's words to act or even form a coherent thought. How on earth was she supposed to respond to this?

How was she supposed to react to the idea that her precious Onii-chan had somehow figured out that she'd gotten herself involved in a world of magic that only a short time ago she'd believed was confined to manga and anime and become a real life Magical Girl. Or that he thought that she was a Larper.

At that moment Illya honestly couldn't decide which was worse.

"Huh, never figured that you'd be into that kind of thing." Shirou continued, he then turned his head to look at Saber ALTER, the black clad knight having remained quiet through this whole exchange. "So, you part of their group too? Gotta say you've really done a good job on your costume, it looks just like real armor."

Saber ALTER didn't say anything, instead glaring menacingly at the rust haired boy. "Don't wanna say anything huh." Shirou continued, "Ah, I get it, you're the quiet brooding type. I'm guessing that you take your character real seriously."

While this exchange was taking place both Rin and Luvia had recovered from the initial shock of being called larpers and now glaring at Rinne, both parties wearing an identical look of contempt.

"Kudouh, it's been a while." Rin addressed the dark haired Alchemist, "Still playing pretend Magus I see."

"Indeed, watching your group trying to act all high and mighty in the face of overwhelming opposition of a much larger entity is quite amusing." Luvia added, toying with a lock of her hair as she did so, "So, are they still hanging on or have you finally come to your senses and decided to submit to the Clock Tower?"

"The Association is none of your concern. If you must know, for reasons that are none of your concern, I am no longer associated with them." Rinne retorted, "What about you Tohsaka, Edelfelt, are the two of you still slaving away under that old pervert?"

"Uhh, Kudou, Tohsaka." Shirou said, glancing back and forth between the two long haired girls, "You guys know each other?"

"You can say that Kudou and I are acquainted with each other." Rin replied offhandedly, "It's a by product of being part of similar social circles, for better or for worse."

"As two faced as always, you're not exactly someone that I enjoy the company of either." Rinne scoffed, she then turned to look at Shirou. "Word of warning, Emiya, neither Tohsaka or Edelfelt are the charming people that they pretend to be. Despite the face they present in public, truth is they both have a nasty streak a mile wide."

"Urhhh, I hate to interrupt you," Illya spoke up, the sound of her voice getting everyone's attention, "But, erm, we're not really getting anywhere."

"Indeed," Miyu added, "What are we supposed to do to resolve this situation?"

"They do have a point," Shirou said as he turned to look at Rinne. "This is not how I wanted Illya and her friends finding out about the Chemy's. Especially with Greyon and the Abyssalis Sisters causing problems."

"Let's not worry about it," Rinne replied, "We can simply erase their memories of this after we're done here."

Little did the two of them know at that moment Rin was having a similar conversation with Illya and Miyu.

While both groups were glaring/talking at each other all of a sudden a low sounding moan was heard, the five of them turned their attention in the direction of Saber ALTER, the dark armored knight apparently having had enough of what was going on around her as her body began emitting a dark aura, raising her black sword as she assumed an aggressive stance.

"Wh…what's going on?" Shirou asked, the sight of the pale skinned woman in the black armor sending a nervous shiver running down his spine.

"Tsk, this is bad…" Rin scowled.

Just when it seemed that the ALTER Servant was about to move to engage them all of a sudden she was altered to the presence of something close by, the ALTER Servant snapped her head in its direction, something that got the attention of both groups.

Turning their attention in the direction that the ALTER Servant was looking at, upon doing so they were greeted by the sight of Atropos, the oldest member of the Abyssalis sisters despite her young appearance, having emerged from the line of trees that covered the area.

"Who's this?" Miyu wondered aloud as she watched as the young looking girl began walking towards the two parties along with the silent Servant were standing.

"Atropos!" Rinne muttered, narrowing her eyes at the young looking Alchemist who'd made it her business to mess with her.

"What's she doing here?" Shirou exclaimed.

Rinne didn't answer him at first, she too was wondering as to what had brought the oldest of the Abyssalis Sisters to this location. All of a sudden her eyes widened as an unsettling thought popped into her head.

"Wait, don't tell me you've been drawn here by this creature too?" Rinne said, pointing towards Saber ALTER.

"Correct, Rinne." Atropos replied, shooting Rinne a glance before she began approaching the group, "From observation these Servants are quite powerful, I'm curious to see how responsive one would be to my Alchemy."

"Alchemy…?" Illya muttered, "I know Magic is real but I didn't know that Alchemy was also real?"

Hearing her, Atropos stopped in her tracks, turning her head to look at Illya. "How can you not know about Alchemy! You're obviously an Einzbern, a famous clan of Alchemists." she said to the silver haired Magical Girl. "They're particularly famous for creating Homunculus just like you."

All of a sudden Illya's eyes widened and her breath caught itself in her throat as a look of shock spread itself across her face. "H…Homunculus?" She muttered, trying to make sense of this emotional gut punch. "I'm…I'm a…"

"You didn't think that you were human did you?" Atropos replied in a matter-of-fact like tone, cocking her head to the side, "You're nothing more than a doll pretending to be a real girl."

"No…no way, you can't mean that." Shirou muttered, just as shocked by this as Illya was. "There's no way that's true."

"Emiya, sorry but it's true." Rinne told him, her tone apologetic, "I'm afraid that Illya's not human. Same goes for Sella and Leysritt."

As this exchange was going on Atropos approached Saber ALTER, gazing up at the pale skinned Servant who in return glared back at her from behind her visor. "You who are without soul or higher function." Atropos said, addressing the mute Servant, "You will serve us now…"

The miniature Alchemist then produced the dark gem origami that she used to conduct her Alchemy and blew onto it, causing it to give off a golden glow.

All of a sudden ALTER Servant began to convulse, clutching her head in both of her hands as she trashed about for a few seconds before becoming still, a faint red glow visible from behind the visor that she wore.

"Wh…what?" Rin exclaimed, taken aback by what she'd just witnessed. "Did that little girl just gain control of a Servant?"

"Ignorant child, you should know better than to speak ill of your betters." Atropos said, glaring at Rin momentarily before turning her gaze back at Saber Alter who stood there, seemingly unresponsive to what was going on around them. "This one will make for an excellent tool."

As she said this the young looking Alchemist produced the Dreadriver, placing it against Saber ALTER's waist, the strap emerging from the device to secure itself to her.

DREADRIVER!

"Wha…what the," Shirou exclaimed, "Dreadriver!"

"Atropos," Rinne called out to the young looking girl. "You can't be serious about using that cursed Driver on something like her?"

"Why not, it's not like this thing is even alive. It possesses neither a soul nor will of its own." Atropos replied, turning her gaze towards both Illya, Rin, Miyu and Luvia, "Or perhaps you'd prefer me to use the Dreadriver on one of them, turn them into my unwilling puppet like I did your friend and watch as Dread drains the life out of them."

"You leave Illya out of this." Shirou retorted, fixing Atropos with a stern look. "Whatever twisted game you're playing, leave my sister out of it."

Atropos stared back at him, unphased by Shirou's outburst. "Sister, how interesting." She replied, "Perhaps watching Dread beat her mercilessly will be enough to break that spirit of yours, helpless in the knowledge that it all could have been avoided if you'd simply handed that Driver over to me."

Atropos then looked over at Saber ALTER, producing a duplicate Chemy Card and handed it to her. "Here, take this."

Without hesitation the dark clad Servant took the card and scabbed it before inserting it into the slot located at the top of the Driver.

9. STEAMLINER...!

She then grabbed the handle located on the front of the device. "Henshin…" She announced, pulling the lever to the other side of Driver.

Moments later a dark shadowy version of SteamLiner erupted from the front, leaving a fiery trail behind as it encircled the soulless Servant before her body moving back towards her erupting into flames as large bones emerged from her back and clamped down onto her.

The flames quickly dissipated and standing where Saber ALTER had been was a figure clad in a black bodysuit and midnight blue skeletal looking armor combined with elements of a blast furnace, the helmet that covered that head sporting pale yellow lenses and a ragged looking muffler wrapped around their neck.

DREAD ZEROSHIKI!

"Wh…what the?" Miyu exclaimed as she took in the sight of the dark Rider. "That girl, she transformed a Servant into something else."

"Indeed." Atropos told the dark haired Magical Girl. "The malevolence that destroys all in its wake, Kamen Rider…Dread."

