Yusuke looked around to see that he was alone and cuffed but he was able to stand in his jail as he looked out through the windows to see it was afternoon.

"Okay, this is not how I end my day," Yusuke sighs. "I was at least hoping for some food from Mira and some booze from Cana, but nope I'm waiting for my trial and me accused of my sibling's crimes..."' Yusuke said as he broke free of the cuffs and laid on his bed. "Can't do anything now except wait and take a short nap."

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YUSUKE'S IN JAIL!" Makarov yelled out, shocked that Yusuke is in jail.

"I mean he in jail, gramps!" Natsu shouted worry about his friend's false accusations

"This makes no sense. I know he can be a brat sometimes, but he doesn't deserve to go to jail," Makarov said while rubbing his head

"What did he went to jail for?" Mira asked in a concerned tone of voice

"For murdering innocent people at the station," Gray said making the guild gasp in shock

"Bullshit! Yusuke would never do that!" Elfman shouted

"That's what I said!" Natsu said

Lightning looked down at her hands and gently squeezed them
"I had him in my hands and I let go, Miya... I let go." Lightning said as she looked down sadly after losing him for the 3rd time

Miya hugged Lightning's left side and brushed her hair gently. "It's okay Light. We'll get him back besides he's our Yusuke... he's gotten out of worse things than this." Myia said with a smile on her face wanting to stay strong as what Yusuke wanted her to do

Mira hits a table shattering a glass from her anger. "THIS IS A Lie! HE HAS TO BE FRAMED FOR IT!"

"Ha! Good riddance. Maybe this is for the Best." A figure from the upper level said as he was drinking his beer

"What was that?!" Gray said with venom in his voice, looking up the figure to reveal Laxus

"You heard me you punk! I'm glad he is gone which would make taking over the guild easier!" Laxus said with a proud smirk on his face

"You'e gonna be eating those words!" Natsu said with gritted teeth. He runs towards Laxus and jumps up towards him

Before he could make the first move they were stopped by Lightning as she stopped both attacks with her hands.

"This is not the time for this! My Yusuke is still in jail for a crime he didn't commit!" Lighting said as she stared down at Laxus. "Know that if you say anything bad.. then I will kill 1,000 times over and I promise you, you won't see it coming."

Miya slowly walked towards Makarov and bowed halfway

"Forgive me and my friend we care deeply about Yusuke and we want nothing more than to see him return unharmed."

Makarov nodded as he could understand their feelings
"But if I may ask.. what is your relation to Yusuke?" he asked with a curious tone

Miya smiled as did Lightning.

"We're his wives.." they said in unison

"WHAT?!" The guild shouted

"He has multiple wives?!" Elfman shouted

"Lucky brat..." Makarov muttered under his breath

"Oh my. This is rather surprising," Rob said with a smile on his face

Erza sighed as they just said it so casually. She begins to drink her tea but they all looked at her.

"What?" She said clearly not in the mood for this as she was thinking about proving Yusuke's innocence

"Is it true and are you okay with it?" Rob asked Erza who he sees as his own daughter

Erza nods and walks to Miya and Light and hugs them

The guild went wild as they whistled at them and howled but it was ended by the Lacrima communication going off

Council member Siegrain spoke. "Greetings Citizens of Magonlia and members of the kingdom of Fiore.. as you see." The camera shows Yusuke's arms spread apart by two metal posts one on the left and the other on the right. "This man right here is being judged for the murders that occurred as he was on the job and he will be judged for using the legendary hero Jay-Jay's name to justify his actions."

Yusuke sighed as he looked at them with a serious look on his face as he did not like what he was hearing.

Erza looked at the crystal and mumbled to herself. "Siegrain, no..."

"It happening," Gray said lowly

"You got this Yusuke," Natsu said, he has faith that his friend will get through this.

Yusuke looked at his predicament to see he was shirtless and he was now in shorts. He tried to move his hands to see if he could break free but he stopped knowing if he did he would freak the people out, so he stopped and listened.

"Yusuke, you're charged with the slaughter of guild members on the train station and using Jay-Jay's name to justify the atrocity, your mission was to retrieve the item that was used in forbidden arts and here you are, chained and stripped of your title as wizard saint! How do you plead Yusuke Giovanna!?" Siegrain questioned with a serious look on his face.

