"Yeah," Hawks sighed while reporting from his location in America. "We interrogated the members we rounded up, but it's no use," He glanced towards Dark Shadow having captured the Humarise members. But they weren't giving them any information that would indicate where the Trigger Bombs were. "They got no clue where the devices are being kept." Either that, or they weren't being cooperative with them. "Doesn't seem like they even knew the things existed. It's the same for the members from the other branches too. My guess? It's likely the recent attack was carried out by a smaller, internal group directly under the control of Flect Turn."

Every single agency that was sent out captured all the members, but they all had nothing to share.

The leader of the group behind the organization gripped his fist. "Director," Toshinori spoke up, getting his attention. "There might be another facility that we don't know about."

"They must've guessed that we were coming," The director murmured in thought. "And moved the bombs in anticipation...all teams standby in your respective locations. We're going to send in more heroes to find Humarise's secret base."

Toshinori narrowed his eyes at the picture of Flect Turn, knowing that he was being extremely careful...

Someone was running through a forest, clutching a bag tight. He panted while going as fast as he could. I have to deliver this! If I don't...the world will be destroyed! It was the same man with the eye-patch.

A plane was landing in Otheon on a bright, sunny day. Nearby was a trailer park.

"Roro, Lala, it's about time for me to head off to work," The parkour boy was buttoning his shirt, looking in the mirror. "You know what to do," He glanced back at two kids.

"We'll study bunches!" The two grinned up at him, holding up his tie with smiles. He hummed while adjusting it.

"And if it turns out I'm not gonna be home till late?" He looked back at them knowingly.

"We'll make dinner for ourselves!" They responded in unison again, holding up his jacket.

He hummed as he was pleased with that answer, putting on his outer garment. "Kay, but...what if a weirdo shows up and tries to stop ya, huh?" He held up his arms in a playful way and they ran off in laughter.

"We'll protect our home!"

"Yeah?" He grinned at the two, hands on his hips.

"Yeah!" They answered again, watching him open the door.

"Don't worry, though. I doubt today's gig is gonna take that long, anyway," He waved to the both of them.

"Okay!" They cheered towards the boy with smiles. The two then beamed as the small pink bird flew over, landing on Lala's shoulder.

"Pino!" She smiled as she chirped at Roro, the two giggling.

"Alright, I'll catch you kiddos later," The boy let Pino land on his shoulder with a smile, running off.

"Have a good day!" They shouted towards him while watching him leave. The neighborhood they were in was like a lower section of Otheon, with the graffiti and the state of the buildings being less than stellar. The boy ran into an alleyway, looking up at the laundry that was being dried on clotheslines. He looked up at the plane that was leaving, and looked indifferent towards it. Sometimes he just had nothing to say regarding new arrivals or departures, and the noise kept him up at times. Other days, he found it annoying when it was hard to focus with all the noise.

His destination was a bar, and he opened the door. "Old man," He called out to the bartender. "Got a lead for me?"

"Hmph," The bartender simply scoffed at his arrival, looking away while cleaning a wine glass. The boy approached and put down 300 eurus on the table. He leaned back while hearing the bartender silently take it. "Pick up's on East 3rd Street. Be quick about it. The package needs to be delivered to the Chinese restaurant on South Grove."

"How much cash are we talkin'?" The boy got to the chase, because he needed the money badly.

"Heh," The bartender chuckled, giving a small grin. "Like you're in a position to negotiate fees. You'll take the regular rate and do it with a smile."

Pino popped out of the boy's hair, sounding like an angry mother of sorts while she protested. "Okay," The boy grabbed her gently, looking back with a nervous smile. "I'm on it. Done before you know it." As he left though, he looked pretty peeved. He thought he could get a raise this time around, but apparently not...while that was on his mind, he looked towards a bike that was nearby. He then took off with it, looking smug as he did so.

The bartender pushed open the windows, looking pissed. "What are you—that's my bike!"

"You stole it from someone else," The boy retorted back knowingly. "I'll give it back to its rightful owner later."

Pino flew near him, chirping happily at this action.

"You can't just take whatever you want, damn punk!" The bartender shouted after him as the boy rode around the corner.

"Come on, let's get this over with," The boy remarked, Pino giving a small chirp in response.

Meanwhile, in the city, a bus moved down the street while people walked around to shop.

"Whoa," Izuku murmured as he, Shoto, Izuka, and Katsuki were part of the shoppers. All four were in their hero costumes. "The streets are so busy!"

"Yeah well, I guess it is the biggest city in Otheon," Shoto explained next to him. Both boys had bags full of groceries. They were tasked with bringing them back for dinner, since their team was still on standby.

"Gah! Being told to wait on standby is one thing," Katsuki scoffed, looking over his shoulder. He was carrying bags too, but he was not happy about it. "But since when do I get treated like an errand boy?!" He yelled in Izuku's face.

"It's because we're the lowest-ranking members in our group," Shoto pointed out to the boy. Izuku just gave a nervous expression, knowing that Katsuki would be like this.