"K…Kamen Rider…" Illya muttered, "Dread…"

Pleased at the reaction, Atropos then turned her gaze towards Dread, the dark Kamen Riders cold yellow lenses fixed upon Illya's group. "Tell me Servant," She addressed her. "Who is your Master?"

"I serve…Geryon-sama." Dread replied, her voice cold and emotionless sounding, fixing its cold yellow lenses on Illya.

"Damn you, don't you even think about laying a hand on her…" Shirou muttered before producing his Gotchardriver and placed it against his waist, a strap emerging from it and secured the device to the rust haired teen.

"Kudouh…" Shirou told his companion as produced two Chemy Cards and inserted them into his Gotchardriver.

1. HOPPER1…!/ 9. STEAMLINER…!

"Right," Rinne replied, taking hold of her High Alchemist Ring and slipped it onto her index finger, and in a flash her AlchemisDriver appeared around her waist, a similar belt to Gotchard's with a white attached to the front appeared.

ALCHEMISDRIVER

The Driver now around her waist, Rinne then presented her the High Alchemist Ring to the Alchemis Linker located on top of the attachment of her Driver She touched her ring to the top, scanning it.

ALCHEMISLINK

Her Ring scanned, producing her own set of Ride Chemy Cards and, like Shirou, slipped them inside the device around her waist.

3. UNICORN…!/7. THE SUN…!

Shirou splayed his arms out in front of him; he then showed his palm and the back of his hands before jutting his hands out.

Beside him, Rinne held up her hand that bore her High Alchemist Ring before holding out both her arms to the side, performing a similar hand gesture to the one Shirou had performed and jutted them out in front of her, hands presented pals up with her thumbs and pointer fingers almost touching.

AS ABOVE, SO BELOW…! AS ABOVE, SO BELOW…! AS ABOVE, SO BELOW…!

"Henshin…"/"Henshin…" The both of them declared, grabbing the Altvokes attachment of their respective Drivers and pulled them outwards.

GOTCHA~NKO~!

All of a sudden Shirou's body became encased in glowing mist as astral versions of Hopper1 and SteamLiner appeared by his side, both of them glowing before and the two Chemies merged with him, creating a swirling vortex like effect which quickly vanished to reveal his armored form.

STEAMHOPPER…!

GA~GA~GATCHA~NKO~!

PROMINENCE HORN…! SUNUNICORN…!

A dark blue bodysuit adorned in white armor, orange gems set into the chest plate, knee and shoulder pads and the bracers on her arms a cape attached to the back. Her head adorned in a white and black helmet with two orange eye like lenses as well as a decoration with blue detailing giving it the appearance of a horse's head with a grey horn protruding from it attached to the helmet's forehead and extended down separating the two oranges lenses.

"Kamen Rider Majade," The newly transformed Rider proclaimed, "Watashi no rū wa…watashi ga kimeru!"

"A…Amazing…" Miyu muttered as she gazed upon the sight of the newly transformed Kamen Rider Majade.

"H….h…huh!" Illya exclaimed, a look of disbelief on her face as she took in the sight of her brother's armored form. "Ruby, since when has Onii-chan been capable of Magecraft?"

"Don't look at me Illya-chan," The sentient wand replied, "I'm just as shocked at this as you are."

"I'm not so sure…" Sapphire spoke up, her voice catching both girls' attention.

"What do you mean Sapphire?" Miyu inquired.

"The method that Emiya-san and Kudoh-san used to create that armor, it's not a form of Magecraft that I'm aware of."

"Your conversation bores me," Atropos said coldly, fixing both Illya and Miyu with a cold glare before glancing at her armored Servant. "Dread, the silver haired girl, kill her."

Nodding in response to her Master's orders, began slowly advancing forward towards Illya and Miyu.

"Oh No you don't," Gotchard cried out as he began running, "Kudouh, let's get going…"

Nodding in response, Majade followed after him, both Alchemist Riders rushed at Dread who didn't even seem to register them.

Closing the gap, Gotchard aimed a punch at Dread who leaned out of the way, undeterred the blue Rider threw another punch at his dark opponent who easily caught fist and pulled him in close and drove her knee into his gut, knocking the air out of him, before striking him across the face with a back hand which sent him stumbling backwards.

No sooner had Gotchard been dispatched, Dread quickly found herself engaged against Majade, the white mythical themed Rider aiming a kick at the midnight blue Rider who stepped back out of the way as she aimed a punch at her.

Seeing this, Majade responded by dropping down and aimed a sweeping kick at Dread's leg only for her opponent to jump up and back out of the way, grabbing the Nekhbetvoke lever on the front of the Dreadriver as she did so and pulled it closed.

Several globs of molten liquid burst forth from the gaps in Dread's chestplate, which congealed together as they gathered around her right leg, creating several large jagged looking spikes.

Glaring at Majade, Dread grabbed the Nekhbetvoke lever again and pulled it open before unleashing a fiery roundhouse kick, striking her in the chest which launched her backwards into Gotchard, sending both of them crashing into the ground where they were engulfed in a large explosion.

DREAD BREAKING!

"ONII-CHAN!" Illya cried out, her eyes wide and a look of terror in her face.

"How vicious…" Muttered Miyu, a bead of cold sweat rolling down her face.

Suddenly the ground in front of Dread erupted into multiple burst of heat and smoke, halting Dread in her tracks, before both Rin and Luvia suddenly appeared before Illya and Miyu, the Tohsaka heiress's finger crackling with dark energy while the blond haired Edelfelt grasped several gems between her fingers.

"Illya, Miyu," Rin addressed the pair, never taking her eyes off of Dread, "Both of you get out of here."

"R…Rin-san…" Illya spluttered, "You can't seriously be thinking of fighting that thing?"

"Illya-chan is right," Ruby added. "You saw what just happened to her Onii-chan and his girlfriend. You'll get pounded into the dirt if you try."

"Don't argue, just go." Rin retorted, glancing back at her momentarily. "Luvia, you ready?"

"But of course," Luvia replied, "As her teacher it's only proper for a student to observe how a true first class Magus fights. Just try to keep up."

"Heh, if that's the case then both Illya and Miyu better pay close attention to me…" Rin retorted before she unleashed a barrage of Gandr shots at Dread, the bolts striking the dark Rider in the chest forcing her back a few steps.

Seeing this, Luvia tossed her gems at Dread, muttering a rapid string of incantations under her breath, the crystals beginning to glow brighter and brighter until they suddenly exploded, unleashing four powerful releases of energy that knocked Dread backwards and sent her sprawling across the ground.

Seeing the midnight blue Rider go down both Magus rushed forward towards the dark Kamen Rider, her Magic Circuits glowing as she channelled her Prana into her leg Rin attempted to deliver a vicious axe kick down upon the downed Rider only for Dread to roll out of the way, her foot shattering the concrete as her foot slammed into the ground.

Picking herself up Dread fixed her gaze upon Rin as she attempted to deliver another kick to the skeletal Rider who responded by reaching out and grabbing her leg and pulled her off balance, swinging her around before tossing her aside.

Dread wasn't given much time to recover as Luvia made own attempt, the blond haired noble appeared behind Dread and wrapped her arms around her chest, attempting to pin the dark Rider's arms to her side.

Gritting her teeth Luvia poured all her Prana into her arms as she attempted to suplex the dread Rider, as she was lifted off the ground Dread raised her legs and rolled over the top of the Edelfet heiress and landed behind her, delivering a kick to Luvia's back that knocked her onto the ground next to Rin.

"Tsk, nice one Luvia," Rin scoffed as she got shakily to her feet, "You really think something like that would work on a Servant?"

"Shut up you graceless ape," Luvia shot back as she too picked herself up, "You're hardly doing better than me in case you didn't notice."

As the two heiresses traded barbs Dread reached into her Draw Holder she produced a Repli Chemy Card from it, scanned it before inserting it into the Khonsu Stiller slot of her Driver.

2. PIKAHOTARU, DRAIN!

All of a sudden a bright flash of light emanated from the cracked looking screen located on the front of Dread's Driver, one bright enough to disorient both of his opponents, rendering both of them momentarily unable to see.

"Aghhh, my eyes…" Rin cried out, running her eyes with her hands.

"Can't…can't…see…" Luvia added, shaking her head in an attempt to shake off her inability to see.

With both of them rendered momentarily helpless Dread moved towards Rin and Luvia , reaching out he grabbed a hold of the Tohsaka heiress's shoulder she pulled in close before delivering a vicious punch to her midsection and followed it up with a punch to the face that knocked her to the ground.

