Chp. 27: Clash of Titans

Sinking in the waters of the pond, Siavash had been knocked unconscious from the impact of landing into the water. As he sank deeper into the water Mitrandil's voiced spoke to him.

"Siavash... Siavash...

Inside his head, Siavash looks around in an empty void, trying to find where Mitrandil's voice was coming from.

"Siavash..."

Siavash turns his head to where Mitrandil's voice was coming from. He sees Mitrandils and bright blinding light surrounding him slowly approaching him.

"Mitrandil?" Siavash spoke.

"Yes, Siavash, it is I. Your actions today and beyond have proven that you are ready to inherit my full power." Mitrandil said.

A glowing light blue smokey mist emitted off of the wizard and made its way towards Siavash and seeped its way into the boy's body. Siavash felt its power enter inside him and felt himself getting more powerful the more of the smoke he absorbed.

"Your constant use of my magic today has sped up the process of our merging. My magic will now be yours," Mitrandil said.

"What will happen to me once my power is yours?" Siavash asked.

"You will still live your life as how you please, but a part of my own life will always linger within you," Mitrandil answered.

Mitrandil's body started to turn into smoke from the feet up as Siavash continued to absorb it.

"This may be the last time we may speak to each other, but remember, I shall be with you in spirit always," Mitrandil said. "Use my power with the very best of your might. Use it better then I ever could! Heed my final words to you!"

Outside of Siavash's head, his body started glowing gold before it slowly started to change to light blue.

"Now... Arise...! Siavash Ashura...!"

Siavash's eyes opened as his once gray eyes have now changed to silver.

Back up onto the surface, the battle continues as Lysander and Amethyst brawled each other in their dragon forms, while The Whitlocks, Team SAFR, Yasu, Atar, Lloyd, Athena, Mitra, Deriko, Professor Bellerose and her backup battled the Angra Corps. A few Angra Corp rebels ran up and surrounded the Headmistress of Haven. She smirked as she pulled out a red yo-yo from her sleeve.

With the string looped around her finger, Bellerose threw the yo-yo downwards as it spun down the string and then back up into her hand. She does this a couple more times before she throws the yo-yo into one of the rebel's faces, knocking him to the ground. The other rebels rushed over to Bellerose as she swung her yo-yo around, striking each of them and knocking them down. Three more rebels charged towards as the headmistress swung her yo-yo as a couple of saw blades popped out it. The yo-yo sliced threw their weapons before Bellerose swung her yo-yo around and slashed at their chests, while knocking them down.

Samuel and Laura ran up to the headmistress, while looking at the back up she had brought with her and noticed something about them.

"The back up you brought. Are these our students?" Samuel asked.

"Yes. I didn't want the magical artifacts to receive unwanted attention from all over Anima. So, I decided to bring in the students and staff here," Bellerose answered. "Don't worry. I've made sure that they all won't say a word about this."

Amethyst charges over at Lysander and rams her head into Lysander's stomach, pushing him back. Lysander swung his head up at Amethyst's, knocking her back. He then swiped his foot at Her neck, which snagged onto her necklace and snapped off and sent it flying. Amethyst shrunk back down and changed back into a human. Lysander stomped his foot in front of her, knocking her back into the ground.

"Do you really think Siavash would forgive once you had sided with me?! You must be delusional if you think that it would happen! Even now that you're turning against me, it won't change a thing! All of this is on your hands, and that is something that can never be washed away!" Lysander yelled.

Amethyst looks down in sadness and shame as Lysander's words echoed through her head.

"Since you've turned against me as well, I might as well do us both a favor and get rid of you now," Lysander said.

Suddenly, something shot out of the pond and landed right in between Amethyst and Lysander, catching everyone else's attention. It was Siavash, and he has a new look. He was wearing a pair of brown knee high boots with four talon blades that ran down to the tip of his boots. Along with that, he wears a pair of dark blue trousers with his silver armored knee pads, a black tunic with gold trimmings with an emblem of a dog-headed peacock with the claws of a lion and dot circling around it, matching the trimmings. Attached to his tunic were a pair of silver armored shoulder pads, and wears a pair of blood red gloves, and a matching sash around his waist and an under shirt. His black hair was now gray with several streaks of light gray, and his gray eyes were now silver.

