Hello guys! My mind has been all over the place for a while, and I just wanted to write this story because I started reading things like this and it got me mildly interested. So I just decided to do one. This fan-fiction is dedicated to my friend, who encouraged me to write this, and helped me figure out some of the titles.

Warning:

- Fem!Kuroko AU

- I do not own Kuroko's basketball, it belongs to it's respectful owner(s).

The first chapter might go by a bit fast, but I really want her to meet her bondmates, like, very soon, or at least some of her bondmates. So yeah, sorry if that's an inconvenience . . .

Summary: 16 year-old Kuroko Tetsuki is an Inferior that was born into a line of strict Superiors. After living through years of neglect and abuse caused by people of her own flesh and blood, she tries to close herself off from the rest of the world. But her bondmates won't allow that to happen and are determined to break down all the walls she made and show her what the true definition of love is.

Chapter 1

A New Light

The sound of an alarm clock beeping was the first thing Kuroko Tetsuki heard before she opened her eyes. Sitting up and turning the alarm off, she got off her somewhat thing she called a bed and slipped into her daily routine of combing her crazy bed hair, brushing her teeth, and slipping her uniform on. But before she could fix the new bandages she just put on, she lightly brushed her fingers against a very visible scar on her shoulder. This one was leading from her collarbone to her shoulder blades, she winced, finishing off fixing up the bandages more quickly.

After making sure her uniform sleeves and the white collar of her undershirt covered all of the bandages and the gleaming silver wrist cuff latched on her arm, she sighed and maneuvered her way downstairs and into the kitchen to make and cook breakfast for both her neglectful mother and abusive father.

As she placed the last filled plate on the table, she sighed again and checked things over, making sure it was perfect before she left for school, and that not even a crumb was out of place. Knowing her parents, things wouldn't turn out to be pretty when she got home if it wasn't. Soon later she stepped out of the house and made her way into the school, and was almost trampled in the hall by a group of girl superiors who were gossiping about some new students and weren't looking where they were going, not that they would notice her standing there anyway.

She knows thing's like this happened, due to her particular lack of presence, but it still hurt ether way. After class, she went to the school garden to read, as it was the one of the only place's where she could read in mostly silence, or be safe from the prying eyes of her classmates. She suddenly spotted a patch of yellow hair behind the bushes, directly in the place where she would usually sit and hide. She blinked in confusion and made her way over, eyes only slightly widening when she saw who it was.

The person was a male around her age or one year older, and he was quite good-looking. He had bright blonde hair that contrasted well with his slightly tanned skin, most-likely from spending lots of time under the sun unlike her, and a small silver and white hoop earring was hanging from his right ear. After years of observing people, she could tell that the guy had some well defined muscles under the sleeves of his uniform. But that being said, she's never seen him around the school before. She would have noticed him before, only because he is the total opposite of her and seemed to have a very large presence and can attract crowds easily.

His eyes were closed and he had a large, million dollar smile plastered on his face, probably because he was enjoying the feeling of the suns rays on his face. When he opened his eyes and stared back at her, she found herself staring into his curious, sparkling amber ones that were filled with flecks of gold. Said boy blinked when he locked his confused and curious gaze with dull and dark cerulean blue eyes, and they were so blank that he didn't see any emotion under it. They continued their staring contest in silence for a few more seconds.

"AHHHHH!! WHAT THE-!!? Are you a ghost?! Where the heck did you come from!?" The blonde whisper-screamed in mild surprise and definite shock, NOT expecting someone to just be standing there and watching him rest on the grass, and it was a girl no less! Oh gosh, what did he do in his whole life to deserve this? Now she knows my hiding spot and will tell the other girls, then they will come find him here, then . . . let's not go there. But- oh gosh what could he do now?

Kuroko's eyebrows furrowed slightly, sliding her blank mask on, giving him a weirded out look and instead of answering his questions, she arched her thin, teal-coloured eyebrow and asked in her usual monotone. "Who are you?" This seemed to shock the blonde, as his eyes widened and his jaw dropped. He quickly got to feet, keeping his eyes on the small, teal-haired female. She took note of their large height difference, as her standing at her full height didn't help, only because she was still about, like, 2 heads shorter than the other teen. 'Curse my short stature..' She thought, mildly annoyed.
