In order to bring an end to Team Twilight's objectives, our heroes need the help of Vastnus. Davis went out searching while everyone else tried to fight off Unicris under Lumiere's control. When Davis returned, he was able to bring Vastnus back with him, and it appears that the two of them somehow came to the idea of working together. Now, these two legendary pokemon are about to clash, but who will be the one to walk away...and possibly reshape the entire world.

(Davis' voice): The Heaven vs. The Earth

It was incredible that Davis managed to bring Vastnus to the battlefield. Hopefully, it will mean that Lumiere's plans are about to come to an end.

"I don't know how you managed to bring Vastnus here, but I should thank you. Saves me the trouble." Lumiere claimed.

"That's what you think. This is going to end here and now! Get him, Vastnus!" Davis called and Vastnus obeyed. The difference was that Vastnus was doing all of this willingly, willingly working with Davis.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!" Vastnus battled against the controlled Unicris. It started out by using Steel Wing and smashed right into Unicris and was able to push Unicris back. All those who were watching couldn't believe what they were seeing.

"Unbelievable! All of of us fighting together and we couldn't get Unicris to move, but Vastnus already did it in one attack." Bruce said.

"I believe we've done all that we can. The only thing left to do is sit back and watch things unfold." Specter said. It seems like there's really nothing more anyone can do. It's all in Vastnus' and Davis' hands now.

"Please, Davis, be careful." Terra said.

"Don't let them push you around, Unicris! Fight back!" Lumiere ordered. Unicris was able to shake Vastnus off and then it attacked by using Mega Horn. It charged right at Vastnus, but Vastnus used Steel Wing once again and was able hold its ground against Unicris. "That's it! Push back! I must have Vastnus' power!"

"I'll never understand people like you! People who only want to use pokemon as tools and weapons when they are alive just like us!" Davis called. Vastnus was able to flyaway from Unicris and started flapping its wings to create a sparkling green twister. This move was called Celestial Tempest.

"Move, Unicris!" Lumiere ordered. Unicris moved across the field like the horse it was and tried to outrun the attack, but Celestial Tempest was homing in on them. "How is this happening?! How is he battling with Vastnus when Vastnus isn't even his own?!"

"Unicris isn't yours either!" Davis called with Vastnus flying around and cutting them off. "Vastnus and I just have an understanding of how the other feels!" With nowhere to run, Celestial Temptest came and crashed into Unicris. The wind lashed against them and was dealing some damage. Just when the wind cleared away, Vastnus flew in and tried to hold Unicris down. "Imperialdramon, get him!"

"What?!" Lumiere looked around and soon saw Imperialdramon flying and coming right at him. "You will not take me!" Unicris lashed its head around and Imperialdramon had to be cautious of the horn while Lumiere holds on as tight as he could. Vastnus tried to hold Unicris down, but Unicris was able to break itself free once again. "You will not stop me! I will reshape the world!"

"It's no good! We won't be able to save Unicris unless we do something about Lumiere!" Imperialdramon claimed.

"But how do we get close enough?" Davis questioned.

"Haven't you figure it out yet?! You can't beat me! I am the future! I am..." "Blah, blah, blah!" Davis interrupted.

"You villains sure do like to talk a lot about things I don't care about because you are going to be stopped!" Davis claimed. "That's a simple fact because you're just forcing Unicris to do what you want, but Vastnus and I are working together because Vastnus wants to! That's all there is to it between humans and pokemon! They choose to live together! This world is formed from choices people make, not just one person! That's why you're not going to win!"

"And you say I talk too much. Unicris, finish that boy off!" Lumiere said. Unicris powered its horn once again for one more attack.

"Vastnus!" Davis called. Vastnus flew straight at Unicris and smashed right into it once again.

"These useless attacks will not..." Lumiere thought he still had the advantage, but something happened. Vastnus appeared to be gathering power and was beginning to glow. "What is this?! What's going on now?!" Vastnus was gathering a lot of power and then unleashed it in a bright green light. The light was blinding. It covered the entire city and those who could see it had to look away. The light just so...divine. "No! What is this?! This was suppose to help change the world! Wait! Waaaaiiitttt!" Lumiere called out, but no one heard his cries as he was swallowed up by the green light and disappeared from it. The light lasted for a while, but it eventually faded away with everyone able to see again.

"What was that?" Cletus questioned.

"Vastnus did something, but what?" Simon questioned.

"Only one way to find out." Jason said with him running on ahead. Everyone hurried to where Vastnus and Unicris were last seen. When they got there, they saw Vastnus was still standing and Unicris was the laying on the ground.

"Hey, guys! Look at who just won again!" Davis called. All of them were glad to see that it was Davis and Vastnus as the one standing as the winners.

"Oh yeah!" Davis cheered as he slid down Vastnus back with him landing on the ground. "We came, we battled, and we just kicked some serious butt! I say that wraps up another normal day in my life."

"Davis, that was simply incredible!" Terra said. "You rode Vastnus, battled along side it, and you actually won! This is... This is..." Terra didn't even know what to think of any of this.

"Terra, I know you're all kinds of excited, but now might not be the best time. Look at poor Unicris." Cletus pointed out. All of them took a look and noticed that poor Unicris looked tired and wasn't really moving.

"Is Unicris okay?" Laurel asked.

"I doubt it. Lumiere forced it to do use a lot of power." Johnathan said. "Not to mention there must be the strain that came from being placed under Lumiere's control in the first place. We need something to help Unicris restore it's energy."

