Hedgehogs Unleashed Saga Episode 11: World Almost End, and Begins Anew

Still within the core of the planet, Chip has used his own power to bring all the Gaia Temples to him, and soon he becomes a stone being known as Gaia Colossus. Somewhere on the structure of the creature and feel dizzy from the event of earlier.

They soon hear Chip's voice, "Sonic! Eve!"

Sonic and Eve soon regain themselves and find themselves on the Gaia Colossus.

"Chip, is that really you?" Eve asks, surprised.

"Yes. It is me," Chip says.

"Wow. you're really amazing," Sonic says.

Suddenly, they hear growling and turn to see Dark Gaia and are face-to-face with Gaia Colossus. And with that, Gaia Colossus begins flying towards the Dark Gaia. Dark Gaia begins to launch flaming boulders to attack, but Chip dodges the attack. The Dark Gaia tries to fire a beam, but Chip dodges and continues on. Once Chip approaches Dark Gaia, he throws powerful punches.

That causes the Dark Gaia to roar and grabs the Gaia Colossus. Dark Gaia tries to crush the Gaia Colossus, but the Gaia Colossus resists.

Soon, Chip says, "Sonic! Eve! Now!"

"Roger that, buddy!" Sonic says.

"We'll take care of it," Eve adds.

Both Sonic and Eve jump and run across the Gaia Colossus with

Sonic says, "Time for the big finale!"

Sonic and Eve begin speeding across the Gaia Colossus.

Suddenly, they both hear Chip, "Sonic! Eve! Hit Dark Gaia's weak spot, quick, while I hold him back!"

"You got it, Chip!" Sonic says.

"Then let's hurry!" Eve says.

Sonic and Eve speed across Gaia Colossus and try to dodge the tentacles the Dark Gaia is spreading.

Chip cries out, "Hurry! Dar Gaia's getting ready to do something!"

They both speed and spin dash up the ramp and are sent flying and bashes at Dark Gaia's eye. When they have done enough damage, the Dark Gaia scream in agony and force Gaia Colossus to pull them back.

Dark Gaia then fires more attacks towards Gaia Colossus, but Chip dodges and punches his way through. Then punches Dark Gaia three times. Dark Gaia grabs Chip as Gaia Colossus holds him back.

"Get ready for round two!" Sonic days.

Sonic and Eve then speed across Dark Gaia to perform the same action. Of course, Dark Gaia has sent the tentacles to attack them, but Sonic and Eve are able to dodge the attack and hit Dark Gaia at the green eye again, causing it to scream in pain.

Sonic and Eve land back on Gaia Colossus and Chip moves back once more, ready for one fire assault. Dark Gaia begins to throw more dangerous attacks with tentacles, flaming boulders, and purple fire. Chip continues punching his way through and soon reaches Dark Gaia, resulting in allowing him to throw three punches at the dark counterpart. Dark Gaia grabs him, but Chip holds it back once more.

Sonic and Eve then jump off and run across Gaia Colossus.

"I think one more strike should do it," Sonic says.

"Then we gotta hurry, Dark Gaia is trying to stop us," Eve says.

Eve is Gaia has spread its tentacles around and creates dark energy. Sonic and Eve dodges the attack as they jump, duck, and move out of the tentacle's way as they continue forward. It's also throwing powerful fireballs. Sonic and Eve dodge desperately and continue speeding towards the ramp.

Chip cries out, "Sonic! Eve! Hurry! I don't know how long I can hold him!"

"Don't worry, Chip," Eve says.

"The cavalry's here!" Sonic adds.

Sonic and Eve curl up into a ball and spin dash to gain more speed and ride across the ramp, and strike at it with full force. Then, the two perform the final spin dash at the Dark Gaia's eye, making it scream in agony. Dark Gaia bends down in front of the Gaia Colossus, apparently defeated after having its three additional eyes destroyed, and Sonic and Eve watch it.

But then, Dark Gaia rises up, making Sonic and Eve stand back with a huff, and it spreads out a well of darkness above it.

The two hedgehogs look at it in confusion.

Meanwhile, outside of Mobius, Dark Gaia's darkness begins to spread across the planet from the hole in the crust where Eggmanland's continent is heading.

In Chun-nan, Zonshen, Yilin, Lin and Shuifon are watching the sky in fear while talking

In Mazuri, the sky is being covered in darkness and Yaya, Ana, Kwami, Gwek, Kwod and Essie are watching the sky in fear while talking.