Yusuke looked at them and was about to say something but he could feel a shock of electricity feeling his body

"AAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Yusuke screamed as he looked at him with anger as that one hurt.

"You see Yusuke, these cuffs were made to make sure you won't be doing anything that would jeopardize the safety of this kingdom, so I ask you again...how do you plead you, devil!?"

"Not... Guilty... and for the record you're a fucking ass! All I did was try to speak and here you are shock me without a reason!" Yusuke said with a small smile

Siegrain looked at him and smiled. "I call the trial to begin. For shall he lose, he will be executed!"

Yusuke sighed. "Well, that escalated,"

"Siegrain, stop it," Ultear said, approaching him. "We need to get to the bottom of this,"

Yusuke sighs as he looks at them and looks down. "Are we staring or do you need more time?"

We don't need more time. The trial begins today," Siegrain said before he adjusted in his seat.

Yusuke sighed as he is getting bored and he looked at Ultear, wondering why is she helping him.

He could to use the power, but that would be wrong and irresponsible

"Now then, let's begin. What do you have to say in your defense, Yusuke?" Siegrain asked in a curious tone.

Yusuke looked at him with a stern look

"I'm innocent and if you have been doing your fucking jobs you would have seen the spike in energy!" He yelled out as he was walking closer and closer to him but was unable to walk towards him but he was reeled back into his position. "And I would never use Jay-Jay's name to justify killing innocents as it is well-known that the Supreme Hero detest innocent be spilt. Now, can we get this over with?! I have a baby on the way and I need to buy some baby clothes and prepare to spoil my child rotten."

"I'm afraid we can't let you go. We have video evidence of you doing it," Siegrain said

"What the fuck!?" Yusuke yelled out as he was getting impatient

Siegrain smiled as he enjoy pissing off Yusuke and he begins playing the video. It begins to show members of Eisenwalk with no sound coming off of it, as it shows Yusuke slowly walking towards them and smiles

"Hey, what are you doing here?" A man asked.

"The weak shall be purged for Jay-Jay," Yusuke smiles and then begins slaughtering the guild members.

Yusuke looks at the huge screen showing them but he wonders how they knew it was on video and how did they pulled it off.

Everyone was looking on as they were shocked and horrified but Erza, Light, Myia, Makarov, Rob, Natsu, Gray, and Lucy knew that this wasn't him as they knew Yusuke wouldn't use Jay-Jay's name to slaughter people as Jay-Jay doesn't kill.

"It isn't him," Natsu said gritting his teeth in anger. "He doesn't have a twisted view of Jay-Jay like his father and siblings do!"

"Mia and Daijiro...you clever bastards," Miya said with venom in her voice. "To think they will go this far to justify their actions and their view on Jay-Jay!"

Erza looked on as she was shaking. Suddenly, she screamed in agony as her imagination took over and she held her stomach where the baby was.

Yusuke could sense it. He was looking down, knowing that if he did break out it would look bad for the guild. "Erza... please be safe."

"What's wrong, Erza?!" Lucy asked in a concerned tone

Miya looked at her and her eyes widened. "We need to get her to someone! She's freaking out had the child could be in danger!"

Natsu raised a brow. "Why? What's wrong with the baby?"

"Normal babies would be fine, just minor cravings and hormones, but Yusuke is different, if the mother is freaking out then the baby would use it to make it real. Think of the baby as an author of a book and it is in the process of making a book."

"Oh, okay. That makes sense," Natsu said.

Miya sighs and yells at them. "GO NOW AND GET SOMEONE RIGHT NOW! OR SO HELP ME I WILL GUT OFF EVERYONE'S WIENER!"

"Yes ma'am!" The guild said as they ran off for help

Lightning smiled as she used her power to put her at ease. "It's okay, Erza, just breathe. Don't worry Yusuke will be fine. and soon your baby will join the family of your guild."

Erza smiled as she breathed and prayed for Yusuke

Yusuke looked on and chuckled. "You really think that's me?"

Yusuke laughs as he looks on at the council

"You believe that is me. If you do then you'r3 stupider than you look! That is not me, that is someone posed as me and not doing a good job. Last time, I checked there were no Lacrima camera, so how did you really obtain this!?"

