Deep space
The planet Krypton
A male adorned in fancy white robes traversed a corridor inside a building. His name was Jor-El and he was a scientist.
He passed through some doors that led to a lab.
He was going to look at some readouts.
For some time now, he had been trying to convince the council that Krypton was going to be destroyed.
'They haven't listened to a word I said.' He thought, lamenting the refusal to hear him out.
He was soon snapped out of his thoughts when something appeared in the distance. It was a humanoid figure in purple armor.
"Galactus." Jor-El narrowed his eyes after spotting Galactus from the window of his lab.
The Devourer of Worlds was well-known across the universe.
"Get the ship ready." He ordered.
His son Kal-El was going to be sent away to save his life.
"You are destined for greatness as a symbol of hope." Jor-El then turned to his wife Lara. "Do you want to join him on the way to this new world?"
"No. There's not enough room on the ship for two people." Lara turned the offer down.
"If Krypton is going to be destroyed, I won't leave your side."
They kiss one last time before the planet explodes.
The planet's remains became irritated and floated in space.
Earth
A farming couple was driving across a street in the middle of the country.
The passenger, a woman named Martha Kent, really wanted children.
The driver, Jonathan Kent, wasn't exactly sold on the idea.
"Easier said than done."
Time skip
Kal-El had grown up during the time he had been sent away from Krypton.
He was on his way to the Daily Bugle.
It was a newspaper publishing company operating in New York City.
Clark was presently a intern there.
"What will Jameson have me do today?" He asked out loud.
J. Jonah Jameson was someone with a nasty temper so people didn't want to make him angry.
Clark entered the Daily Bugle building and made his way to Jameson's office.
"Hello, Robbie." He then set foot inside the office to meet his boss.
"Hello Mr. Jameson."
"Kent, you're here."
Jameson leaned over the desk.
"I want you and Parker to interview Tony Stark."
"He's new, so he could use some experience." Clark agreed with his boss.
He then went to find Peter Parker who was somewhere in the building.