In Spagonia, Josef, Barbara, Gigi, Mauro, Ciccio, Federica, Ippolita, Denise and Dora are watching the sky in fear while talking

In Holoska, Jari-Pekka, Jari-Thure, Marketa, Sarianna and Ursule are watching the sky in fear while talking.

And in Shamar, Amy and the others run down the streets with Professor Pickle while the townspeople are looking at the sky in fear while talking.

Amy looks around, "Wh-what's happening? It was broad daylight a minute ago!"

Cosmo asks, "Professor Pickle, what's happening?"

"Chao Chao," Jazz says.

Tired from running, Professor Pickle says, "Dark Gaia has regained its true power. The beast is complete."

The girls are shocked and look up at the sky.

Professor Pickle continues, "It's just as the Gaia Manuscripts foretold. 'And the world shall be plunged into the dark of night, the dark of destruction,'" He then falls down on his knees, "Oh, that it should come to this! We're doomed. The planet is lost!"

But Amy shakes her head, "That won't happen! There's no way Sonic and Eve will let it end like this!"

"I agree, Amy. I know they will," Maria says.

The girls look up in the sky.

Dark Gaia roars and transforms into Perfect Dark Gaia. Perfect Dark Gaia resembles its immature form, but with extra features. Once matured, it grows four extra arms and its large mouth opens up, revealing hundreds of tongues which give way to seven aligned green eyes: three smaller ones on the sides and one large in the middle. It also gains two long tongues hanging out from each side of its central eye. Its seven tentacles also move down its spine and their ends gain more shape, resembling snakeheads with small Mohawks and a green eye in their mouth.

Out in space, above Mobius, the darkness continues to leak out from the hole in the planet's crust, and it looks like the continent is moving out of place.

Back inside the planet's core, Gaia Colossus faces Perfect Dark Gaia.

Sonic and Eve know what they need to do. They both take each other's hand and have determination in their eyes. And with their determination and power, the seven Chaos Emeralds emerge from the different parts of Gaia Colossus and gather around the two hedgehogs.

Sonic turns to Eve, "Let's do it!"

Eve nods and says, "It's time to end this."

Sonic and Eve absorb the Chaos Emeralds and they both transform into Super Sonic and Super Eve. Then they both fly up in front of Gaia Colossus, where they and the Gaia Colossus face Perfect Dark Gaia.

The Dark Gaia lets out a mighty roar and puts a powerful barrier around itself. Sonic and Eve soon fly in and are ready to battle against the Perfect Dark Gaia.

"All right, guys! Time for the big finish!" Sonic says.

"It's time we beat this Dark Gaia, once and for all!" Eve says.

Chip responds, "Sonic…! Eve…!"

Sonic and Eve dodge the flying rocks that are coming at them. They soon see the barrier.

"Dark Gaia has some kind of protective shield!" Eve says.

"We gotta take it out somehow!" Sonic says.

They both over and stop in front of the shield.

Suddenly, they hear Chip's voice, "My turn!"

Sonic and Eve turn to see Chip standing on the other side of the shield.

"Chip?!" Eve reacts, shocked.

Even Sonic reacts, "H-Hey! What are you doing, Chip?!"

And soon, Chip begins to make his way through the shield, "Rh… RrrRAAAAGH!" And Chip is able to make it through.

"Chip!" Eve says, surprised.

"I… You were… Wow!" Sonic says, just as surprised.

Then Chip says, "I'll get its attention, guys! You do something about the shield!"

And with that, Chip begins fighting Dark Gaia from inside the shield.

Eve looks around, "But how are we going to break it?"

"There has to be a way," Sonic says.

Just then, Chip says, "I think those big snake things are creating the shield!"

Sonic then turns to see one of the snakes, "Then let's try it!"

Sonic then attacks the Snake and it screams in agony, and shows that it's weakening.

Sonic says, "Looks like the snake thing is the weak spot!"

"Then let's take them down!" Eve says.

Eve then flies to the other side and attacks another Snake monster. This time, she is able to strike at it with her sword.

Seeing what she has done, Eve says, "Yes! I can use my sword's powers now! Which means…"

Eve then cries out, "Chaos Sword!" and begins slashing at the snakes.

"Alright sis!" Sonic says.

Sonic then flies in the opposite direction and takes down more of the snakes. Sonic and Eve work together as they each take down one of the snake monsters one by one.

