A Conduit who turned himself in after his powers led to the deaths of several innocents. Now freed from his bonds, and with Seattle in sight, he sets out to try and redeem himself.

My take on Cole's final moments

And in another time, Delsin Rowe has to contend with a bloodthirsty Conduit who seek to exploit the turbulent situation for their own gain. It threatens the peace he worked so hard to establish
