Yuki Godai (Part 2)

School days rarely ever went by without a shenanigan or two involving Yuki's most trusted friends. Every waking second was spent either getting into trouble with Komichi or courting her not-so-subtle crush, Otome, so when their graduation ensued alongside her parents' sudden passing, Yuki gladly spent the next year or two training under Clan Hida just to punch down her grief. A confrontation with Komichi subsequently gave Yuki a choice between dedicating herself to the clan or fulfilling her old dream of marrying Otome. Yuki chose the latter and immediately enlisted in S.O.N.G. to become Komichi's field partner. By doing this, she hopes to ensure Komichi's safety as a way of repaying her for being the stubborn, nosy friend whom Yuki could always depend on.

Komichi Ayano (Part 2)

For most of her youth, Komichi was only ever able to find a friend in Yuki and no one else. The challenge of meeting new people always frightened her and she would fumble every chance to do so. But when news of the pair's acceptance into Lydian Academy reached their ears, Komichi swore to the stars in the skies that she would start reaching out to anyone, regardless of their circumstances. Komichi maintained this oath even after becoming a S.O.N.G. field agent. Those who were harmed by natural disasters and the paranormal deserved whatever kindness that could be spared, after all. And yet, Komichi refuses to fall in love. Being well-aware of how she could possibly perish in her line of work, Komichi constantly restrains her feelings, all to prevent a potential sweetheart from enduring the agony of losing their lover to an assignment gone wrong.

Otome Kaburagi

Born on the 9th of May, 2026, Otome is the lone daughter of the wealthy Kaburagi family, and is noted for being one of Lydian Academy's highest-performing students at the time of her enrollment. Having been the smartest amongst her personal circle, Otome gleefully assisted both Komichi and Yuki whenever they pleaded for assistance in their studies. She welcomed it as a way to keep herself sharp. And when a new student by the name of "Yukine Chris" arrived in their classroom, Otome leaped at the opportunity to foster a group that would stick close for years to come. Currently, she works as a florist with her own personal store in Tokyo, and although Otome worries for her friends' safety, she makes the effort of praying every night for their continued protection, never blind to the dangers posed by S.O.N.G.'s supernatural missions.

Hibiki Tachibana

Born on the 13th of September, 2027, there isn't a single person in S.O.N.G. who is even slightly ignorant of the Symphogear-Wielder who protected Humanity using her own two fists. Following the Shem-Ha Incident, Hibiki resumed her days as a high-school girl, never once letting go of her sweetheart even after their graduation. She then spent the next four-and-a-half years struggling to act as an Adaptor while still studying on the side, balancing two busy halves of her life until the Tachibana family received a long-awaited letter that congratulated Hibiki on her status as a teacher at the school where her paranormal journey began. Lydian welcomed Hibiki's enthusiasm for teaching with open arms. But her luck would quickly flip over due to the Adaptor Corps' separation, temporarily reassigning Hibiki to an academy in New York City alongside Kohinata Miku and her partner in Symphogear Team-02, Yukine Chris.

Miku Kohinata

Born on the 11th of November, 2027, Miku turned into a heated topic for many a scientist in the months proceeding Shem-Ha Mephorash's defeat. Her position as an ex-vessel of divine power prompted efforts from S.O.N.G. to procure legal protections around Miku from all parties, ensuring that the identity of Shem-Ha's host remained undetermined while also preventing any eyewitnesses to the contrary from distributing this knowledge. The Shénshòujìng Faust Robe's remains were then delivered back to the United States to secure their compliance while Miku returned to a peaceful life. Following her graduation, she studied to take up the role of a Lydian Academy teacher, and utilize her flair for both sports and the musical arts, thereby granting Miku a secure position where she can cultivate the gifts of the next generation for decades to come.