Seeing what's happening, Chip says, "Wow. You guys are amazing!" and punches Dark Gaia.

Sonic and Eve then each destroy one of the snakes attached to the Dark Gaia. With all the snakes defeated, it destroyed the protective shield.

"Yes, the shield's gone!" Sonic says.

"And now we can get to Dark Gaia!" Eve says.

"Sonic! Eve! You did it!" Chip says.

Just then, the Dark Gaia grabs Chip with its six arms.

"Chip!" Sonic and Eve cry out.

Chip struggles to break free.

"Be right there, Chip!" Sonic calls out, and he along with Eve fly over.

Sonic and Eve speed over to help Chip.

Sonic then to Eve, "Eve, you take the right side, I'll take left!"

"On it!" Eve says.

Both hedgehogs go to opposite sides of Chip.

Sonic then slams right at the Dark Gaia's hand, forcing it to let go.

Eve flies to the hand on the right side and shouts, "Chaos Spear!"

And Eve performs Chaos Spear, hitting the hand and forcing him to let go.

Sonic does the same with the other hand as Eve does the same as well. They continue attacking at the last remaining hands with their powers.

As they take down their last hands, Sonic and Eve shout, "EAT THIS!"

They both strike at the Dark Gaia's last pair of hands, forcing it to let go of Chip. But then, it fires a powerful beam at Chip.

"Chip!" Sonic and Eve cry out.

Chip remains strong and mananges to stop the attack, and then counters with a powerful punch.

Chip calls out, "Sonic! Eve! Finish this!"

Sonic and Eve join together.

"You got it, Chip!" Eve says.

"This one is all ours!" Sonic says.

Sonic and Eve then begin speeding towards the Dark Gaia with full force. With their power and speed, Super Sonic and Super Eve pierce right through Perfect Dark Gaia's head, sending Perfect Dark Gaia reeling. The two Super Hedgehogs fly up from behind while Perfect Dark Gaia begins to fall down on its back

Soon enough, Perfect Dark Gaia falls back into the planet's core severely wounded, slime gushing from its punctured eyes, and disappears into the magma while the Gaia Colossus looks on.

Flying and Exhausted, Super Sonic and Super Eve give Gaia Colossus a thumbs up. But then, the two hedgehogs revert back to their normal forms and lose consciousness with groans and fall down. Chip rushes over and catches the two hedgehogs in a force field and places them gently in his hand. Both hedgehogs lie unconscious in the Gaia Colossus hand.

Meanwhile, in outer space, it shows that the darkness that's been spreading from the hole in the planet's crust where Eggmanland's continent is heading disappears completely.

In Chun-nan, Zonshen, Yilin, Lin and Shuifon are watching the sky in joy while talking.

In Mazuri, Yaya, Ana, Kwami, Gwek, Kwod and Essie are watching the sky in joy and celebration while talking.

And in Spagonia, Josef, Barbara, Gigi, Mauro, Ciccio, Federica, Ippolita, Denise and Dora are watching the sky in joy and celebration while talking.

In Jari-Pekka, Jari-Thure, Marketa, Sarianna and Ursule are watching the sky in joy and celebration while talking.

Meanwhile, in a place called the Barren plain, as the sun rises, Dr. Eggman depressed up against his broken Egg Mobile. The Egg Mobile tips and SA-55 falls out.

SA-55 folds out of his compressed state and sees the sunrise.

The robot then says, "Pleasant morning. Wouldn't you say, Doctor?"

Dr. Eggman grunts in response.

Then SA-55 says, "YYou can simply begin your plans anew... Even if all your efforts this last time were utterly wasted. Even if it was a complete and utter humiliating loss," that causes Dr. Eggman grows more angry.

But SA-55 continues, "Even the most pathetic loser in all the world will surely have his chance to-"

Eggman soon gets up in anger, "Oh, shut up!"

Dr. Eggman tries to kick SA-55, but misses and falls on his back. SA-55 laughs at Dr. Eggman and runs away while Dr. Eggman gets back on his feet. Hopping and screaming loudly, Dr. Eggman chases after SA-55 while throwing a tantrum.

Meanwhile in Shamar, the sun shines as the residents cheer happily.

Dr. Pickle says, "Ahh, the light reigns over darkness and the world is returned to peace. It's simply a miracle. We've been saved by a miracle!"