"Someone give it to us," Siegrain said.

Yusuke sighed as he could tell that this wasn't going to end well for him.

"You know when you say that it sounds shady as hell and you accepted this because there was video of me!? I could say that you fabricated this and I bet you have an excuse! YOU SORRY EXCUSS OF A MAGE!"

The courtroom gasped in shock

Yusuke looked at them and nodded. "YEAH YOU FUCKING HEARD ME! IV'E DONE YOUR JOBS BETTER THEN-" He tries to point at Siegrain. "-THEN HE EVER COULD! AND YOU SAY HE GOT THIS! WHAT'S HIS NAME!? WHAT GUILD IS HE WITH OR WHAT DOES HE DO FOR A LIVING?!"

Siegrain looked around as the courtroom was mumbling talking it through

"Order! Order! May we need to remind you Yusuke that you too are a rare mage, a man not from around here." He points out making everyone in the courtroom nod in agreement.

Yusuke nods and looks around. "Yeah, so what? Neiter are dragon slayers and mages that could requip and yet, I'm a league of my own, what's your bloody point, bluey?"

"My point is that the laws of your world can be different from the laws of this world," Siegrain said

Yusuke smiled and nodded.

"True but have you seen me trying to overthrow anyone from power!? No. Did I threaten you with death!? No! Did I follow orders from you even though it was a pain in my ass!? Yes! And do you see me trying to use Jay-Jay's name to kill people?! Fuck no!" Yusuke said as he looked at him with anger in his eyes as he did the power of Geass shined in his left eye not doing anything as it only showed it in his eye

Siegrain points out his eye. "Here is proof that he is not from here, who knows what he has done in the name of Jay-Jay, he could have planned to annihilate us and enslave us!"

Yusuke looked around, seeing people were agreeing with him and some had already casted their votes and wanted for the final discussion

"That's not true and you know it! I've been here doing my job as a proud FAIRY TAIL MEMBER!"

"How could we be sure of you?! For all, we know that you have been putting a facade all those years!" Siegrain said

Yusuke looked at him with anger as he knew that anything he says, the blue bastard will turn it back on him as if he was the villain.

"Really? Then I must've waited my time as I was spending time with Rob and Master Makarov! And with my girlfriend! So tell me, wheres the proof of my evil deeds!?"

"The proof is right here! And are we supposed to know what you do during your free Tim! For all we know, you can be plotting to become the new king of the world!" Siegrain shouted in anger

The courtroom begin to get nervous as the tension rises between Siegrain and Yusuke.

Yusuke looked at him with anger as did Siegrain/

"Have you forgotten or did your hair dye kill some brain cells yours?! I'm Yusuke Giovanna, 1st Class Wizard Saint and I took an oath to protect this country and everyone in it. I vowed to live up to Jay-Jay's ideals and lessons and I have a family and a newborn coming to this world! Why would I do that?!" Yusuke sneered, glaring at Siegrain.

Siegrain walks closer to Yusuke and whispers

"I wonder, if I were to mention who.. has the child what would the men do?"

"What.. what do you mean Siegrain? Yusuke said as his eyes widened thinking of Erza and the unborn child

"Oh, nothing special...probably come after you or your family," Siegrain said with a smirk.

Yusuke's eyes widened as every thought of what would happen and looked down

"What do you want Siegrain?" Yusuke questioned, he had a pit in his stomach about this.

"What I want is you not to interfere with my plans," Siegrain said

Yusuke looked at him with anger in his eyes as they started to glow as did his power.

"You leave my family alone!" Yusuke yelled out as he was now angry as he threatened his family and his unborn child

Siegrain smirked and jumped away as the people saw his power, he used this opportunity to shock him thus making Yusuke scream in pain

"Ladies and Gentlemen, this here is proof that Yusuke thinks he is above the law and tried to use his powers on me!"

The courtroom gasps

"Monster!" A man said

Yusuke looked at them and his eyes calmed down as he looked at the people with the same expression and looked dow, he knew that he was trying to get a rise out of him and it worked.

Siegrain looked around and smiled. "People of Fiore, I now present you our majesty and the princess of Fiore!"