Tsubasa Kazanari

Born on the 25th of May, 2025, Tsubasa is acknowledged by all as the Kazanari Household's esteemed Chairwoman. Having been wholly-pardoned by the United Nations after Kazanari Fudou was confirmed to have coerced her into committing treason, Tsubasa carries an oath to never remain a bystander to tragedies such as the sudden murder of her mother under Fudou's negligence. All members of the Kazanari Household have thus far announced their loyalty to the newest heir. But Tsubasa's tenacity would be tested to its limits during an endeavour to attain Maria Cadenzavna Eve's hand in marriage. It was the assistance of the Adaptor Corps and her reliable Uncle Genjuuro that granted Tsubasa a stage for her proposal, bolstering Tsubasa's resolve to newfound heights just long enough for Maria to hear her question, see her ring, and then become her bride.

Chris Yukine

Born on the 28th of December, 2025, Chris ended up shedding more tears than Hibiki, Miku, Shirabe, and Kirika combined when she graduated from Lydian Academy one year ahead of her aforementioned juniors. Even so, Chris refused to be barged from moving ahead in her studies, leading to her eventually becoming a notable, successful physicist in the Tokyo Institute of Technology despite Chris' ongoing duties in the Adaptor Corps. She always enjoyed the elation which Chris secretly felt while saving people from losing everything like she did, so when Chris was ordered to abruptly uproot her life for an unconfirmed period of time in New York, she bit the bullet without complaint. After all, she was still going to be protecting the innocent. And Chris' journey into a foreign land would thankfully be accompanied by both Tachibana Hibiki and Kohinata Miku.

Maria Kazanari

Born on the 7th of August, 2022, Maria's career as a songstress has undoubtedly retaken its initial position as a worldwide phenomenon. Even in the aftermath of Noble Red's massacre at the Nouvelle Calédonie, she continued to lend aid to the uncountable families who had been affected by the memorialized tragedy, providing whatever assistance Maria could muster even when it seemed impossible. On the field of the supernatural, Maria would regularly request to spar with Clan Hida initiates to maintain her physique. And yet, no amount of brawling could prepare Maria for Tsubasa's endeavour to take her hand in marriage, causing the silver Adaptor to fall unconscious several minutes after she had accepted to become the Kazanari's newest family member. Neither Kirika nor Shirabe have ceased to bring up this particular incident to tease the now-married Maria.

Shirabe Tsukuyomi

Born officially on the 16th of February, 2029, Shirabe found a sense of peace in living as a regular girl after decades of enduring the paranormal. During her last semesters in Lydian Academy, Shirabe took up work as a part-timer in the restaurant of Flower, sharpening her culinary skills to perfection until an opportunity to study overseas suddenly graced her door. Both Shirabe and her girlfriend took it as a chance to craft a life. A new life they otherwise wouldn't have gained in the F.I.S. nor the White Orphanage. Thus, it was entirely expected when the crew of S.O.N.G. decided to throw a celebratory party for the duo, congratulating them on their achievements before their departure for a university where Shirabe would fight to maintain equilibrium between protecting people and accomplishing her dreams of becoming the world's greatest chef.

Kirika Akatsuki

Born officially on the 13th of April, 2028, Kirika stands tall, loud, and proud in spite of the lingering insecurities buried deep inside her skin. After promising to forever be with her lifelong girlfriend, Kirika battled desperately to earn a scholarship in the culinary arts, and accompany Shirabe's unshakeable dream. Moving to Australia for this genuinely terrified Kirika. But the reassurances she received from the close friends they made over the years helped to alleviate the fright of leaving Japan. Nonetheless, a true horror would eventually arrive in the form of the Distortions, shifting the obstacles which Kirika faced to graduate into a grueling challenge for educational survival. Kirika has yet to give up. Both for Shirabe's future and her own. Having survived the White Orphanage's trials all those years ago, Kirika knows that she isn't one to go down without a fight.