"Nymphix! Nymphix!" Nymphix flew over and tried to do just that by using Heal Pulse once again on Unicris.

"Nymphix is using Heal Pulse again. She's trying to restore all of Unicris' lost energy." Imperialdramon claimed.

"It's going to be okay. Nymphix is using Heal Pulse. Unicris should be fine now." Davis claimed.

"I wouldn't think that just yet. Unicris is massive and Nymphix is tiny compared to it." Fauna pointed out. "It's going to take a lot of what Nymphix has to try and restore Unicris' power. I'm not convinced Nymphix has what it takes to fully restore Unicris." It seemed like this was a tall order for Nymphix, but Nymphix didn't have to do it alone. Vastnus helped out even more with it laying over Unicris and began to glow.

"What's Vastnus doing?" Terra questioned.

"I think Unicris is using Roost and trying to share some of it's energy with Unicris." Jason said.

"I believe you might be right. Roost is a move that can restore the energy of flying-type pokemon, but Vastnus is trying to share that energy with Unicris." Simon explained. All of them hoped that this might work. Nymphix and Vastnus continued to share their energy until they felt Unicris move. When they moved away; Unicris was moving, was standing, and was restored to its normal self. The great pokemon of the land was well once again.

"Unicris! You're okay!" Davis said as they were all glad to see that.

"Thank goodness." Fauna said. "I was afraid that you would have suffered great damage. Vastnus and Nymphix, thank you for what you just did."

"Hold on a second. What about that Lumiere? What happened to him?" Jason questioned.

"Uh... I don't think we have anything to worry about." Davis said as he knows what really happened. "Something tells me he won't be bothering them or anyone else anymore." Thanks to Davis, Unicris is now free from Team Twilight. Speaking of Team Twilight, the other members were apprehended and handed over to the authorities where they will all be charged with their crimes.

"It seems like it's all over now. Time for me to go." Johnathan said with him trying to leave.

"Wait! Johnathan is your name, right? Where are you going?" Fauna asked.

"To turn myself in. I was a member of Team Twilight. I committed some crimes and must be charged." Johnathan said.

"But you also turned against them and tried to help us on your own accord. You shouldn't be punished for that." Fauna said.

"It doesn't matter. We followed Lumiere because we lost sight and value in what this world has to offer us." Johnathan said. "The others were willing to commit heinous acts because they beleived to wouldn't matter what we did once the world would be forever changed. We didn't like how some things were in the world and simply wished to change all of that, but we knew it would require drastic measures. I did nothing but stood in doubt while I saw the others commit those acts."

"That all might be true, but you are no villain if you are willing to repent for those crimes." Simon claimed. "If Team Twilight wanted to change the world, maybe you can be the one to change Team Twilight." That was something Johnathan didn't consider. Maybe with Johnathan, Team Twilight can change for the good. All it takes is just one person to inspire others to change.

"Well, all's well that ends well." Davis said. Since this was also the end, there was also the matter of parting ways. Unicris nuzzled up against Davis to get him to look at both pokemon with them trying to say something. "Can you understand what they're saying?"

"They're trying to say thank you before they leave." Imperialdramon said.

"Don't worry about it. We were glad to help." Davis said. "Although, maybe you can clear something up for me, Vastnus. We met when I first came to the Grecko region. You just came out of nowhere and had like a meet and greet. I was just wondering what that was all about."

"I don't think there's really anything to think about." Fauna said. "I believe Vastnus could sense how much you love pokemon. It knew all along what a great heart you had, and maybe wanted to see it for itself." Everyone always knew that there was something special about Davis, but Vastnus could see deeper. It could see what was in Davis' heart.

'I wonder if it's possible Vastnus also knew the truth about us somehow.' Imperialdramon wondered. Could Vastnus see that Davis and Imperialdramon were from another world? Did Vastnus wanted to see what they were truly capable of?

"Nymphix! Nymphix!" Nymphix flew up to Davis and tried to say a few words herself.

"Nymphix is trying to say goodbye. I think this is where we part ways with her." Imperialdramon translated. "Before leaving, she wanted to thank you herself, Davis. She actually had a lot of fun and enjoyed the time she was with us."

"I don't need a translator to understand that much." Davis said. "It was great having you along, Nymphix. Take care." Nymphix was really glad she got to meet Davis. She even gave him a hug before parting ways. Unicris returned to the land and Vastnus returned to the sky. As for Nymphix, she transformed herself into a ball of light and flew off to wherever she wants without Team Twilight needing to go after her anymore.

"Bye, Nymphix! It was a lot of fun having you around!" Terra called.

"Don't be a stranger! We hope to see you again!" Cletus called. This was one heck of an adventure, and quite an event that took place. Each of the Elite Four are glad they were able to witness something like that.

"Pokemon truly are incredible beings. They are capable of so much." Fauna claimed.

"I suppose so." Jason said.

"But humans are capable as well, especially when it comes to aiding others." Fauna claimed. She was actually quite proud of her son for coming back and helping those in need.

With so many powerful trainers working together, one of the biggest threats in the Grecko region has finally been defeated with Unicris, Vastnus, and Nymphix returning to the wild. Now that the Grecko League and Team Twilight's reign has come to an end, what could be next for our young heroes with their adventure soon about to come to an end? Stay tuned to find out.