"Huh?!" He snapped towards the white/red haired boy. Izuka was leading the way, rolling her eyes as she overheard.

"The only reason we got called up in the first place...is because we're doing our work-studies at Endeavor's Agency. We're basically freebies that were thrown in," Shoto told him, though it still didn't satisfy Katsuki, because he wanted to fight...

"And besides, when you take that into account, it's not like we can say no to doing errands," Izuka remarked while balancing groceries on her head with one hand. The other was holding up a camera to take photos, while her second bag was around her arm.

"Still, we have a huge responsibility here," Izuku narrowed his eyes, knowing that they had to take this seriously. "Our job is to protect the world from Humarise."

"And we will find them," Shoto glanced over to him. "We'll make sure of it."

"The stupid organization is full of obsessed idiots. Why do they believe the Quirk Doomsday Theory? They're taking a totally hypothetical idea and using it to justify their crimes," Katsuki was especially annoyed by them existing in the first place.

Izuka let out a small sigh from up front. "Well, they're kind of the opposite of the Meta Liberation in that sense," She stated, causing all three to stare at her. "They were all about oppression regarding the use of Quirks. But Humarise...they're scared of Quirks being a disease to society. And Flect Turn believes it's the only way to purify the Earth. He doesn't care what he has to do as long as he succeeds."

"Uh," Izuku blinked from how she put it. "That's...honestly kind of scary for you to see it that way, big sis."

"Mm?" She glanced over her shoulder and then looked back up ahead. "I'm not saying I agree with them or what they're doing! Hell no. I'm just stating what their mindset is. I read that book Hawks gave us, and it's honestly making me second-guess sometimes. Not enough that I'm moving away from my own goals, but I just think sometimes...that it's not hard to pinpoint where some of these villains' opinions stemmed from."

He blinked again and then smiled a little, as he could see what she was saying. And that thanks to Katsuki or Gentle, she was being more open about understanding villains like her brother did…mostly.

"You're so stupid," Katsuki sighed towards her, noticing how much weight she was putting in.

"And I don't care if you think I am," She retorted back in response.

"I think you've got a point, Mido. Sometimes, people just believe what they want to," Shoto stated as she took another photo. "And you're really enjoying Otheon."

"I can't help it, it's just the artist side in me," She smiled happily at the reminder. "European-style architecture is right up my alley, and I have to get in everything I can while we're on standby."

"Well, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself," Izuku chuckled towards his sister.

Katsuki walked up to the girl, snatching the bag from her head. She looked back in alarm as he held the bag between his own. "If you're gonna take so many pictures, don't strain yourself doing it!" He told her in a bit of annoyance. "That's pissing me off."

"Doesn't everything I do piss you off?" The short green-haired girl raised a slightly confused brow.

"No! Just take the stupid photos!" He blushed as he was not in the mood to explain why she didn't in front of a bunch of people. The girl blinked at his reaction and then hummed to herself, walking next to him. She was reminded of their...date before they came here, so she wasn't going to comment. But it was nice of him to let her enjoy Otheon because she was going to paint the SHIT out of the main city when she got back. Izuku smiled happily at the duo, as she told him everything along with Momo and Ochaco—aside from everything that led up to the kiss, that is. He was also there when she told her best friends about Endeavor's...plan, so he was glad that she was feeling a lot better and going back towards her normal self slowly. He didn't think she'd ever let go of it, but it was nice to see her happy, and that Katsuki was partly why.

A bunch of smoke suddenly appeared in the distance, instantly getting their attention. A shop was the source as robbers were running off with stolen inventory.

"Those thieves robbed my jewelry shop!" The owner stepped out to the street in a panic. "Somebody stop them!" He froze in alarm as immediately the four were chasing after them.

"Aw, hell! Heroes!"

"I'll catch up with you at the spot!" One of them turned into a wind tornado.

"I'll leave the case to you!" His partner agreed, jumping up a staircase.

"You chase the other one!" Katsuki went after him using his explosions.

"Got it!" Izuku called out, leaving him, Shoto, and Izuka to chase the one with the briefcase.

"Move, move!" He barreled through the busy atmosphere, knocking down anything in his path. "Get out of my way now!"

The people he ran over were left in the sky screaming.

"Blackwhip!" Izuku jumped up, using the green whips to capture every single person. "Todoroki, Izuka, stop him!"

He watched as Shoto used the building to skate on ice, Izuka flying above the crowd. "Leave it to us!" He shouted to the green-haired boy.

"You help anyone that might be injured!" Izuka looked over her shoulder, looking back up ahead as she flew next to Shoto's side, her hair flying.

The disco-themed villain turned a corner, Katsuki landing on a wall. He then leaped to keep up, causing the villain to growl. He turned around to toss pink buff balls that emitted sparkles. They then exploded, leaving smoke, and he looked back with a chuckle. "That'll teach ya!"

"What a pathetic blast!" Katsuki retorted, having jumped up above the attack before it could hit him. "I'll show you what a real one looks like!" He grinned widely while his hand powered up. The villain yelped in pain as Katsuki hit him dead on, causing him to land in someone else's drying sheets. A cat nearby hissed in alarm from the sight of him.

