We're back on chapter nineteen.

In the lair, the Foot and the clones had the heroes tied up. They pushed them down the ground next to Karai as the Black Phantom and Shredder walked to them.
"It last, we have you pitiful fools." the Black Phantom said. "You think you can attack my forces and get away with it?"
Clover looked at the Shredder. "Is this the guy?"
"Yep, that's the Shredder." Mikey said.
"I can see why they call him that." Clover said.
"What are you gonna do with Karai?" Leo demanded.
"I will undo your master's brainwashing, and she will remember that I raised her, loved her." Shredder said. "And our revenge will be final. You turtles will be a distant memory of my daughter."
"She is not your daughter!" Sam shouted.
The Black Phantom kicked her down.
"Shut up!"
"Hey, you can't do that to her like that!" Mikey shouted. "You're a psychopath!"
"What's that?" Black Phantom said evilly.
"Dude, that's a female!" Mikey said. "Men do not hit women!"
"My, what a gentle turtle you are." the Black Phantom said. "How curious, how peculiar."
"Where's Mandy?" Clover demanded. "What did you do to her?"
"And who are you?" Sam demanded.
"Well, if that's what you want to know about me, girls… Fine, I'll show you just who I am."
The Black Phantom took off his mask, then the girls were shocked to see his face. Even the Hamato ninjas and the Foot were surprised to learn the Black Phantom's identity.
"It's you?!" Sam was shocked.
"What?" Alex was stunned.
"It-it can't be!" Clover said disbelief.
The Black Phantom was revealed to be… Mandy Luxe. The snobbish teenage girl who often belittles the girls.
"Happy now… losers?" Mandy asked. "Are you satisfied to know my secret identity?"
"MANDY?!" Sam, Alex and Clover were shocked.
"Oh. My. God." Karai said shockingly.
"Holy crap! He's a girl!" Raph said.
"You?! You're the Black Phantom?!" Clover asked.
"Well, it ain't Jennifer Lopez." the Black Phantom said.
"That's Mandy?" April said. "You never told me she's a villain."
"No, I said mean girl, but she was never a villain." Clover said.
"So that explains the shoes and the necklace." Alex said.
"I really need to hide my things properly." the Black Phantom said.
"A teenage girl making evil clones? I did not expect that." Fishface said.
"Yeah, that is so cool." Bebop said.
"I know, it's shocking." the Black Phantom said. "But this suit is full of fashion."
"How did you do hide your voice?" Casey asked. "That was awesome."
"I'll say. I-in an evil way." Mikey said.
"Oh, I made that mask myself. And I used that manly creepy voice to hide my real voice." Black Phantom said.
"What the hell happened to you, Mandy?" Sam asked.
"How did you get through all this?" Leo said.
"Well, Leonardo… They call you Leo, right?"
"Mandy, what happened?" Clover asked.
"That's an interesting story, Clover. On that night, I was enjoying my jacuzzi. Then suddenly, I found this green vial on the bush. I didn't know where it came from or who it belongs to, but I was assumed it was a just cough medicine or something.
When I drank it, it changed me. Gave me such intelligence. Such pleasure. I felt like I was reborn."
"Wait, Jerry once said he accidently dropped his evil gene two nights ago." Alex said. "You've taken it, and it made you chaotically evil."
"Pretty cool, isn't it? After that formula changed me, I looked on the computer and found out about you and WOOHP. So, then I designed this suit and the mask, and the Black Phantom was born. I stole the chemicals, built my machine, and create my clones."
"You really practice this speech?" Casey asked.
"Then, with Stockman's help, my machines rebooted into full strengths and to make a great and terrible army of my clones. WOOHP will cease to exist when I'm done with it.
And then, no more spies. No more heroes. No more Hamato Clan. Nothing will stand in our way."
"You can't do that!" Mikey said.
"Oh, I can, and I will." Black Phantom said.
"What an evil plan." Mikey said.
"A great evil plan it is. With these clones, the world will bow to me, and I will be queen."
"But with mutagen within their veins, they'd be too unstable to control." Donnie warned.
"Which is why my machine is able to stabilize them." Black Phantom said. "I really thought of anything."
"You won't get away with this, Mandy!" Leo said.
"Yes, I will. And the name is Black Phantom."
The Black Phantom turned to Shredder and his henchmen.
"Make sure they don't escape you, Saki." she said with a grin. "You'll soon get what you wanted; I promise."
"It's an honour working for you, Black Phantom." Shredder said.
The laughing Black Phantom and her clones walked to the chamber to her machine.
"A teen snobby girl turned supervillain. Did not see that coming." Raph said.
"Shredder, you don't know what you're doing." Sam said.
"Yes, I do. Hamato Yoshi took Tang Shen from me. And he deserves to burn in Hell." Shredder said.
"Shredder, if you let Mand… ugh, the Black Phantom do this, she'll betray you." Sam warned.
"If that's the case, I've been planning on taking over her organization since this brief partnership." Shredder said.
"You're saying you're gonna kill her?" Clover asked surprised.
"Her machine shall be in my possession. Her clones shall serve as my willingly soldiers in the Foot. I shall create great, strong, invulnerable, and numerous armies. And the Foot shall become an empire over the world. And you won't be there to witness it."
Shredder readied his blade to kill the heroes.
"Well, if that's the case, you should make sure we have nothing on us to break free." Sam said.
Then she broke free and kicked Shredder to the wall. The henchmen charged at Sam, but Alex and Clover broke free and used a freeze ray at them.
"You carried a freeze ray?" Karai asked proudly.
"You three little girls are gonna bleed." Shredder said while recovering.
"You three can't handle him, he's dangerous." Leo said.
"Danger is our middle names." Clover said bravely.
The girls were ready to fight the Shredder. On that moment, they both charged at each other. The girls blocked every attack from Shredder's fighting moves. Sam punched him in the gut, but he grabbed her by the arm and threw her down the ground.
Clover jumped above Shredder and kicked him down. He swings his blade at Clover, but she ducked and punched his legs.
Alex tried to strike Shredder, but he grabber her by the hair.
"Ow! Hey! There's a rule about men pulling women's hair!" she snapped.
Clover threw a boomerang at Shredder, then Sam used her ring to stun him with electricity, causing him to fall down on his back unconscious.
"Good work, girls." Leo said.
The girls untied the ninjas. They retrieved their weapons from the table.
"You three were lucky to survive Shredder." Donnie said. "Jerry trained you well."
"We didn't learn that from Jerry." Sam said. "We learned that from Master Splinter."
The group smiled at the girls.
"We have to stop Mandy." Clover said.
"As long as we blow that thing up, we leave that cure to you." Raph said.
"I still can't believe that the Black Phantom is a girl." Casey said.
"Come on, we have to go and stop her." Karai determined.
The heroes ran to the chamber to stop the Black Phantom from creating more of her clones.
So, Mandy is the Black Phantom. Will our heroes stop her plan?