Dread turned towards Luvia, unleashing a kick to her chest that launched her backwards into the railing, the force of her hitting it denting it, before she slumped to the ground.

With both Kamen Riders and senior Magus out of the way, Dread turned her focus towards both Illya and Miyu, produced a new Repli Chemy Card and inserted it into her Driver's Khonsu Stiller slot, before closing up and opening the Nekhbetvoke lever connected to it.

8. APPAREBUSHIDO, DRAIN!

All of a sudden a gout of flame erupted forth from Dread's hand from which a katana style sword with a black handle appeared and was quickly snatched up by the menacing looking Rider.

Weapon now in hand, Dread's body tensed up before she suddenly shot forward, blade at the ready as she moved towards Illya and Miyu.

At the same time both Gotchard and Majade had managed to recover to Dread's kick and were picking themselves up when they both noticed Dread charging at Illya and Miyu.

"NO, ILLYA…" Gotchard cried out, lunging forward he ran as fast as he could towards the two younger girls.

"Banbutsu wa korenaru hitotsumono no kaizō to shite umare uku!" Majade proclaimed, the gem set into her ring suddenly glowing and a tennis ball sized crystal like construct appeared before her.

Balling up her fist the legendary creature themed Rider punched the crystal, the shattered pieces taking the form of multiple arrows that launched themselves at Dread, forcing the midnight blue Rider to use her sword to deflect the incoming projectiles.

This move however was enough of a distraction to allow Gotchard to get ahead of Dread and tackle both girls to the ground, narrowly avoiding Dread's sword as she attempted to cut them down.

"Hey, are the two of you ok?" The blue Rider addressed the two girls, "Neither if you are hurt are you?"

"I…am unharmed." Miyu replied, doing her best not to look into Gorchard's face despite his head being covered by a helmet.

"That's good." Gotchard replied, he then glanced over towards his younger sibling. "Illya, what about you?"

Illya didn't reply, her silvery bangs hid her eyes from view as she looked towards the floor, as if she were to look at him in the face.

Before Gotchard could ask her again all of a sudden the sounds of fighting caught the trio's attention and looking over Gotchard, Illya and Miyu were met by the sight of Dread and Majade engaged in battle, the white, orange and black Rider aiming a punch at the dread Rider who leaned out of the way of her attempt before swinging her with her sword, the blade slashing Majade across the chest and sending her sprawling to the ground.

Acting quickly, Gotchard produced an orange gun pointing it at Dread and fired several energy card shaped shots at Dread, the first couple of shots ricocheting off of the midnight blue Rider's chest plate before blocking the rest with her sword.

GOTCHARD GUN!

Having gotten Dread's attention, the blue train themed Rider quickly got to his feet the blue, pulling out his Exgotchardchalibur as he did so before moving into engage Dread, slashing at the skeletal/furnace themed Rider with his sword only for Dread to block his weapon with her own. This distraction allowing for Majade to get out of the way.

"Illya, you and your friend need to run." Gotchard told them, risking a glance back at the two of them. "I won't let Dread and Atropos lay a finger on you."

"Onii-chan…" Illya muttered, "Onii-chan, why, why did you save me?"

Quickly she rose to her feet, her eyes watering as she stared at Gotchard. "You heard what that weird girl said, I'm not your sister. I'm not even a human being." She called out to him, her voice shaking. "So why, why did you save me?"

"I don't care if you're human or not." Gotchard replied, "Even if you're a homunculus, as far as I'm concerned Illya is still Illya. Even if we're not connected by blood, you're my little sister."

"O…onii-chan…" Illya muttered, tears rolling down her face.

Gotchard turned his attention back to Dread, pointing his gun at the midnight blue Rider and fired several shots at his opponent who pulled back, raising her sword to block the incoming projectiles fired at her.

"Illya, as your older brother it's my job to protect you." Gotchard ordered as he produced two new Chemy Cards. "Both of you, take this opportunity to get out of here. I'll hold Dread off long enough for you to get away."

He then inserted the pair of cards into the Gotchardriver and pulled out the Altvokes located on the side of the device.

2. SKEBOW…!/8. APPAREBUSHIDO…!

GOTCHA~NKO~!

All of a sudden the blue segments of Gotchards armor suddenly vanished and were replaced now with red ones, giving him a samurai like appearance, the heels of his armored boots sporting wheels.

APPARESKEBOW!

Clad in his new armor the Alchemist Rider produced a large orange V shaped weapon that looked like a bow with bladed arms, the large weapon appearing from out of seemingly nowhere.

GOTCHARCHTORNADO!

Armed with both the Gotchardtornando and the Exgotchardchalibur, Gotchard moved in to engage Dread again, using his larger orange weapon to block the dark Rider's sword before slashing at her with his sword only for Dread to twist out of the way of his attempt.

Meanwhile Rin and Luvia had managed to recover somewhat from the blow's that they'd taken from Dread. "Damnit," Rin muttered as she and Luvia picked themselves up off the ground. "I knew Servants were strong but I didn't imagine that it would hurt this much to get hit by one…"

"Much as it loathes me to agree with you, I have to concur," Luvia grimaced, clutching at the spot where she'd been struck by Dread. "Things are getting much too out of control. That weird girl, just how was she able to gain control over a Servant?"

"That soulless shell serves me now.'' Hearing a voice the Magus duo looked up and were met by the sight of Atropos standing over them, the oldest of the Abyssalis Sisters fixing them with a look of cold indifference. "You two will also serve Greyon-sama."

"You…you little brat…" Rin growled as she got back up to her feet, glaring at Atropos who didn't even flinch up the Tohsaka heiress's gaze. "Luvia, I think that this little girl needs to be taught a lesson."

Unphased by the look Rin was giving her, Atropos's eyes suddenly glowed red and all of a sudden both Magi's torsos were enveloped in a golden aura, lifting both of them off of the ground and rendering them unable to move.

"Hey, hey, what the hell is this, do you think you're doing?" Rin protested as she and Luvia tried to break free of the energy that bound the two of them in its grip.

"Such indignance," Luvia growled in frustration as she struggled, "Let me go right now."

All of a sudden both the Tohsaka and Edelfelt Mages's bodies began to radiate a pitch black aura.

"That's some loverly malice you've got there. The two of you are the perfect candidate for these Chemys…" Atropos said as she produced a pair of Ride Chemy Cards, Gorilla Sensei and Katchula, both cards admitting the same a sickly dark aura that Rin and Luvia were. "Let gold envelop you…"

No sooner had she uttered these words a pair of glowing orbs emerged from the two Chemy Cards and flew towards both Rin and Luvia, both Chemy's attaching themselves to their bodies and both were engulfed in a pitch black aura.

"Rin-san…"/"Luvia-san…" Both Illya and Miyu cried out as they both watched on helplessly as the older girls that had taken it upon themselves to train them respectively in Magecraft vanished from view.

Just as quickly the dark aura vanished just as quickly as it appeared to reveal that the Tohsaka and heiress had been transformed into a large hulking creature, its body clad in a n off gold bodysuit with vertical lines running up it while part of her upperpart were covered in patches of dark fur, a blue skinned clenched fist instead of a face.

The second while wearing the same striped bodysuit had a large fuzzy black and yellow spider adorning its upper body, its head attached to its chest featuring six red beady eyes and its two front legs acting as its arms, the arachnid's back end serving as the creature's head.

"H…huh, no!" Illya cried out, staring with a wide eyed look of shock and horror at the monster that Rin had been transformed into. "Rin-san…Luvia-san!"

"Damn, they've both been turned into Malgam…" Majade muttered, "Emiya, I'll deal with these two. You handle Dread."

"Right." Gotchard replied as his partner moved in to engage the pair of Magus turned Malgams.

Quickly getting to his feet the red samurai themed Rider moved in to engage Dread, throwing a pair of punches at the dark Rider who easily ducked out of the way.

A low sounding groan was heard coming from Dread before she then lashed out at Gotchard, slashing viciously at him with her sword, slashing his across the chest several times which knocked him to the ground.

"D…damn…" Gotchard groaned, just as he was about to pick himself up Dread appeared above him, the dark Rider swinging her sword at him.

Acting quickly Gotchard produced his Exgotchardchalibur, managed to get his sword up in time to block Dread's, a loud metallic clang ringing out as the two blades collided with one another.

"Onii-chan!" Illya cried out, a panicked look on her face as she watched as the two Rider's engaged one another, "Hold on Onii-chan…"

Just as she was about to run towards where the two Riders were fighting she felt a hand seize hold of her wrist, looking back she found Miyu looking back at her with a stern look on her face, the ebony haired preteen's hand grasped tightly around her wrist.