Genjuuro Kazanari (Part 1)

When the Shem-Ha Incident finally became old news, political parties across the globe began paying closer attention to S.O.N.G. and its Tactical Commander, a result which he predicted alongside ever-increasing pressure from the United Nations. Anticipating difficult journeys ahead, Genjuuro subsequently requested a second aide from Clan Hida to better navigate the sociopolitical tides that S.O.N.G. was sure to meet. Numerous deals were also struck in order to pacify the world council. Deals which Genjuuro knew to be potential risks in the long-term. But even with the United Nations breathing down his neck, Genjuuro would not be stopped from personally officiating the wedding of his niece, fulfilling an old promise he had made to the young woman's late mother, Kazanari Homura, precisely a year before the political assassination that tragically took Homura's life.

Professor Elfnein Ficus Dienheim (Part 1)

Encountering a shockingly-young genius such as Elfnein left the wider scientific community astounded. With her true past kept under wraps by S.O.N.G. and Clan Hida, Elfnein seemingly arrived out of nowhere in the eyes of many, flabbergasting her contemporaries while she went on to achieve up to four PhDs in a half-decade. The Professor would also take up Carol's surname after going public, combining it with a middle name of her own craft in honour of the alchemist. Sadly, the world council still saw fit to exploit Elfnein in her desperate efforts to reconstruct six shattered Symphogears. Seeking her genius, the Professor made a bargain, and fabricated the SG-r04 for the resources she sought in return. With a functional Symphogear-Destroyer now present on the scene, Elfnein has begun to contemplate if her actions may have instead given birth to a threat beyond their initial understanding.

Shinji Ogawa

Considered by many to be Commander Genjuuro's most trusted aide, Shinji is S.O.N.G.'s top field agent with a reputation built upon his warm personality and the talents he brought over from training in Clan Hida. Years had been spent performing as a reliable senior figure for many individuals in both Section Two and S.O.N.G., all while the man acted perfectly as Tsubasa's celebrity manager. Thus, when the notion to recruit a second aide for the Tactical Commander came to the table, it was Shinji who had endorsed Tsuchiya Kagero, officializing the decision to hire the Hida warrior. Shinji currently acts as S.O.N.G.'s eyes-and-ears in the European continent. He is fond of bestowing advice to Kagero, and exciting rumors have started to circulate, insinuating the possibility of Shinji's promotion to Commander were Genjuuro to move into the political battlefield.

Hiyori Kagami

Hiyori is known as one of Clan Hida's top warriors. She is seen as the official No.2 to Grandmaster Ogawa Souji after Kagero's transfer and is greatly favoured for consistently leading her fellow shinobi into fatal missions with zero casualties on their side in the aftermath. Having been acquainted with Tsuchiya Kagero since his initiation, Hiyori ended up being the first person whom he trusted with his identity as a transgender man. This solidified the pair as close friends even after Kagero's change in career. And whenever the two found the time to meet up afterwards, Kagero would speak highly of the Adaptor Corps, cementing Hiyori's respect for them. Nevertheless, the induction of its newest member has piqued Hiyori's interest, for she is eager to see if this rookie can prove herself to be a true Wielder. A Wielder capable of doing what is right no matter the risks.

Symphogear System (RF-9 Series)

The RetroFitted-9 series is the Symphogear system's latest iteration after the conflict with Shem-Ha Mephorash. Developed with the primary intention of ensuring its wearer's safety, the RF-9 Symphogears allowed the Adaptor Corps to resume its services with zero abnormalities less than a half-year following the Shem-Ha Incident. Most are aware that the RF-9 series lacks the "Amalgam" combat function seen solely in the Rebuild series, but recent advancements have gifted the RF-9 Symphogears with a unique shield designed to protect its user by transmuting absorbed blows into bright, harmless sparks. Orders from the world council nonetheless necessitated its Swan Song component's deactivation. Votes had been cast to maintain it, but the decision fell in favour of sealing such a power. Even so, the RF-9 series still functions identically in most fields when compared to previous iterations. The installation of a sub-system to administer specialized medicine whenever its barriers are bypassed have been well-received, and although the world council's direct interference can be considered a drawback on the RF-9 series as a whole, S.O.N.G.'s Adaptors have remained committed to their duties all the same.