"What the hell is this?" Lysander asked.

"This is your last warning! Stop this now!" Siavash ordered.

"There is no stopping until I get what I came for!" Lysander roared.

He spat a blast of fire down at Siavash and Amethyst, but Siavash conjures a large shield in front of them, protecting him and Amethyst from the flames. Lysander swung his tail at them as Siavash turned his shield into a spinning buzzsaw, which sliced off Lysander's tail. The Grimm dragon roars out in pain as Siavash flies himself up to his head.

Siavash then shot a blast of magic, making Lysander stumble back a few steps before falling backwards. Lysander gets back up while his tail grows back. He then started to flap his wings and lifted off from the ground. He then shot another blast of flames at Siavash as he suddenly burst in a blast of blue light. When the light faded away, everyone saw that Siavash had now changed his appearance.

Siavash had now turned into a giant humanoid creature with large eagle wings with its feathers being blue and green. He has a long neck with the head of a dog, legs of a lion, and the tail of a peacock.

Siavash let out a loud roar as everyone down below covered their ears.

"Now he's... You know what, I'm just gonna stop questioning it now," Atar said.

The two beasts flew straight into each other and clashed into each other. Siavash his winged arms around Lysander as he tried to chop his teeth at Siavash's head. Lysander kicked Siavash away and swung the claws on his feet at Siavash's chest, making him cry out in pain and leaving visible scratches on his chest. Siavash shot a magic beam from his mouth at Lysander. He swooped away from the attack and flew towards Siavash and swung his tail at Siavash. The attack that was made managed to graze Siavash's left cheek, making him groan upon feeling the stinging pain.

Siavash's eyes then suddenly flashed as and emitted a bright light as Lysander tried to shield his body with his wings. When the light died away, Lysander found himself falling to the ground as his wings had been turned to stone. He crashes to the ground as his wings shattered upon impact, making him cry out in pain. As his wings were growing back, Siavash landed close by and let out a loud roar.

Lysander's Grimm dragon body then started to twist around and shrink. The process continued until Lysander was then transformed back into a human as his Aura flickered. Siavash then shrunk down while his body changed back into human form with a graze on his cheek and claw marks on his chest. Lysander glares at Siavash for a moment before he lets out an enraged battle cry and charges at Siavash with his gauntlet sword.

Siavash creates an obsidian glass sword and a crackle of lightning that serves as a makeshift whip. Lysander approaches Siavash and swings his blade down at him. Siavash blocked the attack with his sword and swung it at Lysander as he backed away from the attack. He then swung his lightning whip at Lysander as it wrapped around him and electrocuted him. Siavash then swung Lysander around and hurled him into a large boulder, depleting his Aura.

Siavash turns around and walks over to Simorgh Wings on the ground and picks it up before walking towards Amethyst who was still on the ground. She heard the sound of his footsteps approaching and looked up to see him standing over her. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she let out a couple of sobs.

"I'm... sorry..."

Before Siavash could say anything, Amethyst pulls out her wand and points it at her head.

"Avada Kedavra!"

A blast of magic shot out of the wand and into her head as Amethyst collapsed and went limp. Siavash was caught off guard by this action that Amethyst took. He knelt down and turned Amethyst over and saw the life in her eyes was no longer there. A tear welled out of his eye as Siavash realized that Amethyst was dead.

"You didn't give me the chance... to help you... I would have forgiven you," he said.

Lysander slowly got up from the ground and saw Siavash kneeling down over Amethyst. He yelled out in fury as he charged towards Siavash with his blade over his head. Siavash's expression changed from grief to fury as he got up and turned around and swung his sword at his attacker. Lysander's right arm fell off as Siavash had sliced it off. He drops to his knees and screams out in agony as he clinches onto the stump to where his arm used to be. Lysander looked up to Siavash as he had his gaze fixed onto him, while pointing his weapon at his face.

"This power that we were gifted with could have helped us change Iran and give us freedom, and you chose to destroy what we wanted to work for. You have become no better than the supreme leader and his followers, if not worse. You have betrayed Iran and its people, betrayed Mayura's memory, turned the girl that I loved into betraying me which drove her to suicide," Siavash said in anger, before he gave out a solemn expression. "And worst of all... you have betrayed me... brother."