"Hold it Illyasviel," Miyu told her firmly, "Remember when I said not to just rush in blindly, doing so will only result in you getting hurt."

"But…but Miyu, we need to do something." Illya replied, sounding desperate, "Onii-chan, if we don't do something he might…"

"I understand but need to approach this situation calmly and surely." Miyu told her. "This Kamen Rider Dread is clearly a strong opponent, we need a sound strategy if we hope to win."

"Gotta agree with Miyu on this," Ruby spoke up, "I don't think Illya-chan's cuteness alone is going to be enough to win this one."

"Miyu…Ruby…" Illya muttered, her face scrunching itself as she tried to think. "Maybe, if we can separate the Saber Card from Dread, with everyone working together we can seal it."

"Strength in numbers, it could work." Miyu replied, "That's assuming that your brother and Kudoh-san's abilities are strong enough to handle Saber."

"I…I believe in Onii-chan." Illya said, sounding determined, "With everyone working together we can win."

"Alright. Sapphire and I will draw Dread's attention, while I doing that you come from behind and try to pin them down." Miyu said, taking a step forward, "Sapphire, let's go."

"As you wish Miyu-san." The sentient wand replied in her usual tone.

Her body tensing up for a moment, Miyu then dashed forward, making a beeline before her wielder began moving towards where both Kamen Riders were fighting.

"Emiya-san, move out of the way!" Miyu called out before pointing Sapphire in Dread's direction and fired a beam of magical energy at the midnight blue Rider, both her and Gotchard dropped down and rolled out of the way to avoid it.

"W…whoa…" Gotchard exclaimed, taken aback by what had just happened.

"Are you alright On…Emiya-san?" Miyu asked as she approached him, hoping that he hadn't noticed her slight slip up.

All of a sudden Illya descended from the sky above, letting out a cry as she did so, swinging Ruby as hard as she could, slamming the sentient wand into Dread's back which caused her to stumble forward.

A low sounding growl rumbled out of Dread as she turned to face Illya, attempting to slash her with her sword. As she did this Gotchard rushed toward, reaching out he grabbed hold of his sister's wrist and pulled her out the way of Dread's swing, swinging her around and pulled her towards him before following this up with a slash with Exgotcharcalibur, knocking Dread to the ground.

"Thank you Onii-chan." Illya told him. "That was too close."

"Illya," Gotchard said firmly as he set Illya down, Miyu running over to join them, "What the heck do you two think you're doing? I told you both to run."

"We…we came to help you fight Dread," Illya told him. "I…I couldn't just stand back and watch you get hurt."

"That's right, you should be grateful Illya-chan's Onii-chan." Ruby added, "Your oh so adorable Omoto-san bravely charged in to come to your aid, such an act of heroism deserves to be rewarded. Maybe with a kiss."

"... ...Illya, your stick is talking." Gotchard said, his tone a mixture of sounding both surprise and confusion.

As this conversation was going on Dread picked themselves off of the ground, produced another RepliChemy Card from her Card Drawer and loaded it into her Driver.

7. BULLETBAANG DRAIN!

As before, a gout of flames erupted from the Dread Rider's hands, taking the form of a pair of black pistols which she then pointed at both Gotchard, Illya and Miyu, opening fire upon them.

"Oh shit…" Acting quickly the samurai/skateboard Rider placed himself in front of both preteen girls and the line of fire, using his Gotchartornado to shield them as much as he could.

"It's got guns!" Illya exclaimed, "No one said anything about having to fight someone with guns."

"Don't go losing your head now Illyasviel. The plan hasn't changed." Miyu told her. "We need to separate the Saber from Dread, that was your plan remember."

"What are you two talking about?" Gotchard asked, glancing back at them while doing his best to hold strong against the barrage of gunfire being fired at him.

"We've concluded that the best course of action is to separate Dread from its host." Miyu told him. "It was Illyasviel's idea."

"That's right Onii-chan." Illya added, "Then we can all work together to defeat the Saber Servant."

"Separate Dread…" Gotchard told them. "I can do that; I have a way to separate Dread from its host."

"Huh, you can do that?" Illya exclaimed.

"Hold on, if you have a way to do that then why haven't you done it already?" Ruby demanded.

"Because I can't do it in this form." Gotchard retorted, "And, in case you haven't noticed, I can't change right now, not without putting you two at risk."

"Good point," Sapphire said, agreeing with the blue train Rider "You should probably pay better attention Nee-san."

"Whose side are you on Sapphire!" Ruby cried out in response to the other Kalidostick's comment.

Miyu let out a deep sigh. "Can we focus on the task at hand." She said, doing her best to keep her frustration out of her voice. "Emiya-san, Illyasviel and I will distract Dread so you change your form and separate Dread from the Saber Servant."

She then looked over towards Illya. "Illyasviel, let's go…" She said as she extended a hand to Illya who nodded in response, the silver haired Magical Girl taking hold of her extended hand.

Before Gotchard could say something in protest both Magical Girls took to the air, Illya carrying Miyu up a short distance before letting go of her, catching Dread's attention.

Ceasing fire upon Gotchard, the dark Rider trained her guns on Miyu as she bound from one invisible platform that she created using her Prana to another, and opened fire upon her.

Seeing this Illya moved in front of Miyu, using her magic to block Dread's shots. "Miyu, now…"

Nodding, Miyu gripped Sapphire in both hands and aimed her towards Dread. "SHOOT!" She cried out, unleashing a beam of magical energy at the Dark Rider who ceased firing upon the pair and fell back out of the way of Miyu's attack.

Illya flew towards Dread, crying out as she swung Ruby at her, Dread leaning out of the way of her attempt, the head of her Kalidostick slamming into the ground and cracking the tarmac.

Having avoided Illya's attack Dread aimed a kick at the silver haired Magical Girl who ascended quickly to avoid it. Undeterred, Illya moved in towards Dread again, attempting to slam the midnight blue Rider with her wand again.

As both Magical Girls were doing their best to hold Dread's attention Gotchard took hold of his Exgotchardchalibur, folded it up and attached it to the Gotchardriver.

XROSS ON!

He produced a new Ride Chemy Card, one that had the image of a UFO printed on it. "Let's do this UFO-X…"

Just as he was about to insert the card into the slot on his Exgotcharcalibur, only for Dread grabbed a hold of her Kelidostick by the head before delivering a vicious kick to Illya's midsection, forcing the wand from her grip as she was knocked to the ground, her Magical Girl outfit changing back to the clothes that she'd been wearing beforehand.

Looking up she saw Dread standing over her, holding Ruby out in front of her, her grip on the stick's ornamental head tightening causing her to cry out in pain.

"RUBY!" Illya cried out, the sound of the wands pained cries filling her ears.

"I…Illya-chan," Ruby replied, pain in her voice as she was being crushed in Dread's grip, "Crushing me, it…it hurts…"

Tossing Ruby aside, sending her plummeting into the river that separated the two halves of the city. Now that her target was disarmed Dread pointed one of her guns in the silver haired girl's direction, her finger squeezing down in the trigger.

"Illyasviel watch out…" All of a sudden Miyu appeared, the ebony haired preteen yelling as she shoved the silver haired girl out of the way, moments later the sound of a gun shot rang out accompanied by the smell of gunpowder as a bullet was launched from the barrel of the dark Rider's weapon.

Forcefully ejected from the barrel, the bullet sliced through the air and made contact with Miyu's exposed flesh, leaving a long bloody gash behind as it grazed her shoulder, the dark haired girl's eyes widened as a look of first shock and then pain spread itself across her face.

"MIYU!" Illya cried out as she watched as her fellow Magical Girl collapsed into her knees, breathing heavily and her eyes watering as she clutched at her wound, blood seeping from between her fingers.

Meanwhile Majade had her hands full dealing with the pair of Malgams that Tohsaka and Edelfelt had been turned into, ducking under a wild punch that the Gorilla Malgams aimed at her before stepping to the side.

At the same time the beady eyes on the Spider Malgams chest glowed before firing a red energy at Majade who dived to the ground and rolled out of the way only to be punched in the gut by the Gorilla Malgam, the blow packing enough force to knock her backwards where she impacted against the railing.

Groaning Majade shakily got to her feet. Much as she hated to admit it, Atropos hadn't picked those two at random. The Gorilla Magams raw strength combined with the Spider Malgams ranged abilities made for a powerful combination.