Meanwhile, the parkour boy was waiting impatiently in an alleyway. He groaned while looking at his watch, as he was expecting someone, and they were late. "This is taking too long," He muttered with an annoyed tone. "My contact better not be a no-show."

He heard a scream, looking back to see the wind-tornado villain flying up. "Here!" He tossed the boy the briefcase and then left just as soon as he arrived.

"Wait, what?" The boy was super confused, and then Shoto and Izuka zipped past him. He backed away and ran off, with the two not having noticed him. Shoto let his arm catch on fire as Izuka recoiled back her hand to ready her Comet Burst. They both attacked, and the villain looked back with a chuckle.

"Not gonna work on me!" He then hit his head against a wall of ice, as Izuka moved up her feet to stop her flying star. She gave him a blank look as she created her Jupiter Wind from her hand, and used it to restrain him.

"That took longer than expected," Shoto stared down at him as Izuka landed on the ice.

"Wasn't expecting that Quirk, but I forget that wind and fire don't mix. Should've known better from the provisional license exam," She chuckled sheepishly, rubbing the back of her neck.

Shoto then gasped as he noticed something. "Mido, hang on." She blinked as he looked around. "Wasn't he holding something?"

She flinched and opened her mouth to say something.

"Todoroki! Izuka!" They looked back to see Izuku running up.

"Midoriya! The case is gone!" Shoto reported and he came to a stop.

"Did he get rid of it?" He glanced around for it as Izuka created her flying star.

"If I reach a higher point, I could find it-" The two glanced to the side, gasping sharply as they saw the boy running off with it. He stared at them with a smug smile, turning the corner.

"There's a third!" Izuku shouted while running after him, Izuka flying above his head. They stepped out into the open, but didn't see him anywhere. And it was hard to tell where he went with all of the people and cars around.

"Damn it," Izuka grunted as she looked around with him. A car honked and they turned to see someone running off, and it was the boy running across a busy street. Izuku jumped onto a fountain as Izuka zipped over him and he landed next to a restaurant. The customers turned to the two in confusion as they scoped the area, seeing the boy running up a fire escape.

"Gotcha!"

Izuku jumped up the stairs as Izuka hung onto her star like a sled, flying up at a high speed. The boy flinched as he saw them coming. Pino flew out of his hair, chirping angrily as the two gasped. She hit Izuku in the face, causing him to freeze in place. He groaned and started to fall, Izuka glancing back with a gasp. The boy with the briefcase chuckled as Pino flew back with a proud smile.

"Stinks to be you!" He retorted as Izuka swooped in to catch her brother before he could fall onto the street.

"Thanks, sis..." Izuku sighed in relief as he wobbled around once he got off the flying star.

"Snap out of it, he's getting away!" She pointed up to the boy.

"He's already on the roof?" Izuku gritted his teeth. "Go ahead, I'll catch up!"

"Right!" She nodded sharply and flew after him. Izuku powered up and jumped as the boy leaped over the rooftop. Pino chirped in alarm, causing him to look back and see Izuka gaining on them. Right behind her was Izuku jumping across the rooftops.

"I can't shake them!" He then threw the briefcase across and vaulted over the edge of the roof, doing a flip to the next building. He rolled safely and reached out his hands to catch the briefcase.

"So he does parkour, huh?" Izuka narrowed her eyes a bit.

"Blackwhip!" Izuku flung the whips at the boy as Izuka flew in fast, reaching out her hand.

"Jupiter Wind!" She flung the water and wind wisps at him, but he jumped over them. He then spun around a pipe, slid underneath one, and jumped over some piping. He walked backwards, falling onto a chair to roll over. Once he was back on his feet, he jumped through the bottom of a water tower.

"Still got it!" He gripped the case as he jumped off the roof, landing on another. Izuka blinked at his skills, grunting in annoyance. She swooped in as Izuku landed on a windowpane. "Hey, knock knock!" The boy knocked on a window, causing it to open and revealing a dog. Izuku flinched and wobbled his arms, about to fall when Izuka caught him. The boy slid down a pipe with ease, avoiding some wires. But Izuku couldn't get through it that easily, and...neither could Izuka since it was a tight space.

The boy slid down a clothesline like a zipline using the briefcase, causing all the clothes to fall off. He then landed on the awning, swinging to land safely. Izuku ran up to a balcony, gasping sharply as he saw the clothes. He grabbed them with Blackwhip, and Izuka used Black Hole to return the clothes back in place.

"Oh, thank you so much!" The woman drying the clothes waved and they smiled up at her.

"He couldn't have gotten that far away yet, right?" Izuku murmured as they searched.

"Should we split up?" The girl wondered as they didn't see him.

"No, this guy's anticipating that. We'll stick together."

"Heh," The boy scoffed while falling. "I think it's pretty obvious I'm too smooth for you," He was sliding down staircase bannisters. "You can't catch someone with these moves!" He then flipped over to the next, sliding down it. Pino chirped happily while flying after him.