Two Angra Corp rebels ran up to Lysander and pulled him up to his feet as a third ran up and picked up Lysander's severed arm off the ground. Siavash lowers his sword, still keeping his gaze on Lysander.

"Go... Take the Angra Corps and leave. This will be the last time that I shall grant you the mercy that you shouldn't deserve. But the next time we meet, I will not hesitate to put you down. The friend that I once called my brother... stands before me no more," Siavash said.

Lysander's eye widened in shock for a moment before it quickly changed back to anger once more.

"This isn't over... Ashura!" Lysander said with venom.

One of the two rebels lifted Lysander over his shoulder.

"Angra Corps! Fall back! To me!" the rebel ordered.

The rebel then turns around and runs away as he carries Lysander away and into the woods. The rest of the rebels then all retreated into the woods as everyone watched them run away. Siavash took one last look at the fleeing rebels.

"Goodbye, David. I will miss the person you used to have been," he said.

Lloyd, Athena, Atar, Mitra, Yasu, and Deriko all approached Siavash, just as all the other students of Haven Academy gathered around them.

"Did you guys say you're from Iran?" a student asked.

The seven students all looked at each other for a moment before facing the other students.

"Yes, we're all from Iran," Atar answered.

"Well, except for me. I take great pride being from Atlas," Deriko said with a chuckle.

"Anyway, we convinced Professor Bellerose to create a cover story for us so that you all wouldn't discover our Iranian heritage," Siavash said.

"We didn't want to face persecution from anyone here. Especially from the Americans, since Iran and America's history with each other hasn't been all great," Yasu added.

"We've been through so much back at the place we used to call home, and we didn't want to face any more shit than what we had gone through," Lloyd said.

The Iranians all braced themselves for the backlash that is to come. But the response they got caught them by surprise.

"So what?"

The group was surprised by this, but responses kept on coming.

"Just because you're from Iran, it doesn't automatically means you're bad people," another student said

"And from what we saw from your interaction from that guy you fought, you've all been through too much," another student said.

"We thought you would have snapped after what happened," another student said.

Siavash turned his head back to see Samuel and Laura lifting Amethyst's body off the ground.

"Yeah... after what happened today, we would have. Me most of all," he said.

Author's Note: Before you start throwing shade at me for what you are going to see from the next trailer, please take into account that a lot of the stuff that is happening in the story within California are based on real events and incidents from California. And I'm not just speaking from watching videos or looking up articles, but I also speak from personal experience as well. I know a lot about California what goes on in there like the back of my hand because I use to live in that state. Thousands of people every year are moving out because of what's goes on in California. With that said, enjoy this next trailer.

Jesse and Jacket were walking down a sidewalk.

"Teresa and the family wants out of California, and wants help moving," Jacket said.

Jesse and Jacket are sitting at a table cleaning their weapons.

"Why are you guys coming with us?" Jesse asked Roman Torchwick and Neopolitan.

"To soak in that sunshine, see the sights... and make a profit from all the chaos and crime going on in that state," Roman answered as he whispered that last bit of information as Neo nodded in approval.

Jesse, Jacket, Roman, and Neo were all riding inside a car, following an RV, and a moving truck.

"You guys aren't the only ones that want their families out of California," Ronin Ferrer said with Rin Ferrer standing beside him.

Neo held up her Scroll with a message that read: 'Why is some of the people in that parade either naked or almost naked?'

"Somebody shoot these assholes!" a police officer shouted into his radio.

Jesse and Ronin watched as a large group of looters were stealing items from a Walgreens store.

"IT'S MA'AM!" a guy in a dress yelled into Jacket's face.

Jesse and Jacket ran around a street attacking some drones and police officers as they tried shooting at them.

"Hey, Jacket. Say hello to you're new son," Sofía 'Bloody Mary' Valentina said, holding a baby in her arms.

Jacket sprints towards his car.

"Enjoy your crack!" Roman said, waving to a homeless man.

Jesse, Jacket, Roman, Neo, and the Ferrer twins all pulled out their weapons.