No sooner had she gotten back up a loud cry was heard and glancing up she found the Gorilla Malgam rushing towards her, already aiming another punch at her.

Muttering a curse under her breath, Majade quickly dropped to the ground and rolled out of the way, the Gorilla Malgams fist smashing into the ground where she'd been moments before.

Just as Majade dodged the Gorilla Malgam's fist, the Spider Malgam launched a stream of webbing towards her from her arms, trying to bind the mythical creature themed Rider who narrowly managed to avoid them.

Glancing momentarily at the webbing an idea took root in Majade's mind as she turned her attention back to the Spider Malgam, it would require things going just right but if it worked…

Her High Alchemist Ring glowing, Majade used her Alchemy to detach the railing behind her, breaking off part of it and had the long pieces of metal to wrap itself around the Gorilla Malgam, binding its arms in place.

That dine she broke down the remaining piece into multiple smaller parts and launched the at the Spider Malgam, the barrage of projectiles striking the alchemy created Kaijin, knocking it to the ground.

With one of her opponents down Majade moved into engage the bound Gorilla Malgam, striking at it again and again with a barrage of punches and kicks, each one only serving to anger it further and further until with a loud cry filled the air as the animal themed Malgam used its monstrous strength to break free of its binds.

Free once more the animal themed Malgam lunged at Majade, swinging at her with one of its fists, urged on by nothing more than a desire to smash its opponent with its immense strength.

Picking itself up, the Spider Malgam fixed its multiple eyes on Majade, letting out a grunt as it thrusted its arms forward and unleashing another deluge of webbing at her.

Hearing this Majade leapt upwards, placing a foot on the Gorilla Malgam's shoulder to launch herself even higher and back flipping over the webbing as it bound the Gorilla Malgam who grunted and howled in frustration as it attempted to break free.

Landing on the ground, Majade turned on her heel to face the Spider Malgam and dashed towards it, as she did so, the multiple beady eyes on the arachnid themed Kaijin chest beginning to glow before unleashed another energy beam at Majade who dropped to the ground, performing the splits and leaning backwards as the beam passed overhead.

Rising back up to her feet Majade continued her trajectory towards the Spider Malgam, the white, orange and black Rider delivering several blows to the black and yellow creature before unleashing a kick that knocked it backwards.

Once again Majade scanned her High Alchemist Ring Majade on the Alchemis Linker on her Driver before pressing the Semi Altvoke levers on her driver.

ALCHEMIS LINK!

GA~GA~GATCHA~NKO~!

Majade then rushed towards the Spider Malgam, pulled the Semi Altvoke Levers on her Driver before leaping into the air and unleashed a barrage of kicks to the spider themed Kaijin, a Milky Way like projection appeared and converged into one with each kick.

Majade kicked off of the Spider Malgam, twisting on midair and delivering one final to Gorilla Malgam, both Kaijin stumbling backwards, their bodies crackling with energy before they The bodies of both the Malgams crackling with energy before both of them were engulfed in a pair of large explosions from which both Rin and Luvia emerged from as they dropped to the ground along with two glowing orbs that contained the newly freed Chemy's.

SUNUNICORN NOVA!

Seeing her chance, Majade produced a pair of blank Chemy Cards and presented them to the duo if newly freed Chemy's, drawing them in and sealing them, their images appearing on the blank cards.

No sooner had the pair of Chemy's been sealed, a groaning noise caught Majade's attention and looking over she saw that Rin and Luvia were both coming round.

"D…damn," Rin muttered, body protesting as she rose into a sitting position. "My body feels like one giant bruise."

"Heh, such a thing would be a notable improvement." Luvia said mirthlessly before fixing Majade with a stern look. "Seriously Kudouh, you couldn't have restrained yourself just a little?"

"I was simply doing what was necessary to free you and the Chemy's, nothing more." Majade replied, holding up the cards containing the pair of newly resealed Chemys, "The two of you would have done the same had our roles been reversed."

All of a sudden a surge of bright light coming from nearby caught their attention, moments later a tower of twisting energy shot towards the sky.

"Wha…what is that?" Rin said, grimacing slightly as she attempted to get to her feet.

"Whatever it is, it's coming from where I left Emiya and the two girls as well as Dread…" Majade replied, a note of worry creeping into her tone.

"Wha…what!" Rin exclaimed. "You left Illyasviel, Miyu and Emiya alone with that monster?"

"You two stay right there while I check this out." Majade told the pair of Magi before she began running towards where the pillar of light originated from, "Emiya might need help dealing with Dread."

Rin's eyes narrowed as she watched as Majade departed. "Wait here, yeah right." She said under her breath. Before glancing over at Luvia as the blond Magus picked herself up off of the ground. "Luvia, let's go. No way we're letting Kudoh show us up."

Wide eyed and panting heavily, Illya could barely manage a coherent thought as she stared at Miyu who knelt beside her, splatters of red marred her face and hair that had splattered on her from the ebony haired girl's wound.

As she attempted to comprehend what was happening Dread suddenly came into view, the midnight blue Rider reaching out and grabbed hold of Sapphire while also resting her boot on Miyu's injured shoulder.

Without a moment's hesitation Dread pushed Miyu to the ground, crying out in agony as she felt the dark Rider's weight push down in her, as as well as wrenching the Kelidostick free from the ebony haired girl's grip, her Magical Girl outfit reverting back into her civilian clothes.

Holding Sapphire tight in her grip held the wand out in front of her before tossing her into the river, like Ruby before her she sank beneath the cold dark water.

Dread turned her attention towards Illya when all of a sudden a loud cry caught her attention and looking up she was met by the sight of Gotchard charging towards her, the blue train Rider slipping a Ride Chemy card into the card slot located on the crossguard of the Exgotchardchalibur.

GRATEFUL ANCIENT!

Behind him an astral image of a large predominantly red biomechanical creature that resembles a Dinosaur, the creature let out a loud roar as Gotchard pulled the Altvokes attached to his Driver.

GOTCHA~NKO~X!

All of a sudden the Appareskebow armor vanished off of Gorchard's body and his bodysuit charged from black to blue as X-Rex's body glowed before it split apart and attached themselves to Gotchard as armored pieces that attached themselves to his legs, chest and head, a large golden X attaching itself to the front of Gotchard's mask, transforming him into Super Gotchard Cross X-Rex.

X-REX! SUPER!

Donned in his new armor, Gotchard tackled Dread, pushing the midnight blue Rider back a short distance all while Illya watched on as the two Kamen Rider fought until the sound of Miyu's pain filled gasps caught her attention.

Tearing her gaze away from where her brother and Dead were fighting, the silver haired preteen looked over towards Miyu, finding her lying on the ground clutching at her injured shoulder, blood oozing from in between her fingers and dripping onto the ground below.

"Miyu…Miyu…" Illya muttered, taking hold of her skirt she tore off a piece of it and, her hands shaking, "H…hold on."

Her hands shaking and her heart pounding against her chest, the silver haired girl did her best to bandage Miyu's wound, the dark haired wincing as she pulled the piece of material tight around her wound.

As Illya did her best to tend to Miyu Gotchard was throwing everything he had left at Dread, throwing punches and sword slashes at the dark Rider who managed to duck out of the way or block his attempts with seemingly relative ease.

Panting heavily Gotchard once again attempted to throw a punch at Dread who responded by catching his fist before it could connect, clamping her hand around it before pulling him in close, delivering a punch to his gut that knocked the air out of his lungs and caused him to stumble back a few steps.

As the blue train Rider stumbled back, Dread raised both of her guns, leveling the pair of firearms at him only to seemingly hesitate instead of opening fire. Shock at first, Gotchard stared at Dread when he suddenly realised that his opponent wasn't aiming their guns at him, instead she was pointing the pair of firearms towards Illya and Miyu instead of him.

Acting quickly, Gotchard placed himself in front of the pair just as Dread opened fire, using his Exgotchardchalibur as a shield to block the incoming shots fired at him before it was knocked out of his hands, he resorted to using his own body to shield the two girls from the projectiles fired at them by Dread before dropping to his knees, painting both heavily and painfully.

"ONII-CHAN!" Illya cried out as she and Miyu watched him collapse on to his knees, both of them looking on in wide eyed horror.