May turns to the professor, "I told you, didn't I? There was no way Sonic and Eve would let something like that happen."

"And right you were," Professor Pickle says, "Still... We cannot live without the night. We all must sleep. We all must rest. Darkness is a part of our world, just the same as light."

"Chao responds, confused.

Professor Pickle then says, " It may be that the darkness has not been destroyed, but merely laid to rest. It grows strong over the eons, rises up, then is put to slumber by the light. Perhaps that is the true balance of Dark and Light Gaia. That balance may be the very will of the planet itself."

"Save the speech for later!" Amy says.

Maria and Cosmo giggles.

"I have to agree. We should get things ready," Maria says.

"Yeah. We should give Sonic and Eve a party for their victory!" Amy says.

Cosmo giggles, "I think a party would be nice."

"Then let's go!" Amy says.

Everyone soon takes their leave while the townspeople around them look at the sky and celebrate.

Meanwhile, still in the planet's core, Gaia Colossus looks up at Eggmanland's continent which is coming down from above. The Gaia Colossus looks down at Sonic and Eve who lie unconscious in his hand.

Just then, Chip appears before Sonic in a holographic image.

Chip then says, "Sonic. Eve." And soon look at the two hedgehogs, "Sonic. Eve. You must live!" and waves goodbye and flies off.

Sonic wakes slightly up, "Chip?!"

Eve also wakes slightly, "Chip?!"

Both then they both lost consciousness.

Light Gaia stops and looks back at Sonic and Eve one last time before disappearing. The Gaia Colossus throws an unconscious hedgehog up to the surface between the continents with a green force field. The Gaia Colossus sinks into the magma and burns as the continent closes up on top of it.

The sun continues to rise in the Windmill Isle as a ball of light appears near the ground. It gently lands and disappears, leaving the two hedgehogs lying on the ground. Sonic and Eve stir as they feel the bright light of the sun coming down towards them.

Sonic and Eve let out a groan and murmurs of exhaustion.

"Wha… What happened?" Sonic asks.

"I… I don't know…" Eve answers.

Sonic and Eve soon look around.

"Hey, we're back in the Windmill Isle," Sonic says.

"You're right. This is where we met Chip," Eve says.

Sonic then asks, "Hey Eve, how are you feeling?"

"I think I feel better now," Eve says.

And with that, Eve is able to use her Chaos Energy and lifts herself in the air.

Eve smiles, "Alright, I got my powers back," and begins flying around. She then performs her Chaos Spear, Chaos Bubble, and her abilities.

Eve truly has her powers back.

"That's great Eve," Sonic says.

Eve lands on the ground, "Thanks. I'm really glad I got my powers back," And look at her sword, "And my sword is back to normal."

"Still, I'm really glad that we helped Chip beat that Dark Gaia," Eve says.

"Me too," Sonic says, but then looks around, "But… where is he?"

Sonic and Eve look around and seemingly see Light Gaia/Chip lying on the ground.

"Chip," Eve says.

Sonic tries to reach out to him, but disappears, only a bracelet with Chip's necklace

When S reaches for him, Light Gaia disappears and only Chip's necklace is gone.

Sonic then picks up the necklace, "Chip."

"I'm guessing Chip went back inside the core of our planet," Eve says.

"Yeah. Now that Dark Gaia is gone, Chip returns back to sleep until the time he wakes up with Dark Gaia, fixing the planet after it is being destroyed," Sonic says.

Eve then hugs Sonic, "I'm going to miss him."

"Me too," Sonic says, and hugs him back.

Suddenly, they begin to hear Chip's voice, "I'll never forget you."

Sonic and Eve look around and continue hearing his voice, "I'll be here by you, always. A part of the planet you tread."

Sonic then places Chip's necklace on and wears it as a bracelet. They both look at the sunrise and remember the first day they met him, and the adventures they all had together. Even though Chip is gone, both Sonic and Eve will still have the memories.

Sonic takes a deep breath and says, "Come on, sis. Let's head home."

"Yeah. I'm sure the others are wondering where we are," Eve says.

And with that, the two begin running along the coast. Just then, Tails arrives in the Tornado-1 and flies alongside Sonic and Eve.

Tails calls out, "Hey, Sonic! Eve!" and waves at the two hedgehogs.

Sonic and Eve salute Tails and the two continue running along the coast with Tails flying beside them. The two continue running along the coast and plan to head back home with the memories of their adventure with Chip within their hearts.