"Don't…don't worry about me," Gothchard replied, trying and failing to hide the pain in his voice as he grabbed hold of his Exgotchardchalibur before he struggled back to his feet. "I'm… I'm alright…"

Gripping his Exgotchardchalibur, Gotchard fixed his gaze upon Dread. "Illya, no more playing around, you need to go. Take your friend and get out of here." He told them as he stumbled forward, "Find Kudouh and get somewhere safe…"

Step by uneasy step Gotchard stumbled towards Dread, once he was close enough he attempted to slash at her with his sword, Dread side stepped out of the attempt.

As she did so, the midnight blue Rider grabbed the Nekhbetvoke lever on her Driver and pulled it closed, more globs of molten liquid erupted from Dread's chest plate, forming around her right leg taking the form of several jagged looking spikes, and pulled it open again.

That done Dread delivered another fiery roundhouse kick, striking Gotchard in the side and sending him flying for a short distance before he crashed to the ground near the treeline, the where he was engulfed in a large explosion.

DREADBREAKING!

The flames of the explosion died away to reveal him collapsed there on the ground, his body lying there unmoving.

In that moment a numbness spread itself through Illya's body, rendering her unable to do anything but look on in wide eyed horror at the situation that she found herself in.

This…this was all wrong, all of it was wrong. This type of thing didn't happen in Magical Girl anime, not the ones she loved to watch anyway.

Magical Girls don't go up against opponents with guns, they don't get shot at and they certainly don't get injured from bullet wounds.

Both Ruby and Sapphire were gone, rendering both her and Miyu unable to use their respective magicks to protect themselves.

Her precious Onii-chan, whom she'd believed was just a normal person, had been keeping secrets from her, that he and Kudoh-san both had access to some kind of magic that transformed them into armored warriors and that they fought monsters.

Monsters like the ones both Rin and Luvia had been transformed into. Monsters like the one before her now.

Too much, all of it was too much for her to handle.

As she knelt there with Dread looming over her, eyes wide and a look of fear on her face, it was as if something inside the silver haired preteen snapped, as if something inside of her that had been restrained by lock and chains broke.

All of a sudden a large mass of swirling energy erupted from the silver haired preteen's body, taking the form of a pillar that reached high into the air, the force of which knocked both Dread and Miyu back slightly.

"I…must defeat her…" Illya said, the silver haired girl's voice sounding strained.

How?

"I…must defeat her…" She repeated, the tone of her voice sounding less strained.

How?

"I…must defeat her…" Illya said again, this time her voice sounded less emotional and more robotic.

How?

Letting out a groan Gotchard came too, his body aching as he tried to push himself up off of the ground, the sound of something from close by catching his attention.

Looking over towards it he was met by the sight of Illya standing there surrounded by twisting energy, her body giving off an unnatural glow, a blank expression on her face as her normally vibrant red eyes now looked dull.

"I…I must defeat her…" Illya muttered in a monotone fashion as she produced the Archer Class Card, an intricate looking circle made of glowing red energy appearing beneath her feet.

"I…Illya…" Gotchard exclaimed, unsure of how to process what it was that he was seeing.

"Install…" Illya said, placing the Archer Card on part of the magic circle on the ground beneath her.

All of a sudden the winding energy wrapped itself around her vanishing to reveal a change of clothes, instead of her pyjamas Illya was now clad in a long red and black coat, the chest area exposing her midriff, and red booty shorts. A large black bow grasped in one of her hands.

Seeing his little sister in those clothes, all of a sudden Gotchard felt a powerful sensation in his chest, as if something from deep within him was responding to the sight before him. 'Wha…what is this?'

If Dread was affected by Illya's sudden transformation they didn't give any hint of it. Pointing her pair of firearms at her and unleashed another barrage of gunfire at the silver haired preteen who merely stood there unmoving.

"N…NO, ILLYA!" Gotchard cried out as he desperately attempted to get back up to his feet, stumbling as he did so.

Continuing to stare blankly, wisps of energy began to emanate from Illya's hands which took on the appearance of a pair of falchion style swords, both sporting a thick curved blade, one black while the other was white.

Armed with her new weapons Illya took up a defensive posture, both bladed weapons held up before her, using them to intercept each of the bullets fired at them, knocking each of them out of the air before they could reach her.

"Wha…what the?" Gotchard muttered, surprised at what he was seeing, the sensation in his chest only seeming to intensify.

Illya then hurled the swords she was welding at her opponent, both of them spinning like a pair of disks as they cut their way through the air towards Dread. Shifting her attention away from her target, Dread pointed her guns at the pair of swords that had been hurled at her, firing at them and shooting them out of the air.

As Dread averted their attention away from her, Illya charged forward, conjuring up another a pair of identical swords as she did so, and, once she was close enough, produced to slash at Dread with them, each of her attempts forcing the dark blue Rider to fall back to avoid being slashed by one of the shorter girls swords.

As she fell back, Dread produced two new Repli Chemy Cards, closing up the Drivers Nekhbetvoke Lever before scanning them and inserting them both into the front of the Driver, pulling the Nekhbetvoke Lever open again.

9. STEAMLINER/3. UNICORN!

All of a sudden a projection of a white horse with a horn protruding from its head made from blue energy appeared, at the same time a large skeletal arm emerged from Dread's back, reaching out the bony appendage grabbed ahold of Illya and tossed her aside, the silver haired preteen flipping in midair and landed on her feet a short distance away, before grabbing ahold of the mythical creature which cried out as it was pulled in before being integrating it into Dread's armor.

DREAD ICHISHIKI!

The right side of Dread now adorned in white, a horse head shaped shoulder pad from which a reflective piece of material was attached to, wielding rapier styled sword which she used to block Illya as she once again attempted to slash at the Dread Rider.

"H…huh," Gotchard exclaimed. "Dread has a new form?"

It was also at that moment that Majade appeared, Rin and Luvia following close behind her, all three shocked at the sight that greeted them.

"H…huh, Emiya's sister is managing to combat Dread." Majade said as she and two companions watched as both the blades wielded by Illya and Dread collided with one another again and again. "How is that possible?"

"I…I have no idea, I never taught her how to fight like this…" Rin spoke up, both Majade and Luvia staring at her with a stunned expression on their faces at her words.

From her position Miyu pushed herself up off the ground and shifted herself into a sitting position, a pained look on her face and still clutching at the wound on her shoulder as she watched as Dread and Illya fought it out.

"Illyasviel…" She muttered. Illyasviel, she'd taken the Archer Card into herself just as her brother and the other Masters participating in the Holy Grail War had done so.

"Hey, your name's Miyu right?" Hearing a voice Miyu looked over to find Gotchard approaching her, kneeling down to be eye level with her once he was close enough.

"Hey Miyu, are you alright?" He asked, concern in his tone as he examined her wounded shoulder. "Damn, you're hurt real bad, don't try to move too much ok."

"I…I'm fine." Miyu replied, again trying not to meet his gaze. "You don't need to concern yourself with me."

"The heck I don't, you're just a kid after all." Gotchard replied. "Just how did you and Illya get wrapped up in this mess anyway?"

"Illyasviel…" Miyu muttered, turning their attention back towards where Illya and Dread were engaged in battle. "How…how was she able to include the Archer Card? Without Ruby there should be no way that she could…"

Just then Miyu's eyes widened as a thought popped into her head. "Wait, Illyasviel, could it be…" She muttered. "There's no way…"

"What are you talking about?" Gotchard asked, unsure about what the dark haired preteen was talking about."

"Illyasviel, she's…she's become a true Heroic Spirit." Miyu said, more to herself than to her armor clad companion.

"A what?" Gotchard exclaimed, the words that were coming out of the dark haired girl's mouth making no sense to him.

Before Miyu could say anything all of a sudden a large torrent of water erupted from the nearby river beside them, getting both Gotchard and the Miyu's attention, from which both Ruby and Sapphire emerged, water dripping off of the pair of Kalidosticks.

"Sapphire, Ruby…" Miyu said, relieved to see the pair of sentient wands.

"Oh hey, the talking sticks are back." Gotchard added.

"Miyu-sama, you are injured." Sapphire said, a note of concern in her usually even tone of voice, "Please take hold of me."

Reaching out Miyu grabbed hold of Sapphire, no sooner had she done so she felt a rush of warmth spread through her and the pain in her shoulder quickly fading as the sentient Mystic Codes Regeneration Magic quickly set to work healing her injuries.

"There, your wounds should be taken care of momentarily, Miyu-sama!?" Sapphire told her contractor, her voice sounded more panicked than usual.

"Thank you Sapphire?" Miyu replied, feeling relieved now that the Mystic code had returned. "Are you and Ruby okay?"

"Yeah, about that, you two got thrown into the river." Gotchard spoke up. "Shouldn't you both be half way to the ocean by now?"

"Nee-san and I are wet but for the most part unharmed." Sapphire replied. "Fortunately, the current wasn't too strong so we didn't get carried off too far down stream."

"Speak for yourself." Ruby grumbled, shaking in a manner similar to how a dog would, sending droplets of water flying everywhere. "I don't know if I'll ever be truly dry ever again after that."

As Sapphire did her work healing her contract holders injuries, Ruby turned her attention in the direction where the sound of fighting was coming from, the Kalidostick being met by the sight of Illya engaged in battle with Dread, the silver haired girl ducking and weaving out of the way of Dread's rapier each time her opponent attempted to skewer her with it before responding by slashing at her with her own twin blades.

"H…huh? Illya-chan…Illya-chan transformed without Ruby?" The talking wand exclaimed as took in the sight of her contract holder engaged with Dread.

"Illyasviel," Miyu spoke up, "She…, the Archer Card, she installed it into herself…"

"Ok, you guys are gonna have to start explaining things to me." Gotchard said, lost to what it was his new companions were talking about. "You mean to say whatever's going on with Illya isn't normal for you?"

"Mou, I forgot that you're totally clueless when it comes to this stuff." Ruby groaned.

"Heroic Spirits are individuals from Earth collective history, mostly but not limited to warriors that have transcended humanity and become legendary figures collected together in an extradimensional space place called the Throne of Heroes." Sapphire informed him. "Under specific circumstances its possibly to call a Heroic Spirit forth from the throne where they are summoned as special type of Familiar referred to as a Servant, when done do they are classified under a group or class, the most common being Saber, Archer, Lancer, Caster, Berserker, Assassin and Rider."

"Wha…summoning, class?" Gotchard replied, sounding more confused than ever, "This sounds like something out of an RPG."

"That is…actually quite accurate." Sapphire replied.

"Getting back on topic, Sapphire and me have the ability to grant our wielders access to the powers of the respective class contained within the cards. " Ruby said, picking up where Sapphire had left off, "But…it seems as if that's not the only way to use them. In fact I wonder, by using your body as a vessel for the Class Card you can Install a Class Card into yourself; doing so your body acts as a vessel for a Heroic Spirit contained within, if this how the cards are meant to be used?"

Gotchard said nothing, feeling no wiser to the situation than he had been to both Kalidosticks explanations. Turning his attention back to where Dread and Illya were fighting, the shorter of the two combatants ducking under her opponents thrusts before responding by attempting to deliver several slashes at Dread who fell back to avoid them.

Having fallen back slightly Dark energy manifested itself along the blade of Dread's rapier, thrusting her sword in Illya's direction, launching a large plume of dark energy at her, Illya responding by once again tossing both of her swords at Dread as she too fell back.

Seeing the two swords flying towards her, Dread raised her sword before slashing at the air in front of her, launching a wave of dark energy which knocked both curved blades out of the air, both weapons clattering to the ground before vanishing.

Dropping back, Illya held out her hands on either side of her. "Trace: Overedge!" She said, her tone monotone and lifeless, as another pair of the swords that she'd been welding manifested themselves.

No sooner had they appeared, the surface of the blades of both of Illya wielded suddenly cracked and fractured, creating feather like patterns along them as they were pushed past their safety limits, before charging headlong towards Dread, within moments their battle resumed to anew.

"Damnit…" Gotchard growled, unable to simply stand back and watch as his younger sibling and Dread duked it out any longer. Producing a pair of Ride Chemy Cards along with his Gotcharigniter, attaching the item to the front of his Gotchardriver before slipping both cards inside of it.

GOTCHARIGNITER! TURBO ON!

1. HOPPER1…! IGNITE!/9. STEAMLINER…! IGNITE!

At the same time Majade once again scanned her High Alchemist Ring before producing her own Chemy Cards, inserting them into her Alchemisdriver.

6. YOACERBERUS…!/4. NEMINEMOON…!

In a flash both Kamen Rider's armors vanished before being replaced with new ones.

For Gotchard the X-Rex armor detached itself and disappeared while his bodysuit changed back to black before his new armor switched itself back to he was clad un originally, now with gold trimming adorning his helmet and a new bulky chest plate with flame-like patterns adorning it, attached itself to him. However what most stood out about it was the large jet engine that protruded from the back of it.

GOTCHA~NKO FIRE! STEAMHOPPER! FIRE!

GA…GA…GA…GOTCHA~NKO~!

THREE HEAD SLEEPER! MOONCERBERUS!

As for Majade, the jewels attached to her armor as well as the segmented eyes of the helmet changing from orange to sky blue. Attached to her helmet were three canine like heads, two of which acted as a pair of stubby ears that protruded from the helmets left and right sides while the third was attached to its forehead.

Both Gotchard and Majade's transformations into Fire Gotchard and Majade's MoonCerberus form.

At the same time Dread unleashed another surge of dark energy at Illya to in response hurled the twin blades that she was wielding, the unstable blades and the dark energy colliding with one another resulting in a sizable detonation that produced a blinding flash of light, seeming to stun Dread momentarily.

Not wasting a beat, Illya projected a pair of items, one of them being a large black bow that appeared in one of her hands while in the other appeared an odd looking sword that featured a drill like blade attached to it that she knocked into the bow as if it were an arrow.

Pulling back the bow string the sword changed in appearance, taking on the appearance of an arrow, before being fired towards the Dark Rider, the projectile cutting through the air at high velocity, catching her in the side of the helmet and shattered it.

For a moment a portion of Saber's face was revealed through the damaged helmet, revealing a cold eye before the damage began to rescind and the enslaved Servant's helmet repaired itself.

Glaring at Ilya through the cold lenses of her helmet, Dread closed up her Driver's Nekhbetvoke Lever before producing four Repli Chemy Cards, scanning each one before sliding them one by one slipping into her Dreadriver.

6. MADWHEEL DRAIN! 6. MADWHEEL DRAIN! 6. MADWHEEL DRAIN! 6. MADWHEEL DRAIN!

"Oh no…" Gotchard exclaimed, "Miyu, talking sticks, you might want to get out of the way if you don't want to get scorched."

Before either the dark haired preteen along with the two Kalidosticks could question the meaning behind this Gotchard pressed the Altvoke levers of his Driver before assuming the same one-legged stance he took to perform his Steamhopper forms finisher

Moments later multiple fiery chains emerged from the Fire Dokkan attached to his back and attached themselves to the ground, anchoring him in place as the large jet engine like device suddenly flared into life, a large powerful torrent of flames shooting out of it.

At the same time Ilya looked on, that same blank expression in her face as Dread scanned each of the Reli-Chemy Cards. "Trace On…" She muttered as energy gathered in between her outstretched hands which coalesced together and took on the firm of a long elegant looking sword, the hilt of which sported blue and gold trim.

"Ex…" the silver haired girl said, raising the sword above her head, the blade of which began to radiate with a brilliant golden shine, cutting through the darkness that surrounded her.

Once all four of Repli Chemy Cards had been scanned and inserted into her Driver, Dread once more pulled open the Driver's Nekhbetvoke Lever. Moments later the ground in front of her burst open a large object that resembled a large burning tire with spikes protruding from it emerged, spinning in place, which Dread then delivered a vicious kick to, launching it towards Illya.

BLOOD SACRIFICE!

All of a sudden the fiery chains that held Gotchard in place suddenly snapped, to force of the flames erupting from the engine attached to his back sending him rocketing forward, his right foot which was engulfed in fiery energy extended out in front of him colliding with the massive tire that was barreled towards Illyasviel, for a moment it appeared that both himself and the large energy construct were being unable to overpower each other.

So fixated upon what was going on before them it was easy to miss the sound of hurried footsteps as Majade dashed towards Dread, once more scanning her High Alchemist Ring on the attachment located on to of her Alchemisdriver before gripping the Semi Altvoke levers attached to the side of the device and leaping into the air.

GA…GA…GA…GOTCHA~NKO~!

Letting out a cry as she pulled out the Semi Altvoke Levers, the white and blue Rider then proceed to unleash a barrage of kicks at the Dread Rider, striking them again and again repeatedly before delivering one final powerful kick, using it to launch herself backwards and back flipping away from Dread who stumbled forward, the body crackling with energy.

MOONCERBERUS NOVA!

At the same time, Gotchard punched through the massive energy wheel and continued on towards Dread, striking the dark Rider in the chest and seemingly punched through her body which crackled with energy before being engulfed in a massive explosion while Gotchard landed on the ground, skidding across it for a short distance before coming to a halt beside Majade.

GOTCHA~NKO~!

STEAMHOPPER BURNING FEVER!

As the explosion died down the Dreadriver clattering to the ground, leaving behind a discombobulated Saber, the black clad Servant staggering slightly as she tried to recover from being controlled by Atropos.

"...CALIBUR!" Illya cried out as she swung her sword, unleashing a beam of glowing golden energy at the Saber who was engulfed by the glowing mass and was vapourized by it, a tarot card bearing the image of a knight wielding a sword being the only thing left behind coming to a rest next to the discarded Dreadriver.

With the opponent now defeated, the sword that Illya had been welding dissolved into a mass of golden particles which just as quickly dissipated before she suddenly collapsed to the ground. Lying there unconscious the Archer card emerged from her chest, her body giving off a glow as the outfit she'd been clad vanished and the clothes she'd been wearing reappeared, before settling on the ground next to her.

The battle over and the Saber card now gone, the mirror world began to collapse, both Ruby and Sapphire quickly transporting everyone present back to the real world.

"ILLYA! ILLYA!" Gotchard cried out as he dashed over to the unmoving girl's side, cancelling his transformation and quickly dropping to his knees the moment he was at her side.

"Illya…" Shirou said, panic in his voice as he placed his hands on her shoulders and gave her a light shake. The younger looking girl however did not respond, the slight rise and fall of her chest being the only indicator that she was still alive.

Just as he was about to try again Shirou's eyes were all of a sudden drawn to the tarot themed card that lay beside her.

"Wha…just what the heck is this thing?" He muttered to himself, tentatively he picked the card that had emerged from her body, seeing the image of a European looking woman holding a bow printed on it.

Staring at it Shirou once again felt that strange substation in his chest, he couldn't explain it but something about this card gave him an odd feeling, as if the card itself was calling out to him.

"Emiya." Hearing a voice talking to him Shirou was suddenly snapped from his trance like state. Mustering all his will power he shifted his gaze away from the strange card he was holding before glancing over and found Rinne staring back at him.

"Emiya, your sister, is she alright?" Rinne asked, concern in her tone.

"I…I dunno," Shirou replied, worry in his voice. "She's completely unresponsive."

"Move aside." Rinne replied, quickly setting to work examining the unresponsive preteen. "Don't worry, Illya's just unconscious, hopefully with some rest she should be fine."

Shirou sighed in relief at hearing this.

"Still I'd like to know what exactly happened back there," Rinne continued, "From the looks of things it seems that several areas of Illya's body have been subjected to great deals of stress."

Shirou stared at his fellow Alchemist Rider, a stunned look on his face as he tried to process what she was telling him before quickly turning his attention back to his younger sister who still lay there unmoving, the rise and fall of her chest being the only indicator that she was still alive.

"Illya…" He muttered as he scooped the silver haired preteen up and held her close to him, "What the heck have you gotten yourself into?"

"Ummm," Hearing a new voice, both Shirou and Rinne looked over to find Miyu standing there.

"Illyasviel, is…is she going to be alright?" Miyu asked. the dark haired preteen trying and failing to keep a look of concern off of her face, her eyes darting back and forth between the and unconscious form of Illya.

"Don't worry," Rinne replied in a reassuring tone, offering the dark haired Magical Girl a kind smile. "Your friend will be alright, she just needs some rest is all."

Hearing Rinne say this, Miyu looked away. "My…my friend…" She muttered to herself.

While this was going on, Atropos emerged from where she'd been observed Gotchard and the pair of Magical Girls engage the transformed Servant, walking towards the spot where the Dreadriver lay upon the ground, the Saber Class Card lying next to it. Reaching out and picking both items up off of the ground.

"Hey!" Hearing a voice calling out to her the child like Alchemist glanced over to find Rin and Luvia glaring back at her, the Tohsaka heiress charging a Gandr shot while her blond companion holding a pair of gems.

"I don't know what your deal is but that card there, that's ours." Rin said sternly, the mass of dark energy that she was charging crackling. "Hand it over."

"Foolish little girls, you really believe that I'd just hand something like this over to the likes of you." Atropos replied coldly as she turned to face the pair, holding up the Saber Card. "Greyon-sama will be most pleased when I present this to him. I imagine he'll be eager to see what kind of chemistry he can conduct with something like this…"

No sooner had she said this dark energy erupted from Atropos's body, engulfing her before quickly dissipating to reveal that she'd vanished from view.

"Damnit…" Rin hissed, dispelling the energy that she'd been charging for her curse. "This isn't good."

"Thank you for stating the obvious Tohsaka," Luvia replied haughtily. "The Association isn't going to be happy with us if they find out that we let something as powerful as the Saber Card get snatched by a group of rogue Alchemists."

"Well we'll just have to get it back before they find out won't we." Rin shot back, "That girl, Atropos, Kudouh and Emiya seem pretty familiar with her as well as whoever this Greyon she mentioned is. Finding out what they know is probably a good place to start."

"You're not suggesting we team up with them are you?" Luvia asked, sounding repulsed by the idea.

"Trust me, I'm no fan of the idea of having to associate with a bunch of fake Magus either, however knowledge is power and the more we know about what's going on in this town the better." Rin replied, just then a thoughtful look spread itself across her face. "Besides, those Mystic Codes and cards Emiya and Kudou used to transform and fight with, don't say that they haven't piqued your interest."

"Hmm, I suppose that they are quite the curiosity." Luvia replied. "Just what are you getting at?"

"Just think of what we could do with something like that." Rin said slyly, "Imagine the praise we'd get if we brought them back with us to the Clock Tower in addition to the Class Cards once our mission here is complete."

"Hmm, I confess I hadn't thought of that." Luvia said, rubbing her chin, a devious look spreading itself across her face. "Hmmm yes, a weapon that powerful in my…I mean our hands, just imagine what we could do if we were able to get our hands on something like that."

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves, we've got quite a bit of work ahead of ourselves before we can reap the rewards of this." Rin told her blond haired companion. "First step is finding out what Kudouh and Emiya know about this Atropos girl and who she's working with. Once we've got a better idea what it is we're up against then we can make plans as to how we can acquire their Mystic Codes."

"A pair of highly trained First Rate Magus such as ourselves against a group of low grade Alchemists, I doubt that taking them will be too hard." Luvia replied in a self assured tone.

It was all the two of them could do not to start laughing like a pair of anime villains at the prospect of acquiring Emiya and Kudouh's Drivers and Ride Chemy Cards for themselves.

AN And with that the first chapter of 2025 is fini. Sorry for my absence, I came down with something really nasty around new years and didn't feel up to posting anything. That aside the first installment of the new year is the most recently completed Rider show, Kamen Rider Gotchard, and I gotta tell ya you all have no idea just how long I've been sitting on this particular chapter. to give you an idea I first began working on it around the end of 2023 and then worked and reworked several times.

Additionally we're visiting the Prisma Illya-verse for this one instead of the Stay Night universe for this one. If I gave it some serious thought I probably find a way to work Gotchard into the regular FSN universe buuut given that show's mostly lighter tone I figured the Prisma universe would be a better fit for this story. That being said, I think I may have gone a wee bit overboard on this one, what with Miyu getting shot and all.

And before anyone asks how Atropos was able to get into the Mirror World, same way that she and her sisters was able to travel to and from the Ouroboros Realm, same applies to Shirou and Rinne using Steamliner to get there since Steamliner was shown to be able to do that in episode 1 of Gotchard.

Also the Larping joke, that's something I came up with ages ago and was looking for something to include it in.

So yeah, Shirou and Illya are aware of the other being a Kamen Rider/Magical Girl, along with Illya learning she's not human. Additionally Atropos, and by extension Greyon, is in possession of the Saber Card, something that's gonna be a problem when the time comes for Miyu to face Berserker, which is gonna lead to them to collect the the remaining Class Cards for themselves, a story which would come to a head at the same time Platina Gotchard makes its appearance.

I probably could go on buut this has gone on long enough so I think its best to wrap this up here.

One other thing before I go, can all of you please be civil with each other, in the reviews of the last few uploads several people have using them to argue with each other. Opinions and constructive criticism is fine and all but having to read people who I assume are adults argue with each other instead of talking about what I've wrote is not only childish but also really tiresome.
